The induced voltage of underground pipelines caused by the stray current not only do harm to workers and instruments. but also cause big accident such as gas explosion. The AC stray current is mainly produced by the grounding system of the 22.9kV distribution power system and the DC stray current is mainly produced by the subway system. The mechanism of AC and DC induction, stray current failure examples of domestic and foreign countries and the countermeasure of the AC and DC induction are described.

China is the great powers of use and production of antibiotics.The current process of sewage treatment plants can not effectively remove antibiotics in water. Chinese scholars have detected different kinds of antibiotics in major waters of the country, which have potential harm to human body. Among all kinds of antibiotic treatment technologies, adsorption removal technology has the advantages of simple operation, low cost and high removal efficiency. It is a widely concerned antibiotic removal technology. However, at present, few materials have been put into practical application, and more materials with low cost and high efficiency need to be found. Different adsorptive materials have different adsorptivity to different antibiotics. For different antibiotics, different adsorptive materials can be integrated in the future, and the theory can be extended to application.

In parametric approach to a signature verification, it generally uses so many redundant features unsuitable for each individual signature that it causes harm, instead. This paper proposes a method of determining personalized weights of a feature set in signature verification with parametric approach by identifying the characteristics of each feature. For an individual signature, we define a degree of how difficult it is for any other person to forge the one's (called 'DFD' as the Degree of Forgery Difficulty). According to the statistical characteristics and the intuitional characteristics of each feature, the standard features are classified into four types. Four types of DFD functions are defined and applied into the distance calculation as a personalized weight factor. Using this method, the error rate of signature verification is reduced and the variation of the performance is less sensitive to the changes of decision threshold.

Noises are defined as unwanted sound and invoke the physical harm and unconvenience. The higher the noise level is, the more damage peoples have. Low frequency noise is less harmful than high frequency one. In case of train, noises inside of train which is isolated from outer circumstances reduce the convenience of passenger very much. This paper reviewed the noise standard of train for urban subway and investigated the main transformer as the main noise source of train and suggested the method to diminish the noise resulted from main transformer of train and compared the measured results of before and after the improvement of main transformer.

Because cosmetics are applied directly to human skin, contamination of such products by microorganisms should be carefully avoided. Since cosmetics are usually kept at room temperature and contain large amounts of nitrogen and carbon sources, they may easily become contaminated by a variety of microorganisms, such as bacteria, filamentous fungi, and yeasts. The rapid and accurate identification of these microorganisms is essential to prevent further expansion of such contamination and the damage it causes. However, more than 30 days and laboratory skills are usually necessary in order to identify microorganisms in cosmetic materials. These time and labor constraints may allow further damage of the cosmetic products and thereby harm the consumer.(omitted)

Purpose: The purpose of this research was to explore the cyber world immersion experience of adolescents. Method: Multiple strategies for data collecting were used: an in depth face-to-face interview; analysis of adolescent' writings; and analysis of examples of phenomenon in the realistic world. The sample group consisted of 10 adolescents. Results: Although the experience was different for all adolescent interviewed, the essential themes of experience emerged: "fill up", "homoeologous feeling", "the older generation has a conflicting negative opinion", "change in social character", "become habitually skeptic", "have bad health", "mean of superiority and getting everything solved", "ease of access", "monetary benefit", "addiction to the computer", "forget real life solved stress", "do harm to society", "take comfort", or "new job". Conclusion: Accordingly this paper suggests that contact with various software is necessary in adolescents, and good quality contents function to prepare and activate adolescents to apply the internet for good use.

The intent of this article was to analyze the potential hazards and risks involved in persons exposed to prosthodontic practice. These risks include exposure to physical and chemical hazards, dental materials, infectious environment, inappropriate working pattern and psychosocial stress. The potential harm of these hazards and its prevention is highlighted. Prosthodontists, students, dental technicians, and others working in the prosthodontic clinics and laboratory should be aware of the specific risk factors and take measures to prevent and overcome these hazards.

We wanted to classify the food constitutionally. That was used to make the constitutional diet plan. And we checked through the clinical test. So the food was classified constitutionally by Sasang Constitutional Medicine(SCM). Constitutional diet plan was considered to Nutrition and Constitution. The clinical trial(use Taeumin diet plan) had performed during 8 weeks. We checked the Health and Nutrition condition. As the result, the Taeumin diet plan didn't change the health and nutrition condition of each constitution in good health. That could be presumed that constitution diet plan do not harm to healthy person.

Constitution declares culture is area that without any interference from the state space, and so creates each person creative energy. It is a typical movie in culture. The film will be referred to as an important expression form as well as high value-added industries of cultural creativity of ethnic communities. Intervention of the state is necessary that by competing mechanisms of diverse opinions and ideas caused harm. State intervention is only to be operated at a minimum. The vulgarity causes young people have impulsive tendencies and affects adults adversely on on issues, regulation is possible for children and youth protection. This paper aims to suggest a new legislative measure about the legal principles of vulgarity regulation to solve this kind of problem efficiently. Some standard allowed vulgarity regulation on the principles of control.
