동일날짜 처방전 2매 이상인 외래 소아환자 의약품처방의 적정성에 대한 후향적 평가 (Retrospective Drug Utilization Review on the Same-Day Multiple Prescriptions for Pediatric Outpatients)

  • This study was to determine the inappropriate drug use in pediatric outpatients who received 2 or more prescriptions on the same day. Retrospective drug utilization reviews (DURs) were implemented to samples obtained from national health insurance claims data during December 2008 to February 2009, using 5 DUR criteria (duplication, drug-drug interaction, drug-disease interaction, drug-age contraindication, incorrect dosage) established in the Drug Information Framework (DIF)-$Korea^{TM}$, DUR program. Among 38,451 claims analyzed in the study, 74.7% had more than one conflicts in the 5 DUR modules. Among 16,472 patients analyzed, 49.6% had conflicts with duplication criteria composing of ingredient duplication (23.3%) and therapeutic class duplication (39.6%). Incorrect dosages were found in 73.6% of patients and under-dosage conflicts accounted for 59.9%, which was higher than over-dosage conflicts (38.3%). In this study, inappropriate drug prescriptions such as under-dose, pediatric contraindication and therapeutic duplication were prevalent in pediatric outpatient settings, suggesting much more awareness to the society, to prevent drug related problems in a vulnerable pediatric group.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship among stressor(role conflict), coping strategy, and psychological well-being toward dual-career wives. For this purpose data were collected form 117 dual -career wives. The statistical methods used for data analysis were frequency distribution. percentile, Pearson's correlation and multiple regression. The results were as follows; 1)The general tendency of the stressor level of dual-career wives was slightly over the mid-point scores, 2.5 and the level of psychological well-being was relatively high. Also, the degree to which dual-career wives used coping strategies was relatively high. 2)Role conflicts were negatively related to psychological well-being. 3)Coping strategies were positively related to psychological well-being. 4)The degree of the negative influence which role conflicts had on psychological well-being was lower int he group using a high degree of coping strategies than in the group using a low degree of coping strategies.

대학병원 행정직 종사자들의 조직갈등과 직무만족도와의 관련성 (Relationship Between Organizational Conflict and Job Satisfaction in Administrative Staff of University Hospitals)

  • 본 연구는 일부 대학병원 행정직 종사자들의 인구사회학적특성, 건강관련행위특성 및 직업관련특성에 따른 직무만족도 수준을 알아보고, 특히, 조직 갈등과 직무만족도와의 관련성을 규명하고자 시도하였다. 조사대상은 D광역시에 소재하고 있는 4개 대학병원에 근무하고 있는 행정직 종사자 232명으로 하였으며, 자료 수집은 2019년 1월 10일부터 2월 15일까지의 기간 동안에 구조화된 무기명 자기기입식 설문지를 이용한 설문조사에 의하였다. 연구결과, 조사대상자의 직무만족도는 연령, 학력, BMI, 주관적인 수면의 질, 주관적인 건강상태, 직위, 월수입, 업무의 신체적 부담정도, 업무에 대한 만족도, 업무에 대한 적성여부, 직업전환의사여부에 따라서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 조사대상자의 조직 갈등에 따른 직무만족도는 조직 갈등이 높을수록 유의하게 낮았으며, 상관관계에서도 조직 갈등 점수가 높을수록 직무만족도 점수가 낮아지는 음의 상관관계를 보였다. 로지스틱회귀분석 결과, 직무만족도가 낮아질 위험비는 조직 갈등 점수가 낮은 군보다 높은 군으로 갈수록 유의하게 증가하였다. 위와 같은 연구결과는 대학병원 행정직 종사자들의 직무만족도는 조직 갈등과 유의한 관련성이 있음을 시사한다. 따라서 대학병원 행정직 종사자들의 직무만족도를 높이기 위해서는 조직 내 갈등을 해소할 수 있는 구체적인 방안이 마련될 필요가 있다고 생각 된다.

반복되는 불일치 상황에서 상황 제시 방법에 따라 초등학생들이 예상을 바꾸는 특성 (The Characteristics of Elementary School Students' Prediction Changes by the Suggestion Types for Situation in Repeated Anomalous Situation - Focused on Buoyancy -)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of elementary school students' prediction changes by the suggestion types in a multiple anomalous situation. We investigated the responses, the rate and time of changing prediction, and cognitive conflicts of the students when repeated anomalous situation was suggested in experimental or logical way in science classes focused on buoyancy. As the anomalous situation was repeated, the students to change the prediction increased in number and also the rates to choose the correct prediction became higher. The group who was exposed in experimental way changed their prediction more than in logical way. In addition, when we classified the students to change the prediction by types, the group in experimental way showed higher rate of NM, MM type and FFT type. With anomalous situation repeated, cognitive conflicts of the students has been gradually declining in both groups. But it seemed that the group in experimental way experienced higher mental conflicts. In particular, as students changed the prediction more and arrived at the correct answer after changing their prediction, all the more so. It is concluded that the degree of students' changing prediction and experiencing cognitive conflict can be different according to the suggestion types for situation. Therefore the correlation with cognitive conflict factors can be also observed with the types of students' reactions.

유아영어교육에 대한 유아교사의 갈등 (The Conflicts Experienced by Early Childhood Teachers Regarding Early Childhood English Education)

  • This research aimed to understand the current status of early childhood education and to develop a future direction of early childhood English education. One group interview and three private interviews were conducted with 10 early education teachers to obtain in-depth understanding of the problems inherent in English education. The findings show that there is an internal conflict in the teachers regarding the value of English education in early childhood. In addition, there are external conflicts with the children the parents, the English teacher, the program director, and the government in English education. It is concluded that the early childhood educators felt an internal conflict regarding the current, inappropriate execution of early English education which is lacking a suitable educational plan including goals and practices. Furthermore, the teacher's preference for English also contributed to the internal conflict regarding the belief in early childhood English education. Secondly, the external conflicts included: English teachers with inadequate understanding of comprehensive early childhood development, parents who show excessive interest in early childhood English education without regard to childhood development, the reality that early childhood English education is mostly influenced by the attitudes of the program director without regard for the conflicts experienced by the early childhood teacher, and the politics of the government continuing to ignore the reality that early childhood English education ontinues in practice without being included in the national curriculum.

다문화가정 부부를 위한 관계중심 부부소통 프로그램 (Relationship-focused intervention to enhance marriage communication for multicultural couples)

  • Objective: This study explored benefits of a relationship-focused intervention to enhance marriage communication designed for multicultural married couples and changes that occurred in the way the program's participants communicated with one another. Method: The intervention program was implemented on six married multicultural couples (and six other couples as a control group), and their communication, conflict resolution, and adaptation before and after the intervention were examined. In addition, the researchers kept observation journals to understand the changes in the manner in which the married multicultural couples communicated with their spouse and examine their perception about participating in the program; further, we conducted post-program interviews with the participants after the completion of the program. Results: The results of this study are as follows: (1) the experiment group made more progress in improving couple communication, resolving marriage conflicts, and adapting as a married couple than the control group in a statistically significant manner in both preand post-program tests, and (2) the study confirmed through qualitative analysis that the program made positive contributions to improving the couples' abilities to have conversations and resolve conflicts, as well as their intimacy. Conclusion: Based on these results, implications for further research and practices were discussed.

아동이 지각한 부모의 부부갈등, 양육태도, 감독과 통제와 인터넷 중독에 대한 연구 (A Study on Internet Addiction and Parental Marital Conflict, Parenting Attitudes, and Parental Monitoring and Control as perceived by Elementary School Children)

  • The purpose of this study was to inquire into how children's internet addiction is affected by home environments, computing environments, parental marital conflicts, parenting attitudes and parental monitoring and control as perceived by children. The study was conducted on 579 sixth graders at elementary schools located in Daejeon City. The data was analyzed by frequency, percentage, $X^2$, one way ANOVA, and scheffe analysis using the SPSS 18.0 version program. The results were as follows: first, out of 579 students, 5.0% were classified as at high-risk for addiction; 22.8% as at potential-risk; 72.2% as normal. Second, in the high-risk group, boys accounted for a higher percentage compared to girl students. Mothers' academic backgrounds and fathers' occupations affected the children's internet addiction. Third, the high-risk group tended to use the internet in internet cafes, to use it before going to elementary school, to use it for at least 4 hours once, and to use it to play games. Fourth, the high-risk group perceived parents marital conflicts as more frequent and more severer, as compared to other groups. Fifth, while the high-risk group perceived parenting attitudes as negative, the normal group perceived them as positive. Sixth, the potential-risk group and the normal group perceived parental monitoring and control as more frequent, as compared to the high-risk group.

한국 정당의 공천파동에 따른 선거 결과 함의 : 제20대 총선과정에서 여·야 정당의 공천을 중심으로 (Implication of the Election Result in line with the Nomination Conflicts of the Korean Political Parties: Based on the nomination of the ruling party and the opposition party in the 20th general election)

  • 2016년 12월 9일 국회가 박근혜 대통령의 탄핵소추안 결의는 박근혜 대통령과 집권당인 새누리당의 친박(親朴) 대 비박(非朴) 간의 제20대 총선 공천파동에서 비롯됐음을 알 수 있다. 그러므로 이 논문은 제20대 총선에서의 여 야 정당의 공천파동 행태가 국민들의 표심에 어떤 영향을 미쳤는가를 연구의 초점으로 한다. 총선을 앞두고 표출된 여 야 당의 공천파동은 제19대 대선 승리를 위한 전초전으로 계파간의 이전투구 그 자체였다. 첫째, 여 야 각 정당의 공천파행이 박근혜 대통령은 물론 여 야 당 대표나 지도부 및 공천심사위원장 등을 중심으로 어떻게 펼쳐졌는지 살펴보고자 한다. 둘째, 이러한 공천파동의 행태가 대선을 앞둔 시점에서 각 정당의 대선후보 구도에 어떤 변화를 초래할지를 살펴보는 것이다. 셋째, 선거 전후에서 나타났듯이 더불어민주당과 국민의당 간 야당 분열과 호남에서의 주도권 문제에 어떠한 인과관계가 있는지를 다루고자 한다. 이 논문의 분석 결과, 제20대 총선은 집권 새누리당의 과반수의석 획득에 실패하고 야당이 승리함으로써 여소야대(與小野大)를 형성하였다. 야권이 분열한 상황에서도 박근혜 대통령과 새누리당이 대패한 이유는 무엇보다 야권 분열로 인해 총선 승리를 예단한 친박과 비박계의 공천 내홍에 근본 원인에 있다. 그에 따른 책임론이 '과거권력'이 돼 버린 박근혜 대통령을 향해 제기될 공산이 크고, 상대적으로 야당에 의한 미래권력의 등장이 앞당겨질 가능성을 열어둔 것이다. 야당의 경우 전통적 야당 텃밭인 호남 쟁탈전은 '문재인'과 '안철수'라는 두 대권주자의 명운이 걸린 사안인 점만은 분명하다.

해운기업 선박조직과 육상부서 간의 커뮤니케이션과 갈등의 인식차와 조직유효성에 관한 연구 (The Perception Gap of Communication and Conflict between Ship Organization and Ship Management Team and Organization Effectiveness in Shipping Company)

  • 선박조직은 육상과 일정기간 격리된 상황에서 육상조직과의 커뮤니케이션을 업무를 수행하고 있으므로, 해상-육상간의 커뮤니케이션이 중요하다. 그런데 해운기업의 육상조직과 선박조직 사이에는 육상조직의 일방적 커뮤니케이션의 문제점과 부정적 결과들이 제기되고 있다. 본 연구는 선박조직과 육상의 선박관리 부서 간에 이루어지는 커뮤니케이션과 갈등의 문제를 선박조직과 육상부서 양쪽 집단을 대상으로 진단하고 분석하여 객관적이며 종합적으로 규명해 보고자 하였다. 해운기업의 선박조직과 육상 선박관리 부서간의 커뮤니케이션에 따르는 부정적 영향으로서 집단 간 갈등에 주목하여 커뮤니케이션과 집단 간 갈등의 수준과 갭을 측정하여 이들의 관계를 규명하고, 집단 간 갈등이 선박조직의 조직몰입과 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 선박조직과 육상부서의 상대집단과의 커뮤니케이션 활성화 정도는 상대집단과의 집단 간 갈등에 통계적으로 유의미한 부(-)의 영향을 미치며, 상대집단에 대한 집단 갈등은 선박조직의 조직몰입과 직무만족에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 양쪽 집단의 커뮤니케이션과 집단 간 갈등의 갭 분석에서 있어서는 커뮤니케이션이 모두 활성화되어 인식 차이가 적은 그룹에서 집단 간 갈등의 인식 수준이 낮았으며, 집단 간 갈등의 인식차이가 낮은 그룹의 선박조직 조직몰입도와 직무만족도가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 해운기업의 선박조직과 육상의 선박관리부서는 양쪽 모두의 원활한 커뮤니케이션을 통해 상대집단과의 갈등을 줄이고 선박조직 구성원의 조직몰입도와 직무만족도를 제고하여야 할 것이다.
