The change in the demand and perception of wigs worn for hair loss is getting better, but hair extension is emerging as a new treatment method that improves as there are inconvenient areas such as hair loss, bleaching, and tangling of wigs themselves, and time spent on unnatural hair styling and wearing wigs. The purpose of this study is to verify that the quality of life of middle-aged female hair loss is positively affected by hair growth techniques that weave wool strands into their hair. Those surveyed were middle-aged women with hair loss and were analyzed by measuring the quality of life before and after hair growth. The analysis showed that hair increased techniques affects the economic satisfaction, physical satisfaction, mental satisfaction and social satisfaction of middle-aged women with hair loss, indicating that hair increased techniques is effective in improving the quality of life for middle-aged women with hair loss. It is also expected that the beauty industry will develop high value through hair increased techniques, a blue ocean in the beauty market.

In the social atmosphere where the importance of appearance is increasing day by day, efforts and desires of modern people are becoming more active and diversified, and the beauty beauty industry is gradually becoming more specialized and specialized due to these effects. Hair damage is inevitable due to the excessive permanent wave or hair coloring of modern people. However, as the hair is damaged, the cuticle peels off and falls off, and the tensile force decreases and the satisfaction after hair styling or perm decreases relatively. Therefore, it is necessary to manage damaged hair, but since artificial synthetic products occupy most of hair treatment agents on the market, it is necessary to develop a hair treatment product containing antioxidants useful for the human body. In this study, the effect of maple leaf extract on the mechanical change of colored hair was analyzed to investigate the potential of maple leaf extract as a hair treatment agent to improve damaged hair and improve hair health. It is considered that this study will be used as basic data for the development of hair beauty products using natural products in the future.

Nowadays, fashion is high evaluated as a mean of self expression as well as a formative art itself, The moderns' elevated beauty sense and strong desire for individuality expression have not only advanced various and refined fashion presentation but also led to expansion of fashion to a total coordination covering hair and makeup. Of them, hair styling does play an important role in rounding out the various image of fashion. It is not only far from omittable part but also, out of simplicity in the past, taking formative characteristics in form and structure day by day. Especially, artistic elements of modern arts are being introduced as motives, and of which representative is e introduction of kinetic art which is thought the artistic approval on mechanization trend in the 20th century. Thus, the study was intended to investigate how and in what forms the various features of kinetic arts is reflected in the modern hair shaping, and to suggest a new prospect of kinetic art-applied hair shaping.

The purpose of this study were to segment the hair care cosmetics market according to the benefits sought, to categorize the information sources on the hair care cosmetics, and to characterize the profiles of the segmentized groups of university students. Self-administered questionnaires were distributed to 457 university students in Chonbuk province from Jul. 10 to Jul. 21, 1999. Frequencies and percentages were calculated, and factor analysis, cluster analysis, one-way ANOVA, and $\chi$$^2$-test were used. The results were: 1. University student's benefit variables on hair care cosmetics were classified into special function, fashion, practicality, brand, fragrance, styling, nutritional reinforcement, and economy. And they were segmentized into the feeling pursuit, the multi-benefit pursuit, the practicality pursuit, the benefit unconscious, and the function pursuit. The information sources were classified into marketer-dominated sources, neutral sources and consumer -dominated sources. 2. The feeling pursuit strongly sought for fashion, brand and fragrance pursuit, but considered economy less, chiefly used the marketer-dominated and neutral information sources, and showed much interests in hair care cosmetics, and were consisted of women dominantly. The multi-benefits pursuit sought for various kinds of benefits from hair care cosmetics, depended heavily on various kinds of information sources, were well aware of their hair types and instructions on the hair care cosmetics label, and were consisted of women dominantly. The practicality pursuit highly sought for practicality, but low on the fashion, were not aware of their hair style, haler care, hair health status and hair type, and almost half of them are men. The benefit unconscious showed low concern about, all kinds of benefits and hair care cosmetics, and were consisted of more men than women. The function pursuit highly sought for special function and nutritional reinforcement, mainly depended on the consumer-dominated sources. and showed low concern about their hair style and hair care.

Hair cut is one of the best useful technical tool for hair styling. In this study using the rule of the layers of hair design, balanced for visual art, perceptual ability and form created by the principles of analysis and offer hair cuts and hair design of the representation of regions and even hair design as the basis of a student of Hair Beauty and all the people working in the field can create a variety of hair design puts the purpose to establish a basis. In order to express the ideal appearance, everyone, regardless of age or gender, invests boldly in appearance management. In particular, hair coloring and hair styling using irons are widely used and used. have. Therefore, for the purpose of presenting the efficient use of flat irons, the study of thermal analysis of virgin hair and bleach hair in 120℃ heat treatment is conducted. As a result of the study, it was found that the overall weight of bleached hair decreased more than that of virgin hair at all treatment temperatures of flat irons. Through this thermal analysis study that measures the weight change according to the temperature rise of virgin and bleached hair, beauty consumers provide information on the optimal temperature flat ironing procedure that can minimize hair damage and discoloration while maintaining color in hair subjected to physical friction. It is believed that it will provide them efficiently.

The purpose of this study is to do research hairdressers' knowledge of hairless head dummy's brand name, and to suggest and develop various hairless head dummy for the students who are learning hair styling in the colleges and the academies, for the hairdressers working in the beauty salons. Using only one and same kind of hairless head model is not appropriate for hairdressers and students being trained hair styling skill, because people have a variety of head shapes. Three hundred twenty nine persons who live in Iksan area are selected as subjects. The results of the study are as follow: by the analysis of subjects' knowledge of hairless head dummy's brand name, most of them didn't know it exactly. This study deduced that there is a significant relation between the utility of hairless head dummy and subjects' intention of purchasing the dummy. To put it in detail, in case of college students, there is little significant difference between them. But in case of academy students, there is. By the regression analysis, especially, in case of hairdressers working in beauty salons and academy students, four conditions did significantly matter in their purchasing the dummy: first, whether the respondents owns it, second, whether it is helpful to themselves, third, whether they have ever used foreign products and, finally, whether they have intention to purchase various hairless head dummys or not. In conclusion, it depended on each group position whether their knowledge of brand names of hairless head model affects their purchase of the dummy or not.

This research endeavors to categorize a diverse range of hairstyles for both men and women in South Korea using hair images and subsequently generate 3D hair models based on this classification. The classification process relies on prominent visual features, resulting in the division of hairstyles into 14 distinct categories, including six styles for men and eight styles for women. By accurately matching the most appropriate hairstyle to the given hair image, the study aims to provide recommendations for the necessary hair models required for metaverse authoring tools, thus enabling realistic hair styling. This capability can be effectively utilized on platforms like metaverse, allowing users to seamlessly find and apply the 3D hair model that closely resembles their remotely captured or pre-existing hair images. Through this innovative approach, users can be presented with the most similar 3D hair model, enhancing their virtual hairstyling experience.

This study is on the image evaluation of the hair up-style and the wedding dress styles of prospective brides. Based on some prior theoretical studies, and information obtained from wedding magazines and interviews conducted at the beauty business places, four kinds of the hair up-style were selected, namely, top-point, golden-point, back-point, and nape point. Three styles of necklines were selected: boat necklines, V-necklines, and off-shoulder necklines. The surveyor herself did the hair styling for models, and dressed up the models, to produce the stimuli. And the stimuli were presented to percipients along with questionnaires for measuring the image evaluations. Prepared were total 12 different kinds of stimuli, in which four hair up-styles and three dress styles were combined into 12 combinations ($3^*4$), and, with respect to these 12 stimuli, 26 itemized questions were included in the questionnaire. From the factor analysis on the image evaluation of the hair up- style and wedding dresses, five factors were derived as fallowing: attractiveness, boldness, purity, cuteness, feminity. This study revealed that wedding dress styles are more sensitive to the contemporary trend, compared to the hair styles; and the selection in the wedding style is quite influenced by the dress style, but not by the hair up-style. Also, prospective brides evaluated the hair up-styles and the wedding dress styles separately without recognizing their mutual relationship, and thus did not recognize the two as the mutually coordinated relationship, but rather recognize the two as two separate elements.

This research is to provide practical help in learning hair and makeup illustration skills by presenting techniques for hair and makeup drawing; to serve efficient illustration education; and to enhance the status of beauty and contribute to artistic development. Hair style and makeup techniques include graphical one, pattern-centered one, one using pattern paper, simplifying one and mood one expressing image. Of them, this research made the illustrations to use cosmetics, color pencils and pastel based on the graphical technique. for each design of the illustrations, ethnic, sexy, natural, romantic and gorgeous images, which were considered to be appropriate to the graphical technique, were chosen by the researcher out of hair and makeup styles that appeared in the fashion magazines including Vogue, Gap, Mode et Mode from 2000 through 2001. In particular, they were chosen with focusing on basic styles. The summaries below were found with the experience of making illustrations. Various techniques and skills are required to express the ideas of hair and makeup styles. Of them, the graphical technique is very useful as the primary step to learn various techniques and improve drawing skills. First, the graphical technique may enable not only expressing what is desired to draw as is, but also accurately representing hair and makeup designs so as to convey objective expression. In this regard, it is a proper way to achieve its inherent purpose as conveyance of messages. Second, more accurate styling of hair and makeup is available through graphical expression, which helps understand related practical techniques. In addition, makeup illustration, which is expressed through direct makeup products and instruments, may serve skill improvement since such direct use provides the feeling of real makeup. Third, the graphical technique as a basic drawing skill may unrestrictedly show the artist's expression ability. Fourth, although artistic merits implying individuality and creativity should be shared through illustrations that express the artist's ideas or emotions, the graphical technique is the easiest method to beginners who just started learning of illustration, in that it enables expression without highly advanced skills.
