The skill that meets the intellectual and technical requirements in workplace is called hard skill. The counter part of it is 'softskills' which enhances an individual's interactions, job performance and career prospects. It becomes more necessary skill as society changes. In this paper we first show the demand for the softskill improvement education for engineering major students. Then we introduce a 'softskill improvement education' program developed by the "Center for innovative engineering education" in a University. The contents of the program are chosen by the needs of society, companies that hire our students, ABEEK educational objectives and consulting from professors. To improve the skills we used various activities as tools which are mentioned and introduced. The evaluation of the program results are discussed. We suggest some ways to improve the program.

동등분할 문제(EPP)는 학생이 특정 분야에 대한 경험 유무인 [0/1]이진수 형태를 갖는 경우와 [1,2,3,4,5]와 같은 정수형의 기량 수준을 갖고 있는 문제로 분류된다. 이진수형 EPP에 대해서는 다항시간으로 최적 해를 구하는 알고리즘이 알려져 있다. 반면에, 정수형 기량 수준을 갖는 EPP에 대해서는 다항시간으로 해를 구하는 알고리즘이 존재하지 않아 아직까지는 메타휴리스틱의 일종인 타부탐색법만이 알려져 있는 난제이다. 본 논문은 NP-난제인 정수형 기량 수준을 갖는 EPP에 대해 다항시간으로 해를 찾아가는 규칙을 가진 휴리스틱 탐욕방법을 제안한다. 제안된 알고리즘은 각 분야의 기량 수준별 빈도수 내림차순으로 그룹 수를 충족하는 하한치(LB)를 구하고, LB 이상인 기량수준을 가진 학생들을 각 그룹 상자에 우선하여 채우고, LB 이하 기량수준을 가진 학생들을 추가로 각 상자에 배분하는 방법을 제안하였다. 제안된 알고리즘을 실험 데이터에 적용한 결과 기존의 타부탐색법으로 구한 결과를 개선하는 효과도 얻었다.

본 논문에서는 하드디스크를 제조사들의 노하우와 수리업체에서 얻은 수많은 경험을 통해 얻어지는 기술을 하드디스크의 종류별 호환 모델과 복구를 위한 증상에 따른 조치 및 수리 방법에 대해서 분석하고자 한다. 하지만, 논문에 있는 데로 똑같이 시도하더라도 숙련도가 미숙한 사용자라면 성공할 가능성이 많지 않다. 좀 더 신중히 고장 하드디스크를 진단하고 다루어야 할것이며, 충분한 연습 후 실행에 옮겨야 할 것이다. 분석은 증상별 육안검사, 소리, 빈도수 별로 시도 되었으며, 이 결과는 귀중한 증거물의 데이터를 복원하는데 귀중한 자료가 될 수 있다.

The culture and society environment plays major role in the development of Fashion and now in the 21st century, interest in Fashion is getting increased along with the rapid progress of advanced media development and information surge. Now it s the time to extend visual efficiency not only transmitting fashion image but also develop a creative product that satisfy the demander s needs. Currently it is very hard to express our subjective Korean "nationalism" in the Fashion since the various expression skill using western fashion illustration are dominant in our society. I have classified two components, fashion illustration and Korean painting in the theoretical circumstance. In fashion illustration circumstance, I examined the concept, usage, expression skill and history referring to historical documents. In Korean painting section, I considered coloring portrait concept, pattern, history, concept, and feature of the four gentlemanly plants. including the basic material of Korean-paper, Writing- Brush, Ink-Stone, Traditional-ink and also the history of itself. I have designed 8 products applying the concept of plum blossoms, orchids, chrysanthemums and bamboos that represent the most important part of the four gentlemanly plants, and also the expression skill of Korean coloring portrait.rait.

하드매트는 영화의 표현에 있어서 대형화면을 열망하던 초창기 영화 감독들의 희망을 반영한 장치였다. 그러나 이러한 희망이 실현되면서 하드매트 방식은 영상 내용을 규정짓는 또 다른 장치로 변모되어 오늘에 이르고 있다. 즉 하드매트는 하나의 띠처럼 이루어져 영화의 시작 부분에서 관객의 시선을 새롭게 유도하는 기능을 하고 있다. 이러한 기능은 영화의 끝 부분에서는 시작과는 다른 기능을 하지만 영상에서 하드매트는 색다르면서도 인상적인 기법으로 계속 사용되고 있다. 적지 않은 감독들이 영상의 내용을 규정하면서 한편으로, 관객들에게 은유의 방법으로써 하드매트를 보여주고 있으며 이러한 방식은 이른바 HDTV 방식이 개발되면서 레터박스 스타일로 이어지고 있다. 요즈음 들어서는 젊은 층을 겨냥한 뮤직 비디오에서 하드매트 방식이 보여짐에 따라 하나의 유행이 되다시피 하고 있다. CF들 중에서도 여러 작품에서 하드매트 방식을 볼 수 있는데 이것은 뮤직 비디오 등으로 하드매트에 익숙해진 젊은이들에게 적극 어필되고 있다. 비록 하드매트가 영화 초기 기술적 실험의 하나로 이루어진 방법이었지만 현대에 이르러 영상 내용을 규정하게 되는 중요한 사례로 볼 수 있다. 내용이 형식을 주로 규정해온 시각 문화 양상과 구별되는 중요한 기법인 셈이다. 그렇지만 하드매트가 보여주는 일시적인 시각적 장점에만 의존하여 영상을 옆으로 늘어나게 하거나, 외국 영화의 크레딧에서 하드매트를 쓰는 까닭에 아무런 의도도 없이 모방만 한다면 문제가 될 수 있다. 이런 관점에서 형식이 이루어낸 영상 내용 규정이라는 영상 언어를 통하여 우리 나라 영상의 발전을 모색해 본다.

ROK military helicopters are frequently exposed to the hazard situations due to the characteristic of operation. Especially, helicopter accident may lead to critical damage of human and structure. Accordingly, pilots have to train the autorotation procedures and learn the skill to prevent hard landing. In this paper, the behavior of skid gear subject to the helicopter autorotation was conducted by using numerical method. The computer simulation approach by using finite element method was employed to accomplish this goal. Additionally, the behavior of skid gear was evaluated for the different landing conditions. In conclusion, the maximum stress concentration was occurred at the attached area of skid cross-tube to the fuselage. Also, it was revealed that the most proper attitude was level landing to prevent hard landing.

본 연구는 사회경제적 구조변화에 따른 빈곤형태의 변화를 고찰하고 신빈곤층의 탈빈곤을 위한 정책을 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 그동안 빈곤정책은 노령, 실업, 장애, 질병 등 노동능력 상실과 관련된 절대빈곤층에 초점을 두어 왔다. 그러나 경제위기 후 증가하는 빈곤의 특성은 노동시장 참여가 더 이상 탈빈곤의 요인으로 작용하지 않게 되었다. 본 연구는 근로빈민을 대상으로 경제위기이후 경제상황변화, 복지상황, 사회적 위험에 대한 경험 및 대응방식에 대해 경험적으로 조사하고 이를 기반으로 탈빈곤정책을 모색하고자 하였다. 연구결과 근로빈민층은 경제위기이후 실업, 소득감소 등 다양한 형태의 사회적 위험을 경험했으며 불안정한 고용상황, 취약한 복지상황을 보여주고 있으며 이를 기반으로 탈빈곤정책으로 소득안정정책, 직업훈련 및 기술교육정책, 적극적인 사회복지정책 등을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 급격한 기술 변화의 흐름 속에서 IT서비스업 분야의 스킬 미스매칭에 대해 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 전문가 집단에 대한 심층 인터뷰 방식으로 연구가 진행되었다. 숙련노동의 수요자인 기업이 바라보는 IT 산업의 현황과 숙련노동의 공급과 관련된 교육자들이 바라보는 시각에 일부 차이가 있었다. 숙련에 대한 분석 도구로 중요도와 만족도에 대해 5점 척도를 사용하였다. 매칭이 이루어진 경우 주어진 항목들에 대한 중요도의 평균은 3.7점이었고, 만족도의 평균은 3.4점으로, 채용한 인력에 대해 어느 정도의 차이가 존재한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 한편 비전공자 교육생의 숙련도 수준에 대해서는 중요도의 평균이 3.79점이었으나, 만족도의 평균은 3.12점이었다. 학력, 학점, 자격증, 수상경력, 어학능력에 대해서는 중요도를 낮게 평가하는 공통점이 있었다. 전공역량의 중요도에 대해서는 매칭 전 집단에 대한 만족도보다는 매칭이 이뤄진 집단에서의 만족도가 평균 대비 높게 나타났다. 기업이 원하는 숙련은 다차원적인 역량을 포함하며, 주로 soft-skill 항목들과 관련이 높았다. IT 서비스업에 속한 기업들은 숙련 미스매치의 원인으로 산업의 인력구조가 세분화되어 있지 않은 것을 이유로 들었고, 교육기관에서는 시간의 불일치를 꼽았다. 전문가 집단들은 모두 향후 미스매치 갭이 확대될 것으로 보고 있었다. 숙련의 공급은 기술이 변해가는 속도를 따라가지 못할 것이라는 전망이었다. 갭의 해결 방안으로 전문가 모두 산학연 과정을 뽑았으며, 장기적인 안목에서 인력을 육성할 방안을 모색해야 한다고 했다.

As a rapid development of electronic commerce transactions in these days, the security and private protection problems became more important matters under the electronic transaction base. Because electronic transaction using electronic documents be carried without direct person to person meeting, there can be the possibility to use other's identity illegally without notice, and very hard to verify authenticity of transaction as well. In addition, it is very hard to find out that the electronic documents on the process of submitting is forged documents or not, and also have much difficulty in maintaining transmitting secret. Therefore, to solve such problems on electronic commerce transactions and electronic documents, the digital signature and certification system with cryptography skill is inevitably necessary. As the wide use of digital signature together with beginning of digital government and financial transaction, not only the issuance of electronic certification, but certification market came to gradually expand. In Korea, after enacting digital signature act in 1999, the act contents were expanded to the wide range of contents complying with global standards from the end of 2001 to April, 2002, including the new clause of certification problems. And the act was put into operation now. Therefore, in this paper, we'd like to suggest development scheme through the investigation on electronic certification related problems, such as, concepts, procedures, service conditions here and abroad.

Number of information users of industry, school and research institute with arrival of knowledge information society are in trend that increase gradually the 21th century. That collect rapidly and analyze connection importance information of scientific technique field in this hard fact and offer efficiently timely to investigator processing can say as indispensable indispensability a element in country science technique elevation. Wish to illuminate Specialized Information Center of scientific technique field's role and significance in this hard fact in this research, and examine the role and significance. Together, wish to present way for research direction and Specialized Information Center development by introducing phase thesis and synthetic middle, effort of Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information(KISTI) for special skill development way preparation and study finding for each Specialized Information Center.
