The purpose of this paper is construction of PMS with extension of consuming time of battery in the special vehicle system using exact Battery state of charge measurement algorithm. It is possible to use long distance control by RS-485, fast data processing VMEbus. Its computer simulation, experimental tests and application to special vehicle are described.

Mulberry containing many bioactive components is very useful as functional food resource. Mulberry leaf ice cream, mulberry leaf tea, mulberry noodle, mulberry fruit jam, mulberry wine etc. have been developed in Korea. Because mulberry fruit has abundant natural pigments belonging to anthocyanins, we can expect their therapeutic and physiological effects. However, there are few reports about mulberry seed. So we studied on fatty acids of mulberry seed for the purpose of increasing the functional utilization of mulberry fruit. (omitted)

분명한 것은 한국형 온라인게임의 특징적 원리들이 탑재되고 있는 방식과 현상은 점차 강화되고 있음에도 불구하고 게임사 주도적으로 전개되고 있는 산업의 성장모형은 평가기능으로 작동해야 할 조정 메커니즘의 원활한 흐름을 저해하는 길항관계에 있는 것은 사실이다. 이러한 문제를 인식하고 연구자는 게임연구의 활성화지점과 게임개발 테크놀로지가 가진 길항관계를 보완할 수 있는 디자인에 주목하고자 하였다. 게임디자인은 게임의 미적, 실용적, 경제적 가치를 창출하는 직무이면서 유관 콘텐츠산업과의 연계와 매개 가능성을 함의하고 있다는 측면에서 게임연구의 활성화지점의 매개로서 충분하다는 것이 연구자의 견해이다. 이 같은 주장의 전개를 위하여 국내에서 탄생한 온라인게임에 초점을 맞추고 국내 온라인게임의 전형이 되고 있는 핵 앤 슬래쉬(Hack & Slash) 방식과 허구적 공간에서의 게임화된 사회경험을 추구하는 스토리텔링 방식의 분석을 통해 국내형 온라인게임이 성취한 디자인 좌표를 검증하고, 이를 통해 국내 게임산업에 대두되고 있는 위기 스펙트럼과의 연관성은 어떤 것이며, 디자인은 어떠한 방향으로 매개되어야 할 것인지에 대한 의제로 접근하였다.

This paper gives a description about the germination inhibition of American ginseng (Panax quinquefolium L.) seed coat. The existence of seed coat is one of the inhibitory factors which inhibit the embryo growth, particularly during the morphological after-ripening stage. The seed coat can obstruct the water absorption at the beginning of seed stratification, but it can not threaten seed germination. The inhibition of seed coat is not caused by the mechanical fetter neither. However, before splitting the seed coat, the inhibition of seed coat comes from both air-tight character and inhibitors, and after splitting the seed coat, the inhibition may come mainly from the inhibitors.

The effects of coptisine on monoamine oxidase (EC 1.4.3.4; MAO) activity in mouse brain were investigated. Coptisine showed an inhibitory effect on MAO activity with a concentration-dependent manner. Coptisine exhibited 51.0% inhibition of MAO activity at $9\;{\mu}M$. The $IC_{50}$ value of coptisine was $8.7\;{\mu}M$. Coptisine inhibited MAO activity competitively with kynuramine as a substrate. The $K_i$ value of coptisine was $4.1\;{\mu}M$. These results indicate that coptisine functions to regulate the catecholamine content at biologically active sites.

본 연구에서는 수자원 통합모델링 프레임웍을 개발하기 위하여 국내의 모델개발과 프로그램개발 환경에 대한 사용자 요구조사를 실시하였다. 요구조사의 응답자는 총 19명 이었으며, 그 응답자는 대부분 수자원의 지속적 확보기술개발 사업에 참여하고 있는 연구자를 대상으로 하였다. 사용자 요구조사 결과 국내에서는 물관련 전공자들이 모델과 프로그램의 개발을 동시에 수행하는 경우가 많았으며, 대부분 Fortran을 중심으로 다양한 프로그래밍 언어를 사용하고 있었다. 모델개발자들은 모델간의 연계에 대한 필요성은 느끼면서도 모델간의 연계에 대한 실제적인 구현도구를 찾지 못하고 있으며, 모델의 공유에 대한 인식도 낮았다. 따라서 향후 통합모델링 프레임웍의 구체적인 설계 단계에서는 모델개발자가 개발된 모델의 프로그램으로 쉽게 구현할 수 있도록 편리한 사용환경이 요구되며, 모델간의 연계를 위한 프로그램 표준화작업도 동시에 수행되어야 할 것으로 판단된다. 또한 통합모델링 프레임웍의 설계에 있어 사용자의 요구를 충분히 반영하기 위하여 사용자 요구조사를 바탕으로한 통합모델링 프레임웍 개발 가이드라인을 제시하였다.

최근 들어 수자원관리에 있어서도 다양한 이해당사자의 참여 요구가 증가하고 있으며, 수자원과 함께 생태, 환경, 사회, 경제적인 요소의 고려도 요구되고 있다. 이에 부응하기 위하여 수자원관리자들은 통합수자원관리의 실현을 위한 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 본 연구에서는 통합수자원관리에 필요한 지식관리시스템(www.water21.net)을 구축하였다. 수자원 통합지식관리시스템에서는 지식을 구조화/체계화하기 위하여 관리계획의 준비, 모델의 구성, 계획의 수립, 계획의 평가 등 4단계로 구성된 프로세스 온톨로지(Ontology)를 개발하고 적용하였으며, 수자원관련 지식의 효율적인 유통체계를 구축하기 위하여, 물 관련 지식의 허브 역할을 수행할 수 있는 버퍼 개념을 도입하고, 지식제공자들과 '물관련 지식공유협약'의 체결을 추진하고 있다. 통합수자원관리에는 다양한 이해당사자의 참여와 생태, 환경, 사회, 경제적 요소에 대한 고려가 필요하다. 하지만 이를 실현하기 위해서는 많은 시간과 비용이 소요된다. 본 연구에서 개발된 수 자원통합 지식관리시스템은 사용자들에게 물관련 정보를 빠르고 체계적으로 제공함으로써 이에 소요되는 시간과 비용을 줄여줄 것이다. 또한 국가적으로는 물관련 분야의 지식기반을 구축하는데 기여하게 될 것이다.

Mitochondrial DNA has been isolated from Trimorphomyces papilionaceus. By analyzing DNA fragments digested by restriction enzymes, a restriction site map has been constructured. The mtDNA of T. papilionaceus amounts to 48.5 kb in size and is circular in structure. Entire mitochondrial DNA was cloned in E coli plasmids and Northern blot hybridization was done using cloned and subcloned DNAs as probes. Based on hybridization results of mitochondrial RNA transcripts, a transcription map was prepared.
