The objective of this study is to propose a new procedure to synthesize the multi-experts priorities in AHP. If multi-experts with different expertise are involved in a AHP decision, we need some way to aggregate their opinions. AHP model used to do numerical aggregation by taking only the geometric mean or the weighting geometric mean in past. To aggregate the multi-experts priorities, In this paper. we suggest a way which Decision Maker can exclude outlier matrix from group using the concept of the Compatibility and we Introduce Delphi method to use Compatibility in AHP. A numerical example is shown to illustrate the procedure.

N,N,N-Trimethyl-10-nitrophenoxy decylammonium bromide (N10TAB) and N,N,N,N-Tetramethyl-bis-[10-nitrophenoxy decyl]-1,6-hexanediammonium dibromide (N10-6-10N), bearing aromatic nitrophenoxy group in the end of their hydrophobic chains have been prepared, and their properties in aqueous solutions have been studied by conductivity and H-NMR spectroscopy. Below the critical micelle concentration N10-6-10N form premicelle with two or three surfactant molecules. Beyond the critical micelle concentration two molecules have strong self-aggregation ability and form micelles of rather small size and with small aggregation numbers. H-NMR at different concentrations give the informations on the environmental changes of the surfactants on their micellization progress.
This paper presents a new aggregation method of induction motors for the load flow and transient stability analysis. The proposed method aggregates a group of motors into a single motor considering the variations of the system voltage and frequency so that the aggregated model represents the dynamic characteristics of the system accurately. The performance of the Method is shown by numerical simulation and is compared with that of LOADSYN algorithm.

In ubiquitous computing, shared environments are required to adapt to people intelligently. Based on information about user preferences, the shared environments should be adjusted so that all users in a group are satisfied as possible. Although many group recommender systems have been proposed to obtain this purpose, they only consider average and misery. However, a broad range of philosophical approaches suggest that high inequality reduces social agreeability, and consequently causes users' dissatisfactions. In this paper, we propose social welfare functions, which consider inequalities in users' preferences, as alternative aggregation functions to achieve a social agreeability. Using an example in a previous work[7], we demonstrate the effectiveness of proposed welfare functions as socially agreeable aggregate functions in group recommender systems.

In this study three types of aggregation methods such as the Estimate-Talk-Consensus (ETC) process, the Estimate-Talk-Estimate (ETE) process, and as a new approach the Estimate-Talk-Leader's Estimate (ETLE) process are compared to find which one of the three group processes considered is more effective than others. We, also, investigate the effect of group size on the performance of the group processes. Some experiments were conducted. It was shown that both the ETC and the ETLE processes performed better than the ETE process in approaching correct estimates in this judgmental task. As the size group increased, only the ETC and the ETC processes were shown to result in positive effect.

Bacillus subtilis natto producing high level of a fibrinolytic enzyme was selected and Ultra Nattokinase$^{(R)}$ was manufactured by fermentation and purification. It was performed the evaluation of the antithrombotic effect of Ultra Nattokinase$^{(R)}$ (20,000 FU/g) with rat blood plasma. The maximum aggregation (inhibition ratio) was 71% (0%), 69% (2.8%), 62% (12.7%), 16% (77.5%) and 9% (87.3%), respectively, in the order of 0, 5, 10, 50 and 100 mg/mL of Ultra Nattokinase$^{(R)}$ solutions. Ultra Nattokinase$^{(R)}$ had antithrombotic effect, which was associated with the suppression of collagen-induced platelet aggregation. Ultra Nattokinase$^{(R)}$ in the topic of the FDP (fibrinogen degradation products) in blood coagulation tests showed a significant increasing trend. And based on the daily record of meal 39 people of ITT (what ?) group consisted with 19 people of NP (what ?) group and 20 people of PN (what ?) group except four people, two people who took vitamin K affecting the experiment and two people who took alcohol, finding to be taken Ultra Nattokinase$^{(R)}$ showed an increase in the FDP value after four weeks. In addition, FDP value of 41 people of ITT group except two people having metabolic syndrome was increased by Ultra Nattokinase$^{(R)}$.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of three different mulberry cultivars extracts on inhibition of platelet aggregation and blood flow improvement. Four groups were surgically ovariectomized (OVX). The fifth group was sham operated. Sprague-Dawley strain female rats were randomly assigned to the following groups. sham-operated rats(Sham), ovariectomized control rats(OVX-Control), ovariectomized rats supplemented with 80% ethanol extracts from fruits of Tajikistan mulberry (OVX-TM), Korea mulberry (OVX-KM) and China mulbery (OVX-CM) at 200 mg/kg bw/d. The mulberry extracts were orally administrated at 1 ml per day. The body weights of OVX rats were significantly heavier than the sham-operated rats at all values (p<0.05). The serum triglyceride level was significantly decreased after supplemented with the CM and KM extracts. The serum HDL-cholesterol level in the OVX-KM group was significantly higher than that in the OVX-control group. The passage time of whole blood showed significant correlation with triglyceride but reverse correlation with HDL cholesterol. The ability of platelet aggregation of groups treated with mulberry extracts was less than OVX-control group. Taken these together, mulberry extracts may be used to possibly improve the quality of life in menopausal women.

Postmenopausal women are at an increased risk of developing coronary artery disease, primarily due to dyslipidemia that accompanies the loss of estrogen secretion. This study was performed to investigate the effects of Opuntia humifusa seed extracts on blood flow and serum lipid level in ovariectomized rats. Twenty-eight 9-week old female Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly assigned to four groups as sham-operated rats (SHAM), ovariectomized rats (OVX-CON), and ovariectomized rats that were treated with Opuntia humifusa seed extracts (OVX-OHS 2% and OVX-OHS 6%). The diets were fed to the rats for 7 weeks after operation. Serum total cholesterol and triglyceride contents decreased in the SHAM group compared to the OVX-CON group. Seven weeks of feeding of Opuntia humifusa seed extracts resulted in significant (p<0.05) lowering of serum triglyceride and a decreasing tendency in total cholesterol levels. The level of HDL-cholesterol in serum increased significantly by feeding diets containing the 2% and 6% Opuntia humifusa seed hot-water extract (p<0.05). Blood passage times were shorter in the Opuntia humifusa seed extract-supplemented groups than in the untreated group (OVX-CON). The platelet aggregation ability was lower in groups treated with Opuntia humifusa seed extracts than in the OVX-CON group. These results suggest that Opuntia humifusa seed extracts may have benefits in improving metabolic syndrome in menopausal women.
