As the Internet is explosively growing and the market is rapidly globalized, many entrepreneurs have been given an impetus to take on the function of the intermediation between providers and customers. Organizations performing the mediating roles in the cyberspace are termed 'cybermediary' and often called 'Openmarket' as a kind of transactional cybermediary in Korea. Despite sustainable growth of Openmarket, customer complaints and damages are increasing because of absence of recovery standards after a service failure. Therefore, it is important that a service provider converts dissatisfied customers to advocates for the growth of the Openmarket. This study aims to examine the role of recovery of the service failures for the Openmarket by proposing a relationship between complaint handling and continuance based on the equity theory. From the empirical results, we found that interactional equity had significant effects on both overall service satisfaction and recovery satisfaction, while procedural equity significantly influenced only recovery satisfaction. Recovery satisfaction also had an impact on overall service satisfaction and each satisfaction factor was positively related to continuance intention.

With the growing importance of the financial industry, financial service companies need to better understand the behavior of consumers and develop effective marketing strategies accordingly. This study examines the key determinants in the satisfaction of financial services customers. According to the study, "satisfaction with branches," "product profitability," "corporate stability," "convenience" and "relational benefits" have an impact on the satisfaction levels. In particular, "branch satisfaction" was a vital factor for bank-centered customers, while "product diversity" was a key for securities-centered customers. This study will hopefully benefit not only financial companies, but also regulators and authorities in the finance industry.

The private security has been one of the fastest growing parts of the law enforcement industry, confronted with mutual coincidence or complementarity. Therefore, the primary factor in order to straighten it up should be bringing op a person, because he or she arranges the private security, based on the society in the end. In addition, it is suggested that further study of technical learning and its practice should be arranged. Because the education for agents undertaking the social security is comprehensive in space and limited in time, it may accompany hardship in arranging its content and curriculum Although this article leaves much to be desired, it has been analyzed end observed if a greater emphasis is placed on ample human resources supply for increased demand on social security in private law enforcement industry through institutional education system. A scientific advancement is expected to be attained in the majors related to the private security, with validity that the continuous studies should be implemented, and a social role of colleges as a specialized institute should be erected.

The government expands its investment on R&D programs for economic growth, thus there is growing attention on the result of R&D Programs. This study proposes more improved measuring method for efficiency when the number of R&D programs is not enough to be for measuring efficiency analysis. It provides more various application method of factors on efficiency analysis. This study analyzes the influence of each input factor on efficiency by using partial efficiency concept. And it also determines input factors in similar influence throughout Spearman correlation coefficient. Finally, it suggests new method to improve discriminatory power of efficiency analysis by determining representative factors. Also, the proposed method can be practiced not only for national R&D programs, but also for other fields of research.

Recently, there has been growing interest in the financial and economic effectiveness of service quality and customer satisfaction. It means that the final goal of customer satisfaction is the maximization with firms' financial performance, enterprise could survive through the creation of continuous financial performance. Companies are working in various ways to identify the direct relationship of service quality and customer satisfaction with financial and economic effectiveness in order to justify and validate customer satisfaction management. In this study, the influence of customer satisfaction on the financial performance is examined. Customer satisfaction index, the key non-financial performance measure has significant association with firms' financial performance index. Moreover, high customer satisfaction has a competitive advantage, so it can be the key success factor of firm's financial performance improvement.

Display's life time is defined as the time of 50% luminance drop. It was used luminance and temperature as accelerated factor to accelerated lifetime at test. When it's working jule-heat is generated and device's temperature is growing as any temperature because OLED is self-luminance display device. So we decided temperature condition is 25, $70^{\circ}C$, and luminance condition is $60{\sim}300cd/m^2$ in test. It's assumed accelerated lifetime model by result of the test.

There are fast growing demands for new dielectric materials for passive capacitors of RF-ICs and other wireless applications. One of the bulk microwave dielectric materials which have superior properties is $ZrTiO_4$ due to its large dielectric constant and high quality factor. Therefore, $ZrTiO_4$ is worth studying as a form of thin film to be applied for passive capacitors of integrated circuits. In this study, we fabricated metal-insulator-metal type capacitors with $ZrTiO_4$ dielectric thin film, and evaluated their capacitor properties.

We estimated the influence of environmental factors on zooplankton communities at 25 reservoirs during winter (December 2010 to January 2011). Among zooplankton groups, Cyclops vicinus is more dominant during winter, and this is positively related to withered vegetation area and dissolved oxygen level. Therefore, the presence of withered vegetation might be considered as an important factor to determine C. vicinus distribution during winter. We considered that withered vegetation might be utilized as a habitat for C. vicinus, as well as provide an attachment substrate for periphytic algae. Abundance of periphytic algae can lead to high concentration of dissolved oxygen. Although copepods prefer high water temperatures for increasing their population growth, if Cyclops can overcome low temperature stress that leads to disruption of population, their population growth initiation in the next growing season (i.e. next spring) is possibly propelled by the winter population.

While there is growing evidence regarding the subgroup-sensitive nature of risk factors among delinquent adolescents, researchers have paid little attention to the tracking of risks and needs by subgroups (e.g., gender, ethnicity, and the timing of onset for delinquency) among youth who are currently involved in the juvenile court system. Therefore, greater empirical attention directed toward subgroup-sensitive risk factors experienced by delinquent adolescents is thought to be both timely and necessary. A final convenience sample of 2167 court-involved adolescents in the US was used to specify subgroup-sensitive risks and needs. The results demonstrated that there were various levels of risks according to subgroups associated with gender, ethnicity, and onset for delinquency group. The findings of this study add to the extant literature on delinquency by demonstrating the importance of considering subgroups associated with gender, ethnicity, and the timing of onset for delinquency when practicing treatment or intervention programs with delinquent adolescents.

In recent years there has been a growing interest for the use of natural fibers in composite applications due to their low cost, environmental friendliness, and good mechanical properties. The purpose of this study is to determine the characteristic of bending strength on bamboo fiber reinforced polymer composites. The parameters of RTM process depend on the weight ratio of bamboo fiber and resin, the number of bamboo ply and amount of hardening agent. Mechanical properties was investigated for each process factor of polymer composites. Test result shows that bending strength was a maximum(approximately 85MPa) value when composite thickness was 6mm and weight ratio of resin was 13%.
