본 연구에서는 온라인 기록전시를 효과적으로 제공하기 위한 방법으로써 AR 온라인 기록전시 플랫폼을 설계하고, 직접 개발하는 과정을 다루며, 나아가 실제 이용자를 대상으로 개발된 플랫폼의 사용성에 대한 평가를 진행하였다. 기록전시 플랫폼이 담보해야 할 온라인 기록전시 플랫폼의 기능 요건을 도출하기 위해 관련 문헌을 분석하였으며, 도출된 기능 요건을 바탕으로 AR 온라인 기록전시 플랫폼의 개발을 위한 설계 전략 6가지를 수립하였다. 플랫폼의 구체적인 개발은 유니티 엔진(Unity Engine)을 활용하여 진행하였으며, 설계전략을 바탕으로 하였다. 이후 개발된 플랫폼을 활용하여 부산민주공원의 소장 자료를 바탕으로 <6월 민주 항쟁 역사 기획전>을 기획하였다. 이를 바탕으로 플랫폼의 실제 전시 서비스의 적용에 대한 가능성을 구체적으로 평가하고자 하였으며, 실제 이용자 35명을 대상으로 플랫폼 시연을 통해 이용자 경험(UX)에 기반한 AR 온라인 기록전시 플랫폼의 사용성을 평가하였다. 평가 결과에 따르면 첨단 기술의 활용에 따른 보완에 대한 요구사항 등이 존재하였으나, 코로나 팬데믹으로 인한 언택트 서비스의 활성화가 진행되고 있는 현시점에서 매우 긍정적일 것이라는 의견이 주를 이루었다.

The Fourth Industrial Revolution has differentiated technologies such as artificial intelligence, IoT(Internet of things), big data, and mobile. As the civilization develops more and more, humanity enjoy the cultural activities more than economic activity for the food and shelter. The platform structure based on the advanced information technology of the present will expand the cultural contents area in a variety of ways. Cultural contents respond sensitively to changes in consumer and will be useful experiences of human activities. Therefore, it should be noted again that the contents industry should not be limited to the discussion of the application of the fourth technology, but should be produced with emphasis on useful experiences of human being. In other words, the discussion of human activities around cultural contents should be focused on how to apply beyond the use of fourth industrial technology. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the basis of the successful storytelling of the planning stage to connect the fourth industrial technology and human useful experience as a method for developing cultural contents, and to build and propose a model as a strategic method. This study analyzes domestic and foreign cases made by using big data among the visual contents which show continuous increase of consumption among culture industry field, and draws success factors and limit points. Next, we extract what is the successful matching factor that influenced consumer 's consciousness, and find out that the structure of culture prototype has been applied in the long history of mankind, and presents it as a storytelling model. Through the above research, this study aims to present a new interpretation and creative activity of cultural contents by presenting a storytelling model as a methodology for connecting creative knowledge, away from the general interpretation of social phenomenon applied with big data.

기록의 다양성은 많은 분야에서 중요하게 강조되고 있다. 스포츠 분야에서도 기록관리의 중요성을 강조하여 종목의 역사를 남기는 데 많은 노력을 기울여 연구가 진행되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 젊은 층에게 인기가 높은 농구 종목을 중심으로 하여, 기록정보서비스를 개발하는 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 기록정보서비스 개발 방안은 기술을 개발하는 관점도 있지만, 최근 수요가 많아지고 있는 기록관리학의 관점으로 기술하였다. 이를 위하여 정보서비스 이용 예정자들에게 FGI를 통하여 요구 분석을 하였고, 기록 분석의 절차 요소를 도출하였다. 또한 시스템 구조와 데이터베이스 스키마를 설계하였고, 기록을 관리하고 열람할 수 있는 화면을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 기록관리 분야에서 스포츠 분야 기록관리에 대한 연구가 활발하게 이루어질 것으로 기대한다.

인공지능(AI) 기술이 발전함에 따라 빅데이터 기반의 상품 선호도 추정 개인화 추천시스템에 관심이 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 하지만 개인화 추천이 적합하지 않은 경우 고객의 구매 의사를 감소시키고 심지어 금융상품의 특성상 막대한 재무적 손실로 확대될 수 있는 위험을 가지고 있다. 따라서 고객의 특성과 상품 선호도를 포괄적으로 반영한 추천시스템을 개발하는 것이 비즈니스 성과 창출과 컴플라이언스 이슈 대응에 매우 중요하다. 특히 금융상품의 경우 개인의 투자성향과 리스크 회피도에 따라 고객의 상품 선호도가 구분되므로 축적된 고객 행동 데이터를 활용하여 맞춤형 추천서비스를 제안하는 것이 필요하다. 이러한 고객의 행동 특성과 거래 내역 데이터를 사용하는 것뿐만 아니라, 고객의 인구통계정보, 자산정보, 종목 보유 정보를 포함하여 추천 시스템의 콜드 스타트 문제를 해결하고자 한다. 따라서, 본 연구는 고객의 거래 로그 기록을 바탕으로 고객의 투자성향과 같은 특성 정보와 거래 내역 및 금융상품 정보를 통해 고객별 금융상품 잠재 선호도를 도출하여 딥러닝 기반의 협업 필터링을 제안한 모형이 가장 성능 우수한 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 고객의 금융 투자 메커니즘을 기반으로 금융상품 거래 데이터를 통해 미거래 금융상품에 대한 예상 선호를 도출하는 추천 모델을 구축하여, 선호가 높을 것으로 예상되는 상위 상품군을 추천하는 서비스를 개발하는 것에 의의가 있다.

계량서지학은 오랫동안 잘 정의된 과학저널의 기초 위에서 구축되었다. 그러나 한국의 기술혁신연구의 역사는 짧고 다른 분야에 비해 연구범위도 다양하다. 따라서 우리는 한국의 기술혁신연구에서도 전통적인 계량서지학의 법칙들이 적용되는지를 고찰하고자 한다. 한편 전통적인 법칙과 함께 멱함수 법칙의 설명력을 비교한다. 영향력지수와 관련하여, 한국의 기술혁신연구에 기여 정도를 측정하는 의사 영향력지수를 제안한다. 연구자의 생산성을 측정하기 위해 사용되는Lotka's law와 Bradford's law가 적용됨을 확인했으나, Nicholls(1998)와 마찬가지로 Price's Square Root law가 유효하지 않았다. 저널에 대한 인용의 측면에서는Garfield의 법칙 역시 적절하지 않았다. 다만 멱함수 법칙은 저자, 저널, 논문 및 단행본 모두에서 잘 적용됨을 확인하였다. 이전 연구에서 추정된1.5에서3사이의 범주와 유사하게 한국의 기술혁신연구에서도 1.6에서 3.5사이의 수치가 추정된 것이다. 의사 영향력지수(quasi-impact factor)를 본 연구에 적용한 결과, 피인용도가 높은 저널 집단의 한국기술혁신연구에 대한 영향력은 국제적 기술혁신연구에 비하여 그 정도가 약한 것으로 나타났다.

농작물 작황 추정은 생산량 예측을 통한 수급 조절, 가격 예측, 농가 소득 보전을 위한 정책 수립 등에 중요한 판단자료로 활용된다. 급변하는 국내외 여건에서 작물의 안정생산과 식량안보, 생태계 지속성 평가를 위해 원격탐사 등 국가차원의 미래기술 개발 노력이 요구되고 있다. 농촌진흥청은 2010년부터 국내외 주요 곡물생산지대 작황 평가를 위한 원격탐사, 작물모형, 농업기상 분야 원천기술 개발을 위해 노력해왔다. 본 특별호는 농촌진흥청에서 지난 8년간 국내외 작황 평가를 위해 수행해 온 원격탐사, 작물모형, 농업기상 분야의 연구개발 성과 및 연계된 이들 분야 간 융복합 연구 수행 현황을 정리하고 향후 연구 방향을 제시하고자 발간하게 되었다.

OVO is a digital platform that provides simple payments and smart financial services, as well as one of the largest digital payment platforms in Indonesia. It has wide coverage and security when making payments, and supports multiple settlement currencies. The purpose of this study is to explore the history, business model, and future strategic direction of OVO, an Indonesian e-wallet. To date, OVO has built its own mobile payment ecosystem covering a wide range of consumer scenarios including e-commerce, travel, offline shopping and finance. And it supports mobile banking, online banking, debit cards or selected partner merchants. Its three largest transaction categories are in the transportation, retail and e-commerce sectors. With over 110 million consumers and 1.3 million merchant users, it is one of the dominant e-wallets in Indonesian market and has become the country's e-payment market leader. OVO eWallet's 'One Card' model offers convenience and choice for users, thus contributing to the rapid growth of OVO eWallet. And OVO eWallet competes fiercely with other competitors, but OVO eWallet continues to grow in terms of the number of users and market share. Finally, this study analyzes the strategic goals and plans of OVO eWallet, predicts its future direction. OVO eWallet has a huge success, but there are still competition and challenges to face.

The hypothesis of the study of the article is that the use of elements of artificial intelligence will increase the effectiveness of the educational process of the university if: a set of pedagogical conditions for the construction and use of an expert system with elements of artificial intelligence in the educational process of the university is revealed; a model for preparing a future teacher of vocational training for the use of elements of artificial intelligence has been developed; a special course has been developed that contributes to the implementation of the professional orientation of education. In accordance with this, the following tasks were studied in the article: An analysis of scientific and methodological research in the field of the current state, prospects for the development and use of elements of artificial intelligence in the preparation of a future teacher of vocational training and to determine the dynamics of the introduction of intelligent expert systems in education; A set of pedagogical conditions for the construction and use of an expert system with elements of artificial intelligence in the educational process of a university is revealed; It is substantiated to develop a model for preparing a teacher of vocational training to use elements of artificial intelligence.

Purpose The development of the network and mobile industries has induced companies to invest in information systems, leading a new industrial revolution. The Journal of Information Systems, which developed the information system field into a theoretical and practical study in the 1990s, retains a 30-year history of information systems. This study aims to identify academic values and research trends of JIS by analyzing the trends. Design/methodology/approach This study aims to analyze the trend of JIS by compounding various methods, named as TLS mining analysis. TLS mining analysis consists of a series of analysis including Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) weight model, Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) topic modeling, and a text mining with Semantic Network Analysis. Firstly, keywords are extracted from the research data using the TF-IDF weight model, and after that, topic modeling is performed using the Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) algorithm to identify issue keywords. Findings The current study used the summery service of the published research paper provided by Korea Citation Index to analyze JIS. 714 papers that were published from 2002 to 2012 were divided into two periods: 2002-2011 and 2012-2021. In the first period (2002-2011), the research trend in the information system field had focused on E-business strategies as most of the companies adopted online business models. In the second period (2012-2021), data-based information technology and new industrial revolution technologies such as artificial intelligence, SNS, and mobile had been the main research issues in the information system field. In addition, keywords for improving the JIS citation index were presented.

This study investigates the characteristics and physical habitat requirements for each Bufo gargarizans life history through a literature survey. After deriving variables for each component of Bufo gargarizans, in order to reduce regional deviations from eight previously studied literature research areas for deriving the criteria for variables, a total of 12 natural habitats of Bufo gargarizanss are selected as spatial ranges by selecting four additional sites such as Umyeonsan Ecological Park in Seoul, Wonheungibangjuk in Cheongju in the central region, Changnyeong Isan Reservoir in the southern region, and Mangwonji in Daegu. This study presents Bufo gargarizans SI, a species endemic to Korea, whose population is rapidly declining due to large-scale housing site development and road development, and develops a Bufo gargarizans HSI model accordingly to improve the function of the damaged Bufo gargarizans habitat and to present an objective basis for site selection of alternative habitat. At the same time, it provides basic data for adaptive management and follow-up monitoring. The three basic habitat requirements of amphibians, the physical habitat requirements of Bufo gargarizans, synthesized with shelter, food, and water, and the characteristics of each life history, are classified into five components by adding space and threats through literature research and expert advice. Variables are proposed by synthesizing and comparing the general characteristics of amphibians, among the previously studied single species of amphibians, the components of HSI of goldfrogs and Bufo gargarizans, and the ecological and physical environmental characteristics of Bufo gargarizans. Afterwards, through consultation with an amphibian expert, a total of 10 variables are finally presented by adjacent forest area(ha), the distance between spawning area and the nearest forest land(m), the soil, the distance from the wetland(m), the forest layered structure, the low grassland space, the permanent wetland area(ha), shoreline slope(%), PH, presence of predators, distance from road(m), presence or absence of obstacles. n order to derive the final criteria for each of the 10 variables, the criteria(alternative) for each variable are presented through geographic information analysis of the site survey area and field surveys of the previously studied literature research area. After a focus group interview(FGI) of 30 people related to the Bufo gargarizans colony in Cheongju, a questionnaire and in-depth interviews with three amphibians experts are conducted to verify and supplement the criteria for each final variable. Based on the finally developed Bufo gargarizans HSI, the Bufo gargarizans habitat model is presented through the SI graph model and the drawing centering on the Bufo gargarizans spawning area
