AHP를 이용한 전자청부 웹사이트의 사용성 평가 방법론 (Evaluating Usability of E-government Web Sites Using the AHP)

  • 성공적인 전자정부를 위한 가장 중요한 이슈 중 하나로 웹사이트 구축을 들 수 있다. 웹사이트는 평가를 통해 개선될 수 있으며, 이때 보편적인 원칙으로 사용성을 들 수 있다. 사용성이 높은 전자정부 웹사이트는 시민들이 보다 쉽게 원하는 정보를 찾을 수 있으며 전자 민원 문제를 해결할 수 있다. 연구에서는 사용성 관점에서 전자정부 웹사이트를 평가하는 계층적분석과정(AHP) 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 평가기준과 대안이 많은 경우 쌍비교 방식의 단점을 개선하고, 두 개의 의사결정 그룹이 존재할 때 합성된 중요도를 계산한다.

병원의 인터넷 마케팅을 위한 간호부서의 웹사이트 분석 (An analysis of Web Sites on the Nursing Departments for Hospital Internet Marketing)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was exploring current status of having home page on the hospitals which have more than 500 beds and analyzing web site on the Nursing Department among them. Method : Cases under analyzing were 92 hospitals which have their own home pages. And then, content analysis with 33 cases was used to evaluate web site of Nursing Department. Results : 1. There are 85(92.4%) home pages in the hospitals among 92 hospitals. 2. There are 33(35.9%) web pages on the Nursing Home page in the 85 hospitals which has hospital home pages. 3. The contents of web pages were 'Introduction of Nursing Department' (78.8% of Nursing Department), 'Home health care'(39.4%), 'Areas of Nursing department'(36.4%), 'Educational Opportunities'(36.4%), 'Research activities'(30.3%), 'Interaction'(27.3%), 'E-mail'(18.2%), 'Information providing to consumer'(15.2%), 'Hospice'(15.2%), 'Hot line, consultation'(12.1%) respectively. Conclusion : The results showed that most web sites of Nursing Department were consist of simple contents with simple purpose. Therefore, in this informational world, Nursing Departments have to try using internet marketing with well developed client centered web site.

중학생들의 식생활 정보 Internet Site 이용 현황 (Current Tendency of Middle School Students to Get the Food and Nutrition Information from the Internet Web Site)

  • 청소년에게 필요한 식생활 정보인터넷사이트 개발을 위한 기초 자료를 얻고자 식생활 정보 이용 현황에 대해 전국의 중학생 네티즌을 대상으로 웹 서베이를 하였다 중학생들은 숙제를 위해 또는 궁금한 것들을 알기 위하여 인터넷 정보를 찾으며, 식생활 정보 가운데는 요리 방법과 세계의 요리 탐방 등을 인터넷을 통해 얻고싶어 하였으며, 식사의 열량과 다이어트 및 음식들에 대한 토막 상식 등의 정보도 필요로 하였다. 응답자의 40%가 인터넷으로부터 식생활 정보를 얻은 경험이 있었으며, 특히 여학생의 이용 경험이 높았다 식생활정보는 요리사가 만든 전문사이트가 가장 높은 정보의 원천이었으나 학습사이트나 월간지 사이트 등의 토막 상식란 등에서도 정보를 얻고 있었고 주로 요리방법 을 알기 위해 또는 단순한 호기심 때문에 식생활 정보를 검색하였다고 하였다 그러나 검색하였을 때 필요한 정보가 없거나 광고가 너무 많고 내용이 너무 어려우며, 사이트 개설자의 상품이나 내용에 너무 치중된 내용이 단점이라고 하였다. 식생활 정보검색을 한번도 하지 않았던 학생들은 식생활에 대한 관심이 없거나 숙제가 없어서 방문하지 않았다고 답하였다. 따라서 청소년을 위하여 식생활 정보를 인터넷을 통해 제공하고자 할 때 전문 사이트를 새로 개발하는 것도 좋은 방법이나, 청소년들은 아직 건강 문제에 대한관심이 성인과 같이 높지 않으므로 학습 사이트 또는 청소년이 자주 방문하는 다른 사이트 등과 연계하여 관련 정보를 알기 쉽게 제공하는 것도 청소년에게 올바른 식생활지식을 접할 수 있는 기회를 많이 줄 수 있는 방안으로 생각된다. 또한 정보의 내용은 단순한 영양소나 칼로리 및 질병에 대한 학문적 상식에 국한되지 않고 실생활에의 적용측면에서 청소년들의 관심을 이끌어 낼 수 있는 다양한 정보로 형성되어야 하겠다.

중년여성을 위한 건강정보 프로그램 개발과 건강교육 활용에 관한 연구 (Development of Health Information Program for the Middle Aged Women)

  • The purpose of the study was to develop a Web site for the middle-aged women and test the usability of the site. Users' need for information were identified via online survey of 189 middle-aged women. It was found that they had various health problems but very few did any health prevention or health promotion activities. A web site for the middle-aged women was developed based on the result of needs assessment. The site includes content on exercise, diet including weight control, osteoporosis, climacteric, aging, breast and cervical cancer. Besides this health information, FAQ on women's health, my health knowledge test, statistics, link to related institutes and web sites, newspaper articles/mass media clips, journal articles, conferences, papers and other educational information were added. The site was developed as a subsystem of the Healthguide(http://healthguide.kihasa.re.kr). As a way of utilizing the homepage, twenty two women aged 40-50 were recruited at a community-based gathering and health promotion education program was conducted. To test the effectiveness of the education, knowledge, attitude and behavior changes of before and after education were compared. There were significant differences of knowledge and behavior in breast cancer, cervical cancer, osteoporosis, menopause and sexual life. It is expected that Web-based women's health information will contribute to women's health promotion and provide an effective learning media for health education.

월경통으로 검색한 한방부인과 관련 인터넷사이트의 건강정보에 대한 평가 (Evaluation of Health Information on Internet Sites Dealing with Oriental Obstetrics & Gynecology about Menstrual Pain)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze current status of the web-sites dealing with oriental obstetrics & gynecology in the internet, and to evaluate their quality and confidence of health information. Methods: It was selected 54 local sites by searching for such key words as menstrual pain. The evaluation tool consisted of six major classification (Content, Authorship, Purpose, Functionality, Feedback and Privacy). Results: In the evaluation of web-sites, the lowest and the highest scores were 7 and 19 out of 26, and the average score was 13.94. The scores of Purpose, Content, Feedback were higher than the average, but the scores of Authorship, Functionality, Privacy were lower than the average. Conclusion: There is a need to develop a high-quality information about latest, confidence, authorship of documents, and to prevent a exposure of privacy.

인터넷 사이트 식품영양정보의 질적 평가 (Qualitative Analysis of Food and Nutrition Informations on the Internet)

  • This study carried out to assess the quality of the information presented on the internet about nutrition specifically in the field of health functional food by monitoring with 10 panels from May, 2004 to October. Four hundred seven relevant websites were initially selected from a process using 5 search engines and the keywords ‘food’ and ‘nutrition’, and 404 sites actually met all inclusion criteria. Most of the sites evaluated 219 (54.20%) were commercial sites and then distributed noncommercial organization site 93 (23.0%), individual site 92(22.8%). Assessment quality indicator was carried out using the 17 necessary requisites, which has been developed to enable users and information providers to judge the quality of food and nutrition information. The mean score for quality grade was 11.07, five site out of a maximum score of 17 and two sites with the lowest total scores for the quality of food and nutrition information. Noncommercial organization site assessed achieved the highest score in accurate and useful informations to the public. Low ranked sites had the most inaccurate or misleading information, emphasizing only the positive aspects of the information, with little or no evidence. Many commercial sites used personal testimony as the most popular ‘proof’ for the effectiveness of product. This was anecdotal rather than scientific evidence based on which the objective validation was difficult to be made. Therefore, it can be challenging for both public and health professionals, to sort out useful information from a plethora of advertisements and promotions on the web sites. Our results suggest that nutrition professionals should talk about useful information of health, food and nutrition with public and help them find the best available information when using the internet.

맞춤형 다이어트 정보 시스템 (Customized Diet Information System)

  • 웰빙 열풍을 계기로 다이어트에 대한 관심이 많아졌고, IT의 발달로 인한 인터넷 기술의 보급으로 인하여 다음, 네이버와 같은 종합 포털 사이트나 블로그, 까페 등과 같은 커뮤니티를 통하여 사용자들은 항상 최신화된 정보를 얻을 수 있게 되었다. 따라서, 건강이나 다이어트 관련 웹사이트를 많이 접할 수 있게 되었다. 하지만 기존의 다이어트 사이트들은 메뉴가 간단하지 않았고, 컨텐츠가 너무 방대하여서 사용자가 원하는 정보가 정확하지 않다. 또한 다이어트 정보의 최신화가 잘 이루어지지 않는다. 본 논문에서는 사용자 맞춤형 다이어트 정보를 제공하는 'Calory&Diet'라는 웹사이트를 구축하였다. 제안하는 다이어트 사이트의 특징은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 구성메뉴를 간단화하여 사용자가 쉽게 정보를 얻을 수 있게 한다. 둘째, 각 사용자에게 꼭 필요한 맞춤형 컨텐츠를 제공한다. 셋째, OPEN API를 이용하여 별도의 DB 업데이트 없이도 사용자가 항상 최신화된 다이어트 정보를 얻을 수 있게 한다. 100명의 사용자에게 설문한 결과 제안하는 시스템이 기존 시스템에 비해 5점 척도 기준으로 간편성 항목에서 $0.2{\pm}0.65$점, 맞춤형 관련 항목에서 $0.2{\pm}0.69$점, 최신 관련 항목에서 $0.3{\pm}0.59$점 정도 높게 나타났다.

  • In recent years, there has been a proliferation of consumer health information available on the internet related to parent-child health. More and more, parents are accessing information about child ca re through the Internet and computer at home. But there is no guarantee that the information is current, unbiased, or accurate. Several researchers have suggested some criteria for evaluating internet sites; source, accuracy, disclosure, currency, accessibility. As more consumer search the World Wide Web for parenting information, nurses have to learn more about this technology. Because nurses can assist parents in identifying how to locate information they can trust. It is also needed to for nurses to document the criteria for information selection on internet and to evaluate outcome of cyberspace intervention of parenting.

인터넷 건강정보 평가 기준을 위한 건강 소비자의 인터넷 이용행태 분석 (Analysis of Internet Usage Patterns of Health Consumers for Internet Health Information Assessment Criteria)

  • Objectives: In this paper, the survey on internet usage patterns of health consumers was conducted and analyzed in order to determine internet health information assessment criteria for providing correct consumer health information on web-sites. Methods: By using a survey questionnaire with 16 questions on general information and 20 questions on internet health information, data were collected from September 16 to 25, 2005 from 476 participants through an internet web site, http://www.hp.go.kr. Frequency analysis, t-test, and multiple regression were used in order to analyze the difference in assessment criteria, factors influencing assessment criteria, factors influencing user satisfaction, etc. Results: General characteristics of the study population were: the persons over age 40 were the smallest age group; women were accounted for 74.2%; and the persons with average income were the largest income group; and the persons with average health status were the largest health group. Most widely used health information were: exercise, disease, and diet, in order. There was significant difference(p=.001) in importance of assessment criteria between the persons in medical institutions and the persons not in medical institutions. There was no significant difference in other assessment criteria. We also found that contents of websites and easy to use were more important factors than elucidation of information providers and information sources including speciality of information in quality assessment criteria of internet health information. Discussion and Conclusion: Results of this paper were compared with the previous studies from the literatures. Contrary to the previous studies in the literature, there was significant difference in importance of assessment criteria between the persons in medical institutions and the persons not in medical institutions. In order to apply the study results to develop health contents for consumer, there is a need for further upgrade the proposed assessment criteria based on expert opinion.

온톨로지 기반의 의약정보 음성 안내 서비스 개발 (Development of Voice Guide Service for Pharmaceutical Information based on Ontology)

  • This research proposes a method to provide visually impaired persons with better medical services and to mitigate their difficulties in taking medicines in their daily lives. Normally, pharmaceutical information are distributed in a form of printed materials, but it is not accessible by those who are visually impaired. Since persons who are visually impaired by accidents or diseases are required to take more types of medicines compared to other handicapped persons, and thus it is an important matter to let them have appropriate medicines at the right time. Although there are several web sites which are run by the Ministry of Health and Welfare providing pharmaceutic information, the information on those web sites are duplicated and some of the menus are similar, and thus giving users difficulties and discomfort in finding appropriate pharmaceutical information. Since ontology can define and describe the resource in an information system more clearly, in this research, an ontology consists of pharmaceutical information and knowledge on medicines is constructed to give patients more precise information more efficiently. Also, a service in which users can have voice guidance on pharmaceutical information retrieve from the ontology-based information system by contacting RFID sticker on the medicine to the reader.
