정밀가공장비용 면진시스템의 동특성 (Dynamic Characteristics of the Vibration Isolation System for High Precision Processing Machinery)

  • The vibration isolation table system for the high precision Processing machinery has been developed. The system uses air spring as its isolation elements. An investigation of the model and the test results showed that the diaphragm has a role in the mathematical model. The vibration levels at various floors in the laboratory were investigated during operating the large shaking table for the selection of optimum installation location. The vibration test on the designed system showed good isolation performances.

  • The aim of this study is to obtain the useful design guideline for high impulsive force device with an isolation system by the analytic approach of dynamics characteristics. In this study, the high impulsive force system was modeled and analyzed in view of multi-body dynamics, and verified the modeling and analysis result by the experiment of the high impulsive force device. Additionally, the dynamic analysis was performed for the isolation system with the selected coefficients of elastic spring and damper selected. Experimental result for the high impulsive force device with the isolation system was compared and analyzed. From the result, it was confirmed that the design guideline for the isolation system of the high impulsive force device was useful.

  • Seismic isolation technique has been applied mainly in low rise buildings and its seismic performance was satisfactory during Kobe Earthquake. However, in the case of medium and/or high-rise buildings, mid-story isolation could be more technically feasible than base isolation to reduce earthquake forces. In this paper, the seismic effectiveness of mid-story isolation in medium and/or high-rise shear building as well as low rise shear building was evaluated analytically. After verifying the effectiveness of mid-story isolation technique, this method also applied in residential-commercial building. It was found that mid-story isolation, that is isolation between upper residential area and lower commercial area, could reduce inter-story drift and floor shear forces comparing to the conventional fixed base.

중약진지역 대공간 구조물에 대한 스마트 면진시스템의 적용성 검토 (Investigation of Adaptability of Smart Base Isolation System for Spacial Structures in Regions of Low-to-Moderate Seismicity)

  • 현재까지 스마트 면진시스템은 일본이냐 미국 같은 강진지역에서 개발되고 적용되어 왔다. 이렇게 강진지역에 있는 건축물을 지진하중으로부터 보호하기 위하여 개발된 스마트 면진시스템은 우리니라와 같은 중약진 지역에 있는 건축물에 그대로 적용되기에는 많은 한계점이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 강진지역에 건설되는 건축물을 위한 스마트 면진시스템을 중약진 지역에 건설되는 건축물에 작용하였을 때 발생하는 문제점음 검토해보았다. 이를 위하여 예제구조물로 대공간 아치구조물을 선택하였고 스마트 면전시스템은 MR 감쇠기와 저감쇠 탄성베어링을 사용하여 구성하였다. 강진지역과 중약진 지역에서 발생하는 지진하중으로는 기존에 발생한 역사지진을 바탕으로 인공지진을 생성하였다. 수치해석결과 강진지역에 건설되는 대공간구조물을 위하여 개발된 스마트 면진시스템을 그대로 중약진 지역에 적용하면 면진효과가 상당히 줄어들므로 스마트 제어장지의 용량이 중약진 지역에 맞추어 주의 깊게 설계되어야 함을 알 수 있었다.

  • The seismic isolation technology has appeared to be increasingly necessary for highway bridges, LNG tank, nuclear power plant, and building structures in view of earthquake vibrations. Also high-technology industries require effective seismic protection. The Seismic Isolation Bearing - High Damping Rubber Bearing - system has been counted as the most effective way fur seismic isolation, which is now under development and widely used in industries. Here, the commercial FEM software for nonlinear analysis, MARC, has provided force-displacement curves on the rubber system. The analyses have been carried out about fourteen cases; 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%, 125% and 150% horizontal displacements with a different frequency - 0.01Hz and 0.50Hz - and 100% horizontal displacement with four different frequency - 0.01Hz, 0.16667Hz, 0.3333Hz and 0.50Hz. The unknown constants of the strain energy function of Ogden model have been obtained by a tension test and planar shear test.

Protective systems for high-technology facilities against microvibration and earthquake

  • Microvibration of high technology facilities, such as semiconductor plants and facilities with high precision equipments, due to nearby road and rail traffic has attracted considerable attention recently. In this paper, a preliminary study is conducted for the possible use of various protective systems and their performance for the reduction of microvibration. Simulation results indicate that passive base isolation systems, hybrid base isolation systems, passive floor isolation systems, and hybrid floor isolation systems are quite effective and practical. In particular, the performances of hybrid floor isolation systems are remarkable. Further, passive energy dissipation systems are not effective for the reduction of microvibration. Finally, the protections against both microvibration and earthquake are also investigated and presented.

  • 본 논문에서는 아이솔레이션 에이드를 사용하여 격리도를 향상시킨 무선랜용 MIMO안테나를 설계하였다. IEEE 802.11.n의 무선랜대역인 2.4GHz대역과 5GHz대역에서 사용이 가능한 PIFA를 안테나 프레임과 접지면을 기준으로 대칭으로 배치하였다. 두 안테나 사이에 아이솔레이션 에이드를 삽입하여 2.4GHz대역의 격리도를 최대 5dB향상시켰고, 5GHz대역의 격리도를 최대 7dB향상 시켰다. 제안된 안테나의 전체효율은 60%이상이며, 계산된 ECC(Envelope Correlation Coefficient)는 0.1이하이다.

GaAs MMIC상에서 주기적 접지구조를 가지는 결합선로의 절연특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Characteristics of Coupled Line Employing Periodical Ground Structure on GaAs MMIC)

  • In this study, using a periodical ground structure(PGS) on GaAs monolithic microwave integrated circuit(MMIC), transmission line with a high isolation characteristic was developed for application to compact signal/bias lines of highly integrated MMIC. And the origin of the high isolation characteristic was theoretically investigated. The high isolation characteristic was originated from a resonance between adjacent microstrip lines employing PGS. With only a spacing of $20{\mu}m$, the coupled microstrip line employing PGS showed an isolation value of -47 dB at 60 GHz. The frequency range for high isolation was easily controlled by changing the PGS structure. Above results indicate that microstrip lines employing PGS are very useful for application to compact signal/bias lines of highly integrated MMIC requiring a high isolation characteristics between lines. In addition, equivalent circuit employing closed-form equation for the coupled line with PGS was also extracted.

방진재를 이용한 대형구조물의 철도 진동에 관한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Study on Railway Vibration Isolation of a Large Structure using Isolation Materials)

  • The paper deals with the vibration isolation of a large structure using an experimental technology. In the case of vibration isolation for the vicinity of a subway or a railroad station, most of vibration isolation techniques using isolation materials with high isolation efficiency only, have been applied. Therefore, the quantitative evaluation and design technologies are required for a vibration isolation of large structures. In this study, firstly, vibration characteristics due to train or subway are analyzed. Secondly, the performance of existing vibration isolation materials such as precision isolation material, elastomer is estimated through the experiments. Thirdly, the performance of a tire isolation material and its frame is tested and evaluated. Finally, it is shown that tire isolation materials can be applied to the vibration isolation or vibration reduction of large structures.

경남동부지역의 Bordetella bronchiseptica 보균실태 및 항체가 수준에 따른 균분리율 조사 (Survey on Prevalence of Bordetella bronchiseptica and Isolation rate by Difference of Agglutination Titer in Raised Pigs)

  • Bordetella bronchiseptica were isolated from nasal swabs of the pigs being raised in Eastern Gyeong Nam area from September to December, 1990. Servey on isolation frequency, antimicrobial susceptibility and serum agglutination antibody titer were carried out. The results obtained were summarized as follows : 1. Isolation of B. bronchiseptica were 47 pigs in 113, shown 41.6% of isolation rate and isolation rate were higher in non-vaccination group(60.0%) than vaccination group(28.8%), 2. Isolation rate by ages were the lowest below 1 week ages(22.2%), the highest in 78 weeks ages(55.6 %) and sows was shown 39.3%. 3. It was also found that 47 strains of B. bronchiseptica isolated were highly susceptibility to minocyclin, gentamicin, neomycin, colistin and kanamycin, and highly resistant to penicillin, linsmycin, bacitracin, sulphonamides and chloramphenicol. 4. Isolation rate by the difference of seum agglutination antibody titer were more high at low agglutination titer than high agglutination titer.
