Electronic documents have characteristics that detecting whether an electronic document is modified or not is not an easy process. Thus verifying integrity of documents is very important for using electronic documents. To facilitate this process, various electronic document software provide digital signature capabilities on themselves. However, there were not much research on the security of digital signature function of software. Therefore, in this paper, we analyze the security of Adobe PDF, MS Word, Hancom Hangul, digital notary service and digital year-end-settlement service, and propose recommendations for implementation of digital signature funcion.

Recently, electronic documents are deployed in many areas. However, trust concerns arise owing to the fact that detecting whether an electronic document is modified or not is not an easy process. To facilitate this process, many word processors provide digital signature capabilities on themselves. However, there were not much research on the security of digital signature function of various programs including Microsoft Word and Hancom Hangul. Therefore, in this paper, we analyze the security of Microsoft Word and Hancom Hangul, and propose improvements for their digital signature schemes.

The first line school system is complexed. In result school affairs is subdividing and complicating more and more. It increased school affairs of teachers and they spend more soluting of their work than studying of teaching materials . The performance evaluation was introduced into the management of school record work as a part of educational reform. This is the evaluation of a studying course and a heavy burden of teachers was aggravated. So they have to depend on computer. In this study. I want to present the efficient method of management of school record work by using Hnagul 97 and Hangul approach 97. That will be able to make out a record easily. It is possible to design a individual pattern and to alter it.
