A Study on the Development of Avatar Fashion Item as Cultural Industries Using Digital Contents - Focused on the Off-Line Fashion Brand - (디지털 콘텐츠 문화산업으로서 아바타 패션 아이템 개발 연구 - 오프라인 패션 브랜드의 홈페이지 콘텐츠를 중심으로 -)

  • Many off-line fashion brands currently has construct hompage in the form of digital contents at the website. The purpose of this study is to confirm that fashion item of avartar can be applicate to react for consumer desires by a process of construction for hompage digital contents of fashion brand, and develop various avartar fashion item to satisfy consumer's wants using the computer graphics. The results of this study are as followings. First, it should be the first to decide whether hompage contents can be used for any purposes. And it will offer initial brand concept, followed by the contents of event, blog, avatar, fashion information. Second, portal sites currently service avatar fashion item, but it just bounds the limit of indirect effect. Many fashion brands face a challenge to differenciate themselves, so avatar fashion item should be planned to coordinate the contents and brand concept. Also it is certainly possible that fashion brand communicates larger consumers with a avartar fashion item that appeal to a consumer's sensibility. Third, this study propose design development and application as 3 of the avartar fashion item using the computer graphics. Avatar Fashion item using the computer graphics was presented by application as promotion through event garment, item coordinate, cellular phone service.

A Study on Internet Marketing Strategy Through Homepage Comparison Between National-Public General Hospitals and Private General Hospitals (국공립병원과 사립병원의 홈페이지 비교를 통한 인터넷 마케팅전략 연구)

  • This study aimed to find marketing strategy through comparison of internet homepage between national-public hospitals and private hospitals in Korea. A total of 51 hospitals' data were used with frequency, chi-square, t-test, multi-regression, correlation analysis. They were verified by SPSS Ver. 15.0 program. According to the result of this research, national-public hospitals operated more contents of public interests such as social contribution, volunteer work than private hospitals. Otherwise private hospitals operated more contents of costumer interests such as customer counselling, statistical data and cafe of customer voices than national-public hospitals. Synthetically we find that private hospitals try to get closer to the consumer than national-public hospitals. Because feedback and interaction between hospitals and consumer are very important, we suggest that national-public hospitals and private hospitals mutually should operate internet homepage in accordance with consumer needs of medical market.

  • The purpose of this study is to be groped promotion plan of internet marketing of Family Restaurant to get the motive, which is target market of Family Restaurant in Korea, and segment market of Internet users shows identity. Internet is observed as new marketing tool to understand customized needs of customer and to provide service to them in form of the customization. Based on the case study of Homepage of Family Restaurant in Korea, I would propose promotion plan as follow. First, enhance the function of the database marketing through the two-way communication. Second, enforce the e-commerce through the corporate-marketing in which same target market in cyber space. Third, develop the management skill for the Internet marketing in homepage as like specialty of contents.

  • Objectives : The homepage is used for introduction and information about person, company, school, hospital, clinc, library, government office, etc. Realted to Traditional Korean Medicine (TKM), they have hompage ; The Association of Korean Medicine, The Society of Korean Medicine and its academic division, TKM clinic, TKM hospital. Most of all, we have concern that 11 universities and 1 graduate school which educate TKM, provide homepages to show their contents such as study course, greetings, Q&A and so on. Also we need compare those homepages to evaluate qualities and updates of contents. Methods : We visited to compare and evaluate 11 universities and 1 graduate school homepage. Results : 1st, there are differences on contents depending on emphasis of universities and graduate school. 2nd, we realize that universities and graduate school need high quality and high relevant contents related to TKM and TKM education. 3rd, the homepage is required feedback action about informations continuously. Conclusions : Till now, 11 universities and 1 graduate school homepages related to TKM have not upgraded and just have used 'notice contents' to inform their news. To make sure for homepage functions, 11 universities and 1 graduate school need rebuild or renovate or update their homepages.

  • The Haenyeo of Jeju exists as a unique human resource only in Korea and Japan in the world. Especially, the anti-Japan opposition movement of the Haenyeo of Jeju, which had started to get the right to live on their own in 1931, had developed as the national liberation movement by struggling against a colonial of Japan and the official regulation association that was a plundering organization of Japan. Accordingly, there is making an effort to register Jeju's women divers as The National Treasure in UNESCO's Memory of the world. In this research, we are going to make stuff like a digital storytelling, characters, animation movies, games, and hompage to let our children understand and succeed the spirit and culture of the Haenyeo. We'll also use these contents for the education. We examine ways to recreate the culture resources related to the Haenyeo who gradually vanishes.

  • Recently, rapidly increasing internet Websites are providing us with the new kinds of multimedia informations without borders acting as the center for exchanging informations. Such new media informations through the internet passes informations via light on the monitor and provides the various informations, with the differentiation from the traditional printing media, it can be searched with electronic commands in limited space. In the process of adapting the new technologies, new media has successfully responded to the fast change and the development of its needs by experiencing the trials and errors, steadily establishing the stable position with its new information transferring and exchanging methods. The representative hompage of websites of information transformations means the first page containing no lower directories and consist of titles, icons, symbols and addresses and can design them in consideration of graphical process, planning, contents and others. Such hompages are very important since the graphical images shows its visual expressions deciding the total meanings of the hompages. In this research, we have analyzed the visual factors of frequencies, ratio of areas, distributions, alignment methodologies on layouts of hompages consisting titles, icons, contents and symbols, etc. from randomly picked samples of 161 hompages of websites in the internets of various areas. Generally, the homepages are designed with graphical expressions in personal way and the feedbacks and responses of such may differs, but we think, this can be used as reference materials for the analysis of new media in objective way. Also, it can be used as the base informations for arrangement and planning of designs with the characteristics of graphics and Graphic User Interfaces in the background which are implemented over internet.
