This study reviews the revisions and updates to the Release 3.5 version of the TL 9000 Measurements Handbook. This paper introduces the new organization of QuEST Forum Work Groups(WGs) and how to apply TL 9000 standards in software product lifecycle.

In this study, 24 high-strength concrete dapped-end beams were tested to study the effects of the amount of main dapped-end reinforcement, the nominal shear span-to-depth ratio, and the concrete strength on the shear strength of dapped-end beams. Test results indicate that the shear strength of dapped ends increases with the increase in the amount of main dapped-end reinforcement and the concrete strength. The shear strength of dapped-end beam increases with the decrease of nominal shear span-to-depth ratio. A simplified method for determining the shear strength of reinforced concrete dapped ends is also proposed in this paper. The shear strengths predicted by the proposed method and the approach of PCI Design Handbook are compared with test results. The comparison shows that the proposed method can more accurately predict the shear strength of reinforced concrete dapped-end beams than the approach of PCI Design Handbook.

The Pyro project, one of the large national R&D project to construct Korea Advanced Pyroprocessing Facility (KAPF), which has many goals such as development of pyro technology and process equipment, design of equipment and facility, construction, and test operation, is now under research and development. To reduce uncertainty and risk of such complex project, the technical management processes in systems engineering standards and NASA handbook were reviewed, and then the ten common technical management processes were selected for the large national R&D project to meet its goal successfully. And the essential technical management processes were finally suggested for Pyro project in consideration of current situation of the project.

우리나라의 과학기술은 선진국 수준에 이르고 있지만, 이를 뒷받침하는 표준/규격 분야는 그 수준에 못 미치고 있다. 이를 극복하기 위해서 본 연구에서는 미국 규격체계의 발전 동향과 우리나라의 국가표준(KS, KlCS) 및 국내민간 규격체계에 대해서 살펴보았다. 이를 바탕으로 국내 국방 표준/규격 체계의 현 실태를 분석하고 3가지 측면에서 개선방안을 제시하였다. 첫째, 국방표준 분류체계 분야에서는 국방 분야에서 표준, 규격, 핸드북을 명확하게 정의하고 국방 표준과 국방 핸드북의 제정대상을 식별하였다. 둘째, 국방표준 제정절차 분야에서는 민간주도(상향식)형의 표준/규격 제정절차를 제시하였고, 마지막으로 '국방규격작성 표준지침' 분야에서는 국방 표준, 규격, 핸드북의 표기법 및 현재 도면번호 체계의 한계를 극복할 수 있는 개선안을 제시하였다.

연구 목적은 근거중심 소아치과학 연구의 기본이 되는 체계적 고찰의 방법과, 체계적 고찰의 통계적 방법이 되는 메타분석에 대하여 소개하는 것이었다. 연구 자료로서 Cochrane Handbook for Systematic Reviews of Interventions 등을 참고하였다. 체계적 고찰의 첫 단계이자 가장 중요한 것은 잘 규정된, 초점이 또렷한 질문을 만드는 것이고, 다음에 자료의 검색을 하고 선정된 자료에 대한 타당도 평가를 한 후, 변수의 종류에 따라 자료를 분석하고 결과를 해석하여 결론을 도출한다. 자료 분석의 통계학적 방법인 메타분석의 필요성과 원리 및 변수의 종류에 따른 자료별 메타분석 방법에 대하여 요약 기술하였다.

본 논문은 한국산 버섯류의 분포상과 자원탐색을 위한 연구조사중 주름버섯류내의 한국미기록 1속, 헛깔때기버섯속 Pseudoclitocybe과 미기록 5종, 헛깔때기버섯 Pseudoclitocybe cyathiformis(Bull.: Fr.) Sing., 한천비늘버섯 Pholiota brunnescense Smith & Hesler, 쥐방울먹물버섯 Coprinus angulatus Peck, 쌍포자외대버섯 Rhodophyllus bisporus Hongo, 끈적비단그물버섯 Suillus viscidipes Hongo과 복균류 1품종, 용문새주둥이버섯 Lysurus mokusin (L.; Pers.) Fr. f. sinnensis (Lloyd) Kobayasi 등이 판명되어 이를 보고한다. 색명은 "Methuen Handbook of Colour"(Kornerut & Wanscher, 1978)을 인용(引用)하였다. 채집(採集)된 모든 버섯표본(標本)은 농업과학기술원(農業科學技術院)에 보존(保存)되어 있다.

현재, 많은 연구가 진행되고 있는 시맨틱 웹 서비스 발견 기술은 DAML-S와 MIT의 Process Handbook 프로젝트의 온톨로지를 기반하고 있다. 하지만, 이러한 발견 기술들은 현재 상황에서 지능적으로 웹 서비스를 발견하기 위해서는 여러 가지 제약 상황을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 지능적 웹 서비스 발견을 위해 시맨틱 웹 서비스 발견 기술에 이용되는 기존의 온톨로지를 분석하였으며, 기존의 온톨로지가 가지는 장점을 수용하면서 단점을 보완하는 시맨틱 웹 서비스 표현 모델과 지능적 웹서비스 발견이 가능하도록 질의 언어를 제안하였다.

Since the nuclear data forms a vital component in reactor physics computations, the nuclear community needs processing codes as tools for translating the Evaluated Nuclear Data Files (ENDF) to simulate nuclear-related problems such as an ACE format that is used for MCNP. Errors, inaccuracies or discrepancies in library processing may lead to a calculation that disagrees with the experimentally measured benchmark. This paper provides an overview of the processing and preparation of ENDF/B-VIII.0 incident neutron data with NECP-Atlas and NJOY codes for implementation in the MCNP code. The resulting libraries are statistically inter-compared and tested by conducting benchmark calculations, as the mutualcomparison is a source of strong feedback for further improvements in processing procedures. The database of the benchmark experiments is based on a selection taken from the International Handbook of Evaluated Criticality Safety Benchmark Experiments (ICSBEP handbook) and those proposed by Russell D. Mosteller. In general, there is quite good agreement between the NECP-Atlas1.2 and NJOY21^(1.0.0.json) results with no substantial differences, if the correct input parameters are used.

본 연구는 성공적인 국제회의로 평가받고 있는 2010년 서울 G20 정상회의, 2012년 서울 핵안보정상회의 등 국제회의 개최사례를 중심으로 의전경호체계의 현황 및 문제점을 분석하고 그 개선방안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서 도출한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국제회의 지원법규의 정립이 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 '국제회의산업 육성에 관한 법률'에 대한 국가차원 주무부처 정립, 국제회의 지원법규의 체계에 대한 조정, 국제회의 지원조직의 일관성 유지 등이 수반되어야 한다. 둘째, 경호안전체계 관련법규 소관부처 간 이해 조정이 필요하다. 국제회의 의전경호와 밀접한 관련이 있는 경호안전체계 관련 다수 법규 간의 충돌 가능성 해소가 필요하다. 셋째, 국제회의 의전경호체계 확립을 위한 정부합동 의전편람 제작이 필요하다. 행정부, 입법부 등에 산재하여 다소 국지적이고, 일관성이 없는 의전관련 주요지침(편람)을 정부합동 의전편람 제작을 통해 국제회의 의전체계 확립을 도모해야 할 것이다. 넷째, PCO의 전문역량 배양 및 강화가 필요하다. "분야별로 PCO를 선정, 활용하여 차세대 유망 산업으로 기대되는 국제 컨벤션 대행 산업의 기반을 육성하고 해당 분야의 인력을 양성한다"는 정부 방침이 충분히 달성할 수 있도록 다양한 분야의 PCO를 발굴하여 국가 차원의 지원을 병행해야 할 것이다.

2000년도에 COMNAP/SCAR에 의해 극지지역의 환경모니터링에 관한 표준기술지침서인 'Antarctic Environmental Monitoring Handbook'이 발간되었다. 이 지침서에 따라 남극세종기지주변지역의 토양시료중의 중금속을 분석하였다. 시료분해방법은 고압산분해 방법을 사용하였고, 분석방법으로는 동위원소희석 유도결합플라스마질량분석법을 사용하여 토양중의 Pb, Cu, Zn 성분을 분석하였다. 분석방법의 정확성을 확인하기 위해 표준시료인 NIST 2702를 분석한 결과 인증값의 99.5~100.8% 범위내에서 일치하였다. Chelex 100 이온교환수지를 사용하여 간섭이온을 제거하기 위해 매질을 분리하였다. 측정결과 인위적오염이 예상되는 기지주변지역의 중금속의 평균농도는 각각 Pb 332.9 mg/kg, Cu 95.6 mg/kg, Zn 115.3 mg/kg로 나타났으며, 기지에서 멀리 떨어진 지역의 평균농도는 각각 Pb 28.1 mg/kg, Cu 101.8 mg/kg, Zn 115.6 mg/kg로 나타났다. Pb 농도는 기지주변지역과 멀리 떨어진 지점에서 현저한 차이를 보였다.
