화장률의 증가로 매장중심에서 화장중심의 문화로 바뀐 우리나라는 봉안을 선호하였으나 봉안시설의 사후 처리문제 등으로 화장한 유골의 새로운 처리 방법인 '자연장 제도'를 도입했다. 화장이후 봉안과 자연장 방법 이외의 산골도 요구되고 있으나 현실까지는 법제화되어 있지 않다. 본 연구는 화장한 유골을 처리하는 산골에 대한 문헌고찰을 장사등에관한 법률에서 정한 '화장한 유골을 뿌리는 시설'에 대해 현황 조사하였다. 조사 결과 화장한 유골을 뿌리는 시설은 공설화장시설 58개소 중 총 42개소가 있었는데 그중 40개소 시설의 명칭이 유택동산이었다. 수도권 공설화장시설 종사자에게 '화장한 유골을 뿌리는 시설'인 산골시설에 대해 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과 95.9%가 산골시설을 알고 있다고 했으며 88.2%는 개선할 부분이 있다고 답하였다. 본 연구는 현황조사와 분석결과를 토대로 산골의 법제화와 산골시설의 다양화 및 현대화 등 개선방안을 제언하고 있다.

Coastal village and Inland village was village in jeju. This study was cultural elements of stone to village in jeju. Memorial Stone and Stone Monument Street, Shrine, An altar of sarificial site for village tutelary spirits, Bangsatap(pagoda), 25 Bongsu(25 beacon fire stations) and 38 Yeondae(38 signaling sites), Hwanhaejangseong Fortress, Grave wall and Horse pasture walls were included in elements of history and culture to village in jeju. An altar of sarificial rite for village tutelary spirits was generally on the a hill near a village, built of Stone wall. Bangsatap(pagoda) was the kind and the size of stone to a location, that expresses the form and the scale. the form of grave wall was the oval or the rectangle, the latter was frequent. Thatched houses in jeju and facilities in a house, Stone wall, Tongsi(pigsty), Paeng namu and A heights of stone, Spring water and Water collected in a depression, Stone Weir, Horse mill and Dodaebul(Old Lighthouse) were included in elements of life and culture to village in jeju. Stone wall has the multiplicity of the size and the building method in the use, the function and the region. The form of Stone weir was the rectangular figure or the curvilinear figure, the section of that was the right triangle or the rectangular form.

In this paper, I propose that the figurative structure of Tongjoo Yoon′s "One Night, Counting the Stars" reflects the poet′s anguish over the colonial reality of Korea in the later stages of the Japanese occupation, especially regarding the forced adoption of Japanese names in 1939. The poet Yoon himself registered at Yonhi College with an adopted Japanese name. In the second half of the poem, the speaker alludes to this historical fact when he confesses that "On a hill lit by myriads of stars / I spelled my name / And covered it over with dirt," and that he "laments (his) shameful name." In the simile of the last stanza, the speaker continues to allude to the "buried" name: "But past winter, come spring to my star, / As green grass sprouts on a grave mound, / So will it spread with pride / On the hill where my name is buried." The longing and the yearning, expressed so simply and in child-like manner in the first half of the poem, become in the second half an urgent need for something that should have been but cannot be, and yet will be in the future-for a world that should be, now lost but to be regained. The poem contains the poet′s earnest belief that the inherited Korean names that were then so shamefully taken away will one day be recovered. It is almost impossible to find any other work written in Korean (despite the most suppressive measures against the use of the Korean language) that also alludes to the adoption of Japanese names. In this respect, "One Night, Counting the Stars" has a unique value in the history of modem Korean literature.

권이진(1668~1734)의 문집(유회당집)에 수록된 기문에 근거하여 별업형 별서 유회당 원림(하거원)의 의미경관과 환경설계기법을 추적하였는바, 첫째, 유회당 권이진은 대전 보문산 남쪽 무수동 마을 뒷동산 일대에 20여 년 동안 3단계에 걸쳐 선묘, 별업, 원림, 강학처 등 별업형 별서원림을 조성했다. 즉, 초창기 마을 뒷동산에 부친의 묘를 자리 잡아 별업(유회당)을 조성했고, 중반기에 연못(납오지), 원림(반환원), 선묘를 보호하고 후손의 강학을 위한 여경암과 거업재 등을 조성했으며, 후반기에 유회당을 증축하고, 동쪽 영역을 확충하여 하거원 원림을 완성했다. 둘째, 풍수적 입지 체계하의 무수동 마을에 자리 잡은 유회당 별업은 본제 살림집(안동 권씨 종가), 별업(유회당), 선묘소, 하거원(원림), 여경암(강학처) 등 별업형 별서가 갖추어야 할 공간요소를 모두 포함하고 있는 대표적 사례라 하겠다. 셋째, 유불선(儒佛仙)에 기반한 의미경관 요소가 작용되었는데, (1) 부모님 추모, (2) 가문 화합, (3) 절개, (4) 덕, (5) 고매한 인간 염원, (6) 상서로움, (7) 은일자의 삶, (8) 가문 번영과 학문 발전, (9) 선조의 은혜, (10) 선경세계, (11) 묘역보존, (12) 불로장생의 염원 등을 들 수 있다. 넷째, 선영 묘역을 조성한 후 13년에 걸쳐 조성한 하거원은 계류를 따라 3개의 연못이 어우러진 수경원을 조성했으며, 5개의 대(臺)와 3곳의 대숲, 그리고 석가산 등을 갖추어 선경의 이상세계를 구축하였다. 다섯째, 소나무, 단풍, 철쭉, 진달래, 감나무, 대나무, 버드나무, 석류, 사계화, 산당화, 왜철쭉, 복숭아, 연꽃, 국화, 작약, 모란, 장미, 벽오동, 무궁화, 배롱나무, 자두와 살구, 매화, 반송, 잣나무, 회양목, 단내 등 수 많은 조경식물종을 도입하여 시정(詩情)을 통한 낭만성, 의인화를 통한 상징성과 이상향 표출, 사계절 경색을 고려한 다양성 등을 꾀하였다. 여섯째, 경관석의 활용은 자연암석을 그대로 이용하는 진경(眞景)기법, 수경요소와 연계, 석연지와 화계 등을 이용한 점경물 기법, 의미경관의 진수를 보여주는 축경형 석가산기법 등을 들 수 있다. 그리고 수경관의 특징은 자연계류와 지형조건(동쪽계곡)을 고려한 물의 적극적 활용, 계류를 따라 원림의 각 공간을 리듬감 있게 물길로 연계하는 생태적 코리도 역할, 활수담, 몽정, 호수와 복수 등 철학적 가치를 연계시킨 의미경관의 대입, 물성을 이용한 청각과 시각 등 이목구비(耳目口鼻)의 오감만족 체험 공간화 등을 들 수 있다.

The effects of acepromazine on human ether-$\grave{a}$-go-go-related gene (hERG) potassium channels were investigated using whole-cell voltage-clamp technique in human embryonic kidney (HEK293) cells transfected with hERG. The hERG currents were recorded with or without acepromazine, and the steady-state and peak tail currents were analyzed for the evaluating the drug effects. Acepromazine inhibited the hERG currents in a concentration-dependent manner with an $IC_{50}$ value of $1.5{\mu}M$ and Hill coefficient of 1.1. Acepromazine blocked hERG currents in a voltage-dependent manner between -40 and +10 mV. Before and after application of acepromazine, the half activation potentials of hERG currents changed to hyperpolarizing direction. Acepromazine blocked both the steady-state hERG currents by depolarizing pulse and the peak tail currents by repolarizing pulse; however, the extent of blocking by acepromazine in the repolarizing pulse was more profound than that in the depolarizing pulse, indicating that acepromazine has a high affinity for the open state of the channels, with a relatively lower affinity for the closed state of hERG channels. A fast application of acepromazine during the tail currents inhibited the open state of hERG channels in a concentration-dependent. The steady-state inactivation of hERG currents shifted to the hyperpolarized direction by acepromazine. These results suggest that acepromazine inhibits the hERG channels probably by an open- and inactivated-channel blocking mechanism. Regarding to the fact that the hERG channels are the potential target of drug-induced long QT syndrome, our results suggest that acepromazine can possibly induce a cardiac arrhythmia through the inhibition of hERG channels.
