SF에 등장하는 다양한 돌연변이 캐릭터들은 상당히 긴 계보를 지닌다. 고대 그리스의 반인 반수 사티로스에서부터 늑대인간, 뱀파이어, 초능력자, 기생물체에 이르기까지 그 종류와 성격도 수백 가지에 이른다. 그러나 국내 문화콘텐츠 시장에서는 SF 장르 내 가장 유서 깊은 소재 중에 하나인 돌연변이에 대한 접근이 거의 없었을 뿐 아니라, SF 분야 자체에 대한 논의도 활발하지 못했다. 본 논문에서는 SF에 등장하는 돌연변이 중 인간과 연관된 형태만을 선별해 '호모 뮤턴트'라고 명명하고, 그 특성과 유형에 대해 정리해 보고자 한다. 인간과 변종의 경계를 해체하는 혼종으로 때론 생물학적인 감수성과 인격을 내제한 채, 인간과 공생 파트너로서의 가능성까지 내비치는 SF 속 '호모 뮤턴트'를 살펴봄으로써, 인류사가 가졌던 그에 대한 끊임없는 상상력이 당대의 시대상과 어떤 관계를 맺고 있는지 분석해 보고자 한다. 나아가 '호모 뮤턴트'가 문화콘텐츠로서 명실 공히 '흥행코드'로 사용될 수밖에 없는 이유도 도출해 보고자 한다.

Lysozyme is known as a key substance of the innate immunity and have antibacterial effect in the mucosal tissues, especially middle ear. Aquaporin (AQP) functions as water movement in the tissue and has been expected to be participated in the inflammatory responses. In the present study, we investigated to reveal association of lysozymes and AQPs in otitis media. The gene expression of lysozyme genes, homo sapiens lysozyme (hLYZ), homo sapiens lysozyme M (hLYZ M), and homo sapiens lysozyme G like-2 (hLYGH), and AQP genes (AQP 0 - AQP 12) were measured from postauricular skin, mastoid mucosa, inflamed mastoid mucosa, and middle ear mucosa. The hLYZ, hLYZ M and hLYGH gene were expressed in mastoid mucosa, inflamed mastoid mucosa, middle ear mucosa. Of AQP genes, all AQP gene except AQP 3 gene were expressed in the tissue of middle ear. Among them, AQP 4, AQP 8, AQP 9, AQP 10, AQP 11 and AQP 12 were highly expressed in the inflamed mastoid mucosa and normal mastoid mucosa (P<0.001). Interestingly, expression levels of AQP 4, AQP 9, and AQP 12 gene were significantly higher in the inflamed mastoid mucosa compared to normal middle ear mucosa (P<0.05). These results suggest that lysozyme and AQPs could be associated with inflammatory response in the middle ear.

본 연구는 분리공모(ECO)를 통한 장기 주식성과가 기업집중 내지 영업성과와 어떤 관련이 있는지를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 동업종 ECO의 자회사의 12개월간 CAR과 BHAR은 각각 26.52%와 22.19%로 양(+)의 성과를 보였으며 CAR은 5% 수준에서 의하였다. 이업종 ECO의 자회사의 12개월간 CAR과 BHAR은 각각 35.14%와 39.64%로 1% 수준에서 유의한 양(+)의 값을 보여 기업집중을 높이는 이업종 ECO가 동업종 ECO보다 고성과를 보였다. 반면, 모회사는 어떤 경우에도 유의한 성과를 보이지 않았다. ECO 자회사의 3년간 초과 영업성과를 분석한 결과, 첫 연도는 유의한 양(+)의 값을 보였으며 그 이후는 유의하지 않아 주식성과의 패턴과 일치하였다. 회귀분석 결과, 공모비율이 낮을수록 영업성과가 좋을수록 자회사의 주식성과가 좋았다.

The presence of sialoglycoproteins (SGPs) in the membranes from goat (Capra aegagrus hircus), buffalo (Bubalus bubalis bubalis) and pig (Sus scrofa domestica) erythrocytes was investigated by partial purification with a chloroform-methanol extraction method followed by Sodium dodecyl sulphate - Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis in comparison to human (Homo sapiens) erythrocytes. The results show that mammalian erythrocytes possess clear differences in the SGPs numbers and molecular weights although all animals studied in this experiment are from the same class i.e. mammalia. The SGPs number in human, goat, buffalo and pig are four (PAS-1 to PAS-4), ten (PAS-GI to PAS-GX), seven (PAS-BI to PAS-BVII) and four (PAS-PI to PAS-IV) respectively as indicated by staining the polyacrylamide gel with sialoglycoprotein-specific Periodic acid-Schiff's (PAS) stain. The new SGPs could be observed only after the partial purification of membrane fractions named as PAS-HI with molecular weight (Mr) 190 kDa and PAS-HII 150 kDa in human, PAS-BIA in buffalo and PAS-PIA and PAS-PIVA in pig. The gels were also stained with Coomassie brilliant blue (CBB) and Silver stain to check the contamination of other membrane proteins in the purified fractions. The quantitative distribution of SGPs was also determined by densitometry. Present study indicates that there are some basic differences in mammalian erythrocyte membrane SGPs, especially with respect to their number and molecular weights indicating major structural variations.

Collaboration among various fields appear according to rising of snack culture, polarizing phenomenon by a point to value, consumer behavior change giving importance to direct experience, and arrival of high touch age satisfied various needs and desires of consumer. Collaboration progressed limited edition form utilizes famous artist and designer's fame to promote products and upgrade their brand image through a short period agreement. This research aims at analysis about collaboration phenomenon in collaboration manners and characteristics, and understands changed socio-cultural meaning through collaboration expressed in almost all industry for high speedy changing fashion environment. This research utilizes between theoretical study and empirical analysis. For concentrated study, research period limits from 2007 to the present time 2009. This paper's purpose is studying on the socio-cultural meaning through analysis about characteristics of the trend of collaboration expressed in contemporary fashion. This research's results are as follow as; First, common life toward aesthetic surrounding, Second, introduction of high concept, Third, the power of Homo Consmus, Forth, focusing on the intangible elements and the value. This study intends to predict change of fashion design and fashion market for complicated consumer, and present fundamental materials about fashion industry and design development of the future through consideration on concrete aspect and meaning of collaboration expressed in contemporary fashion.

To date, one of the prevailing criticisms of Daniel Defoe's Robinson Crusoe has seen the adventure novel as a celebration of the rise of mercantile capitalism and the beginnings of colonialism. From this point of view, the Englishman has often been interpreted as an early embodiment of the concept of the sovereign economic subject. Prominent social critics who took up this interpretation have included Karl Marx, Max Weber, and Jean-Jacques Rousseau. Within literary studies proper, the work of Ian Watt offered perhaps the earliest version of this point of view of the novel. Influenced by both Weber and Rousseau, Ian Watt argued that Defoe's wandering protagonist embodies the rise of economic individualism. More recent criticism has tended to challenge this dominant interpretation by laying greater stress on such countervailing factors as Crusoe's mental uncertainty and inner conflict. Drawing inspiration from Fredric Jameson's diagnosis of the ills of late capitalism, this paper analyzes the ways in which Defoe's hero, rather than championing modern rationality, can in fact be seen as suffering from many forms of emotional psychosis. Robinson Crusoe can, after all, be better viewed as a contradictory multi-layered text that, despite its outward valorization of economic individualism, portrays its hero as a victim of negative capitalistic forces, a hero driven by his desire to possess but haunted by a fear of loss, a hero who flaunts inflated feelings of self-worth even as he reveals deflated notions of material insecurity and mental persecution.

The objective of this study is th analyse the determinant factors of the marketing channel structures in the five industries, including homo-electronics, automobile, oil, liquors, and fast-food industries, on the basis of the transaction cost TCA and to develop the complementary and exensive conceptuai model for understanding the determinants of the channel structures. TCA is relatively weak and besides of the TCA varkables other environmental or relational variables are more likely to dorminate the channel structuring.

'Saiee', which could mean between, intra- and inter-, is a crucial topic in theatre as theatre has tension between actor and audience, reality and illusion, and everyday life and extraordinary life. Especially, it is interesting that the function of 'Saiee' is connected to extension and application of drama and theatre such as educational theatre, dramatherapy and applied drama/theatre. Such works are expected to educational or therapeutic effects, thus concern and support, demand and supply of these works is getting increased. However, it is true that researches on spirit, aesthetic and direction of these works are not sufficient, compared to quantitative increase and diversity. This study will explore Boal's Theatre of the Oppressed(TO from the below), which is key theory and technique of applied drama/theatre field with viewpoint of 'Saiee' theatre to look at spirit, aesthetic and direction of this field. Saiee's energy could observe the object with distance(distance), form the relationship with that object(inter) and create new circumstance through that relationship(intra). And Boal's TO tried to Saiee's theatre by using Saiee's dynamics variously. It bases on the phenomenon of metaxis. Boal's TO believes that drama/theatre is unique nature and ability of human being, that is to say, it is based on Homo Theatrum, human plays and does theatre. Therefore, the participant of Boal's TO is extended to everyone in everyday life. This activity is not only individual work to find his/her identity but also solidarity and possibility to change society which they belong to. It is the dynamics of 'Saiee' to make this possible. Boal's TO thinks that relationship and balance between individuality and sociality is important. The way of conversation in Boal's TO includes questioning, listening and communication. Unfamiliarity or distance of 'Saiee' makes interest in other people and question about them. Questioning through theatre and concern on other beings to search for the answer (this is listening), would be new relationship(and possibility) to extend him/herself. The communication and relationship leads to possibility and ability to create another world. This is the function of 'inter-' and 'intra-' in theatre of 'Saiee'. Lastly, it is various that Boal's TO as 'Saiee' theatre uses the dynamics of 'Saiee'. The diversity of technique comes from the application to humans in every moment and every time. To apply 'Saiee's aesthetic actively, concern and research on people 'now and here' should be proceed.

본 연구는 수단-목적 사슬이론을 적용하여 엔터테인먼트관광자가 추구하는 가치를 규명하고자 하였다. 자료 수집은 2012년 7월부터 10월까지 제주에서 하였다. 연구의 절차는 먼저, 소프트 래더링기법을 실시하기 위하여 공연을 관람한 관광자와 일대일 심층인터뷰를 실시하였으며, 소프트 래더링의 결과를 바탕으로 내용분석을 하였다. 둘째, 내용분석의 결과에 의한 함축매트릭스 결과표를 제시하였으며, 이를 통해 최종적으로 엔터테인먼트관광자의 가치맵(HVM)을 작성하였다. 연구결과 엔터테인먼트관광자의 가치는 미적가치, 타인과의 소통, 즐거움 등으로 나타났다. 특히 지배적 가치는 즐거움으로 나타났는데, 이의 가치체계는 속성의 재미, 혜택의 감각적 즐거움 등의 연결 구조를 가지고 있었다. 이와 같은 결과는 엔터테인먼트관광자가 놀이적 인간(homo ludens)임을 지지하는 것으로, 엔터테인먼트관광의 공급은 스토리-텔링(story-telling)보다 스토리-왓칭(story-watching)에 더 집중할 필요가 있음을 시사하고 있다.

본 연구는 북한이탈여성의 삶의 경험을 생애사적 관점에서 살펴보는데 있다. 연구 참여자는 2017년 현재 81세의 북한이탈여성으로 남한에 거주한지 14년이 경과되었다. 생애사 텍스트는 Mandel baum(1973) 이 제시한 삶의 영역, 전환점, 적응의 순으로 분석했다. 연구 참여자의 삶의 영역은 평양에서 혁명 유공자 가족으로서의 유복한 생활, 요덕수용소에서 인간이하의 비참한 생활, 북한인권 실상 알리기, 최승희 무용세계의 재현자로서의 식지 않는 열정, 기초생활수급자와 반공전도사로 나타났다. 전환점은 최승희 문하에서 사사함, 요덕수용소로 끌려감, 중국으로의 탈출, 남한입국과 정착으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 적응전략은 자기만의 노하우 개발, 인적네트워크 활용 등으로 나타났다. 연구결과 연구 참여자는 북한, 중국 체류 시 보호받지 못하는 존재로서 호모 사케르의 경험을 했고 남한 입국 후에도 북한과 중국에서 경험한 부정적 경험을 지니고 살아갈 수밖에 없었다. 연구결과를 근거하여 논의 및 시사점이 제시되었다.
