Objectives : This study aims to report current trend of Mibyeong health policy and service in China from interview of China Technology Research Group. Methods : China Technology Research Group visited Guanganmen hospital, Yanhuang Dongfang Company, Xinjingzhen health center, and Shanghai Shuguang hospital. With an interpreter, We had interviews about Mibyeong health service and policy trend, medical instrument, and research issue. Results :Mibyeong health service was performed based on KY3H system and collaboration with traditional Chinese medicine hospital. Mibyeong health service consists of diagnosis with nine constitutional type, health guide and preventive treatment. Community health center also provide Mibyeong health service, with cooperative treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. China's Mibyeong health policy is established by Top-down decision, even though there is not enough evidence for providing health service to consumer. Through constitutional diagnosis, examinations, and treatment, huge data have been stacked; however, assessment and research based on these data are not processed well. Cooperative treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is widely provided to patients, and their works are relatively well classified. Conclusions : China plays leading role in Mibyeong service and it seems to be developed more than Korea's. Further study is necessary to establish Mibyeong policy and health service in Korea.

In recent years, there have been several studies on service quality in higher education, however, research on service quality and sustainable activities affecting student loyalty has been largely ignored in previous studies. This paper investigates the role of service quality in creating student loyalty, and how university sustainability practices and student satisfaction mediate the relationship between service quality and student loyalty. The paper draws attention to university sustainability practices and understanding its impact on student satisfaction and loyalty in Vietnamese public universities. A quantitative methodology is explored, and data was collected through an online structured questionnaire. Responses are gathered from 278 students of public universities in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Structural equation modeling is used to examine the associations between the constructs by using the PLS-SEM approach. The results show that service quality has a significant effect on university sustainability practices, student satisfaction, and student loyalty. In addition, university sustainability practices and student satisfaction also mediate the relationship between service quality and student loyalty. The author's findings may guide the key decision-makers in universities to incorporate service quality and universities' sustainability practices in their strategy and thereby improve student satisfaction and student loyalty.

We analyzed the HACCP prerequisite of National Veterinary Research and Quarantine Service (NVRQS) and the Food Establishment Inspection Report of US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to recommend contents and ranges to be complemented and used for preparation of guidelines for more effective application of HACCP prerequisites. We used the HACCP inspection reports implemented by Korea Livestock Products HACCP Accreditation Service from 2007 to 2009, FDA Food Code 2009 Guide 3-B Instructions for Marking the Food Establishment Inspection Report, and Retail Food Establishment Sanitation Requirements of 410 Indiana Administrative Code. Major non-compliance items were open doors and windows, insanitary cleaning of in-use utensil, inadequate record of warehousing, and improper storage, transportation, and labelling. Hot water supply, personal hygiene, and regular product testing were additional week points which should be more strongly controlled by detailed operating guidelines. Also, current prerequisite items were required revision into more precise contents to enhanced the effective evaluation and practical application in meat markets.

PURPOSES : Analysis and design of asphalt concrete (AC) and continuously reinforced concrete (CRC) composite pavements. METHODS : In this study, the service life of the AC/CRC composite pavements was determined based on the probabilistic method in the mechanistic-empirical pavement design guide(MEPDG). Typical pavement design was provided with respect to heavy truck traffic volume of highways. RESULTS : The service life of the composite pavements based on IRI was shorter than that based on rutting at lower traffic volume, but this trend was switched at higher traffic volume. CONCLUSIONS : It is concluded that the main distress affecting the service life of the composite pavements was longitudinal roughness and rutting. Roughness became lower, but rut depth became greater as the stiffness of the CRC increased.

We propose a new generic design methodology for different types of PSS. Product - Service System (PSS) has received much attention recently from academia and industry because of its benefits. PSS can provide customers values and functionalities, as well as physical products, to fulfill economic, social and environmental goals. Many methodologies have been proposed for designing PSSs. Most of the existing methodologies are domain specific and were proposed to solve specific problems in certain projects. Some methodologies are generic but they provide neither guideline to practitioners and designers nor reflect the differences in various PSS types. As a generic approach to guide practitioners and designers in designing PSS effectively, the proposed methodology also takes into account user involvement, business model and organizational structure. The proposed methodology is demonstrated through design examples of different types of PSSs.

우리는 우리가 방문하는 박물관에 대한 배경지식이 없으면 박물관에서 제공하는 오디오 가이드를 이용한다. 그러나 기존의 오디오 가이드는 크게 두 가지 문제점이 있다. 첫째, 기존의 오디오 가이드는 단순히 성우가 텍스트 컨텐츠를 읽은 것에 지나지 않기 때문에 지루하다. 지루하기 때문에 사용자들은 자연스레 오디오 가이드에 집중하지 못한다. 둘째, 기존의 오디오 가이드에는 포인트가 없다. 오디오 가이드에서 성우들의 목소리에 톤이나 어조가 일정하기 때문에 사람들은 오디오 가이드를 들을 때 중요한 부분에 대해 알지 못한다. 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위해서 우리는 기존의 오디오 가이드 컨텐츠의 키워드에 단어와 관계있는 음향효과를 추가해서 새로운 오디오 가이드를 만들었다. 새로운 오디오 가이드는 기존의 오디오 가이드의 문제점인 지루함과 중요 포인트가 없음을 해결해서 사용자의 흥미도와 집중력을 높여주었다. 우리의 실험이 성공적이었기 때문에 향후 우리의 이론은 좀 더 일반적인 컨텐츠들로 확장 될 수 있을 것이다.

Through diversification of 4th industries and transportation and globalization, tourism was developed for medical purposes, not limited to touring tourist attractions. The trend of medical tourism in Korea is shifting from large and medium-sized hospitals to professional medical services in one area of small hospitals rather than professional medical services. However, small hospitals lack medical coordinators and interpretation services, and tourists who visit Korea for treatment lack information on small hospitals. Therefore, a platform is needed to match small hospitals with medical tourists. In this study, using Platform as a Service (Paas) in cloud computing, clinic administrators can access the app to introduce information about their hospitals with simple manipulations. Tourists also want to propose a customized platform to select the right area for them to check information about small-scale hospitals and choose the treatment and tourist attractions they wants. This study investigates the current state of online research guides of the national archives of four countries including the UK, the USA, Australia, and Korea. It also analyzes the name and accessibility, subject coverage and categorization, number of guides completed, and structure and types of resources linked with each guide. The examined online research guides are evaluated based on accessibility, variety, systematization, consistency, and hyperlinks. Based on the analyses, it suggests the directions of designing research guides for the National Archives of Korea.

Interests on Service Level Agreement(SLA), an immanence operating tool for managing the level of the information system service objectively and qualitatively, were raised among IT outsourcing service providers, outsourcers, and operating departments. Yet, only a few domestic conglomerates adopted the SLA, and exact usage of the SLA is currently unknown. Because of the importance of the SLA between a service recipient and a service provider, the agreement is treated with high confidentiality. This raised the problems to organizations which are considering the SLA but lack in the concrete guide line to internalize SLA management process. This study provides the process model of implementation for SLA by conducting multiple case research. The sampled companies are currently implementing the SLA over 1 year of usage period. Factors were used to provide the managerial contribution for implementing the SLA. To analyse the case samples, in-depth interview method was conducted for each sampled company. As a result, if SLA can be used as an immanence managerial tool and can be actively implemented, it will be an strategic tool for various decision making in IT management practice with long term relationship, better shared partnership, and continuous service improvement.

Due to the recent advancement in digital imaging technology, development of intervention equipment has become generalize. Video arbitration procedure is a process to insert a tiny catheter and a guide wire in the body, so in order to enhance the effectiveness and safety of this treatment, the high-quality of x-ray of image should be used. However, the increasing of radiation has become the problem. Therefore, the studies to improve the performance of x-ray detectors are being actively processed. Moreover, this intervention is based on the reference of the angiographic imaging and 3D medical image processing. In this paper, we propose a guidance system to support this intervention. Through this intervention, it can solve the problem of the existing 2D medical images based vessel that has a formation of cerebrovascular disease, and guide the real-time tracking and optimal route to the target lesion by intervention catheter and guide wire tool. As a result, the system was completely composed for medical image acquisition unit and image processing unit as well as a display device. The experimental environment, guide services which are provided by the proposed system Brain Phantom (complete intracranial model with aneurysms, ref H+N-S-A-010) was taken with x-ray and testing. To generate a reference image based on the Laplacian algorithm for the image processing which derived from the cerebral blood vessel model was applied to DICOM by Volume ray casting technique. $A^*$ algorithm was used to provide the catheter with a guide wire tracking path. Finally, the result does show the location of the catheter and guide wire providing in the proposed system especially, it is expected to provide a useful guide for future intervention service.
