퍼지 PI+D 제어기를 이용한 설계변수와 이득의 자기동조에 관한 연구 (A Study on the self-tuning of the design variables and gains using Fuzzy PI+D Controller)

  • 본 논문에서는 설계변수와 제어기 이득의 자기 동조를 사용한 PI+D 제어기 설계법을 제안한다. 사용된 퍼지 PI+D 제어기는 일반적인 연속 시간 선형 PI+D 제어기를 근사화하여 사용하였고, 퍼지화는 퍼지싱글톤으로, 비퍼지화는 간략화된 무게중심법을 사용하였다. 퍼지추론 결과는 분리된 퍼지 변수로서 다른 작용 성분으로 계산되고, 그 결과는 설계변수에 해당하는 함수의 형태로 결정되어 제어이득을 결정한다. 따라서 제안된 방법은 빠른 동조 성능을 가지며, 퍼지 입력변수의 증가에도 쉽게 적용될 수 있고, 재생 오차를 줄이는 이점을 가진다. 이 제어기는 설계변수와 제어기 이득의 사용으로 보다 높은 효율성과 개선점을 가지고 있다.

SPI 제어기를 이용한 IPMSM 드라이브의 효율최적화 제어 (Efficiency Optimization Control of IPMSM Drive using SPI Controller)

  • This proposes an online loss minimization algorithm for series PI(SPI) based interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM) drive to yield high efficiency and high dynamic performance over wide speed range. The loss minimization algorithm is developed based on the motor model. In order to minimize the controllable electrical losses of the motor and thereby maximize the operating efficiency, the d-axis armature current is controlled optimally according to the operating speed and load conditions. For vector control purpose, a SPI is used as a speed controller which enables the utilization of the reluctance torque to achieve high dynamic performance as well as to operate the motor over a wide speed range. Also, this paper proposes current control of model reference adaptive fuzzy controller(MFC), and estimation of speed using artificial neural network(ANN) controller. The proposed efficiency optimization control, SPI, MFC, ANN in this paper is applied to IPMSM drive system, the validity of this paper is proved by analyzing response characteristics in variety operating conditions.

후판 압연공정에서 퍼지 두께제어 구현 (An Implementation of Fuzzy Automatic Gauge Control for the Plate Steel Rolling Process)

  • The plate manufacturing processes are composed of the reheating furnace, finishing mill, cooling process and hot leveling. The finishing rolling mill (FM) as a reversing mill has produced the plate steel through multiple pass rolling. The automatic gauge control (AGC) is employed to maintain the thickness tolerance. The high grade products are forming greater parts of the manufacturing and customers are requiring strict thickness margin. For this reason, the advanced AGC method is required instead of the conventional AGC based on the PI control. To overcome the slow response performance of the conventional AGC and the thickness measurement delay, a fuzzy AGC based on the thickness deviation and its trend is proposed in this paper. An embedded controller with the fuzzy AGC has been developed and implemented at the plate mill in POSCO. The fuzzy AGC has dynamically controlled the roll gap in real time with the programmable logic controller (PLC). On line tests have been performed for the general and TMCP products. As the results, the thickness deviation range (maximum - minimum of the inner plate) is averagely from 0.3 to 0.1 mm over the full length. The fuzzy AGC has improved thickness deviation and completely satisfied customer needs.

  • The field oriented control of induction motors is widely used in high performance applications. However, detuning caused by parameter disturbance still limits the performance of these drives. In order to accomplish variable speed operation, conventional PI-like controllers are commonly used. These controllers provide limited good Performance over a wide range of operation, even under ideal field oriented conditions. This paper is proposed model reference adaptive fuzzy control(MFC) and artificial neural network(ANN) based on the vector controlled induction motor drive system. Also, this paper is proposed control of speed and current using fuzzy adaption mechanism(FAM), MFC and estimation of speed using ANN. The proposed control algorithm is applied to induction motor drive system using FAM, MFC and ANN controller. Also, this paper is proposed the analysis results to verify the effectiveness of this controller.

간편 간접추론방법을 이용한 퍼지 디지털 PID 제어기의 설계 (Design of Fuzzy Digital PID Controller Using Simplified Indirect Inference Method)

  • 본 논문에서는 간편 간접추론방법을 이용한 퍼지 디지털 PID 제어기의 설계 방법을 제안하였다. 제안된 퍼지 제어기는 선형 디지털 PID 제어기에서 유도하였으며, 간편 간접추론을 이용한 퍼지화부, 제어규칙 베이스 및 퍼지화부의 설계방법을 설명하였다. 제안된 퍼지 제어기는 종래의 디지털 PID 제어기를 기초로 설계하였으므로 구조를 이해하기 쉽고, 퍼지입력에 의한 비선형 특성을 가지므로 선형 및 비선형 플랜트에 적응 능력을 가진다. 또한 각 입력변수 별로 간편 간접추론방법을 사용하여 추론하므로 고속 추론이 가능하고, 퍼지규칙의 수가 증가하여도 쉽게 적용 가능하다. 제안된 제어기의 성능을 D. Misir 등이 사용한 선형 및 비선형 플랜트에 모의 실험하여 효용성을 입증하였다.

  • This paper presents multi-PI controller of IPMSM drive using fuzzy and neural-network. In general, PI controller in computer numerically controlled machine process fixed gain. To increase the robustness, fred gain PI controller, Multi-PI controller proposes a new method based fuzzy and neural-network. Multi-PI controller is developed to minimize overshoot and settling time following sudden parameter changes such as speed, load torque, inertia, rotor resistance and self inductance. The results on a speed controller of IPMSM are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed gain tuner. And this controller is better than the fixed gains one in terms of robustness, even under great variations of operating conditions and load disturbance.

  • A variable speed refrigeration system(VSRS) has been received high attention for energy saving ability. This paper investigates effects of design factors such as membership function range and sampling time to control performances for systematical designing fuzzy logic controller of the VSRS. Some comparisons of control performance between the fuzzy and PI are conducted including comparative evaluation of robustness against noise by using computer simulations. The simulation results showed that the fuzzy is very useful design method for engineers in the industrial fields which have big noises system and deal with inherent nonlinear system like the VSRS.

  • This paper proposes a fuzzy logic based vector control for the gearless traction machine drive systems using a permanent-magnet synchronous motor (PMSM). The performance of the proposed Fuzzy Logic Control(FLC)-based PMSM drive are investigated and compared to those obtained from the conventional PI controll-based drive system. We have confirmed theoretically and experimentally at different dynamic operating conditions such as step change in command speed, step change in load, etc. The comparative experimental results show that the FLC is more robust and, hence, found to be a suitable replacement of the conventional Pl controller for the high-performance elevator drive system.

  • This paper presents a clustering adaptive controller to achieve robustness against parameter variations although it has simple structure and computational simplicity. The presented controller based on optimal fuzzy logic controller has an self-tuning characteristics with clustering. The controller requires no model of the system to be controlled. Simulation results show that the usefulness of the proposed controller.

고이득 관측기를 이용한 터보제트 엔진의 PID 퍼지 추론 가속도 제어기 설계 (Design of PID Type Fuzzy Logic Acceleration Controller for Turbojet Engine Using High-gain Observer)

  • 본 논문에서는 무인항공기 터보제트 엔진의 가속도를 제어하는 제어기를 제안한다. 압축기 회전 속도를 추정하기 위해 고이득 관측기를 사용하고 퍼지 추론 기법과 PID 제어 알고리즘을 적용하는 터보제트 엔진 제어기를 설계한다. 터보제트 엔진의 가 감속 시 서지현상과 flame-out 현상을 방지하기 위해 연료 유량 제어 입력을 퍼지 PID 제어기로 생성한다. 기준 가속도를 설정하고 연료유량 제어를 퍼지추론에 의해 정하도록 한다. 제안된 제어기의 성능을 확인하기 위해 MATLAB을 사용한 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다.
