The present study analyzed data from 417 grandchildren in the fifth grade of the elementary school with regard to patterns of contact and the content and the level of grandmothers role performance. Major findings were as follows; 1) The most frequent of association occuring between grandmothers and grandchildren was telephoning, next visiting and writing. The mothers, attitude and geographical proximity were consistently related to the level of the contact between grandmothers and grandchildren. 2) The family type, the attitude of the mothers and the health condition of grandmothers were related to the level of the grandmothers role performance. The role of the grandmothers consists with six dimensions of discipliner, surrogate parenting, interference, historical and sex role adviser, confidant and material provider.

The purpose of this paper is to examine how mainstream international media cover a major political event like the 2018 North Korea-U.S. Summit and how place branding effect is manifested on the Internet. A quantitative content analysis was conducted. A total of 1,990 relevant Internet news stories were collected from May 9 to June 17, 2018 and the types of media mentions Singapore as country and brand received were analyzed. As expected, Singapore garnered worldwide media coverage which in turn helped promote the island-nation's brand. International media reported on Singapore as a Summit location while also highlighting it as an important and attractive, cultural, historical destination. The study's findings indicate that global broadcasters such as CNN and BBC played the biggest role during the Summit in disseminating images of Singapore and landmarks as attractive places. Finally, the visual aspect of the event coverage also served as a formidable marketing instrument in bolstering the nation's brand.

Korean traditional Sikhye is made from rice and malt. Since 1740, there have been many records about the method of making traditional Sikhye, generally used in the folks. And the first records of sugar addition Sikhye were found In 1924. Therefore commercial sugar Sikhye is not traditional. Traditional Sikhye uses 30% of rice and malt (dry weight) as raw material, and main content is maltose. However commercial Sikhye uses only 3% of cooked rice, and adds 10% of sugar, .Even though some domestic Sikhye used sugar, the amount of added sugar does not exceed 115 of raw materials. Therefore, commercial Sikhye differs from not only traditional Sikhye but also domestic sugar Sikhye.

Canola meal is derived from the crushing of canola seed for oil extraction. Although it has been used in swine diets for a long time, its inclusion levels have been limited due to concerns regarding its nutritive value primarily arising from results of early studies showing negative effects of dietary canola meal inclusion in swine diets. Such effects were attributable to the presence of anti-nutritional factors (ANF; notably glucosinolates) in canola meal. However, due to advances in genetic improvements of canola that have led to production of cultivars with significantly lower ANF content and improved processing procedures, canola meal with a superior nutritive value for non-ruminant animals is now available. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to review the recent studies in the use of canola meal as feedstuff for swine, the factors influencing its use and the strategies to overcome them. First a historical overview of the development of canola is provided.

De Zolt's axiom which is a precise formulation of Euclid's Common Notion 5, "the whole is greater than the part", for the notion of 'content' holds in any Hilbert plane. In this article, we study the history of de Zolt's axiom which has its origin in Euclid's Common Notions, and introduce an example of a plane geometry in which de Zolt's axiom does not hold. We show that there is no area function in this geometry and every square is equidecomposable with a square which is properly contained in the first one. From this we also show that there are two equidecomposable rectangles which have the same base and do not have the same altitude, and there is a rectangle which is equicomplementable with an emptyset.

This study summarizes the research methods, subjects, research processes, and achievements of major researchers by analyzing previous research results on Korean food history. The goal of the current study aimed to seek the methodology and direction of 'food history research'. Literature data from 1945 to 2022 were examined. Results of excavation research on ancient food literature were divided into the following stages: the 1980s, when the foundation for 'cataloging' was laid, and the 2000s, when 'digitization' was achieved. Achievements of each period were collected, and the achievements and limitations were analyzed. Next, the research results were classified into 'Food technology history', 'Recipe change history', and 'Food culture and dietary history'. We observed that around the 2000s, anthropology and folklore research perspectives were reflected, and the research on 'history of diet' reached a turning point. Our results indicate the possibility that food history can develop as a special historical area. This could be achieved by establishing an exchange system with other disciplines and creating a systematic curriculum.

본 연구는 청소년들에게 역사에 대한 흥미를 높이고 게임을 통해 이해할 수 있도록 제안한다. 서대문형무소의 내부와 고문 기구를 3D 모델링으로 사실적으로 묘사한다. 문헌과 역사 사료를 바탕으로 일제강점기에 있었던 역사적 사건들을 게임 내부에 설계하고, VR 을 통해 사용자의 플레이에 몰입감을 준다. 이를 통해 사용자가 역사를 자연스럽게 접할 수 있도록 하는 VR 게임 콘텐츠 개발을 목표로 한다.

Although firms with advanced analytics and machine learning (which is often called AI) capabilities are considered to be highly successful in the market by making decisions and actions based on quantitative analysis using data, the scarcity of historical data and the lack of right data infrastructure are the problems for the organizations to perform such projects. The objective of this study, is to identify a road map for the organization to reach data capability maturity to become AI matured organizations. First, this study defines the terms, AI capability, data capability and AI matured organization. Then using content analyses, organizations' data practices performed for AI system development and operation are analyzed to infer a data capability roadmap to become an AI matured organization.

This study aims to develop metadata elements and vocabularies of 'Chosunsibo' issued in Korea during the Japanese colonial era. Despite the vast amount and historical values, newspaper articles in Chosunsibo are still unsearchable and difficult to access. To the end, this study includes as follows: (1) analyzed the DB construction and metadata elements of newspapers issued in Korea during the Japanese colonial, (2) investigated the morphological characteristics and content of 'Chosunsibo', and (3) derived metadata elements, encoding schemes and controlled vocabularies for 'Chosunsibo'. The final draft was verified in three methods: (1) review and revise through data input tests, (2) consulting by a DB expert agency, and (3) drawing up of crosswalks with metadata standards and related cases. The scope of this study is to design the metadata schema of the historical newspaper 'Chosunsibo' and develop a data input system based on that schema.
