갈조류 감태(Ecklonia cava Kjellman) 양식 개체군 형태 형질의 월 변화에 대한 고찰 (A study on monthly changes in morphological characteristics of Ecklonia cava(Laminariales, Phaeophyceae) aquaculture population)

  • 본 연구는 다년생 갈조류인 감태(Ecklonia cava Kjellman)의 생장에 따른 형태 변화를 비교하여 주요 형질의 특성과 변이 폭을 규명하고자 하였다. 양식 개체군 관찰을 위한 조사는 전라남도 진도군 진도읍 수유리 양식장에서 2018년 4월부터 2019년 11월까지 수행하였다. 감태의 형태 형질은 1차엽, 2차엽, 줄기, 부착기의 형태와 특징에 관한 14개 측정 형질과 4개 비율값의 18개를 선별 조사하였다. 본 양성이 시작되는 유엽 단계는 피침상 또는 장타원형의 단순한 형태를 보였고, 3~4개월에는 짧은 줄기와 부착기 발달, 2차엽으로 발달하는 소엽 형성을 시작하였다. 5~7개월에는 1차엽 양쪽에서 2차엽이 불규칙적으로 발달하고, 8~10개월에는 1차엽 너비의 확대와 2차엽의 신장이 진행되었고, 11~12개월에는 2차엽이 장타원형을 이루며, 13~14개월에는 전체 엽면적이 확대되었다. 15~16개월에는 3차엽 열편이 형성되고, 엽체 모양이 훨씬 복잡해지고, 줄기와 부착기 너비도 증가하였다. 17~18개월에는 2차엽의 발달이 뚜렷해지면서, 열편이 발달한다. 19~20개월에는 3차엽이 다수 발달하고, 자연 개체군의 성숙한 개체와 유사한 형태를 이루었다. 주성분분석에서 양식 개체군의 1차년도(Q1)와 2차년도(Q2) 월별 개체군은 주성분 1 (PC1)을 따라 나뉘는데, 2차엽 길이와 너비, 길이/너비, 2차엽 수, 2차엽 거치와 엽면주름 무늬, 부착기 너비와 관련된다. 성체 모양을 갖는 2차년도 양식 개체군과 자연 개체군은 주성분 2를 따라 제주(J), 동해안(E), 남해안(S)의 순서로 분포하는데, 1차엽 길이와 너비, 줄기의 길이와 직경, 줄기 길이/1차엽 길이와 관련된다. 본 연구에서 조사한 양식 개체군의 형태 형성에 따른 월 변화와 성체의 특정 형질값은 감태의 품종 개발에 중요한 기준이 될 것으로 판단되었다.

혈소판이 소 폐동백 내피세포의 Endothelin 생산에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Platelets on Endothelin Production in Bovine Pulmonary Artery Endothelial Cells)

  • 연구배경 : Endothelin(이하 ET로 약함)은 폐혈관 내피세포에서 생산되며 강한 혈관 수축작용이 있는 peptide이다. 일차성 폐동맥고혈압과 급성 폐동맥색전증 환자의 혈장내 ET이 증가하고 이들 질환에서의 심폐기능장애에 ET이 중요한 역할을 하리라고 추측되나 ET증가의 기전에 대해서는 알려진 바 없다. 이들 두 질환은 모두 혈전증이 중요한 병태생리 소견이므로 저자들은 혈소판과 활성화된 혈소판에서 유리된 매개체들이 폐혈관 내피세포에서 ET 생산을 증가시킬 것이라고 가정하고 이를 확인하기 위하여 연구를 시행하였다. 방 법 : 소 폐동맥내피세포 배양배지에 혈소판, thrombin(0.1~10u/ml), transforming growth factor-${\beta}1$(TGF-${\beta}1$, 1-1000pM), serotonin(1-100uM), 및 내독소(1ug/ml)를 첨가한 후 18시간 배양하여 배지내로 유리된 immunoreactive ET(이하 ir-ET로 약함)을 방사선면역측정법으로 정량분석 하였다. 결과 : 소 폐동맥내피세포 배양 상청액내 ir-ET은 배양 시간에 비례하여 증가하였으며 혈소판 $10^8/ml$을 첨가한 군에서는 배양 8시간 및 18시간 후에 대조배지군에 비해 유의하게 높았다(p<0.05). 혈소판 첨가군에서 배양 상청액내 ir-ET은 혈소판의 수가 증가함에 따라 증가하는 경향을 보였고 $10^8/ml$에서는 대조배지군에 비해 유의하게 높았다 (0<0.05). Ir-ET를 증가시키지 않는 혈소판 ($10^7/ml$)에 ir-ET을 유의하게 증가시키지 않는 농도의 thrombin (0.1u/ml) 또는 내독소(1ug/ml)를 각각 첨가한 군에서 배양 상청액내 ir-ET은 배지 대조군과 단독 첨가군 (thrombin 0.1u/ml, 내독소 1ug/ml)에 비해 각각 유의하게 높았다(p<0.05). 소 폐동맥내피세포 배양 상청액내 ir-ET은 thrombin(1-10ug/ml), TGF-${\beta}1$(100-1000pM) 첨가군에서 각각 대조배지군에 비해 유의하게 높았으며 (p<0.05), serotonin(1-100uM) 첨가군은 대조배지군파 유의한 차이가 없었다. 결 론 : 소 폐동맥 내피세포에서 ET 생산을 자극하며 그 기전은 혈소판과 활성화된 혈소판에서 유리되는 TGF-${\beta}1$ 등의 매개물에 의한 내피세포의 자극으로 생각되며 이외에 혈소판에 의한 내피세포의 ET 생산 반응 조절(priming) 가능성도 추측할 수 있다.

식이 sodium 제한 및 식이 sodium 제한에 따른 항고혈압제의 투여가 만성신부전증의 진행에 미치는 영향에 관한 실험적 연구 (Effects of Dietary Salt Restriction on the Development of Renal Failure in the Excision Remnant Kidney Model)

  • 목적 : 만성신부전유발 백서에서 식이 sodium 제한이 만성신부전의 진행속도 및 혈압조절에 어떠한 영향을 주는지, 또한 항고혈압제제 (enalapril: E, nicardipine: N)와 병행 투여하였을 매 항고혈압제제 단독투여보다 만성신부전의 진행속도 및 혈압조절에 어떠한 영향을 주는 지를 연구하였다. 방법 : 5/6 신절제술로 만성신부전을 유발시킨 백서를 수술 제 7일부터 무작위로 0.49% sodium 식이군, 0.25% sodium 식이군, 0.49% sodium 식이 enalapril군, 0.49% sodium 식이 nicardipine군, 0.25% sodium식이 enalapril군, 0.25% sodium식이 nicardipine군으로 나누고 신절제술 4주, 12주, 16주 혹은 24주에 혈압, 24시간 단백뇨의 변화, 신 조직의 mesangial expansion score(MES) 및 사구체용적의 변화를 비교 분석하였다. 곁 과 : 1) 0.25% sodium 식이군은 0.49% sodium 식이군보다 혈압의 감소를 보였고 0.25% sodium 식이 enalapril군, 0.25% sodium 식이 nicardipine군, 0.49% sodium 식이 enalapril군, 0.49% sodium 식이 nicardipine 군에서는 혈압의 감소가 관찰되었다. 2) 16주째 0.25% sodium 식이 enalapril군, 0.25% sodium 식이 nicardipine군, 0.49% sodium 식이 enalapril군, 0.49% sodium 식이 nicardipine 군은 0.49% sodium 식이군보다 의의있는 단백뇨의 감소를 보였다 (P<0.05). 0.25% sodium 식이군의 16주째 뇨단백은 $78{\pm}16$ mg 이었고 0.25% sodium 식이 enalapril 군, 0.25% sodium 식이 nicardipine군은 각각 $35{\pm}9mg,\;41{\pm}15mg$으로 enalapril, nicardipine 에 의해 뇨단백의 감소를 관찰할 수 있었고, 0.25% sodium 식이군의 24주째 뇨단백은 $82{\pm}10$ mg 이었고 0.25% sodium 식이 enalapril 군,0.25% sodium 식이 nicardipine군은 각각 $54{\pm}3mg,\;76{\pm}11mg$으로, enalapril 에 의해서만 24 시간 단백뇨의 의의있는 감소를 관찰할 수 있었다. 3) 24주째 백서를 희생하여 크레아티닌 청소률을 관찰한 결과 심한 신부전은 관찰되지 않았고, 0.25% sodium 식이 대조군에 비해 0.25% sodium 식이 enalapril군에서 사구체여과율이 증가됨을 관찰할 수 있었다. 4) 신절제술후 남아 있는 신조직무게를 비교하여 보면 24주째 0.25% sodium 식이군, 0.25% sodium 식이 enalapril군, 0.25% sodium 식이 nicardipine군에서 16주째 0.49% sodium 식이군, 0.49% sodium 식이 enalapril군, 0.49% sodium 식이 nicardipine 군보다 의의있게 신조직무게가 증가됨을 관찰할 수 없었다. 5) 0.25% sodium 식이군은 0.49% sodium 식이군과 비교하여 MES의 현저한 감소를 보였고 (0.25% sodium식이군: 12주; $1.97{\pm}0.02$, 24주; $2.06{\pm}0.03$ vs. 0.49% sodium 식이군: 12주; $2.29{\pm}0.09$, 16주; $2.55{\pm}0.16$, P<0.05) 12주 이후에 관찰한 MES는 0.25% sodium 식이군, 0.25% sodium 식이 enalapril군, 0.25% sodium 식이 nicardipine군 세군간의 통계적인 차이는 없었다. 6) 24주에 시행한 0.25% sodium 식이군의 사구체용적은 16주에 시행한 0.49% sodium 식이군의 사구체용적보다 현저하게 감소되어있었다 (0.25% sodium 식이군:24주; $1.58{\pm}0.18{\times}10^6{\mu}m^3$ vs. 0.49% sodium 식이군:16주; $1.98{\pm}0.18{\times}10^6{\mu}m^3$, P<0.05). 24주 0.25% sodium 식이 enalapril군의 사구체용적($1.51{\pm}0.08{\times}10^6{\mu}m^3$)은 16주 0.49% sodium 식이 enalapril군의 사구체용적($1.81{\pm}0.22{\times}10^6{\mu}m^3$)과 비교하여 현저한 감소를 보였다. 12주, 24 주에 관찰한 0.25% sodium 식이군, 0.25% sodium 식이 enalapril군, 0.25% sodium 식이 nicardipine군의 사구체용적은 세군간에 의의있는 차이는 없었다. 결론 : 식이 sodium 제한은 대상성 신비대의 감소를 통해 신손상을 감소시켰고 혈압의 감소에도 도움을 주었다. 식이 sodium 제한과 항고혈압제재 특히 enalapril을 병행투여하였을 때 항고혈압제재 단독투여보다 뇨단백 및 신조직의 대상성 비대를 감소시켰다. 따라서 만성신부전증에서 경도의 저sodium식이가 만성신부전으로의 진행을 지연시키며 혈압의 감소에도 도움이 됨을 알 수 있었다.

양방향성 상대정맥-폐동맥 단락술 후의 폐동맥 크기 변화에 관한 연구 (A Study of Changes of Pulmonary Artery Size after Bidirectional Cavopulmonary Shunt)

  • Fonlan수술의 고위험군 환자에게 시행되는 양방향성 상대정맥-폐동맥 단락술은 비교적 낮은 수술 위험과 동맥혈내 산소포화도의 증가,그리고 체심실에 대한 용적 부담을 줄임으로서 Fontan수술전에 시행하는 효과적인 중간 단계의 고식적 수술로서 알려져있다 그러나 낮은 체정맥압에 의해 유지되는 페혈류인 양방향성 상대정 맥-폐동맥 단락술후 폐동맥의 크기 변화에 대 해서는 아직까지 논란이 되고 있 다. 본 연구에서는 양방향성 상대정맥-폐동맥 단락술이 폐동맥의 크기에 미치는 영향을 밝혀내고자 1992 년 2월부터 1994년 7월까지 서울대학교 의과대학 흉부외과학교실에서 양방향성 상대정맥-폐동맥 단락 술을 받은 19명의 환자를 대상으로 수술전 3.8 $\pm$4.8개월 및 수술후 19.6$\pm$6.2개월에 시행한 심도자 및 혈 관조영술의 결과를 검토하고 이를 통계 처리하였다. 폐동맥의 크기는 폐동맥 지수와 McGoon비를 이 용하였고 환자의 나이,체표면적,혈관 성형술 여부,수술전 폐동맥의 크기,수술후심도자 및 혈관조엮 술까지의 기간 등을 변수로 폐동맥의 성장여부를 연구하였다. 수술전 심도자 및 혈관조영술 당시 환자의 평균 나이는 1).7$\pm$15.6개월, 평균 체 Ⅸ湧岵\ulcorner0.40$\pm$0.12 m2, 동맥혈 산소포화도는 71.4$\pm$12.4% 이었다. 우폐동맥의 지름은 7.1$\pm$1.7mm, 좌폐동맥의 지름은 6.2$\pm$ 1.7 mm, 폐동맥 지수는 191.8$\pm$82.7mm21m2, McGoon 비는 1.73$\pm$0.49 였다. 폐동맥 압력은 6명에 서 측정하였는데 평균 폐동맥 압은 21 mmHg 이 었다. 한편 수술후 심도자 및 혈관조영술 당시 환자의 평균 나이는 39.9$\pm$ 16.2개월, 평균 체표면적은 0.58$\pm$ 0.07m', 동맥 혈 산소포화도는 83.0$\pm$3.8 % 이었다. 우폐동맥의 지름은 9.0$\pm$ 1.5 mm, 좌폐동맥의 지름은 7.7 $\pm$2.Omm, 폐동맥 지수는 197.3$\pm$57.1 mm2/m2, McGoon 비는 1.76$\pm$0.32 였다 수술후 전 환자에서 폐동맥 압력을 측정하였으며 평균 폐동맥 압은 12.8 $\pm$3.6mmHg이 었다. 환자의 성장에 따라 폐동맥의 지름도 증가하였으나 폐동맥 지수나 McGoon비는 증가하지 않았다. 또한 환자의 나이, 술후 동맥혈내 산소포화도의 증가 정도, 혈관 성형술 여부, 수술후 심도자 및 혈큰조 영술까지의 기간 등은 수술후의 폐동맥 지수의 증가에 영향을미치지 못하였으며 단지 수술전의 폐동맥 의 크기가 매우 작을 경우(McGoon 비 1.2 미만)에는 폐동맥 지수가 유의한 증가를 보였는데 이는 수술 \ulcorner 동반된 폐동맥 성형술등의 영향이 있었음을 감안하여야 할 것으로 생각되었다. 한편 수술전 폐동맥 크기에 대한 지표로서 폐동맥 지수(PAI)와 McGoon 비(MGR)와는 다음과 같은 유의한 상관관계가 있 음을 알 수 있었다 상관식 : PAI : MGRxl18.0-12.4. 결론적으로 양방향성 상대정맥-폐동맥 단락술이 동맥혈내 산소포화도는 증가시키나 폐동맥 지수는 단기간의 본 연구에서는 증가하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 박동성 양방향성 상대정맥-폐동맥 단락 술이나 또는 Blalock-Taussig 단락술등이 폐동맥의 성 장에 미치는 영 향에 대한 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

일대잡종송(一代雜種松)의 교배친화력(交配親和力)과 특성(特性)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (Studies on the Species Crossabilities in the Genus Pinus and Principal Characteristics of F1 Hybrids)

  • 본연구(本硏究)는 주요조림수종(主要造林樹種)인 송백류중(松柏類中) 특(特)히 Sub-genus Diploxylon내(內)의 종간교잡(種間交雜)에 의(依)하여 생산(生産)된 일대잡종(一代雜種) ${\times}$P. rigielliottii, ${\times}$P. rigiradiata, ${\times}$P. rigiserotina 및 ${\times}$P. densithunbergii의 임성종자확득율(稔性種字穫得率)을 기준(基準)으로한 교배친화력(交配親和力)과 분류학상(分類學上)의 유연관계(類緣關係)를 검토(檢討)하는 동시(同時)에 조림지(造林地)에 있어서의 생장비교(生長比較), 침엽(針葉)의 외부(外部) 및 해부형태비교(解剖形態比較), phenol성물질(性物質)에 의(依)한 특성비교(特性比較) 및 천연적송림(天然赤松林)에 대(對)한 이입교잡현상등(移入交雜現象等)을 구명(究明)하여 금후계획적조림(今後計劃的造林)에 공헌(貢獻)할 잡종채종림조성(雜種採種林造成) 여부(與否)와 일대잡종(一代雜種)과 그 양친종간(兩親種間)의 차이점(差異點)을 분별관찰(分別觀察)한 결과(結果) 다음과 같은 성적(成績)을 얻었다. 1. 각공시수종(各供試樹種)을 Shaw, Pilger 및 Duffield 등(等)의 분류식(分類式)에 준(準)하여 각조합별(各組合別) 임성종자확득율(稔性種字穫得率)을 기준(基準)으로 교배친화력(交配親和力)과 유연관계(類緣關係)를 검토(檢討)한 바 각조합(各組合)의 양친종간(兩親種間)에는 상당(相當)한 교배친화력(交配親和力)이 있었고, 근연간(近緣間)임을 알수 있었으며, 각조합별(各組合別) 최고임성종자확득율(最高稔性種字穫得率)은 28~58%이었다(표(表) 13). 2. 조림지(稠林地)에 있어서 각일대잡종송(各一代雜種松)의 생장비교(生長比較)에서 특(特)히 ${\times}$P. rigiserotina는 수고(樹高)와 근원경(根元徑)에서 수종간(樹種間)에 1% 수준(水準)으로 고도(高度)의 유의성(有意性)이 있었으므로 재적비(材積比)에서도 종자모수(種字母樹) 보다 109~155%의 보다 월등(越等)한 생장(生長)을 보여 조림상(造林上) 유용성(有用性) 가치(價値)가 있는 우수(優秀)한 일대잡종(一代雜種)으로 기대(期待)되었다(표(表) 16, 17). 3. 각일대잡종송(各一代雜種松)은 내한성(耐寒性)에 있어서 종자모수(種字母樹)의 형질(形質)을 받어 전연(全然) 동해(凍害)를 받지 않았으므로 내한력(耐寒力)이 강(强)함을 알수있었다. 4. 침엽장비교(針葉長比較)에서 일대잡종(一代雜種)의 양친종간(兩親種間)에는 현저(顯著)히 식별(識別)되었으며, 화분모수(花粉母樹)의 형질(形質)을 받은 ${\times}$P. rigiserotina는 종자모수(種字母樹) 보다 65%의 보다큰치(値)를 보여 현저(顯著)하게 식별(識別)되었으나 타일대잡종송(他一代雜種松)은 종자모수(種字母樹)의 형질(形質)을 받어 엽장(葉長)만으로는 잡종성(雜種性)을 용이(容易)하게 식별(識別)하기 어려웠다(표(表) 21). 5. 침엽(針葉)의 해부형태(解剖形態)에 있어서 제형질중(諸形質中) 일부(一部) 예외(例外)도 있었으나 각일대잡종송(各一代雜種松)은 대부분(大部分)이 hypoderm에서 강화(强化)되었고, resin canal에서는 조합(組合)에 따라 종자모수(種字母樹) 또는 화분모수(花粉母樹)의 우성형질(優性形質)을 나타냈으며, fibrovascular bundle에서는 종자모수(種字母樹)와 같이 상이(相離)된 형질(形質)을 나타냈으므로 각일대잡종(各一代雜種)과 그 양친종간(兩親種間)의 식별(識別)이 어느정도(程度) 가능(可能)함을 보았다. 특(特)히 ${\times}$P. densithunbergii에서는 RDI 0.73으로 화분모수(花粉母樹)에 가까운 형질(形質)을 보였다(그림 1, 표(表) 22). 6. Phenol 성물질(性物質)에 의(依)한 특성비교(特性比較)에서 공시일대잡종중(供試一代雜種中) 특(特)히 ${\times}$P. rigielliottii, ${\times}$P. rigiradiata 및 ${\times}$P. rigitaeda는 공(共)히 Rf-0.46인 phenol 물질(物質) 7번(番)이 P. rigida와 동일(同一)하게 담황색(淡黃色)으로 반응(反應)되었으나 화분모수(花粉母樹)에는 반응(反應)이 나타나지 않았으므로 양친간(兩親間)에는 현저(顯著)한 식별(識別)을 할수있었다. 이 결과(結果)는 장차(將次) 차대검정(次代檢定)은 물론(勿論) 교잡육종(交雜育種)에 있어서 잡종성조기식별(雜種性早期識別)의 가능성(可能性)을 보았고, ${\times}$P. rigiserotina와 ${\times}$P. densithunbergii는 양친종(兩親種)과 동일(同一)한 반응(反應)을 나타내어 식별(識別)을 할수없었음을 보아 양친종(兩親種)이 근연간(近緣間)임을 알수있었다(그림 2, 표(表) 23). 7. TLC에 의(依)한 phenol성물질(性物質)의 분리(分離) 및 반응현상(反應現象)은 동일수종내(同一樹種內)에서는 개체별(個體別), 채취부위별(採取部位別), 수령별(樹齡別) 및 화분산지별(花粉産地別)에 관계(關係)없이 동일(同一)한 분리(分離) 및 반응현상(反應現象)을 보였으며, 전개용매(展開溶媒)에 있어서도 Aceton-Chloroform(3:7v/v)을 사용(使用)하였을때나 Benzene-Methanol-Acetic acid(90:16:8 v/v)를 사용(使用)했을때나 동일(同一)한 반응(反應)을 볼수있었다. 8. 천연적송림(天然赤松林)에 있어서의 이입교잡현상(移入交雜現象)은 조사지(調査地) 범위내(範圍內)에서는 동해(東海) 및 서해안지방(西海岸地方)의 각조사임분(各調査林分)의 대부분(大部分)이 잡종성(雜種性)인 사실(事實)과 동해안(東海岸) 보다 서해안지방(西海岸地方)의 조사임분(調査林分)이 월등(越等)히 높은 잡종성(雜種性)임을 알수있었다(표(表) 24, 25). 9. 한국(韓國) 및 일본(日本)에서 선발(選拔)된 수형목(秀型木)은 RDI에 있어서 순수(純粹)한 적송개체(赤松個體)를 발견(發見)할수 없었으며, 본공시목(本供試木)의 전부(全部)가 흑송(黑松)의 형질(形質)을 가진 잡종성(雜種性)임을 알수있었으므로 이러한 수형목(秀型木)은 잡종성(雜種性)에 기인(起因)한 것이라 사료(思料)된다.   • 본 연구는 1999년 1월 1일부터 2007년 12월 31일까지 한국거래소의 유가증권시장과 코스닥시장에 상장된 혁신형 중소기업을 대상으로 재무적 제약과 배당스무딩간의 관계를 실증분석 하였으며, 주요한 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 기업들은 목표 배당성향을 가지고 있으며, 실제 배당성향이 목표 배당성향에서 이탈하면 다시 배당지급을 부분적으로 조정한다. 배당조정속도는 Lintner(1956)의 배당조정모형의 핵심변수인 전기 주당배당과 당기 주당이익을 사용하여 거의 대부분 측정할 수 있으며, 잔여배당이론과 그 이후에 등장한 배당신호이론, 대리인이론, 케이터링 이론 및 거래비용이론에 관한 대용변수들은 배당조정속도에 부분적으로 영향을 미친다. 그리고 전기 주당배당은 당기 주당이익보다 배당조정속도에 더 큰 영향을 미치는데, 이는 기업들이 특별한 이유가 없는 한 전기 주당배당 수준을 장기적으로 유지하는 안정적인 배당정책을 선호한다는 증거가 된다. 혁신형 중소기업은 비혁신형 중소기업보다 배당조정속도가 더 빠르다. 혁신형 중소기업은 R&D 투자에 따른 미래의 성장성과 수익성을 담보로 하여 장기적으로 안정적인 배당정책을 유지할 수 있다. 다시 말해, 혁신형 중소기업은 배당지급이 목표 배당성향에서 이탈하더라도, R&D 투자에 따른 미래의 성장성과 수익성을 담보로 하여 목표 배당성향을 향하여 배당지급을 신속하게 조정하여 배당스무딩을 효과적으로 달성할 수 있다. 그리고 혁신형 중소기업 중에서도 재무적 비제약 기업은 재무적 제약 기업보다 배당조정속도가 더 빠르다. 이는 재무적 비제약 기업일수록 자본시장을 통한 외부 자금조달이 용이하기 때문에 주당배당을 신속하게 조정한다는 증거가 된다. 따라서 자본시장 접근성이 용이하여 재무적 제약을 적게 받는 기업일수록 외부 자금조달이 용이하기 때문에 배당지급을 더 신속하게 조정함으로써 배당스무딩을 더 효과적으로 달성할 수 있다. 그리고 중소기업청이 정책적 목적으로 분류한 혁신형 중소기업(벤처기업, 이노비즈기업, 경영혁신형기업)은 비혁신형 중소기업보다 배당조정속도가 더 빠르다. 중소기업청에서 정책적 목적으로 분류한 혁신형 중소기업은 신용보증지원, 정책자금지원, 조세혜택, 공공입찰 우선권 부여 등과 같은 다양한 정책적 혜택으로 인해 재무적 제약을 적게 받기 때문에 배당지급을 더 신속하게 조정할 수 있다. 결론적으로, 한국거래소의 유가증권시장과 코스닥시장에 상장된 혁신형 중소기업은 비혁신형 중소기업보다 배당조정속도가 더 빠르고, 혁신형 중소기업 중에서도 재무적 비제약 기업은 재무적 제약 기업보다 배당조정 속도가 더 빠르다. 다시 말해, 중소기업 중에서도 R&D 집중도가 높은 혁신형 중소기업은 R&D 투자에 따른 미래의 성장성과 수익성을 담보로 하여 배당스무딩을 신속하게 할 수 있고, 혁신형 중소기업 중에서도 자본시장 접근성이 좋은 기업은 재무적 제약을 적게 받기 때문에 배당스무딩을 더 신속하게 할 수 있다. 따라서 중소기업 경영자는 R&D 집중도를 증가시키고 자본시장 접근성을 높여 재무적 제약을 회피함으로써 신속한 배당스무딩을 통해 장기적으로 안정적인 배당정책을 유지할 수 있다고 생각한다. 그리고 중소기업청이 정책적 목적으로 분류한 혁신형 중소기업(벤처기업, 이노비즈기업, 경영혁신형기업)의 경우에도 배당조정속도가 비혁신형 중소기업보다 더 빠르게 나왔다. 이러한 결과는 배당정책의 측면에서 중소기업청의 혁신형 중소기업 정책을 지지하는 실증적인 증거가 된다.

기업정보 기반 지능형 밸류체인 네트워크 시스템에 관한 연구 (A Study on Intelligent Value Chain Network System based on Firms' Information)

  • 최근까지도 중소기업의 지속성장 및 경쟁력 확보에 대한 중요함을 인식함에 따라, 정부 차원에서의 유형 자원(R&D 인력, 자금 등)에 대한 지원이 주로 투입되어 왔다. 그러나 사업지원의 적절성이나 효과성, 효율성 면에서 서로 상충되는 정책부분이 존재하여 과소 지원이나 중복 지원 등 지원체계의 비효율성 문제가 제기되어온 것도 사실이다. 정부나 기업 관점에서는 중소기업의 한정된 자원으로 인해, 외부와의 협력을 통한 기술개발 및 역량강화가 기업의 경쟁우위를 창출하는 근간이라 보고 있으며, 이를 위한 가치창출 활동을 강조하고 있다. 기업 레벨에서의 지식생태계 구축을 통해 일련의 가치사슬로부터 기업거래 관계를 분석하고 결과를 가시화할 수 있는 밸류체인 네트워크 분석이 필요한 것도 이 때문이다. 특허/제품/기업명 검색을 통해 관련 제품의 정보나 특허 보유 기업의 기술(제품) 현황 정보를 제공하는 기술기회발굴시스템(Technology Opportunity Discovery system), 기업(재무)정보와 신용정보을 열람하게 해주는 CRETOP이나 KISLINE 등은 존재하고 있으나 밸류체인 네트워크 분석기반으로 유사(경쟁)기업의 리스트나 향후 거래 가능한 잠재 거래처 정보를 제공해주는 시스템은 부재한 실정이다. 따라서, 본 고에서는 KISTI에서 개발 운영중인 기업 비즈니스 전략수립 지원 파트너인 '밸류체인 네트워크 시스템(Value Chain Network System : VCNS)'을 중심으로, 탑재된 네트워크 기반 분석모듈의 유형, 이를 지원하는 참조정보 및 데이터베이스(D/B)의 구성 로직과 시스템 활용방안을 고찰하며, 산업구조를 이해하고 기업의 신제품 개발을 위한 핵심정보가 되고 있는 지능형 밸류체인 분석 시스템의 네트워크 가시화 기능을 살펴보기로 한다. 한 기업이 다른 기업 대비 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위해서는 보유 특허 또는 현재 생산하고 있는 제품에 대한 경쟁자 식별이 필요하며, 세부 업종별 유사(경쟁)기업을 탐색하는 일은 대상기업의 사업화 경쟁력 확보에 핵심이 된다. 또한 기업간 비즈니스 활동인 거래정보는 유사 분야로 진출할 경우 잠재 거래처 정보를 제공하는 중요한 역할을 수행한다. 이러한 기업간 판매정보를 기반으로 구축된 네트워크 맵을 활용하여 기업 또는 업종 수준의 경쟁자를 식별하는 일은 밸류체인 분석의 핵심모듈로 탑재될 수 있다. 밸류체인 네트워크 시스템(VCNS)은 단순 수집된 종래의 기업정보에 밸류체인(value chain) 및 산업구조 분석개념을 접목하여 개별 기업의 시장경쟁 상황은 물론 특정 산업의 가치사슬 관계를 파악할 수 있다. 특히 업종구조 파악, 경쟁사 동향 파악, 경쟁사 분석, 판매처 및 구매처 발굴, 품목별 산업동향, 유망 품목 발굴, 신규 진입기업 발굴, VC별 핵심기업 및 품목 도출, 해당 기업별 보유 특허 파악 등 기업 레벨에서의 유용한 정보분석 툴로 활용 가능하다. 또한, 거래처 정보 및 재무데이터로부터 분석된 결과의 객관성 및 신뢰성을 기반으로, 현재 국내에서 이용 중인 15,000여개 회원기업과 연구개발서비스업 종사자, 출연(연) 및 공공기관 등에서 사업평가 정보지원, R&D 의사결정 지원 및 중 단기 수요예측 전망 등 다양한 목적(용도)에 밸류체인 네트워크 시스템을 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 기업의 사업경쟁력 강화를 위해 정부기관 및 민간 연구개발서비스 기업을 중심으로 기술(특허) 및 시장정보가 제공되어 왔으며, 이는 특허분석(등급, 계량분석 위주) 또는 시장분석(시장보고서 기반 시장규모 및 수요예측 위주)의 형태로 지원되어 왔다. 그러나 기업이 사업화진출 단계에서 겪게 되는 애로요인의 하나인 정보부족을 해결하는데 한계가 있었으며, 특히 경쟁기업 및 거래가능 기업 후보군에 대한 탐색정보는 입수하기 어려웠다. 본 연구를 통해 제안된 네트워크맵 및 보유 데이터 기반의 실시간 밸류체인 가시화 서비스모듈이 중견 중소기업이 당면한 신규시장 진출시 경쟁기업 대비 예상점유율, (예상)매출액 수준, 어느 기업을 컨택하여 유통망(원자재/부품에 대한 공급처, 완제품/모듈에 대한 수요처)을 확보할 지에 대한 핵심정보를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 향후 연구에서는 대체기업(또는 대체품목) 경쟁지표의 개발과 연구주체의 참여를 통한 경쟁요인별 지표의 고도화 연구, VCNS의 성능향상을 위한 데이터마이닝 기술 및 알고리즘을 추가 반영하도록 수행하고자 한다.

국제프랜차이징 연구요소 및 연구방향 (Research Framework for International Franchising)

  • 본 연구는 국내외 프랜차이즈의 해외진출에 대한 연구들을 바탕으로 국제프랜차이징연구의 전체적인 연구체계를 세워보고, 연구체계를 형성하고 있는 연구요인들을 확인하여 각 연구요소별로 이루어지는 연구주제와 내용을 살펴보고, 앞으로의 연구주제들을 제안하고자 한다. 주요한 연구요소들은 국제프랜차이징의 동기 및 환경 요소과 진출의사결정, 국제프랜차이징의 진입양식 및 발전전략, 국제프랜차이징의 운영전략 및 국제프랜차이징의 성과이다. 이외에도 국제프랜차이징 연구에 적용할 수 있는 대리인이론, 자원기반이론, 거래비용이론, 조직학습이론 및 해외진출이론들을 설명하였다. 또한 국제프랜차이징연구에서 보다 중점적으로 개발해야 할 질적, 양적 방법론을 소개하였으며, 마지막으로 국내연구의 동향을 정리하여 추후의 연구방향을 종합적으로 정리하였다.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500, 550 and 570nm. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100, 300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The model demonstrated the influence of wavelength on the thermal process and proved to be a valuable tool to investigate internal temperature rise. 30536 T00401030536 ^x We investigated the structural geometry of thirty-eight Korean femurs. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. Our department has developed an information system for routine hematology using down-sized computer system. The operating system and database management system were SCO UNIX and SCO foxbase, respectively. For program development, we used Xbase language provided by SCO foxbase. The C language was used for interface purpose. To make the system use friendly, pull-down menu was used. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer. The frame and leaflet of the polymer valve were made from polyurethane, To evaluate the hemodynamic performance of the polymer valve a comparative study of flow dynamics past a polymer valve and a St. Jude Medical prosthetic valve under physiological pulsatile flow conditions in vitro was made. Comparisons between the valves were made on the transvalvular pressure drop, regurgitation volume and maximum valve opening area. The polymer valve showed smaller regurgitation volume and transvalvular pressure drop compared to the mechanical valve at higher heart rate. Because the point of maximun temperature of laser-irradiated gelatin exists below the surface due to surface cooling, evaporation at the boiling temperature is made explosively from below the surface. The important parameters of this process are the conduction loss to laser power absorption (defined as the conduction-to-laser power parameter, Nk), the convection heat transfer at the surface to conduction loss (defined as Bi), dimensionless extinction coefficient (defined as Br.), and dimensionless irradiation time (defined as Fo). Dependence of Fo on Nk and Bi has been observed by experiment, and the results have been compared with the numerical results obtained by solving a 2-dimensional conduction equation. Fo and explosion depth (from the surface to the point of maximun temperature) are increased when Nk and Bi are increased.To find out the minimum laser power for explosive evaporative removal process, steady state analysis has been also made.   • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70${\pm}$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32${\pm}$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. Dependence of Fo on Nk and Bi has been observed by experiment, and the results have been compared with the numerical results obtained by solving a 2-dimensional conduction equation. The main unit includes a 12.1" TFT color LCD, a main CPU board, and peripherals such as a module controller, Ethernet LAN card, video card, rotate/push button controller, etc. The main unit can connect at maximum three module cases each of which can accommodate up to 7 parameter modules. They include the modules for electrocardiograph, respiration, invasive blood pressure, noninvasive blood pressure, temperature, and SpO2 with Plethysmograph.
