유한요소법을 이용한 브레이크 드럼의 열응력 해석 (Thermal Stress Analysis of Brake Drum by Using Finite Element Analysis)

  • Nonlinear transient analysis is executed to obtain the temperature distribution, and to evaluate the thermal stress of brake drum by using FEA(finite element analysis). The result induces the reason why hair crack and the cause of drum failure occurs and the way how stress of drum decreases. The temperature of drum is in proportion to the drum thickness and it processes nonlinear changes at every points of drum. The higher bulk temperature raises, the more stress difference between inner surface and outer surface makes and the highest bulk temperature is at the corner section. It is necessary for the diminishment of the drum stress to make air flow, between drum and rim, move lively and use the materials of higher conductivity. The hair crack and the cause of drum failure seem to be started at the near corner section.

  • This study was undertaken to observe the effects of the antineoplastic agent, 5-Fluorouracil(5 FU) on the hair in Sprague-Dawley white rats. Twenty four sprague-Dawley strain white rats, each weighing about 150-200 grams were used and divided into control and experimental groups. In the experimental group, eighteen rats were injected intraperitonially with 60 mg of 5-FU per killogram body weight with one time per two days, Six rats were injected with 0.5 cc of normal saline solution intraperitoneally as a placebo on this control group. Rats were serially sacrificed on the first, third, fifth, seventh, tenth and fourteenth day after 2 times of injection of 5-FU and saline. The hair were obtained and observed SEM. After examination and comparision of all specimens, the results of this study were as follows: 1. In the control group, the scale and cuticle of hair was observed smooth surface and equal interval 2. In the experimental group, the first day, scale change was seen from body of hair and crack was seen. from fifth day, and irregular scale and cuticle of hair was seen from 10, 14 days 3. The apperance of root of hair was not almost change From above results, 5-Fluorouracil was more effective on the hair body. The change was begun from first day and crack of scale was seen from fifth day and irregular scale and cuticle of hair was seen from 10,14 days. The.

Which was measured at the ground of house. At a result cautious blasting works under above allowable value was not influenced the structure of house and living conditions. On the architectural survey, They were some hair crack on the wall and floors but this was not a crack from blasting works.

  • In generally, a high pressure fuel injection pipe has been often used as a fuel supply line in automobiles or other diesel engines. Such conventional high pressure fuel injection pipe, however, has suffered from the problem that is folding and hair cracks created therein. The defects can be locally formed in the inner wall surface of the pipe at the connecting head leading to a flow path when the pipe is deformed by the heading process. In the study, in order to prevent the folding in the inner wall surface of the pipe during the heading process, FE-analysis has been used in the die design.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate waterproofing performance of self adhesive sheet combined polymer resin and poly-iso butylene. For the performance estimation of external waterproofing of concrete underground structures, there can be required various properties such as adhesion strength, hair crack resistance, repeat low and high temperature test, and so on. In this study, there engineering properties of composite system using polymer resin and poly-iso butylene were examined and could be confirmed to satisfy the guidelines of KS. Especially, it was turn out that the adhesion properties was excellent and high crack-resistance up to 1.49mm will be perform.

석조문화유산의 손상지도 제작방법과 표면 및 3차원 손상율 평가기법 (Making Method of Deterioration Map and Evaluation Techniques of Surface and Three-dimensional Deterioration Rate for Stone Cultural Heritage)

  • 이 연구에서는 석조문화유산의 손상유형별 표준범례를 제시하고, 손상지도 작성방법에 대한 공정시스템을 구축하였으며, 균열지수 개발과 표면 및 3차원 손상율 평가기법을 제시하였다. 손상유형별 표준범례는 균열, 박리, 박락, 탈락, 입상분해 및 공동으로 세분한 다음 상용 그래픽 프로그램으로 제작하였으며, 손상지도는 손상 영역에 대한 정확도와 신뢰도를 높이기 위해 3차원 디지털복원과 고해상도 사진맵핑 기술을 적용하였다. 또한 균열지수를 개발하여 대상 석조문화유산의 물리적 손상도에 대한 정량평가를 수행하였고, 가상복원 모델링을 통해 탈락부의 부피와 3차원 손상율을 산출하였다. 이를 통해 마곡사오층석탑의 손상도를 정량적으로 평가한 결과, 전체적으로 북측면이 구조상 균열(1.70), 미세균열(1.34), 박락(20.2%), 탈락(13.0%)의 손상점유율이 높게 나타났으며, 1층 옥개석의 3차원 손상율은 6.7%로 산출되었다.

콘크리트의 노치 및 비노치 구역에서의 균열폭 및 국부 변형률 정밀 측정기법 (Technique for the Measurement of Crack Widths at Notched / Unnotched Regions and Local Strains)

  • 균열폭은 콘크리트 구조물의 사용성을 평가하는 측면에서는 매우 중요하다. 균열폭을 일정값 이하로 유지할 수 있다면 낮은 투수성을 유지할 수 있으므로 콘크리트의 피복만으로도 염소이온에 의한 부식을 방지할 수 있다. 따라서 내구적인 구조물을 설계하기 위해서는 인장 균열에 대한 충분한 정보가 필요하다. 그러나 균열폭을 정확하게 계측하는 데는 몇 가지 어려움이 있다. 먼저, 균열의 생성 위치를 미리 알기 어렵다. 또한 변형률 게이지 등 탄성영역에서 사용되는 게이지는 사용할 수 없다. 이러한 문제를 극복하기 위해서 화상상관기법 및 고해상도 CCD를 이용한 균열 및 변위계측 시스템을 개발하였다. 이를 통해서 임의의 위치에 생성되는 인장균열폭을 측정하는 방법을 제시하였다. 변위계측 정밀도 검증을 실시한 결과 평균오차는 0.069 픽셀, 표준편차는 0.050 픽셀이었다. UHPC를 이용하여 직접인장 실험을 수행하였다. 노치 구역과 비노치 구역에서 각각 균열을 측정하는 방법을 제시하고, 하중단계에 따라서 클립인 게이지의 결과와 비교하여 설명하였다. 시편의 전면에서 변위벡터를 구성하고, 등변위도 및 변형률도를 작성하였다. 다양한 실험에 적용할 수 있는 범용의 기법이기 때문에 임의의 균열폭 혹은 전면변위 측정 분야에서 많이 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
