The transmitter exhibited 7.31~8.06 dBm output power over a frequency lock range of 75.6~77 GHz.
The limit analysis and response surfaces method were combined to investigate the reliability of pressurized tunnel faces subjected to seismic force. The quasi-static method was utilized to introduce seismic force into the tunnel face. A 3D horn failure mechanism of pressurized tunnel faces subjected to seismic force was constructed. The collapse pressure of pressurized tunnel faces was solved by the kinematical approach. The limit state equation of pressurized tunnel faces was obtained according to the collapse pressure and support pressure. And then a reliability model of pressurized tunnel faces was established. The feasibility and superiority of the response surfaces method was verified by comparing with the Monte Carlo method. The influence of the mean of soil parameters and support pressure, variation coefficients, distribution type and correlation of c-φ on the reliability of pressurized tunnel faces was discussed. The reasonable safety factor and support pressure required by pressurized tunnel faces to satisfy 3 safety levels were presented. In addition, the effects of horizontal seismic force, vertical seismic force and correlation of kh-kv on the reliability of pressurized tunnel faces were also performed. The method of this work can give a new idea for anti-seismic design of pressurized tunnel faces.

This is direct bonding many of the metal bumps between FPCB and HPCB substrate. By using an ultrasonic horn mounted on an ultrasonic bonding machine, it is possible to bond gold pads onto the FPCB and HPCB at room temperature without an adhesive like ACA or NCA and high heat and solder. This ultrasonic bonding technology minimizes damage to the material. The process conditions evaluated for obtaining a greater bonding strength than 0.6 kgf, which is commercially required, were 40 kHz of frequency; 0.6MPa of bonding pressure; and 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, and 2.0 s of bonding time. The peel off test was performed for evaluating bonding strength, which was found to be more than 0.80 kgf.

The ice accreted on the airfoil is one of the critical drivers that causes the degradation of aerodynamic performance as well as aircraft accidents. Hence, an efficient numerical code to predict the accreted ice shape is crucial for the successful design of de-icing and anti-icing devices. To this end, a numerical code has been developed for the prediction of glaze ice accretion shape on 2D airfoil. Constant Source-Doublet method is used for the purpose of computational efficiency and heat transfer in the icing process is accounted for by Messinger model. The computational results are thoroughly compared against available experiments and other computation codes such as LEWICE and TRAJICE. The direction and thickness of ice horn are shown to yield similar results compared to the experiments and other codes. In addition, the effects of various parameters - temperature, free-stream velocity, liquid water contents, and droplet diameter - on the ice shape are systematically analyzed through parametric studies.
The achievement of notable social reoforms attained during the period of 19th and 20th centuries needlessly speaking remodelded the social environmental into several different patterns such as :1) high industrialization 2) propensity to consume 3) up graded overall social stands. Accordingly the industrial world of the but-tons too established the mess production syhstem by breaking from convention of hand-craft work of 17th century. The raw materials used in the production line on buttons during the 20th century are almost all-kind of materials one can possibly named including cheap plastic which enabled production lines to produce cheaper but higher productivities of the buttons being produced, The design (incused design) used in the 19-20h centuries are : men landscape, sports features, birds, livestocks, bugs, or geomatric features, tec, 1, The classification o f the buttons by materials Techniques shapes colors marking (Incused design) used in the productionof buttons in the England United States of America Laska Italy france Denmark Japan and India are categolizzed as : natural raw materials and syntetical resines. 1) Of the natural raw materials used are : Matal Enamel Iodine Agate, Coral, Green jade(Jasper) Granite, Wood, Ivory, Horn and bone etc. 2) The sythetical resin used in the button in-dustries are : Artificial jewell glass Acrylic material Styroform Celluloid and Nylon etc. 2. The thecnique quoted in producing buttons are hand craft work inlay work precision casting press mosic dye etching, processing, engraving and embossed carving etc. 3. The major designs used in the buttons in -dustries are : Round shape however elliptical column angular and edge shape often used. 4. The colors used are : The multi-colors were highly used than mono-colored materials such as : Adjoining Color and Contrast Color. The highest consideration to be considered in choosing the colors for the buttons are harmonization and matching factor with the garment or dresses to be wore. 5. The major design(incused design) on the buttons are embodiment and the design were also used in order of abstractive-combination abstractive with has offers much surprising. The button industries during the 19th and 20th centuries were not only the determination factors those can judge the value of self-pride of Nation and which were far beyond the in-dustrial arts in those days but also highly refelected and influenced by cultural sense ideology and self-pride of the Nation of those period. The followings are details of the role of the buttons categolized in the order of functional ornamental and symbolical aspects : 1. The functional role : The functional role of the buttons were simply designed for dress how-ever the buttons beyond from this role of function now a days. 2. The ornamental role : The ornamental role of he button beyond from this role of the button were effectuated by : 1) shape materials colors 2) technique locations size and design (incused design) 3) The ramaterials used for buttons shall not be over looked because it is highly depends on the taste sense and combination of harmony with the garment to be wore. 4) The color of the buttons are made well contrasted with the color of garments just as in the case of other artistical area such as matchs with the color of garment of contrast with brigtness of colors contrasted as complementary color and so and so. 5) The technique being adoped are: precision casting press handcraft inlay work etching mosic etc,. Since the buttons are no longer a simple catching devise used to fasten together the different part of the dress but now it has formed own and occupied the independent role in the garment or dresses location can be de-termined and varying depending on the ideas of designers. The size of the buttons has no specific limits, However the variation has widely dependined on the entire circumperence rhythm contrast harmonization of the garments. 3. The symbolical role : Since the button is no longer a just a simple devise for catching and fastening device used fastening together the different part of the garments but now were built a independent area as major part of the Garment and well reflected all kinds of occupations political background cultural as-pect etc. on the buttons. The design of buttons in the western circles are more simplified but they are polished looks and their techniques of manufacturing are comination of both machanis and handcraft. The colors used in the buttons are pretty well harmonized with garment(dress). Almost all kind of materials can be used in the but-tons however materials used in the buttons are : Bone of livestocks ivory, turtle shell are no longer used because the prevention of cruely of animal. On the contraly the level of buttons indus-try of Korea is far to reach and catch up with the level of western circles. It is highly suggested therefore the but-tons industrial field of Republic of Korea shall place and encouragement in producing beter industrial environment of the buttons based on the traditional and cultural aspect of republic of Korea to produce both manufacturing of qulified and best designed and colored buttons.

This work presents the design and measured results of the single channel automotive radar system for 76.5~77 GHz long range FMCW radar applications. The transmitter uses a commercial GaAs monolithic microwave integrated circuit(MMIC) and the receiver uses the down converter designed using 65 nm CMOS process. The output power of the transmitter is 10 dBm. The down converter chip can operate at low LO power as -8 dBm which is easily supplied from the transmitter output using a coupled line coupler. All MMICs are mounted on an aluminum jig which embeds the WR-10 waveguide. A microstrip to waveguide transition is designed to feed the embedded waveguide and finally high gain horn antennas. The overall size of the fabricated radar system is $80mm{\times}61mm{\times}21mm$. The radar system achieved an output power of 10 dBm, phase noise of -94 dBc/Hz at 1 MHz offset and a conversion gain of 12 dB.
The Miaos who is the minority people mainly living in the southwestern part of China, expressed their indicator and solidarity through the costume in order to maintain their racial character while experiencing numerous adversities over thousands of years, where the costume has served as a source of cohesion as well as a primitive religious thought, and also showed their faith, desire, longing and aspiration. This study examined the Miao's traditional costume by classifying it into the following; hair style, headdress, upper and lower garments, and other costume. And the silver ornaments used for attire and their symbolic meaning were examined. The result of the study is summarized as follows. 1. The reason that types of the costume has been diversified is because there was promise of ancestors who intended to differently express the type of a kind as symbol of the racial branch that is the Miao's special type of society. Thus, the costume type could tell where a tribe live. Another reason is because only marriage between families with different surname but the same type of costume was accepted. 2. As women made and wore the costume themselves, it also served as a means of being proud of their skill or wealth, they tried to make it more beautiful and it was also used as a token of marriage or love between relatively enlightened men and women. 3. The design used on the costume was expressed as a symbolic meaning of indicator to strengthen the racial solidarity because it connoted worship to ancestors who had experienced lots of adversities. 4. The hair style was expressed in various styles by using Kache such as Chukye, Byunbal and Kokye. It is likely that ornaments used on the head of women in the form of cow's horn or silver crown were used as one of the methods to stress the valuableness of the cattle that were essential to agricultural life. In addition, various styles of turbans were used to indicate the respective regions. 5. Cock's feather ornaments or silver ornaments in the form of pheasant's feather on the edge of women's skirts, peasant's feathers that men wore on their head, or Baekjoui and men wore resulted from the Miaos' thought of adoration for birds, which implied a primitive religious meaning. 6. As the region where the Miaos live yields much silver, the silver ornaments were mostly used to be proud of wealth, which symbolized light and pureness.
The purpose of thesis is to analyze the radiation characteristics of an offset gregorian antenna in order to design the satellite-loaded antenna. In order to compute the radiation pattern of the sub-reflector, the reflected wave is obtained by GO(Geometric Optics) at an arbitrary shaped sub-reflector. Then the total radiation EM wave is obtained by summing the diffracted fields obtained by UTD(Uniform Geometrical Theory of Diffraction) and the GO fields. In order to calculate the far field radiation pattern of the main reflector, the radiation integral equation is derived from the induced current density on reflector surface using PO(Physical Optics). The kernel is expanded in terms of Jacobi-Bessel series for increasing the computational efficiency, then the modified radiation integral is represented as the double integral equation independent of observation points. When the incident fields are assumed to be x-or y-polarized field, the characteristics of radiation patterns in the gregorian antenna is analyzed in case of the main reflector having the focal length of 62.4$\lambda$, diameter of 100$\lambda$, and offset height of 75$\lambda$, and the sub-reflector having the eccentricity of 0.501, the inter focal length og 32.8$\lambda$, the horn axis angle of $9^{\circ}$ and the half aperture angle of $15.89^{\circ}$. The cross-polarized level and side lobe level in the offset geogorian reflector are reduced by 30dB and 10dB, respectively, in comparison with those of the offset parabolic antenna.
