ATM 고객망관리를 위한 통합 구조에 대한 연구 (An Integration Architecture for the ATM Customer Network Management)

  • As enterprises use ATM networks for their private networks and as these private networks use public ATM networks for wide area communication, the need for the customers to be able to manage both private and public networks. Currently, some standardization work is being done towards providing this capability to customers. In this paper, we propose a new customer network management (CNM) system architecture for the management of both ATM a private network and a public network in a uniform way. The particular features of the proposed architecture lies in the efficient support of the complex hierarchial TMN manager-agent relationships at M3 and M4 interfaces, and the support of SNMP and CMIP integration which is necessary for the implementation of a CNM system. The TMN hierarchical many-to-many manager-agent relationships are realized by the utilization of CORBA-Based SMK (Shared Management Knowledge) implementation. We have also implemented the prototype of a ATM CNM system, and measures the performance for the demonstration of the suitability of the proposed architecture.

  • Empirical analysis was based on the data of 692 hotel employees from Seoul and Gyung-gi province. To test the relationship between job characteristics and service quality, multiple regression analysis was applied, and hierarchial regression analysis(Cohen & Cohen, 1983) applied to test the moderating effects of gender and tenure. Multiple regressional analysis showed that job importance, job variety, and feedback had an positive impact on tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, but autonomy had a negative impact on tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance. Hierarchical regressional analysis showed that gender had moderating effects on 4 relationships between job characteristics and service quality, and tenure had moderating effects on 3 relationships.

과학기술혁신본부와 정책조정 방식 변화 (The Office of Science and Technology Innovation and its Implications for Policy Coordination)

  • The Office of Science and Technology Innovation (OSTI) was created by a different method of organizational change from that of precedent administrative reforms. According to results of the new method, the OSTI case can be widely applied to other ministries as an alternative model for governmental reform. The theory part introduced two approaches of organizational reform, namely structural approach which focuses on the level of hierarchial authority and process approach which emphasizes the flow of information/expertise in organizational operation. It also discussed various ways of understanding for S&T policy coordination. After this, the paper reviewed details of the OSTI reform with special reference to implications for the mode of S&T policy coordination. It concludes that the OSTI may offer an opportunity to strengthen the coordination mechanism of the process approach.

시공간 분석을 이용한 외래 의료이용의 지역적 차이 분석 (Regional Disparity of Ambulatory Health Care Utilization)

  • 본 연구는 시공간분석을 이용하여 주요 만성질환인 고혈압, 당뇨병, 관절증과 총의료이용에 있어 지역별 외래의료이용 차이를 살펴보았다. 분석자료는 보건복지부와 한국보건사회연구원에서 발간하는 1996, 1999, 2002, 2005, 2008년 환자조사 자료를 이용하였으며 분석방법으로는 베이지안 계층적 시공간모형(bayesian hierarchial spatio-temporal model)을 이용하였다. 이때 지역의 공간적 상관성은 convolution CAR 모형을, 시간적 상관성은 Ornstein-Uhlenbeck 방법을 적용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 질환별로 의료이용에 있어 지역적 차이가 존재하였다. 총의료 이용의 경우 시 군지역보다 대도시인 구지역에서 높은 상대위험비를 보인반면, 만성질환인 고혈압, 당뇨병, 관절증은 총의료이용과는 달리 강원도, 충청남북도, 전라남북도, 제주도 등 농어촌 지역에서 전국평균보다 높은 의료이용(상대위험비)을 보였다. 특히 고혈압은 부산경남 해안가 지역과 강원, 경기, 경북, 충청남도, 전북 등에서 높은 의료이용을 보였고, 관절증은 경기, 강원 일부와 충북, 충남, 전북, 전남, 경북, 경남지역 등에서, 당뇨병은 경기, 서울, 부산, 전라남북, 충청일부 지역에서 상대적으로 높은 의료이용을 보였다. 본 연구는 기존 연구와는 달리 공간적, 시간적 상관성을 고려함으로써 지역단위 분석시 공간적, 시간적 상관성을 고려하지 않음으로써 발생하는 통계적 오류를 최소화하였다.

우리는 정말 새로운 것에 열려 있는가?: 초등영재들이 인식하는 반창의성 편향 (Are We Really Open to Creativity?: Elementary Gifted Students' Perceptions on Anti-Creativity Bias)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 반창의성 편향에 대한 초등학교 영재아동들의 인식을 개념도방법을 활용하여 밝히고, 도출된 요인들에 대하여 공감하고 있는 정도를 탐색해 보는 것이다. 이를 위하여 12명의 초등학교 영재아동들이 반창의성 편향에 대해 집단 브레인스토밍을 실시하였으며, 이를 종합, 분류하는 활동을 통해 55개 최종 진술문을 확정하였다. 이들 55개의 진술문에 대한 비유사성 평정 자료를 사용하여 다차원척도분석을 실시한 결과 2차원 개념도 제작에 적합한 stress 값 .30이 도출되었다. 또한 132명의 초등학교 영재아동들을 대상으로 각 진술문의 공감 정도를 likert 6점 척도로 표시하게 한 후, 반창의성 편향에 대한 초등학교 영재아동들의 공감 정도를 분석하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개념도에 나타난 진술문의 좌표 값을 기초로 하여 위계적 군집 분석을 실시한 결과, 반창의성 편향에 대한 초등학교 영재아동들의 인식의 범주는 '창의성에 대한 모순적 태도', '창의성에 대한 낮은 평가', '정해진 규칙과 생각에 대한 강요', '새로운 것에 대한 반감'의 4개의 범주로 나타났다. 둘째, 초등학교 영재아동들은 '정해진 규칙과 생각에 대한 강요'(M=4.16), '새로운 것에 대한 반감'(M=3.68), '창의성에 대한 모순적 태도'(M=3.55), '창의성에 대한 낮은 평가'(M=3.30) 범주 순으로 공감하였으며 전체 평균은 3.68의 공감도를 보이고 있다. 본 연구는 반창의성 편향에 대한 초등학교 영재아동들의 인식을 알아보고 앞으로의 창의성교육의 방향을 제시함에 있어 초등학교 영재아동들이 생각하는 다양한 관련 요인들을 범주별로 분석하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구 결과와 관련된 현장에서의 함의가 심도 깊게 논의되었다.

고용상태 변화와 고용지위가 우울에 미치는 영향 -한국복지패널을 중심으로- (The effects of employment on depression -the Korea Welfare Panel Study-)

  • 본 연구는 한국복지패널의 원시자료를 통해 고용에 따른 우울 정도의 차이를 규명하고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 한국복지패널의 8차(2013), 9차(2014) 자료를 이용하여 조사에 응답한 12,512명을 대상으로 하였고, 우울에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보기 위해 t-test와 ANOVA에서 통계적으로 유의하게 나온 변수를 산출하여 위계적 다중회귀분석(hierarchial multiple regression)을 실시하였다. 위계적 다중회귀분석 결과 모델 1은 '남성' 기준 '여성'이, 나이가 많을수록, 배우자가 '있는' 기준 배우자가 '없는' 경우, '일반 소득' 기준 '저소득'인 경우, 자존감 합이 낮을수록, 이전 시기의 우울점수가 높을수록 우울감이 높아지는 경향이 있는 것으로 나타났고, 교육정도는 통계적으로 유의성이 없는 것으로 나타났으며, 이 모델에 투입된 모든 변수들에 대한 설명력은 30.8%로 분석되었다(p<0.001). 모델 1에 고용지위를 투입한 모델 2의 결과 투입된 모든 변수들에 대한 설명력이 30.9%로 나와, 모델 1과 비교한 설명력이 0.1% 증가하여 거의 변화가 없었다(p<0.05). 이상과 같은 결과를 볼 때, 고용에 따른 우울에 영향을 미치는 변수들의 격차를 줄일 수 있는 요인들에 대한 연구와 그에 대한 사회적 지지가 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

이명증 환자 중증도와 삶의 질의 상관 연구 (A study on the correlation between health related quality of life(QOL) and the severity of tinnitus patients)

  • Objective : This study was done to investigate the correlation between general quality of life(QOL) and disease specific QOL of tinnitus patients. Methods : 2009 National health and nutrition survey(NHNS) data were employed for analyzing the mean estimates of total population and tinnitus sub-group patients, and predicting the regression equation of mapping between EQ-5D and disease severity. Baseline statistical analyses and normality tests were done by using Student t-test, Chi-square test, Shapiro-Wilk test and ladder test. Hierarchial regression analyses were performed using related variables and predicted the optimal regression equations. Statistical significance was achieved if the probability was less than 5%. Results : Firstly, the standardized prevalence of tinnitus patient in South Korea was 18.69% and over 90th age-group was relatively higher than other groups. Mean value of domestic QOL measured by EQ-5D was estimated as 0.9486 and QOL of tinnitus subgroup(0.9169) was lower than the non-tinnitus subgroup(0.9559), significantly. Stratified by age and sex, QOLs of all sub-groups with tinnitus were lower than without tinnitus sub-groups significantly. Regression equations from 2009 NHNS data were developed using hierarchial regression analysis which is as follows. $$Y_{EQ-5D}=0.9224-0.0079{\times}T1-0.0261{\times}T2-0.0951{\times}T3+\sum_{i=1}^{n}{\beta}_i{\times}X_i\\{\hspace{95}}(0.0106){\hspace{3}}(0.0037){\hspace{30}}(0.0072){\hspace{30}}(0.0038)$$ ($X_i$=Other explanatory variables except Tinnitus QOL1, 2, 3, ${\beta}$= Regression Coefficient of Model 4) Conclusion : We confirmed the correlation among THI and EQ-5D and HUI-III, and developed the inference for regression equation of EQ-5D.

지역사회거주 노인의 연명치료 중단에 대한 자기결정 영향 요인 (Factors Influencing Self Determination for Withdrawing Life-Sustaining Treatment of the Community Dwelling Elderly)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to identify factors that influence on self-determination for withdrawal of life-sustaining treatment in the community dwelling elderly. Methods: This study used a descriptive correlational design. A convenience sample of 201 elderly were recruited from a welfare center located in Seoul, Korea. Data collection was done from September 1 to September 18, 2015. Four survey questionnaires were used: Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS), Life Satisfaction Index-Z (LSI-Z), Attitude on Do Not Resuscitate (DNR), and Self-determination for Withdrawing Life-sustaining Treatment. Data analysis was done by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and hierrarchical multiple regression. Results: Hierarchial multiple regression showed that the factors predicting the level of self-determination for withdrawing life-sustaining treatment were educational level, DNR experience in family, life satisfaction, and DNR attitude. These factors explained 44% of the self-determination for withdrawing life-sustaining treatment in community dwelling elderly. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest developing educational programs aiming at changing elderly's DNR attitude positive ways so that they can enhance self-determination for withdrawing life-sustaining treatment. Further study is needed with more elderly population in extended areas.

뇌졸중 재활 환자의 기능적 의존도와 스트레스가 건강 관련 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Functional Dependency and Stress on Health-related Quality of Life in Patients under Rehabilitation after Stroke)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify factors contributing to health-related quality of life in patients under rehabilitation after stroke. Methods: A descriptive correlational study design was used. Ninety-two stroke patients under rehabilitation from a university hospital were included. Data were collected on March and April, 2013 using structured questionnaires. Hierarchial multiple regression analysis was used to identify factors influencing health-related quality of life. Results: There were significant differences in health-related quality of life according to type of impairment. The health-related quality of life had significant correlations with age, functional dependency, and stress. Factors influencing health-related quality of life for stroke patients under rehabilitation were stress, functional dependency, type of impairment, and age, which explained about 34.5% of total variance. Conclusion: To promote health-related quality of life for stroke patients under rehabilitation, stress and functional dependency should be managed in this population, especially for older adults. Also these results can be utilized in the development of program for helping rehabilitation of stroke patients. The effect of depression and anxiety on health-related quality of life should also be addressed in future research.

간호조직문화, 셀프리더십, 임파워먼트가 종합병원 간호사의 직무만족과 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Organizational Culture, Self-Leadership and Empowerment on Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention in General Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose: In this study factors affecting job satisfaction and turnover intention of nurses were explored in the context of organizational culture, self- leadership, and empowerment. Methods: Participants were 286 nurses drawn from 3 general hospitals. Data were analyzed using t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and hierarchial multiple regression with the SPSS/WIN 18.0 program. Results: Significant differences in job satisfaction and turnover intention were found according to organizational culture types. Significant positive correlations were found between self-leadership, empowerment, task oriented organizational culture, relationship oriented organizational culture, innovation oriented organizational culture and job satisfaction. On the other hand, significant negative relationships were found between empowerment, relationship oriented organizational culture, innovation oriented organizational culture and turnover intention. The factors that enhance job satisfaction were found to be higher innovation-oriented organizational culture. Lower turnover intention was shown to be positively associated with relationship- or innovation oriented organization culture. Conclusion: Innovation oriented organizational culture is needed in order to raise job satisfaction and reduce turnover intention of nurses.
