의료 서비스 환경에서 서비스 사용자 경험 디자인 요소에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Holistic Spatial Design Elements for Service User Experiences in Healthcare Facilities)

  • For last decades, the interests and efforts to enhance healthcare facility users' experience is focused on improving facility environments for healing (Delvin, 2003) and servicescapes in order to meet the users' needs (Becker, 2008; Seunghee, 2011). In the emerging experience economy, customer want experiences and they're willing to pay for the experiences and memories not goods. (Pine, J. & Gillmore, J., 1999). It is important to identify what supports customer experiences and how they perceive the experiences in healthcare environments and it will provide important information for healthcare planners, managers, architects, and interior designers. This study examines the service user experience design elements from a User Experiences design perspective. It focuses on healthcare facilities as user experience elements and build up a conceptual framework that outlines service user experience design elements in healthcare facilities. Literature review and case studies were conducted to build the service user experience design elements according to affordance theory. Findings from this study shows that service user experience design elements were introduced and newly developed which can be categorized into three factors; 1) Functional experiences in the physical environments (safety, accessibility, self-directiveness), 2) emotional expression and cognitive experiences (identifiability/clarity, natural features/pleasant environment, aesthetic elements/playful space, media richness), 3) social relational experiences(closeness, privacy, communication with staff, integrated system). These service user experience design elements will help healthcare facility designers to understand what customer experiences, how they increase the satisfaction, and how they improve facilities for modeling the industry's best practices.

이정변기료법(移精變氣療法)에 관한 현대적 의미의 이해 -임상사례를 중심으로- (A Review of the Traditional Concepts of Psychologic Therapy in Oriental Medicine-specially about Ii-Gyeung-Byun-Qi(移精變氣療法) Therapy-)

  • Psychology and esters medicine are congenital therapeutic partners. they are closer in concept and practice to each other than either is to the principles of western science and medicine. Estern medicine, like most psychotherapies, is concerned with an individual's unique physical and emotional state. The aim of this study is to review Ii-Geug-Byun-Qi(移精變氣療法) therapy which is one of the psychotherapies in estern medicine. We studied few representative books which are about in estern medicine and also studied some clinical case reports on psychotherapies by estern medicine therapy, specially about Ii-Geug-Byun-Qi(移精變氣療法) therapy. Generally we understood Chukyoo(祝由) is the eldest psychological therapy which is based on Shamanism and controlled by Shaman as a doctor. and it is similar to simple psychoanalysis in western medicine. The psychologic therapy of Ii-Geug-Byun-Qi (移精變氣療法) is typical estem medicine psychologic therapy since the principle of estern medice had built like Hwang-Chi-Nei-Ching(黃帝內經). The meaning. of Ii-Geug-Byun-Qi(移精變氣療法) therapy is holistic psychologic therapy which are based on the harmony of mind and body. The practical method of Ii-Geug-Byun-Qi(移精變氣療法) are to refresh patient's emotional condition, like ventilaltion. The second healing method of Ii-Geug-Byun-Qi(移精變氣療法) is persuasion by dialogue. The third method is to clear patient's doubt by explainning of some qutestions. Therefore, the indication of Ii-Geug-Byun-Qi(移精變氣療法) therapy are psychosomatic disease or psychogenic problems. In conclusion, I suggest that the Ii-Geug-Byun-Qi(移精變氣療法) therapy could be powerfully adopt to prevent or treat lots of disease which is related with mind and body induced by stressor.

  • The Spiritual Care Guide in HospiceㆍPalliative Care is evidence-based and focuses on the universal and integral aspects of human spirituality-such as meaning and purpose, interconnectedness, and transcendence-which go beyond any specific religion. This guide was crafted to improve the spiritual well-being of adult patients aged 19 and older, as well as their families, who are receiving end-of-life care. The provision of spiritual care in hospice and palliative settings aims to assist patients and their families in finding life's meaning and purpose, restoring love and relationships, and helping them come to terms with death while maintaining hope. It is recommended that spiritual needs and the interventions provided are periodically reassessed and evaluated, with the findings recorded. Additionally, hospice and palliative care teams are encouraged to pursue ongoing education and training in spiritual care. Although challenges exist in universally applying this guide across all hospice and palliative care organizations in Korea-due to varying resources and the specific environments of medical institutions-it is significant that the Korean Society for Hospice and Palliative Care has introduced a spiritual care guide poised to enhance the spiritual well-being and quality of care for hospice and palliative care patients.

노인의 질병 관념에 관한 문화기술적 연구 (An Ethnography of the Concept of Illness by the Elderly)

  • This ethnography was based on Kleinman's explanatory model of a health care system. It is conducted to make thick discription of illness conception of the elderly in a sociocultural context. The basic assumptions were as follows. 1) A health care system is a cultural system, and as with any other cultural system, it is a system of symbolic meanings anchored in a particular arrangement of social institutions and patterns of interpersonal relationships; 2) In all societies health care activities are more or less interrelated. Therefore, they need to be in a holistic manner as socially organized responses to disease that constitute a special cultural system; health care system; 3) Health and illness experiences are the natural process of disease. Individuals who recognized a for state of health, their family, neighbors, and communities define the state, search for causes of the health problems, and response to it. According by, they proceed to search for healing stratagies. So, understanding of the illness experience is the starting point for health care. The study participants were 12 elders aged 60 or more. The fieldwork was conducted in an agricultural clan village of Namwon city. The data collection and analysis were cyclic, from descriptive observation, domain analysis, focused observation, taxanomic analysis, selected observation, componential analysis, and finally cultural themes were all analysed. Proxemic and text analysis techniques were used according to the characteristics of the data. The data of sociocultural context and descriptive data were collected from 1990 to 1992. Informations on illness concepts were collected during 1994 using focused observation. Data confirming and contrast observations were conducted from 1997 and 1999. Illness concepts of the elderly were taxonomized supernatural cause, non-supernatural cause, immediate cause, and ultimate cause. The supernatural ones were ancestors, god of home, god of village, and ghost such as 'sal(evil force of dead man)' and 'gagqui(ghost of begger)'. The non-supernatural ones were Ki, natural phenomenones, natural objects, foods, human and human behaviors. Immediate ones were insufficiency and overflows, discretion and consolidation, disorder and out of order, cloudness and contamination, and fluctuation and stagnation of supernatural cause and non-supernatural ones. Ultimate causes were intrusion and loss of supernatural and nonsupernatural ones. The cultural themes of illness concepts of the elderly are: 1) illness concepts are not based on causality principle, but on reciprocal principle; 2) illness concepts are affected by social level and charicteristics of the patients; 3) the causes of disease are recognized as imposed both positive and negative effects on health based on interpretation of the indiviuals; 4) illness concepts reflects on principles of everyday life of the society members such as hierachial structure and group cohesiveness; 5) illness concepts are ruled on principle of reciprocity and spread; 6) illness concepts are interrelated with physical environment of the participants. It can be concluded that the illness concepts of the elderly in a traditional clan village are a component of health care system as a cultural system based on these results. The these results can be a useful basis for gerontological nursing practice and education.

요가치료 문헌 고찰을 통해 본 현황과 발전 방향 (Current Status and Development Direction Through a Review of Yoga Therapy Literature)

  • 배경: 통합의학의 관점에서 새로운 요가치료의 발전 방향에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 목적: 체계적 문헌고찰을 통해, 요가치료 임상연구의 현황을 과학적 범주로 분석하고, 요가치료의 내용과 발전방향을 모색한다. 방법: 자료수집은 RISS, NDSL, DBpia, e-article, KISS 등 전자데이터베이스를 통해 2010년부터 2018년까지 출판된 KCI 등재후보 이상 국내 학술 논문 530편을 선정하였고, PRISMA 가이드라인을 참조하여 최종 28편을 추출하였다. 결과: 질적인 측면에서는 CEBM 근거수준의 3b에 머물렀고, 양적인 측면에서도 전체 임상연구의 실험군이 288명이라는 점에서 요가치료의 국내 임상연구는 부족한 실정이다. 요가치료의 내용은 80%가 아사나 동작에 중점으로 두는 운동치료인 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 요가치료에 있어서 통합의학적 관점의 8지요가 및 판차코샤 이론에 대한 이해와 실천이 필요하다는 것을 알려준다. 즉, 요가치료는 개인의 정신적, 신체적 체질을 바탕으로 한 전인치유 요가와 아유르베다를 기반으로 하는 명상치료와 운동치료가 통합된 심신통합치료 프로그램으로의 발전이 요구된다.

정신분석학적 '욕망의 주체' 이해에 기초한 사랑의 교육 교육과정 개발 (A Study on Practical Curriculum Development of the Education for Love based on the Understanding of Psychoanalytic 'Desire of Subject')

  • 본 연구에서는 돌토의 정신분석학적 관점을 중심으로 사랑의 교육 교육과정을 두 가지 영역에서 재구성하여 제시한다. 그 첫 번째 영역은 '사랑의 교육 교육과정의 방향 및 이에 따른 세부목적'이다. 이 영역에서 연구자는 사랑의 교육 교육과정의 방향을 '주체상호적인 사랑의 소통을 위한 사랑의 교육 교육과정'과 '욕망의 주체를 위한 사랑의 교육 교육과정'으로 재구성하여 제시한다. 사랑의 교육 교육과정의 방향에 따른 세부목적은 '말하는 존재로서의 주체 구성하기'와 '욕망의 자율적 원천으로서의 주체 깨닫기'로 재구성하여 제시한다. 사랑의 교육 교육과정의 방향 및 이에 따른 세부목적을 재구성하는 목표는 우리의 미래세대가 주체상호적인 사랑의 소통을 이루며 사랑을 욕망하는 주체로서 살아가도록 길인도 하고자 하는 데 있다. 두 번째 영역은 '사랑의 교육 교육과정의 과제 및 이에 따른 세부내용'이다. 이 영역에서 연구자는 사랑의 교육 교육과정의 과제를 '아가페적 사랑의 욕망 패러다임으로 전환하기'와 '사랑의 교육과정을 통해 전인성 형성하기'로 재구성하여 제시한다. 이에 따른 사랑의 교육 교육과정의 세부내용은 '아가페적 사랑의 욕망의 진실 깨닫기'와 '일상의 삶에서 아가페적 사랑 실천하기'로 재구성하여 제시한다. 사랑의 교육 교육과정 과제 및 세부내용의 재구성 목표는 우리의 미래세대가 아가페적 사랑의 욕망 패러다임으로 전환한 사랑의 교육 교육과정을 통해 일상의 삶에서 아가페적 사랑을 실천하며 사는 전인적 '욕망의 주체'가 되도록 길인도 하는 데 있다. 이에 더 나아가, 본 연구에서는 생애주기별(태아기, 영유아기, 아동기)로 돌토의 정신분석학적 관점에서 사랑의 교육 교육과정을 재구성한 실제를 제시한다. 결론에서는, 이와 같은 연구결과물이 현장에서 활용되기 위해 요구되는 교육적 실천을 제안하고, 본 연구 결과물의 후속 연구를 위한 제언 및 전망을 함으로써 본 연구의 여정을 마무리 한다.
