우세측에 따른 상지와 하지의 기능 비교 (Comparison of Upper and Lower Limb Functional Ability Depends on Dominants)

  • Purpose. The purpose of this study was compared of left dominant and the right dominant hands about coordination. Methods. The participants were 30 occupational therapy students in M university in Changwon, from April 28th 2015 to May 1. The test tools were Jebson-Taylor Hand Function Test, Hand Strength & Pinch, Grooved Pegboard Test, Box & Block and Balance Test. Results. Right dominant hand was higher than left dominant in hand grip and dexterity, hand manipulation skills. And one leg standing and toe standing were higher left foot than right foot dominant. Conclusion. Most of all evaluation items showed a better result right dominant hand than left dominant. But shows that there is no functional difference between left-hand dominant than right-hand. So left-hand dominant coordination was evaluated by a better than right-handed.

  • The purpose of study to know hand function in order to prevent disability or handicap. The ability to perform precise refined movements of hand is an important human function. Improvement in object manipulation is common goal of therapist. The ability to manipulate an object in the hand is need for many functional tasks, including writing, handling coins, small objects and ADL skills. Therapists have commonly used hand grip and pinch strengths as baseline measures to evaluate hand function. The patterns of grasps are precision grasp, power grasp, hook grasp, spherical grasp, sylindrical grasp, disc grasp, pinch, three point pinch and tip pinch. And the motion of in-manipulation are finger to palm translation, palm to finger, shift, simple rotation and complex rotation. The hand function are include to evaluate of ROM, sensation, muscle strength of hand. It used to evaluate of decision of effect and suppose of disability and acceptance of vocation. Good evaluation is need to pretreatment and baseline of treatment and help to evaluate of effect on treatment.

삼차원 핸드 제스쳐 디자인 및 모델링 프레임워크 (A Framework for 3D Hand Gesture Design and Modeling)

  • 본 논문에서는 삼차원 핸드 제스쳐 디자인 및 모델링을 위한 프레임워크를 기술한다. 동작 인식, 평가, 등록을 지원하기위해 동적시간정합(Dynamic Time Warping, 이하 DTW)과 은닉마코브모델 (Hidden Markov Mode, 이하 HMM)을 활용 하였다. HMM은 제스쳐 인식에 활용되며 또한 제스쳐 디자인과 등록 과정에 활용된다. DTW은 HMM 훈련 데이터가 부족한 경우 제스쳐 인식에 활용되고, 수행된 동작이 기준 동작의 차이를 평가하는 데에 활용된다. 동작 움직임에 나타나는 위치 정보와 관성 정보를 모두 획득하기 위해 바디센서와 시각센서를 혼합하여 동작을 감지하였다. 18개의 예제 손동작을 디자인하고 다양한 상황에서 제안된 기법을 테스트하였다. 또한 제스쳐 수행시 나타나는 사용자간 다양성에 대해 토론한다.

가계의 세탁기사용방식과 사용정도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Pattern and Extent of Washer Use in Household)

  • In this study one aspect of consumer behavior in household equipment utilization was investigated the pattern, frequency, rate of washer use and their relation to the following factors a) Washer related factors : extent of the presence of desired characteristics, the evaluation of washer's intrinsic features and related household facilities. b) Psycho-social factors : attitude of energy conservation, preference & ability to wash by hand, standard of washing of the respondent homemaker. c) Socio-demographic factors : age, education level and employment status of homemaker, house-hold income, the presence of children under seven years, size of family, the presence of a paid help. The subjects of this study were 286 homemakers with washer in Seoul. Analysis methods were used to fuequency, one-way ANOVA, Gamma test, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient, t-test and multiple regression of SPSS program. The major findings are the following; 1) The pattern, frequency, rate of washe use appeared various in every household. 2) Extent of the presence of desired characteristics was very low and respondents evaluated their washer's intrinsic features moderate. 3) The pattern of washer use was affected by the evaluation of washer's intrinsic features, preference & ability to wash by hand, wife's employment and household income. The frequency of washer use was affected by family size and preference & ability to wash by hand. The rate of washer use was affected by extent of the presence of desired characteristics, the evaluation of washer's intrinsic features and preference & ability to wash by hand. Therefore, washing by hand is major substitute for washer. If more desired characteristics are added to washer, intrinsic features are improved, and maintenance costs are reduced or household income is raised, every houshold with washer will use washer more than washing by hand in washing ask so that it may gain more utility from washer.

  • The human hand is a complex structure that performs various functions for activities of daily living and occupations. This paper presents a literature review on the methodologies used to evaluate hand functions from a biomechanics standpoint, including anthropometry, kinematics, kinetics, and electromyography (EMG). Anthropometry describes the dimensions and measurements of the hand. Kinematics includes hand movements and the range of motion of finger joints. Kinetics includes hand models for tendon and joint force analysis. EMG is used on hand muscles associated with hand functions and with signal-processing technology.

  • Fabric hand is ultimately a subjective response to physical stimuli, but there are clearly practical advantage in the development and commercial trading of textile fabrics to be gained from the replacement of the traditional subjective tactile assessment by an objective measurement evaluation method. Moreover, the reliable objective measurement method for warp knitted fabrics have not developed yet, despite their increasing importance. (omitted)

  • 세계적인 인구 고령화와 생활수준의 향상에 따른 국민들의 건강에 대한 관심이 커지면서 최근 전자의료기기의 시장도 증대되고 있다. 수지형체외식초음파프로브는 허가 신청 건수가 높은 다빈도 허가 심사 대상 의료기기이며 최근 병원 등의 임상분야에서 그 활용도가 높다. 하지만, 수지형체외식초음파프로브의 성능 평가를 위한 국내 기준은 명확하게 마련되지 않은 실정이고, 허가심사 및 품질평가 등을 위한 가이드라인 조차 마련되어 있지 않다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 수지형체외식초음파프로브의 특성, 허가 및 시장현황을 조사하고, 관련 국내 외 규격을 검토하여 성능평가 시험항목, 기준 및 방법을 도출하였으며, 시험검증을 통하여 최종적으로 국제조화되고 국내 실정에 적합한 성능 평가 가이드라인을 마련하였다. 향후 본 연구결과를 의료기기 관련 업체에서 활용함으로써 수지형체 외식초음파프로브의 품질 및 성능 향상을 도모하고, 허가를 위한 심사 평가의 일관성을 확보할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

음파 및 초음파기구를 이용한 근관형성법의 효율성에 관한 실험적 연구 (AN EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF THE EFFICACY OF SONIC AND ULTRASONIC ROOT CANAL PREPARATION TECHNIQUES)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the canal preparation time, deviation of the apex (Zipping), and debridement effect of the canal of three canal preparation techniques. Thirty extracted 1st and 2nd molars were divided into 3 groups and each group was enlarged by ultrasonic, sonic or hand instrument. The specimens were examined under scanning electron microscope and light microscope. The results were as follows: 1. In the canal preparation time, ultrasonic group was the shortest, followed by sonic, hand group. All pairs of groups were significantly different at the 0.05 level. (P < 0.05) 2. In the deviation of the canal, no two groups were significantly different at the 0.05 level. (P > 0.05) 3. In the evaluation of debris scores, ultrasonic and sonic groups were better debridement effect than hand group in the fine canals. In the large canals, ultrasonic group was the best results, followed by sonic, hand group. 4. In the evaluation of smear layer scores, ultrasonic group was the best and sonic and hand group were same effect in the fine canals. In the large canals, three groups were same effect. 5. In the effect of the removal of predentin and pulpal debris, in the regardless of canal size, three groups were same and pulpal debris was not completely removed by either technique.

중공사를 이용한 침장용 소재의 구조적 특성에 따른 역학적 특성 및 태분석 (The Mechanical Properties and Hand Evaluation of Bedclothes with Hollow Spun Yarn)

  • In this study, the mechanical properties and hand characteristics of the knitted and woven fabrics for bedding items are investigated in accordance with fabric structural parameters including the fiber type and proportion, the density of the fabric, and the knit/weave structure. The knit stitches and structure of the knit samples made an effect on tensile properties. The bending, shear and compression properties for the knit fabric were mainly affected by fiber contents of the samples. The tensile and bending properties of woven samples were highly correlated with the fabric density, thickness and structure, and those shear and compression properties were affected by the fiber contents and structure. Consequently, the primary hand values of the selected samples we developed were estimated to have good smoothness, fullness and softness, and soft feeling, which is well correlated to the parameters of consumer preference such as softness, warmness, and bulkiness. Also, their total hand values were increased.

금속가공 작업자의 국소진동 평가 (Evaluation of Hand- Arm Vibration of Steel Processing Factory Workers)

  • This study was performed to evaluate the hand-arm vibration of the steel processing factory workers. Measurement, evaluation and as sessment were based on the International Standard(ISO 5349). The frequency weighted accelerations of the various hand-held tools and total exposure time were measured to assess the periods for the white finger symptom to occur. As a result, it was found that the air angle grinder and the air baby grinder are more harmful than other hand-held tools. It was also found that using various vibratory tools together is more harmful than using a single tool.
