Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the moral distress and burnout between long-term care hospital nurses and general nurses. Methods: This study was a cross-sectional survey. Participants were 193 nurses (long-term care hospital 95, general hospital 98) working in a hospital in Seoul, Daegu and Busan city. Data were collected from October 02 to November 30, 2018 using a structured questionnaires and analyzed with SPSS/PC ver 21.0 programs. Results: The scores of moral distress by nurses working in long-term care hospitals were higher than those of nurses in general hospitals. The score of burnout by nurses working in general hospitals was significantly higher than that of nurses in long-term care hospitals. There was a significant positive relationship between moral distress and burnout in both long-term care hospital nurses and general hospital nurses. Conclusion: This research shows that long-term care hospital nurses have higher moral distress and burnout than those of general hospital nurses. Therefore, nursing managers and organization should strive to raise the perception of moral distress and burnout in long-term care hospital nurses.

The quality of hospital services remains a concern of both the manager and the patient. The study aims to identify factors affecting outpatient satisfaction at private general hospitals in Ho Chi Minh City, establishing a scale for measuring them. Some 450 outpatients who were treated in five top private hospitals in Ho Chi Minh city (HCMC) in 2019 - An Sinh General Hospital, Hoan My General Hospital, Columbia Asia International Hospital, FV Hospital, and Vu Anh International General Hospital - were interviewed directly in the last quarter of 2019 to obtain the information. The SERVPERF model, plus the cost, together with the SPSS software, have been used to process information by Cronbach's alpha analysis, Exploratory Factor analysis, and linear regression analysis. The results show that there are five factors influencing outpatient satisfaction at private general hospitals in HCMC, in which four factors affects positively in the order of decreasing importance: treatment outcome, doctors and nurses' professional capacity, facilities and environment of the hospital, hospital care, and the treatment time factor affects negatively. The results of the study provide private hospital in HCMC managers with a number of suggestions to increase the level of hospital service quality, so that increase outpatients satisfaction.

Single pass radionuclide cardiac angiography was performed in 67-year old woman due to dyspnea and chest discomfort. The study showed markedly dilated ascending aorta and collateral ciculations from left sudclavian vein, and confirmed aortic aneurysm with partial obstruction of superior vena cava.

Circadian rhythms, which measure time about 24 hours, are generated by one of the most ubiquitous and well investigated timing system. More recently, circadian clock gene expression has been reported in various peripheral tissues. If a circadian clock is functioning in the testis, expression of clock genes should be observed in this tissue. To resolve this issue, we examined the expression of circadian clock genes in the testis. (omitted)

Infection on sternoclavicular joint after electrical burn is rare. No case was reported previously in Korea. Even though the disease is rare, we treated the case successfully with intravenous antibiotics followed by curettage and drainage. Successful treatment was achieved in the case of infection on sternoclavicular joint after electrical burn.
