This study identified the core competencies of aircraft maintenance quality engineers and compared the importance and retention of core competencies. Through literature research, 21 core competencies were derived in three areas of management technology, elemenal technology and collaboration technology, and a survey was conducted on the importance and retention of core competencies for 42 aircraft maintenance quality engineers. As a result of the survey, the importance of all core competencies of aircraft maintenance quality engineers is 3.95/5 on average, and the retention of all core competencies is 3.99/5 on average. 'Risk Management', 'Creating Document', 'Honesty/Moral' were identified as the most important competencies in each area, and 'Quality Management', 'Language', 'Honesty/Moral' were identified as the most possessed competencies in each area. An IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) was performed to analyze the details. Through IPA, 'Risk Management' and 'Safety Management' were evaluated as having a low degree of retention compared to a high level of importance. Therefore, they were identified as a core competencies that need to be improved first. In addition, the characteristics of each core competency and the recognition level in the field were also identified. This study will be helpful in defining the roles and functions of aircraft maintenance quality engineers to improve flight quality and prevent aviation accidents.

Expressing transparency has various significances in modem society because modern people want transparent objects and space due to the complication, numerous unreasonable facts and the lack of honesty in the society. It is necessary to summarize the processes of changes in transparent materials that have been substantially emerging in the areas of indoor spaces and furniture since the 1960s by organizing the concepts such as the characteristics of materials, the processes of development and the methods of shaping centering on representative artists and works. And the concept of transparency in terms of space enabled the expansion, overlapping and connection of spaces. It can be said that these factors express the openness, purity and non-materiality of spaces. It can also be connected to the thought of minimal ism and this concept could be confirmed by analyzing the works of the famous designers leading the times.

Ideological characteristics and child rearing practices of North Korean society were studied with in-depth interviews of twelve adults who had escaped from North Korea since 1990 and with a questionnaire consisting of 17 items completed by 158 subjects who had also escaped from North Korea. There are 3 ideological characteristics of North Korea : Monotheism, collectivism, and patriarchalism. Collectivism resulted in collective behavior styles; monotheism made the hero worship of the Kim Il Sung lineage possible, and patriarchalism contributed to boy-preference and to differentiated sex-role expectations for their children. In practice, parents emphasize honesty and loyalty to the Communist Party, and they use praise as verbal reinforcement. Parents also emphasize obedience and control rather than democratic participation.

In the political and economic circles of our society, the security and secretary is always accompanying the society leaders, like shadows. The job of the security and secretary is a very difficult one that requires comprehensive and extensive capability and talent. From results of the prior studies, qualities of the security and secretary are divided into three groups. i.e. personal qualities, mental qualities and physical qualities. Each quality can be summarized as follows. Firstly, personal qualities mean honesty, responsibility, initiative, work ethic, sense of duty, modest attitude, kindness and loyalty. Secondly, mental qualities represent agility & composure, judgement, adaptability, memory, prediction, accuracy & reliability, observation and secret. Finally, physical qualities such as health, cleanliness, decent appearance, good feeling voice, physical strength and Martial arts for Protection. The security and secretary equipped with the above three requisites can be said to be the most ideal the security and secretary whom this age want and need.

This study sets a purpose to realize what top managements in companies think as critical success factors of QM, using CSF(Critical Success Factors) method. The methodology of this study consists of literature research and empirical analysis using data collected from interviewing and questionnaire. Medium and small sized manufacturing companies are the subject of this study. Following CSFs of QM are found. (1)Management philosophy of attaching great importance to customer and customer satisfaction. (2)Creation of atmosphere that attach great importance to technology. This study has described the case that has been experienced personally by centering on discords created in railway construction projects while performing practical duties at the construction field. Accordingly, as seen from the experience of performing one method called discord reconciliation conference, it seems that there are many parts to be improved on for the particular details because the conference was progressed by the position of a non professional in its content or procedure. But as seen from the word origin called "discord", looking at the state of finding one solution after another from vagueness of solving difficult and entangled problems, we could sense that the sincere communication and honesty was more progressive method in the phase of looking for one solution after another. Although this essay was centered on a typical case of railway construction project, I hope for it to spread throughout the whole society and especially hope that many discords created in public work sites such as public works would become settled smoothly between the parties concerned.

STI(Social Trust Index) indicates levels of trustworthiness, honesty and reliability among people in a society. Since the STI varies in countries, security control on cyber space should be applied differently according to the STI so that companies can protect their assets efficiently and effectively. We compare STIs between Korea and United States using the Diamond Model and investigate how the STIs affect corporate security controls in those two countries. We finally present a formula using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) to measure levels of corporate security controls in different countries.

Philip Johnson's Glass House in 1946 influenced architecture, interior, furniture and life article to use transparent materials and space that is being until currently development. The transparency which comes to be preferred clearly means to develop the society continuously. It can be more liberal, honest, and transparent society. The trend appeared in furniture design has meaning as the representative product. This research has perceptional transparency(visible transparency), abstract transparency through space(phenomenal transparency), overlap of surface element, display of line element, image using dot, and changing the image of various spaces.

This study went beyond making an indicator simply based on theoretical arguments, and explored a wide spectrum of different types of perceptions about energy safety to make a concept of energy safety for the Korean society. The energy safety schemata of people can be divided into three types. Type1 is concern about multi-level risks-responsibility-centric, type2 is concern about security and personal burden-expertise-centric, and type3 is concern about health and personal burden-responsibility-centric. Questions were designed on the basis of the characteristics, differences and commonalities of the three types of perceptions, explored through the Q methodology, and Koreans' perception of nuclear safety was examined. Based on the results of this research the following components of trust in nuclear safety were derived, risk perception, responsibility, honesty, expertise and procedural justification. The items for specifically evaluating them were developed, and factor analysis was conducted, and as a result, the validity of each item was proven. The components of the nuclear safety trust indicator do not exist independently, but influence each other continuously through interactions. For this reason, rather than focusing on any one of them, laws and systems must be improved first so that they can move together in one big frame.

The importance of corporate culture for its development has always been a classic research. Through excellent corporate culture, we can analyze the secrets of company success and provide important reference significance for other company brands. Since the outbreak of COVID-19, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has greatly increased its international recognition with its excellent efficacy, which has brought development opportunities to the TCM industry. The object of this research is the Beijing Tongrentang Group Co., Ltd. Tongrentang is a representative of Chinese time-honored brands in TCM industry. It has a development history of more than 350 years. It carries the traditional Chinese culture and Chinese medicine culture. The corporate culture of Tongrentang was thus extended and developed into 'Benevolence & love', 'Honesty & trustworthiness' and 'Quality first'. We can see that a good corporate culture is particularly important. This paper studies the unique Corporate culture of Tongrentang, and the reasons of company success. Hoping to help the company through this paper, so as to improve the company in the future. And put forward a certain practical significance and value.
