한국 여성 소비자의 화장품 소비성향이 제품선택속성과 정보탐색행동에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Korean Female Consumer's Propensity to Consume Cosmetics on the Product Selection Attributes and Information Search Behavior)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 화장품 소비자들의 성향을 파악하고, 소비성향 요인을 중심으로 제품선택속성과 정보탐색행동에 어떠한 영향을 주는지에 대하여 영향관계를 알아보고자 한다. 이를 통해 화장품 시장의 차별화된 마케팅 전략수립 방안을 찾음으로서 기업 경영에 필요한 실무적 시사점을 제안하고 화장품 산업에서 마케팅 방향을 설정하는데 유용한 정보를 제공하고자 하는 것에 의의를 두고 있다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 각 변수의 요인을 추출한 결과 쇼핑성향은 유행추구 성향, 쾌락 추구 성향, 과시 추구 성향, 경제 추구 성향으로 도출되었고, 제품선택속성은 브랜드 요인, 서비스 요인, 마케팅 요인, 품질 요인으로 도출되었으며 정보탐색행동은 구매 전 탐색, 지속적 탐색으로 도출되었다. 변수 간 영향관계를 알아보기 위해 선행연구를 근거로 3개의 가설을 설정하였다. 검증한 결과 첫째, 소비성향은 제품선택속성에 부분적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 소비성향은 정보탐색행동에 부분적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 제품선택속성은 정보탐색행동에 부분적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Customer Satisfaction Management and Service Quality According to the DISC Behavior Type

  • Purpose: This study aims to explore the service improvement and marketing strategy to measure the effect of the DISC (dominance, influence, steadiness, conscientiousness) behavior type of hair salon workers on service quality and marketing. Research design, data and methodology: 236 responses were analyzed by distributing questionnaires to hair salon workers through SNS. Factor analysis and reliability analysis were applied and the influence of job factors on work satisfaction and turnover intention, and the statistical significance of the DISC behavioral type adjustment effect verified. Results: First, among the general characteristics of the survey subjects, the most common respondents were women and interns in their twenties, with less than four years of experience and less than three years of work experience on site. Second, the working environment, employee relations and compensation policies caused by work-related factors have shown a major influence on work satisfaction. Third, the working environment and human relationships among the job factors have an impact on turnover intention. Conclusions: The working environment, human relations, and compensation system derived as job factors had a crucial effect in service quality and marketing on job satisfaction, and among job factors, working environment and human relations had a significant influence on turnover intention.

  • This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of Padina arborescens and 1-O-myristoyl-2-O-oleoyl-3-O-(α-D-glucopyranosyl)-glycerol(MOGG), its active component, on the prevention of hair loss. The P. arborescens extract and MOGG inhibited the activity of 5α-reductase, which converts testosterone to dihydrotestosterone(DHT), a main cause of androgenetic alopecia. When immortalized rat vibrissa dermal papilla cells were treated with MOGG, the proliferation of dermal papilla cells significantly increased. In addition, we found that the P. arborescens extract and MOGG could open the KATP channel, which may contribute to increase hair growth. Furthermore, MOGG promoted PGE2 production in HaCaT cells. The results suggest that MOGG from the P. arborescens extract has the potential to treat alopecia via 5α-reductase inhibition, the proliferation of dermal papilla, the opening of the KATP channel and/or increase of PGE2 production.

음양곽 추출물의 멜라닌 생성 촉진 효과 (The Stimulatory Effects of Epimedium koreanum Nakai Extract on Melanogenesis)

  • 멜라닌 생합성을 활성화하여 자연스러운 모발의 흑화를 촉진할 수 있는 소재를 개발하기 위하여 음양곽 메탄올 추출물의 멜라닌 생성에 연관된 생리 활성을 분석하였다. 음양곽 추출물은 $100\;{\mu}g/mL$ 이하에서 세포 독성이 없는 것으로 확인 되었으며 $50\;{\mu}g/mL$ 농도에서 B16 melanoma 세포 내 멜라닌 생합성을 104 % 증가시켰고 tyrosinase의 활성을 95 % 촉진하는 것으로 나타났다. Western blot을 이용한 실험에서는 음양곽 추출물이 농도 의존적으로 TRP-2의 발현을 증가시키는 경향을 관찰할 수 있었다. 또한 C3H/Hej 마우스를 이용한 동물 실험에서 음양곽 추출물을 도포한 등 부위 털의 멜라닌 생합성이 5 % (w/v) 도포 시 25 % 증가되는 경향을 관찰할 수 있었다. 위의 결과를 통해 음양곽 메탄올 추출물이 멜라닌 생합성 기전에 관여하는 것으로 알려진 tyrosinase의 활성 촉진, 멜라닌 생합성 기전과 melanocyte 생존에 관여하는 것으로 알려진 TRP-2의 발현 증가를 통해 멜라닌 합성 촉진을 유도하는 것으로 추측해 볼 수 있었다. 이러한 음양곽 추출물의 효능을 이용해 모발의 흑화 촉진 효과를 나타내는 화장품 소재 개발이 가능할 것으로 보인다.

대학생들의 외모관리관심도 및 뷰티트렌드와 융합된 외모관리행동 (The appearance management interest of University Students and Appearance management behavior converged with Beauty trend)

  • 본 논문은 대학생들의 외모관리에 대한 관심도와 뷰티트렌드와 융합된 다양한 형태의 외모관리행동과의 연관성을 알아보기 위한 것이다. G지역의 대학생들을 대상으로 2018년 4월15일부터 30일까지 15일 동안 설문지를 배포하여 연구목적과 방법을 설명하고 동의한 학생 267명의 자료를 SPSS 18을 활용하여 분석하였다. 대학생들의 외모관리 관심도는 건강관리에 대한 관심도를 제외한 체형관리, 피부관리, 헤어관리, 화장품사용관리에는 남, 여 대학생에 따른 관심도 차이를 보였다. 그리고 화장품사용관리 관심도가 높은 학생들은 트렌드와 융합된 패션스타일 화장스타일 피부관리 체형관리 행동요인들의 경우 정(+)의 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났고, 트렌드와 융합된 운동건강기구 사용 요인에는 부(-)의 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 대학생들의 트렌드와 융합된 외모관리행동에 대한 연구를 토대로 뷰티산업체의 신상품개발연구 등에 참고자료 활용을 기대하고, 추후 새로운 융합형태의 외모관리행동연구를 지속할 예정이다.

화장품 유형별 유해 중금속 함량 비교 연구 (Comparative Study of Hazardous Heavy Metal Contents by Cosmetic Type)

  • Objectives: The hazardous heavy metal contents of cosmetics were investigated and the resulting values were compared by type of cosmetics: skin care preparations (SCP), hair preparations (HP), makeup preparations (MP), and eye makeup preparations (EMP). Methods: The hazardous heavy metal contents (Pb, As, Cd, Sb, Ni and Hg) were analyzed for 358 cosmetics products (187 SCP, 82 HP, 56 MP, and 33 EMP). Hg was measured by the amalgamation method, and other hazardous heavy metals were measured by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer (ICP-OES) after decomposition using the microwave method. Results: The mean contents of Pb, As, Cd, Sb, Ni, and Hg in cosmetics were 0.424, 0.068, 0.024, 0.398, $0.567{\mu}/g$, and Not Detected, respectively. All of the hazardous heavy metals were detected in most products, but below the recommended maximums of the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. The level of Cd was the lowest at 14.8%, and Sb was the highest at 41.2%. Pb, Sb and Ni showed the highest mean value and detection rate in EMP. As, Cd, and Hg showed the highest in SCP, HP, and MP, respectively. Conclusion: Hazardous heavy metals were detected in most products. In particular, Pb, Sb, and Ni were broadly detected in EMP, meaning more stringent quality control is required.

중.고등학교 여자 청소년의 뷰티행동에 관한 연구 (A Study on Beauty Action of the Growing Generation)

  • In the rapidly changed 21st century when the flow speed of information is so fast and the quantity of information is too much increasing, personal appearance and characteristic image-formation is highly evaluated. Nowadays personal appearance is very essential to competition and may be considered the non-linguistic expression of self-image. The beauty action of the youth is shown to follow the object which youth want to rely on or long for and it is affected by the influence of the sociocultural elements. The purpose of this study is to identify the corelation between appearance and beauty action according to the sociocultural elements of the juveniles concerning appearance and to make an inquiry into how they pursue beauty in the restrictive bound compared with the adults. As their restrictive beauty action, the practical reflection percentage of hair-style, management of face, hand and nail control will be investigated and analyzed. Furthermore this basic material of this survey was used for the development of beauty article, cosmetics and education program. With the findings of the beauty articles in which the growing generation have a deep interest, this study provided the basic materials to the customer analysis and also the reference materials to the beauty marketing.

남성의 외모 관리 행동에 대한 태도 및 인식 (Male Attitude and Recognition for Appearance Management Behavior)

  • This study aims on observing the recognition and attitude of caring for outer appearance by deducing the factors of men caring for their outer appearance at current point where male position is being emphasized in the appearance related market and their interest for outer appearance care is increasing. As a result of conducting a survey, male appearance caring behavior was distinguished into fashion, skin and cosmetic, cosmetic surgery, physical image, and hair factors, and among them, physical image factor showed the highest average, which proves that men generally have positive attitude towards caring for their looks. Concerning skin and cosmetics, the results show that interest is high regardless of age and occupation, and the lower the age is, the higher average for fashion, cosmetic surgery, and hair factors, proving that young men have more interest for caring after their looks. However, there was difference in outer appearance caring behavior pursued or favored by each age bracket according to the higher average for physical image in the age bracket higher than 30. Also, each factor of outer appearance caring behavior turned out to have significant correlation to each other.

Spectrum-Based Color Reproduction Algorithm for Makeup Simulation of 3D Facial Avatar

  • Various simulation applications for hair, clothing, and makeup of a 3D avatar can provide more useful information to users before they select a hairstyle, clothes, or cosmetics. To enhance their reality, the shapes, textures, and colors of the avatars should be similar to those found in the real world. For a more realistic 3D avatar color reproduction, this paper proposes a spectrum-based color reproduction algorithm and color management process with respect to the implementation of the algorithm. First, a makeup color reproduction model is estimated by analyzing the measured spectral reflectance of the skin samples before and after applying the makeup. To implement the model for a makeup simulation system, the color management process controls all color information of the 3D facial avatar during the 3D scanning, modeling, and rendering stages. During 3D scanning with a multi-camera system, spectrum-based camera calibration and characterization are performed to estimate the spectrum data. During the virtual makeup process, the spectrum data of the 3D facial avatar is modified based on the makeup color reproduction model. Finally, during 3D rendering, the estimated spectrum is converted into RGB data through gamut mapping and display characterization.

청소년잡지에 나타난 화장품광고의 소구유형 및 소비가치의 변화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Changes of Advertising Appeals and Consumption Values of Cosmetic Advertisements in Adolescent′s Magazines)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the advertising appeals and consumption values expressed on cosmetic advertisements in Adolescent's magazines from 1973 to 2000. The data for longitudinal content analysis were collected from Adolescent's magazine : Junior Joongang(1973.3∼1985.12), Highteen(1986.1∼1994.9), Cci(1994.l0∼2000.12). Collected data was consisted of 542 advertisements. 1. The product categories in cosmetics advertisements, the major were Base Make-up in the past but the number of Color Make-up, Functional Make-up, and Hair-related Products had increased in 1990s. Also, there were more increasing number of imported products than domestics. 2. The trend of appeals showed change according to time and society. Overall, a great many of cosmetic advertisements had emotional approach. Before the middle of the 1980's emotional approach had decreased, and mixed(rational and emotional) approach were dominated in 1990s. 3. The major consumption values in cosmetics advertisements were effective value. Especially, it had increased from 1990s. And esthetic value was dominated in the middle of the 1970s.
