CCR 기반 스마트 헬스케어 서비스에 대한 탐색적연구 (An Exploratory Study on CCR-based Smart Healthcare Services)

  • 본 연구는 스마트 헬스케어 서비스에 대한 탐색적 연구로 멀티채널을 이용한 CCR 기반 헬스케어 서비스 시스템에 대한 개요와 작동원리를 살펴보고, 이러한 서비스가 사용자들과의 상호 커뮤니케이션이 중요한 역할과 기능인만큼 서비스 품질이 사용자 만족 및 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 이를 위해, 헬스케어 디바이스 및 앱을 소유 및 이용한 경험이 있는 사용자 188명을 대상으로 구조방정식모형(SEM)으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 헬스케어 서비스에 대한 서비스 품질(유형성, 신뢰성, 공감성, 반응성, 보증성)은 모두 사용자 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사용자 만족도 지속사용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 발견되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 CCR 기반 스마트 헬스케어 서비스의 효과와 잠재적인 가치를 탐색하는 데 기여할 것으로 기대된다. 이를 통해 개인의 건강상태 관리와 예방에 대한 정확한 정보와 개인 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하는 향후 스마트 헬스케어 시스템의 발전에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

The Structural Relationship among Emotional Intelligence, Empowerment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Service Quality: Focusing on specialized hospital services

  • Purpose - This study is aiming to understand the critical role of employees' organizational citizenship behavior in evaluation of employee service quality. This paper examined what emotional intelligence and empowerment affect to their organizational citizenship behavior and service quality. Research design - Data were collected by questionnaires through specialized hospital services. Survey was conducted on patients who have been treated at a spine specialized hospital. Results - Emotional intelligence and empowerment have direct effects on organizational citizenship. Service quality is a function of organizational citizenship. The results showed that emotional and motivated capabilities of individuals influenced organizational citizenship behavior. Managerially, this study contributes to the understanding of the role of organizational citizenship behavior in service sector. Conclusions - The relationship between service quality and organizational citizenship behavior and also examined the effect of combination of creative and voluntary behavioral attributes such as emotional intelligence and psychological empowerment have on voluntary organizational citizenship behavior. The results showed that in order to induce organizational citizenship behavior, emotional intelligence should be facilitated and empowerment enlarged.

의료기관인증제 시행 후 의료 질 향상과 운영성과에 대한 인식이 고객지향성 및 직무성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of the Perception of Quality Improvement in Health Care and Operational Performance on Customer Orientation and Job Performance after Healthcare Accreditation)

  • Objectives : This study aimed to identify the perception of quality improvement in health care and operational performance after the implementation of the Healthcare Accreditation. Methods : Data were collected from 5 hospitals that have experienced the 2th Healthcare Accreditation in Busan, South Korea. A Likert 5-point scale was used to measure the research variables and a structured questionnaire was used. Finally, 206 valid cases were analyzed using SPSS win 18.0. For hypothesis testing, hierarchical multiple regression analysis were performed. Results : The perception of quality improvement in health care after the implementation of the Healthcare Accreditation was higher than the operational performance. In the customer orientation and job performance, the perception of quality improvement in health care and operational performance had a significant influence. Conclusions : It is necessary to use the Healthcare Accreditation as a virtuous cycle of management that can ensure enforcement of workplace regulations and improve the members'ability to provide high quality medical services.

의료분야의 서비스케이프 연구동향에 관한 연구 (Study on Current State of the Art of Serviscape in Healthcare Sector)

  • This study is to present current research state of the art in serviscape and performance in healthcare system. Previous studies related to serviscape in healthcare sector are explored with limitations. This study conducts a content analysis with literature reviews in order to synthesize previous studies into three branch constitution dimension of the serviscape presenting the service environment. This study provides a current research state of the art and a future direction in serviscape in healthcare sector. Study results provide serviscape, customer response, satisfaction, and behavior intention in terms of healthcare settings. The patients and hospital customers as well as hospital employees should share the service experiences of the good quality in a proper service environment so that the patients and customer can satisfy and revisit the hospital.

의료서비스 마케팅 국내 연구동향 분석 (Analysis of research trends in healthcare service marketing)

  • Purposes: This study examines academic research trends and the change of patterns by analyzing researches related to healthcare service marketing from 1988 to 2016. Methodology: As research subjects, a total of 486 published articles were selected. It's to analyze them by dividing into research topics, methods and data by classifying the period into 1988-1999, 2000-2009, 2010-2016. Findings: From 1988 to 2016, 486 research articles on healthcare service marketing were published in academic journals. Research on healthcare service marketing has steadily increased. Most of the articles were about service quality, satisfaction, revisitation, and reuse. 452 research articles were quantitative research. Generally questionnaire surveys were used. Practical Implications: We suggest future research directions on the basis of the status of research on healthcare service marketing for the last 30 years.

디지털헬스케어서비스에서 서비스품질 속성이 지속사용의도에 미치는 효과연구: 사용자기대와 사용자효용 매개요인을 중심으로 (Effect of Characterisitcs of Service Quality on Continuance Usage Intention of Digital Healthcare Service Using Mediating Factors of User Expectation and User Utility)

  • 본 연구는 디지털헬스케어서비스에서 사용자기대와 사용자효용의 매개요인을 사용하여 서비스 품질의 특성들이 지속사용의도에 미치는 효과를 분석하였다. 첫째, 독립요인을 서비스품질 차원으로 통합하였으며, 기존 연구들을 토대로 독립요인들을 도출하였다. 도출된 독립요인은 기술적특성, 사용자특성, 의료서비스특성 등의 3개의 관점으로 구분하였으며, 각각의 독립요인 특성이 지속사용의도에 어떻게 영향을 주는지를 연구하였다. 둘째는 사용자기대와 사용자효용이라는 2개의 매개요인들이 독립요인과 종속요인을 매개하는지를 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 357개의 설문을 사용하였으며 의미 있는 분석결과는 사용자특성 요인이 사용자기대와 사용자 효용 그리고 지속사용의도에 연속적으로 영향을 미치는 독립요인이라는 것을 발견하였다. 분석 결과을 요약하면 다음과 같다. (1) 사용자특성 요인은 사용자기대와 사용자효용 매개요인에 영향을 주고, 이들 매개요인들은 지속사용의도 종속요인에 영향을 미친다. (2) 기능성, 호환성 그리고 편의성 하위요인들로 구성된 기술적특성 독립요인과 혁신성 하위요인을 갖는 사용자 특성 독립요인은 사용자기대 매개요인에 영향을 주고, 사용자기대 매개요인은 지속사용의도 종속 요인에 영향을 준다. (3) 신뢰성, 운영용이성, 안전성 그리고 정확도 하위요인들로 구성된 의료 서비스특성 독립요인은 사용자효용 매개요인에 영향을 주고, 사용자효용 매개요인은 다시 지속 사용의도 종속요인에 영향을 미친다.

국내 1차 수혈 적정성 평가 시행에 따른 수혈서비스 질관리 현황 (Assessing the Quality for Blood Transfusion Service since the 1st National Quality Assessment Program in South Korea)

  • Purpose: The Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service (HIRA) in South Korea initiated a quality assessment (QA) program for blood transfusion healthcare services in 2020 to ensure patient safety and appropriate blood use. This study examines the quality of blood transfusion services since the first national QA program for blood transfusion services in Korea. Methods: We analyzed HIRA claims and QA investigation data based on inpatient medical records from all tertiary, general, and primary hospitals between October 2020 and March 2021. The target population was patients aged 18 years and older who received either total knee arthroplasty or red blood cell transfusion. The QA indicators for transfusion healthcare service consisted of four quality indicators and four monitoring indicators. Results: We analyzed the results of QA indicators for transfusion service from the medical records of 189,668 patients from 1,171hospitals and expressed indicators as proportions. The average results for evaluation indicators were as follows: transfusion checklist presence, 64.8%; irregular antibody tests, 61.8%; transfusions in which the hemoglobin levels before transfusion met the transfusion guidelines for patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty, 20.6%, and transfusions in patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty, 59.3%. The average results for monitoring indicators were as follows: transfusion management implementation in medical institutions, 56.9%; preoperative anemia management in anemia patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty, 43.9%; one-unit transfusions, 82.5%; and the transfusion index. Conclusion: The quality of blood transfusion healthcare varied and the assessment revealed that there is scope for improvement. Hospitals require more effective blood transfusion management and this can be facilitated by providing feedback on the QA results about blood transfusion healthcare services to medical institutions, and by disclosing the results to the public.

u-헬스케어를 위한 TMO기반의 액티브 모델 (TMO based Active Model for u-Healthcare)

  • 본 논문에서는 기존의 연구되었던 u-헬스케어지원 분산 프레임워크에 기반을 두고 다양한 헬스케어 홈서비스를 지원하기 위해 적응형 정보 공유 서비스를 제공하는 액티브 모델을 제안한다. 또한 이를 실시간 헬스케어 홈서비스에 적용하였다. 제안한 모델은 홈 네트워크의 물리적인 환경과 헬스케어를 위한 센서, 장치 그리고 기기들로부터 수집된 데이타 및 가공된 정보를 사용자의 상황에 따라 정보 서비스를 제공한다. 기 구축된 헬스케어 데이타베이스의 정보를 이용하며, 서로 다른 주기적인 특성을 해결하기 위해 TMO 스킴을 이용하여 액티브 모델을 구현하였다. 특히, 분산 객체그룹 프레임워크(Distributed Object Group Framework:DOGF)를 기반으로 u-헬스케어를 지원하기 위한 분산 프레임워크와 다양한 헬스케어 홈서비스 간에 적응형 정보 서비스를 제공하기 위한 상호작용에 중점을 두어 기술하였다. 끝으로 본 모델을 헬스케어 모니터링 서비스에 적용하여 수행 결과 및 성능 평가를 보였다.

병원 규모별 의료소비자의 고객충성도 형성요인 (Customer Loyalty to Health Services According to Hospital Type)

  • Objectives : This research used an exploratory approach to identify factors affecting business strategies due to changes in the healthcare market and customer loyalty factors. Methods : The research model was formulated using antecedents divided into diagnosis quality, employee attitudes, and servicescape. Moreover, differences in the structured model were analyzed according to hospital size. The data were gathered through surveys on clients, who has received care at participating hospitals. From the 200 that were distributed, 150 questionnaires were analyzed, to facilitate analysis of the research model. Results : The effects of diagnosis quality, employee attitudes, and servicescape, on customer loyalty were mediated by trust. We also found the differences between small and large hospitals. Conclusions : Customer loyalty in small hospitals was affected by servicescape, whereas that in large hospitals was affected by diagnosis quality and employee attitudes. The research results could be used to develop strategies to improve customer loyalty.

최고경영자 팀이 의료기관의 성과에 미치는 영향 (Top Management Team Heterogeneity, Interaction and Organizational Performance in Korean Hospitals)

  • This study empirically analyzed the effects of the Top Management Team (TMT) on organizational performance. We verified whether the age heterogeneity, job heterogeneity (core career, core function and major), and process (communication and integration) of the TMT affect organizational performance (management performance and healthcare service quality evaluation level). We collected data about 473 members of the 2006 TMT in 81 medical institutions. We also utilized statistics of organizational performance from the Ministry for Health, Welfare and Family Affairs and the Korean Institute of Hospital Management. Results of the study showed that the age heterogeneity of TMT exerted a negative effect on the healthcare service quality evaluation level, while the process exerted a positive effect. However, the age heterogeneity, job heterogeneity, and process had no influence on management performance. We discussed the implications of such outcome of the investigation in comparison with the former studies on TMT and organizational performance, and presented its restrictions and future plans.
