Objective : Academies or societies of Korean Medicine have their journals. Those Journals usually follow guidlines for authors of Journal of KOMS(Korean oriental medical society). However, altough academies or societies of Korean Medicine are branches of KOMS, their guidlines for authors of journal are different form KOMS's. Method : We compared guidlines for authors in academies or societies of Korean Medicine which journals is listed in NRF(National Research Foundation of Korea). Result : They have 78.9% coincidence in guidlines for authors of journal, 68.4% in url adress and 57.9% in both books and chapter. Conclusion : Academies or societies of Korean Medicine might comply with KIOM in guidlines for authors of their journal because they are brabches of KIOM. In addition, these days, scholars try to make journal DB, journal referaence DB, ontology and so on so journals of KIOM and journals of Korean Medicine academies might be agreed especially in guidlines for authors.

This study includes the fundamental planning of the sectoral management technology in energy distribution system so that the industry itself would be willing to participate for the effective energy conservation in its own sector. Furthermore guidlines for the effective energy management techniques have been presented by first analyzing the energy consumption structures, the energy loss problems, the energy conservation status and the technology demands, and second classifying, according to the energy distribution system, the energy source management, the energy generation & conversion facilities, the energy transportation ＆ storage facilities, the energy consumming facilities and the waste energy management, etc. in the industrial sector.

The purpose of this study is to establish the concept of the evidence-based pediatric dentistry and to investigate the application methods of it. The definition of the evidence-based pediatric dentistry was suggested as 'the integration of the best scientific research evidence with the professional expertise of pediatric dentist and the value of pediatric patients and their caregivers in dental practice for the child and adolescent'. The methods of practising evidence-based pediatric dentistry were investigated, the recent conclusions of the evidence-based pediatric dentistry were summarized by topics, the research methods of systemic review and clinical practice guidlines were analyzed, and the individual research methods as randomized controlled trials were investigated. The author proposed increasing the understanding and consensus of the necessity of evidence-based pediatric dentistry, education about the evidence-based pediatric dentistry, computerization of all published articles of Korean pediatrtic dentistry, continuing research and popularization of systemic research and clinical practice guidlines, production of Korea's own evidences of pediatric dentistry, and the improvement of soical environment of pediatric practice.

The purpose of this study was to present systematic interior design guidelines for the elderly housing environment. As an environmental affordance system, Murth 's user benefit criteria was employed to analyze the items of the interior design guidlines in the 5 selected elderly housing literatures. 646 items were collected from the 5 representative literatures on elderly housing design. As a result of the content anaylysis, a set of comprehensive interior design guidenlines which was systematically synthesized based on the Murtha' s user benefit criteria was presented according to the specific spaces. The behaviroral facilitation and physiological maintenance dimension most frequently mentioned in foreign literature. Perceptual maintenance dimension needed to be developed in the future in elderly housing.

This paper describes a lane following control of vision based mobile robot that follows guidline. Summation of binarization conversion and image data of vertical axis was used in image processing. As an extraction of specific parameters of lane image, the raw image was converted to the binary data, and the binary data was summerized to the specific data vertically. The specific parameters were made to the inputs of neural network. Summation of image data was used for input of the net, and optimized value of turn angles of learned mobile robot was output. By using neural network algorithm, possibility of mobile robot moving to the target point and following the guidlines quickly and effectively was proved.

This paper presents a simplified approach for the design of semi-continuous composite beams in braced frames, where specific attention is given to the effect of joint rotational stiffness. A simple composite beam model is proposed incorporating the effects of semi-rigid end connections and the nonprismatic properties of a 'cracked' steel-concrete beam. This beam model is extended to a sub-frame in which the restraining effects from the adjoining members are considered. Parametric studies are performed on several sub-frame models and the results are used to show that it is possible to correlate the amount of moment redistribution of semi-continuous beam within the sub-frame using an equivalent stiffness of the connection. Deflection equations are derived for semi-continuous composite beams subjected to various loading and parametric studies on beam vibrations are conducted. The proposed method may be applied using a simple computer or spreadsheet program.

A design of Ice Cream Shop is an intended creation activity to increase the sales and profits by planning the space creativity and effectively. Accordingly, it should give the aesthetic and psychological satisfaction by making the space formative as a visual space expressed by a unique identity with a functional convenience. The design of Ice Cream Shop should reflect the changing demands and patterns of a consumption life as a result. Therefore a design plan is required to predict the living and culture. The design process can be divided into a basic planning, basic design and implementation design in large. The details are as follows. When a designer is assigned to the design from a client, he should start his work from surveying the site and arrangement, After arrangement, he sets up basic guidlines, which are called as a basic planning.

Speech evaluation and treatment planning for the patients with articulation disorders have traditionally been based on perceptual judgement by speech pathologists. Recently, various computerized speech analysis systems have been developed and commonly used in clinical settings to obtain the objective and quantitative data and specific treatment strategies. 10 dysarthric children (6 neurogenic and 4 functional dysarthria) participated in this experiment. Speech evaluation of dysarthria was performed in two ways; first, the acoustic analysis by Visi-Pitch and a Computerized Speech Lab and second, the perceptual scoring of phonetic errors rates in 100 word test. The results of the initial evaluation served as primary guidlines for the indivisualized treatment planning of each patient's speech problems. After mean treatment period of 5 months, the follow-up data of both dysarthric groups showed increased maximum phonation time, increased alternative motion rate and decreased occurrence of articulatory deviation. The changes of acoustic data and therapeutic effects were more prominent in children with dysarthria due to neurologic causes than with functional dysarthria. Three cases including their pre- and post treatment data were illustrated in detail.

In order to meet the needs of the liturgical reform implemented by the Second Vatican Council, existing churches have been reordered and guidlines drawn for new buildings. With this reordering, perhaps the most perplexing issues facing priest and architect alike are the question of reservation and placement of the tabernacle. While in several documents including the documents of the Second Vatican Council, the church has made statement concerning this problem, not much has been stated definitely, And there are many different and. ambiguous things in the interpretation of liturgists and Episcopal Conferences. I examined and compared the issues which has been raised this while based on the Vatican Documents. The findings may be summarised as follows : (1) As the history of church architecture has seen great variety and innovation in solving the needs of the day, the church gives certain guidelines, but also allow great flexibility. (2) To achive good result, the priests and architects should work together in a language the other will understand. So theological interpretations on church architecture may be very useful. (3) The seperate eucharistic chapel which is near the santuary will be recommended as a location which accounts for both the communal and individual aspects of eucaristic adoration.
