In this paper, we studied the path determination algorithm of the guidance robot for the visually impaired. Using the guidance robot for the visually impaired, the visually impaired can go to the destination where they want without other's heir. The navigation path of the guidance robot for the visually impaired must be the optimal path not only the shortest but also the most safe, which is different from a shortest path for common people. GPS and electronic map are used for the location information of the visually impaired. We corrected the error by converting the coordinates of location information from GPS, which includes maximum several tens of meters error, to the coordinates of electronic map. Information such as simple path and direction to the destination is not enough because it may be different between a going path from the start to the destination and a coming path from the destination to the start as around environment. So, we added information which can be dangerous for the visually impaired such as driveway, sidewalk without braille blocks, crosswalk, stairs and overpass, each has weight value as dangerous degree, when matching the GPS information to the electronic map, enough large as 1:5,000 scale.

After Chinese reforms and market opening, China actively started working on ways to attach importance to the ocean and it's maritime strategy has been developed and carried out by external and internal factors. We can take two things as external factors attributed to China's marine strategy. The first one is maritime environment change in the East Asian region and the second one is the strategic importance of Taiwanese Straits and the South China Sea. And we can take about national strategy, security strategy, and change of foreign policy as internal factors. China recognizes the ocean as a major step to achieve a goal of national development. The main goal of China's marine strategy in the 21st century is to secure marine transportation and marine resources and to make peaceful maritime environment in the ocean to keep up with their economic development by opening itself to the world. China has strengthened their defense abilities to act against threat of national security by modernizing sea forces and increased national power by building up the marine power. It is expected that China will continue to seek more aggressive maritime strategy on matters of national security as well as pour heir efforts into making economic development and obtaining energy resources. This will also be one factor making new dynamics between countries in and around the East Asian region.

This paper presents target operation voltage guidelines of each voltage control area considering both voltage stability and economical efficiency in real power system. EMS(Energy Management System) data, Real-time simulator, shows not only voltage level but lots of information about real power system. Also this paper performs optimal power flow calculation of three objective functions to propose the best target operation voltage. objective function of interchange power flow maximum and active power loss minimization stand for economical efficiency index and reactive power reserve maximum objective unction represents stability index. Then through simulation result using optimazation technique, the most effective objective function is chosen. To sum up, this paper divides voltage control area into twelve considering electric distance characteristics and estimate or voltage level by the passage of time of EMS peak data. And through optimization technique target operation voltage of each voltage control area is estimated and compare heir result. Then it is proposed that the best scenario to keep up voltage stability and maximize economical efficiency in real power system.

Moderate halophilic bacteria isolated from several kinds of salted and fermented sea foods (jeotkal) collected from commercial market were identified and investigated on their selt requirements. It was confirmed that the isolates were dominantly moderate halophiles according to their NaCl requirement to grow. And their salt requirements in their growth have been examined for Na, K, Ni and mg ions. Among them, the most dominant and distinctive three strains in protease pro-duction have been examined and two of them identified to be halophilic Flavobacterium sp., and the other one to be halophilic Pseudomonas sp..1'heir optimum growth was observed at 3$0^{\circ}C$ and at 10 percent of NaCl.

우리 민법에 상속인이 민법 제1019조 제1항의 기간 내에 한정승인 또는 포기를 하지 아니한 때에는 단순승인을 한 것으로 본다고 하여 그동안 상속인들에게 지나치게 불리하다는 비판을 받아왔던 규정이 1998년 8월 27일 선고된 헌법재판소 결정(96헌가 22 등)에 의하여 헌법불합치결정을 받았다. 이에 따라 2002년 1월 14일 법률 제6591호로 공포 시행된 개정민법 제1019조 제3항으로 "민법 제1019조 제1항의 규정에 불구하고 상속인은 상속채무가 상속재산을 초과하는 사실을 중대한 과실 없이 제1항의 기간 내에 알지 못하고 단순승인을 한 경우에는 그 사실을 안 날부터 3월내에 한정승인을 할 수 있다."는 규정이 신설되었다. 그러나 민법 제1019조 제3항은 상속인들에게 구제의 길이 열리기는 하였으나 상속인의 보호가 제한적이고 상속인에게 한정승인만을 허용하고 상속포기의 선택을 제한하여 상속인의 승인 포기의 선택권행사에 문제가 있다고 본다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 상속의 승인과 포기에 관한 문제점을 검토해보고 상속인과 이해당사자들 간 모두에게 불리함이 없이 가장 공평하고 합리적인 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

A sublimation model of the freeze drying process, which accounted for the removal of free water, was presented and used to study the operation conditions of freeze driers for carrot juice. It was found that the shortest drying time was obtained when the condenser temperature and chamber pressure were kept at heir lowest values and the plate temperature was controlled independently so that the scorch and melting constraints were both held throughout the drying period. The effect of sample thickness on the drying time was significant. Optimal policies were investigated experimentally in laboratory freeze dryer.

This study was conducted to investigate the vibrio flora in an edible shellfish. sunset shelfish. Soletelliim olivacen. which were collected in the estuarine area. Dadaepo near Nakdong River in Korea lkoin January 1997 to November 1997. Including five pathogemc vibrios (Vibrio alginolyticus, Vibrio pamhaemol~~licz~s, Vibrio cholerae non-01. Vibrio vulnificus, and Vihrio jl~~vinlis), a lotal of eight species of vlbr~os (Vi61-io splendidrrs biovar I, Vibrio splendidus biovar 11, Vibrio snlrnonicida and Vibrio tr,~biasllii) were identified from the sunset shellfish by heir biochemical characters. The isolation of Vihrio pamhaemolyricns, which is known not to grow below $15^{\circ}C$, in winter season indicates that the sunset shelllish is one oT the natural owl.- wintering hosts for Vibrio parahuemolyticus.

National Geographic Information Systems(NGIS) started from 1995 has greatly contributed to building GIS infrastructures and developing GIS industries. To evaluate effectiveness and achievement of NGIS, it is required to build a policy evaluation model for NGIS. This study examined prior research works on GIS policy evaluation system and analyzed limitations of them. Then, it established a model for NGIS evaluation system. The study will contribute to removing unnecessary and duplicate efforts in NGIS project by providing an efficient mean for relict evaluation. It will also heir successful implementations of NGIS.

This study identifies the effect of community sports activities of senior on leisurely satisfaction to present basic information for active participation of senior in daily sports activities for enhanced satisfaction of senior and heir families. As a result, this study found that there is a significant difference between senior who participated in the activities and those who did not, and participation in daily sports activities has partial effect on leisurely satisfaction. Based on the conclusion above, this study suggests that degree of participation as well as participation in daily sports activities enhances leisure satisfaction of senior and their families. Therefore, to enhance the living quality of senior people, we need a discussion on development of a model based on effective daily sports activation plan.

상속결격이란 피상속인이 상속할 순위에 있지만 그 자가 피상속인 등의 생명침해 혹은 피상속인의 유언행위에 대해 고의로 위법한 침해를 한 경우에 상속인자격을 박탈하는 제도이다. 상속인에게 법정결격사유가 발생하면 그 상속인은 법률상 당연히 상속인 자격을 상실하게 된다. 이렇게 상속인자격을 상실한 자를 상속결격자라고 한다. 즉 윤리적 경제적 관계에 있는 피상속인과의 정당한 상속관계를 파괴하는 자에게 상속권을 인정하지 않는 일종의 제재를 가하여야 한다는 상식 속에 그 근거가 있다고 본다. 우리나라의 현행 민법 제 1004조에 상속인의 결격사유를 규정하고 있으나, 특히 유언장을 위조한 상속인은 제1004조 5호 규정에 의거 상속결격사유가 발생되는데, 상속결격은 일신전속권인 효과로 인하여 다른 상속인들에게 그 효과가 미치지 않기 때문에 결국 대습상속을 통하여 실질적으로 상속재산의 소유권행사를 할 수 있는 등 여러 가지 문제점을 안고 있어, 본 논문에서는 우리나라 상속결격제도의 문제점을 지적하고 그에 대한 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.
