전치부 심미 보철에서의 성공은 안모에서의 심미와 구강 내 주의 치아와 치주 조직간의 조화라 할 수 있다. 정상적인 교합평면을 가진 안면대칭의 환자에서는 여러 심미 책에 나오듯 기준을 잘 정하고 그 기준에 맞게 제작하면 별 탈없이 조화롭고 심미적인 보철을 제작할 수 있다. 하지만 안면 비대칭 환자의 경우 안면 대칭의 환자의 기준에 억지로 맞추어 제작하게 되면 심미적이지도 않을뿐더러 기능적이지도 않은 결과로 끝나기 쉽다. 또한 치은 퇴축이 심한 환자의 경우 달라진 치아주위 환경에 맞게 보철의 형태를 부여해야만 치주조직에 조화롭고 심미적이며 자정작용이 뛰어난 보철제작이 가능하다.

Purpose: This research explores how domain passion in addition to entrepreneurial passion influences innovation strategy of venture, thus expanding the role of passion in choosing the path for innovation strategy. Passion is considered one of the most debated concepts in entrepreneurship, psychology, and marketing literatures, and yet a framework describing the integrated effect of entrepreneurial and domain passion on innovation strategy of venture is still lacking. Research data and methodology: Based on an inductive qualitative approach, the research addresses these issues via analyzing four unique cases of independently owned restaurants in Pakistan. The research focusses on the entrepreneurs who startup a venture out of a passion for a specific domain and have a passion for entrepreneurship either from start or it fuels up later during entrepreneurial process. Results: In the presence of both types of passions (Domain and entrepreneurial), the individuals will be inclined towards ambidexterity which differ in types from case to case according to different combinations and intensities (harmonious and obsessive) of passion. Conclusion: Research shows how innovation strategy of domain passion driven ventures is influenced by both entrepreneurial and domain passion, so to understand the role of passion in such cases integrated effect of both passions needs to be explored.

Purpose: This study aimed to identify the attributes of social adjustment among adolescent cancer survivors using concept analysis and to propose a definition of the concept. Methods: In accordance with the hybrid model of concept analysis, this study employed a three-phase circular process comprising theoretical, fieldwork, and final analysis phases. A thorough literature review was conducted using MEDLINE, Embase, and Korean databases, followed by qualitative fieldwork with seven participants. The results derived from the theoretical and fieldwork phases were integrated into the final analysis phase. Results: Four attributes of social adjustment were found in adolescent cancer survivors: having harmonious relationships with friends, having harmonious relationships with boy/girlfriends, fulfilling their present roles, and planning for and expecting future roles. The following definition of social adjustment of adolescent cancer survivors is proposed: "the conquering of difficulties arising from the continuum of childhood cancer and the achievement of the developmental tasks of typical adolescents." Conclusion: Social adjustment of childhood cancer survivors is crucial for integrating them into society. The findings of this study provide a basis for developing an instrument to measure the social adjustment of adolescent cancer survivors and for developing of interventions that target this group.

The ecological expression of art in modern society takes the harmonious developmental relationship between man and nature as an element and combines it with the various manifestations of painting as an expression of ecological artistic development. The necessary relationship for the harmonious development of nature is accurately articulated, and the ecological changes in people are expressed in integrated materials that inspire human reflection. In the pursuit of material pleasures, mankind is neglectful and indifferent to the environment. The development of composite painting in art and ecology is a process that more reveres the harmony between man and nature as well as satisfying the creative value of the work. After systematic evaluation and research, people have engaged in various structural forms of composite art painting development in the long history of art development, focusing on the integration of environmental and ecological culture.In the process of nature education going through development, the comprehensive practical development of nature education is enhanced and efforts are made to feel new ecological art ideas and new ways of valuing environmental protection. In this paper, an observational study of eco-art will be carried out, starting from the theory of hierarchical division and analyzing the contradictory relationship between man and nature. Recognize nature, understand it and feel it through eco-art painting. The analysis of the contradictory relationship between man and nature is combined with the identification of various types of information that give value to the environmental protection public, and the combination of ecological painting and nature art to achieve an upgrade of the environmental protection idea of the value of painting.

Korean religionist have actively participated in the movements of national security and peace, human rights and dignity, freedom and equal rights, and other social issues. Recently, either progressive or conservative religionists have strongly shown their different approaches in solving social issues, i.e., national security and peace in connection of 'national security law.' A few religious leaders' public views have been misused by some politicians. It is important for both the religionists and journalists in religious newspapers how to bring a harmonious resolution among the people who are either in conservatism or in progressivism. Social participation of religionists is both to respond to the timely situation of civil society and to realize freedom, equality, and peace to the society. Although the principle of the separation of religion and state was established to secure both the right of politics and the freedom of beliefs, political groups have either utilized or suppressed religions. Some politicians have also wrongly applied separation of religion and state by excluding religious aspects in public schools. Religionists and journalists of the religious newspapers should not provide one-sided prejudice but to provide objective information and its righteous analysis to guide people in the right direction to solve social problems. Also, religious newspapers should open a field of discussion how to resolve some issues between the 'national security law' and freedom.

창업의 중요성이 강조되고 있으나 창업기업이 지속하여 생존하는 것은 쉬운 일이 아니다. 따라서 창업기업의 창업만족도를 강화하고 생존율을 제고할 수 있는 방안 마련이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 창업기업의 창업동기, 창업역량, 창업열정이 창업만족도에 미치는 영향과 일반창업기업 및 스타트업의 창업형태에 따른 조절효과에 대해 고찰하였다. 창업동기는 자아실현동기와 친사회적동기로 구분하였다. 창업역량은 마케팅역량과 경험역량으로 구분하였다. 창업열정은 조화열정과 강박열정으로 구분하였다. 온라인과 오프라인으로 창업후 7년 이내 일반창업기업과 스타트업 기업의 경영자 361명으로부터 설문을 받아 실증분석을 진행하였다. 그 결과 자아실현동기, 친사회적동기, 마케팅역량, 경험역량, 조화열정은 창업만족도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 그러나 강박열정은 유의한 영향을 미치치 못하였다. 또한 창업만족도에 미치는 영향력의 크기는 조화열정, 마케팅역량, 자아실현동기, 친사회적동기, 경험역량의 순서로 나타났다. 일반창업기업과 스타트업의 창업형태에 따른 조절효과는 친사회적동기, 경험역량, 조화열정에서 나타났다. 그러나 자아실현동기, 마케팅역량, 강박열정과 창업만족도간 조절효과의 유의성은 나타나지 않았다. 본 연구는 조화열정과 마케팅역량이 창업만족도 제고에 중요한 요인이라는 학술점 시사점을 제시하였다. 또한, 창업기업 사업주체의 심리적 안정성 지원 프로그램, 전문가를 통한 창업역량 강화 및 자아실현동기와 친사회적 동기를 함양할 수 있는 창업교육 프로그램 강화 등이 필요하다는 실무적, 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다.

2050년경 중국이 21세기의 글로벌 가버넌스를 바꾸게 될 전망이다. 중국의 부상은 다른 개도국들에게 중국식 발전모델을 제공할 것으로 예측된다. 중국의 '평화적 부상'전략에는 긍정적 요소와 장애적 요소가 동시에 존재한다. 중국부상의 긍정적 요인으로는 개혁개방 정책의 성공과 경제적 상호의존의 심화로 구축된 중국경제의 세계화, 공산당의 통치 이데올로기 수정과 문화 민족주의의 적절한 이용으로 달성된 중국정권의 안정성, 그리고 유교사상의 활용과 인적자본의 강화를 기반으로 한 소프트 파워의 제고를 들 수 있다. 중국의 대국부상은 동아시아에서의 강대국 지위를 회복하는 것으로 시작된다. 중국에게 동아시아는 지속적 성장을 담보하는 생존권역(lebensraum)이다. 이를 위해 지역 경제협력의 제도화에 관심을 보이고 있다. ASEAN이 추구하는 동아시아 공동체의 핵심가치는 상호존중, 공동번영과 평등주의, 조화로운 공존을 추구하는 다원주의(pluralism)인데 중국의 정책인 조화로운 세계, 평화공존과 가치관이 일치함을 알 수 있다. 이 공통된 가치를 통해서 동아시아 지역의 긴장해소를 달성할 수 있을 것이다. 경제적인 성공과 소프트 파워를 앞세운 지역패권 전략으로 과거의 영광스러운 지위를 되찾으려 할 것이다. "동아시아에 근거를 두고 세계로 나아간다"는 동아시아 전략의 성공을 기반으로 세계규칙의 조정자가 될 수 있을 것이다. 한국을 비롯한 주변국은 중국의 '평화적 부상'전략의 최대 수혜국이 될 것이다. 중국의 부상이 주변국, 특히 우리나라에 미치는 영향은 심대한데, 현재보다 상품 이동, 노동력 이동과 양국간 자본이동의 규모가 훨씬 더 커져 육상, 해상에서 국경을 마주하고 있는 우리나라와 중국은 지역무역협정 체결으로 상호의존도가 높아질 것이다.

본 연구는 일과 가정 간의 관계가 여성 근로자의 성과에 미치는 영향을 파악하여, 여성 근로자의 일과 가정의 원활한 관계 유지와 더불어 갈등 관계를 감소시킴으로써 일과 가정의 균형을 통해 여성 근로자의 근로생활의 질을 높이고 우수 여성인력의 효과적인 활용을 극대화 할수 있는 지원제도의 조절효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 중소기업 사무직에 종사하는 850명의 여성 근로자를 대상으로 설문조사하였으며, 연구대상이 아닌 직종과 불성실한 응답을 제외하고 최종 500부를 실증분석에 활용하였고 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일과 가정 간 조화 관계는 여성근로자의 직무만족과 조직몰입에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 일과 가정간 갈등 관계에 있어서는 직무만족에 부(-)의 영향을 미치지만, 조직몰입과는 유의한 영향관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 일과 가정 간 관계와 성과를 조절하는 비업무적 지원제도의 조절효과에 대한 가설을 검증한 결과, 비업무적 지원제도의 조절효과가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 요컨대, 본 연구에서는 여성근로자의 일과 가정 간 조화 관계의 중요성을 입증하였으며, 여성근로자의 일과 가정 간 갈등 관계를 최소화 할 수 있는 지원제도의 구축, 특히 비업무적 지원제도를 기업에서 시급히 마련해야 할 것으로 연구결과는 시사하고 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 경호무도 전공자의 지각된 자율성지지가 내재적 동기와 열정에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이었다. 연구대상은 편의표본추출법(convenience sampling method)을 이용하여 수도권 대학의 경호무도 전공자들 317명을 선정하였다. 조사도구는 자율성지지, 내재적 동기, 열정으로 구인타당도 검증 후 통계처리에 활용하였다. 자료처리는 기술통계, 탐색적 및 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 구조모형검증을 하였다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경호무도 전공자의 지각된 자율성지지는 내재적 동기에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 경호무도 전공자의 자율성지지는 조화열정에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 경호무도 전공자의 자율성지지는 강박열정에 영향을 미치지 않는다. 넷째, 경호무도 전공자의 내재적 동기는 조화열정에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 다섯째, 경호무도 전공자의 내재적 동기는 강박열정에 부정적 영향을 미친다. 경호무도 전공자의 지각된 자율성지지와 조화열정 및 강박열정 간의 관계에서 내재적 동기는 부분 및 완전 매개역할로 작용함을 확인하였다. 종합해볼 때, 경호무도 전공자의 자율성지지에 의한 무도수련활동에서 자기 결정적 동기화를 통하여 자발적인 의지가 발생됨을 알 수 있었다. 또한 경호무도 전공자의 자율성지지에 의한 내재적 욕구충족에 따른 개인 및 대인적 압박감에 의해 빠른 시기에 설정된 목표를 이루고자 하는 욕구가 발생될 가능성도 고려해야 함을 확인하였다.

본 연구에서는 작가의 개념과 계획에 의한 주관적 연출로 대부분 이루어지는 식음 테이블 데커레이션에 대한 작가와 관람자 상호 호응의 관계를 형성하기 위한 유도로서 관람자의 선호요인, 즉 선호 디자인, 디자인이미지, 디자인요소 간의 인과관계를 파악하고자 한다. 이를 위한 실증연구로 off-line의 대인 면접에 의한 일대일로 설문 조사하여 필요한 정보를 획득하여, 분석하였으며, 그 결과는 아래와 같다. 식음 테이블 데커레이션의 관람자 선호도에 대한 조사 분석으로는 조화로운, 따뜻한, 여성적인의 디자인 이미지의 유사색 조화가 선호되었다 디자인 선호도와 상관관계가 높은 이미지 형용사는 '조화로운과 조화롭지 않은'으로, '조화로운'의 디자인 요소는 유사 색 조화로 '조화롭지 않은'은 혼합 색 조화로 나타났다 따라서 '색채'가 선호 디자인 요소로서 가장 중요하게 부각되었다.
