The purpose of this study is to identify the factors influencing the musculoskeletal discomfort and the physical region related symptoms. The outcome of the study uses KOSHA Code H-30-2003 which defines possible symptoms into different categories. Symptom I, ll showing the highest occurrence rate in shoulder and neck regions and most of Symptom III, IV come from back region. Analysis of the factors influencing the musculoskeletal discomfort vary in different parts of the body. In the neck region, the discomfort related to rest and the computer keyboard. Gender affects the magnitude of pain in the shoulder region. Wrist pain is related to the chairs being used and back discomfort is influenced by shoulder exercise and the degree of rest taken. Physical fatigue due to work affects all the regions mentioned above. Conclusively, office workers are prone to the musculoskeletal discomfort due to their work environment. To alleviate this problem, the workers need to be educated with proper long-term musculoskeletal related health programs and exercise program containing various stretching methods. In addition, the effort to improve the variables in this study would help to reduce the rate of musculoskeletal discomfort.
An experiment was conducted to study the effect of ionophore enriched cold processed mineral block supplemented with urea molasses on microbial growth and rumen fermentation. Twelve adult male crossbred cattle were divided into four groups on body weight basis. Animals were given wheat straw as a basal diet. The animals of group I and II were supplemented with concentrate mixture and animals of group III and IV were supplemented with cold processed urea molasses mineral block (UMMB). Thirty mg monensin/day/animal were supplemented to the animals of group II and 35 ppm monensin were incorporated in the UMMB supplemented to the animals of group IV. Dry matter (DM) intake did not differ significantly among groups. Mean rumen pH was higher in UMMB fed animals. Total volatile fatty acids (TVFA) concentration (mmole/L strained rumen liquor (SRL) in group III (113.19) was significantly (p<0.05) higher than those of group I (105.83) and II (108.74) but similar to group IV (109.34). TVFA production (mole/day) was similar in all the groups. The molar proportion of acetate was significantly (p<0.01) higher in the group I (59.56) than those of group II (51.73) and IV (55.91) but similar to group III (57.12). The molar proportion of propionate was significantly (p<0.01) higher in the monensin treated groups i.e. group II (38.38) and IV (36.26) than those of group I (27.78) and III (33.06). Butyrate molar percent was significantly (p<0.01) higher in group I (12.65) than those of group II (10.19), group III (9.83) and IV (7.84). The reduction of acetate and butyrate was due to UMMB and monensin resulted in lower A:P ratio. Average bacterial pool and bacterial production rate did not differ significantly among groups. Total N concentration (mg/100 ml SRL) was significantly (p<0.01) higher in the group I (55.30) and III (57.70) as compared to the group II (47.97) and IV (47.59). Ammonia-N concentration (mg/100 ml SRL) of group III (34.99) was significantly (p<0.01) higher than that of the group I (25.76) which was again significantly (p<0.01) higher than that of the group II (20.79) and IV (19.83) indicating slower release of ammonia due to monensin in diet. Total bacterial, cellulolytic, proteolytic bacterial and fungal count at 4 h post feeding did not differ significantly (p<0.05) among treatment groups. However, methanogenic bacterial count was significantly (p<0.01) higher in the group I (11.80) compared to the group II (8.43) which was significantly (p<0.01) higher than that of the group III (4.70) and IV (2.90). Average protozoal population was affected by both treatments. Thus feeding of UMMB and monensin in diet affected the rumen fermentation pattern towards propionate production, slower release of ammonia and reduction in methanogenic bacteria in the rumen.
The genetic variability of 'Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus' (CLas) population associated with huanglongbing (HLB) disease of citrus in North Eastern (NE) region of India, a geographically locked region, and home for the diversity of many citrus species was analyzed on the basis of tandem repeat numbers (TRN) in variable CLIBASIA_01645 genomic loci. Fifty-five CLas strains sampled from different groves of NE Hill (NEH) region of India were in single amplicon group, but there was remarkable genetic variability in TRNs. The TRN in HLB-associated CLas strains varied from 0-21 and two novel repeat motifs were also identified. Among the NE population of CLas, TRN5 and TRN9 were most frequent (total frequency of 36.36%) followed by TRN4 (14.55%) and TRN6, TNR7 with a frequency of 12.73% each. Class II type CLas genotypes (5 < TRN ≤ 10) had highest prevalence (frequency of 60.00%) in the samples characterized in present study. Class I (TRN ≤ 5) genotypes were second highest prevalent (29.09%) in the NEH region. Further analysis of genetic diversity parameters using Nei's measure (H value) indicated wide genetic diversity in the CLas strains of NE India (H value of 0.58-0.86). Manipur CLas strains had highest genetic variability (0.86) as compared to Eastern, Southern and Central India. The R10 values (TRN ≤ 10/TRN > 10) of NE CLas population was 10.43 (73/7), higher from other regions of India. Present study conclusively reported the occurrence of high genetic variability in TRN of CLas population in North East Indian citrus groves which have evolved to adapt to the specific ecological niche.
A wide spectral coverage from near-infrared (NIR) to far-infrared (FIR) of AKARI both for imaging and spectroscopy enables us to efficiently study the emission from gas and dust in the interstellar medium (ISM). In particular, the Infrared Camera (IRC) onboard AKARI offers a unique opportunity to carry out sensitive spectroscopy in the NIR ($2-5{\mu}m$) for the first time from a spaceborn telescope. This spectral range contains a number of important dust bands and gas lines, such as the aromatic and aliphatic emission bands at 3.3 and $3.4-3.5{\mu}m$, $H_2O$ and $CO_2$ ices at 3.0 and $4.3{\mu}m$, CO, $H_2$, and H I gas emission lines. In this paper we concentrate on the aromatic and aliphatic emission and ice absorption features. The balance between dust supply and destruction suggests significant dust processing taking place as well as dust formation in the ISM. Detailed analysis of the aromatic and aliphatic bands of AKARI observations for a number of H ii regions and H ii region-like objects suggests processing of carbonaceous dust in the ISM. The ice formation process can also be studied with IRC NIR spectroscopy efficiently. In this review, dust processing in the ISM divulged by recent analysis of AKARI data is discussed.

The main outcomes of the experiments H2P6 performed in the thermal-hydraulics large-scale PANDA facility at PSI in the frame of the OECD/NEA HYMERES-2 project are presented in this article. The experiments of the H2P6 series consists of two PANDA tests characterized by the activation of three (H2P6_1) or one (H2P6_2) cooler(s) in an initially stratified and pressurized containment atmosphere. The initial stratification is defined by a helium-rich region located in the upper part of the vessel and a steam/air atmosphere in the lower part. The activation of the cooler(s) results i) in the condensation of the steam in the vicinity of the cooler(s), ii) the corresponding activation of large scale natural circulation currents in the vessel atmosphere, with the result of iii) the re-distribution and mixing of the Helium stratification initially located in the upper half of the vessel and iv) the continuous pressure decay. The initial helium layer represents hydrogen generated in a postulated severe accident. The main question to be answered by the experiments is whether or not the interaction of the different, localized cooler units would be important for the application of numerical methods. The paper describes the initial and boundary conditions and the experimental results of the H2P6 series with the suggestion of simple scaling laws for both experiments in terms of i) the temperature difference(s) across the cooler(s), ii) the transient steam and helium content and iii) the pressure decay in the vessel. The outcomes of this scaling indicate that the interaction between separate, closely localized units does not play a prominent role for the present experiments. It is therefore reasonable to model several units as one large component with equivalent heat transfer area and total water flow rate.

Backward trajectories were calculated from five urban areas in Korea in 1999 in order to assess the effects of long-range transport on the air quality variations on an annual basis. The five areas selected were Seoul, Mokpo, Cheju, Pohang, and Kangnung, which are evenly distributed along the shoreline in Korea. Meteorological fields used in the work were prepared by the Korea Meteorological Administration using the RDAPS(Regional Data Assimilation and Prediction System) with grid spacing of 40 km and 12-h intervals(0000 and 1200 UTC). Upwind regions around the Korean Peninsula were divided into five sectors including the region to the northeast(I), northern China (II), southern China(III), the northwestern Pacific(IV), and Japan(V). The influence of air flow from these sectors on the variations of carbon monoxide concentrations in the selected areas was investigated. The results showed that the influences of Sectors II and III were persistent although some influences of adjacent sectors were observed according to the location of the areas. In general, the concentration of carbon monoxide tended to go up under the influence of Sectors II and III but tended to go down under the influence of Sector I. However, the influences of other sectors were rather mixed. The importance of the long-range transport was examined when the whole country was uniformly influenced by Sectors II and III with strong synoptic winds. The effects of long-range transport were large in Mokpo and Cheju, close to Sectors II and III, where the local emissions were considered small. The effects of local emissions were significant in Pohang and Seoul; such effect was more distinct in Pohang located farther from Sectors II and III.
The polymers, polyazine, polyazomethine ( I ) and polyazomethine ( II ) were prepared by the condensation of p-benzoquinone with hydrazine hydrate, p-phenylenediamine and diaminomaleonitrile in DMSO, respectively. The IR spectra of these polymers showed a characteristic peak of schiff base (-C=N-) at about $1600cm^{-1}$. These polymers dissolved in concentrated sulfuric acid showed UV/VIS absorption near 300nm indicatiog the presence of iminium ion(>$C\limits^{\small\oplus}=NH-$). Another UV/VIS absorption band in the region of 350~415nm was shown presumably due to the charge transfer transition in the molecule. The electrical conductivities of polyazine, polyazomethine ( I ) and ( II ) were measured. The self-electrical conductivity of these was found to be about $10^{-14}{\sim}10^{-11}{\Omega}^{-1}cm^{-1}$ and these polymers doped with $I_2$ showed the maximum conductivity of about $10^{-2}{\Omega}^{-1}cm^{-1}$.

We report the spatial distribution of early-type stars and pre-main-sequence (PMS) stars around the starburst type young open cluster Westerlund 2. The early-type were selected from UBVI photometric data, while the PMS members were identified from their X-ray emission and mid-infrared excess. The northern clump of the cluster is composed mainly of PMS stars detected in both optical and X-ray and seems to be coeval to the cluster, while PMS stars in the bright bridge region are highly obscured in optical wavelength. The bright bridge appear to be an on-going star forming region possibly triggered by the strong radiation field from both sides-massive stars in Westerlund 2 and WR 20b. We also found that there are many early-type stars not only in the cluster but also farther from the cluster up to several times of the cluster radius. These early-type stars are well aligned from east to southwest of the cluster. We conclude these early-type stars are members of an OB association in the RCW 49 nebula. This report indicates there is a complex star formation history in Westerlund 2 and its surrounding H II region, the RCW 49 nebula.

Our previous study on tiny pores (R < 2") observed by HINODE/Solar Optical Telescope (SOT) revealed that the plasma in the pores at the photosphere is always moving down and the pores are surrounded by the strong downward motions (highly red-shifted) of neighboring granulations. From this study, we speculated that the flow motions above the pore should be related with the motions at the photosphere, since the pore is strong magnetic field region. Meanwhile, SNU and KASI installed Fast Imaging Solar Spectrograph (FISS) in the Cude room of the 1.6 m New Solar Telescope (NST) at Big Bear Solar Observatory. FISS is a unique system that can do imaging of H-alpha and Ca II 8542 band simultaneously, which is quite suitable for studying of dynamics of chromosphere. To get some clue on the relationship between the photospheric and low-chromospheric motions at the pore region, we took a coordinate observation with NST/FISS and Hinode/SOT for new emerging active region (AR11117) on October 26, 2010. In the observed region, we could find two tiny pores and two small magnetic islands (SMIs), which have similar magnetic flux with the pores but does not look dark. Magnetic flux density and Doppler velocities at the photosphere are estimated by applying the center-of-gravity (COG) method to the HINODE/spectropolarimeter (SP) data. The line-of-sight motions above the photosphere are determined by adopting the bisector method to the wing spectra of Ha and CaII 8542 lines. As results, we found the followings. (1) There are upflow motion on the pores and downflow motion on the SMIs. (2) Towards the CaII 8542 line center, upflow motion decrease and turn to downward motion in pores, while the speed of down flow motion increases in the SMIs. (3) There is oscillating motion above pores and the SMIs, and this motion keep its pattern along the height. (4) As height increase, there is a general tendency of the speed shift to downward on pores and the SMIs. This is more clearly seen on the other regions of stronger magnetic field. In this talk, we will present preliminary understanding of the coupling of pore dynamics between the photosphere and the low-chromosphere.
Simultaneous observations of high resolution spectra of CaII H, K, ${\lambda}8542\;and\;{\lambda}8498$ have been made over a sunspot umbra (SPO 5007) by means of Sacramento Peak Observatory's HIRKHAD program with the Echelle spectrograph at the Vacuum Tower Telescope. The observed spectra scanned by SPO's fast microphotometer have been reduced for later theoretical interpretations. The reduced profiles, sampled over a region which is thought to be coolest over the spot, are presented in units of absolute intensity. The core intensity ratios of $I(K_3)/I(H_3);and\;I({\lambda}8498)/I({\lambda}8542)$ arc found to be 1.3 and 1.14, respectively.
