친환경건축물인증학교의 생태환경요소에 대한 실태조사 (Survey of actual status of ecological environment elements of certification schools of environment friendly architecture)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest improvement of certification standards of environment friendly architecture in ecological environment field by surveying and analyzing actual status of actual certification schools of environment friendly architecture per ecological environment elements through extracting ecological environment elements which is possible to analyze in quantity certification standards of environment friendly architecture. As contents of the study, first, certification as an examination on certification system of environment friendly architecture, summary of certification system of environment friendly architecture, ecological environment elements which is possible for quantitative analysis of ecological environment certification standards were extracted. Second, actual status of ecological environment elements per school grade, region, and population increase by collecting actual data of certification schools of environment friendly architecture. Third, using analysis data of ecological environment elements, ecological area ratio of certification schools of environment friendly architecture per weighted values of space types was calculated and the results were analyzed as the follows. (1) In case of preliminary certification out of total objects of investigation schools was average 34.06% but in this case of certification, it was reduced to 33.07%. However, it is difficult to make judgment as actual evidence data since ecological area ratio of actual preliminary certification is data based on drawing planes. Therefore, in case of this certification, elementary schools was investigated at average 33.11%, middle schools 34.81%, and high schools 31.28% and middle school showed the highest relatively. (2) Besides, average composition ratio of ecological area ratio was 63.04% in case of this certification regardless of school grade and region and it was analyzed that about 70% of ecological area ratio is composed of the natural based green area including pure natural based green land and 6.89% of ecological learning institute.

수목생육 조건을 고려한 조경수목과 아파트 건물의 최소 이격거리에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Minimum Distance between Landscape Trees and Apartment Buildings)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest the minimum distance needed between landscape trees and apartment buildings. in order for the trees to grow soundly and maintain constant growth. Therefore, this study investigated and analyzed the present conditions of the green-spaces contiguous to apartment buildings and the trees inside the apartment complex. The following general problems were identified : (1) the tree growth conditions, (2) the planting intervals, and (3) the planting methods in the apartment complexes. The method of this study was to survey areas, measure the trees and analyze the results. Ten apartment complexes located in Seoul were randomly selected for this study. To analyze the greens contiguous to the building of each apartment complex, the greens were divided into three types, including the front greens, the side greens, and the rear greens. The study surveyed the width of all contiguous greens and the distance from trees to my given building. Four representative sites were specifically investigated to measure the crown widths, heights, and diameters of the trees. These investigations were carried out over 3 months from August to December 2006. According to the results of the study, it was found that the greens are narrower in width and the more closer to a building. The study identified a correlation between the tree and the passage of time after the completion of construction of an apartment complex, showing that the malformation of the trees worsened as time passed. As a result of measuring the right crown and left crown width with the tree trunk as the center, a broad difference was found between coniform trees and trees that tend to branch out more. For example, the ratio of the width of the Acer palmatum is 1:6. However, the ratio of the Metasequoia glyptostroboide is 1:1.7. Based on the overall analysis, it was concluded that the maintained minimum width must be greater than one meter over the green space according to the 'Landscape Standard 2000'. However, that is only applicable to cases such as apartment buildings that present no obstacles. In conclusion having greens placed within one meter of width to a building is not an appropriate environment for the healthy growth of trees. To create sound green spaces, sustainable, long-term growth rate and size should be considered. It is necessary to prepare new standards for the computation of planting trees and the measurement of square landscapes. Wall greenery and shrubberies could be an alternative in the case of a narrow-width green space.

초등학교의 조경에 관한 조사 연구 - 대구시 초등학교를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Landscaping of Elementary Schools)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate elementary school landscaping. The landscaping has intrinsic value for educational purpose as well as an open space resource in urban area. Four elementary schools in Taegu were surveyed and analyzed to identify the ratio of greenery, green volume and its maintenance. The result can be summarized as follows: 1. While 58 species of trees were quoted all over the text book, 17 to 52 species were found in each school and only few species were always dominant in each school. 2. The greenery and green volume were insufficient in terms of quantity and inadequate in placement, and there were differences in landscaping quality and quantity between schools. However the differences were not associated with the age of schools. 3. Functional implementations of landscaping technique(for example, environmental control) were needed for future landscaping of elementary schools.

열환경 완화를 통한 주택지내 쾌적성 확보에 관한 연구 (A Study on Thermal Comfortable Following the Thermal Environment Migration in Detached Housing Area)

  • This study aims to improve the thermal comfort level of detached housing area by reducing the impact of thermal environment. The study focused on reducing surface temperature that is generated in buildings and adjacent spaces as a result of sensible heat load and presented a proposal on implementing planting method considering its outdoor condition and structure and composed materials. To perform the study, we utilized 3D-CAD to examine the outdoor condition and structure and composed materials that impact on surface temperature and conducted space design after reflecting climatic elements in simulations. The result is as follows. In reviewing temperature distribution of Heat Island Potential (HIP) of buildings and adjacent spaces, in case where green coverage ratio is increased, there was a $6^{\circ}C$ temperature difference and in regard to changes in the thermal environment in detached housing area, in case where rooftop planting, surface improvement, planting, and overall green coverage ratio is increased, there was a $10^{\circ}C$ temperature difference. In addition, there was difference in temperature in detached housing area following the changes in wind.

용적률 변화에 따른 공동주택 단지내 녹지구조 변화특성 (The Change of the Structure of Green Space by the Change of the Floor Area Ratio in Apartment Complex)

  • 본 연구는 공동주택단지 용적률변화에 따른 녹지면적 및 녹지구조의 변화파악을 목적으로 수행하였다. 대상지는 용적률 100%이하, 용적률 250%이하, 용적률 250%이상의 세 유형으로 구분하여 각 유형별로 2개소씩 선정하였다. 1970~1980년에 조성한 용적률 99%인 화곡제2주공아파트와 용적률 73%인 개포주공아파트는 녹지면적 비율 40.23~44.23%, 녹지 폭 3~ 15m 녹지 량 1.06~1.71㎥/$m^2$, 교목층 식재밀도 0.04~0.06주/$m^2$ 관목층 식재밀도 0.06 ~0.20주/$m^2$이었다. 1990년대에 조성한 용적률 226%인 등촌주공아파트와 용적률 240%인 개화 아파트는 녹지면적비율 24 16~26.16%, 녹지폭3~7m, 녹지량 0.84~l.54㎥/$m^2$, 교목층 식재밀도 0.18~0.31주/$m^2$, 관목층 식재밀도0.15~0.35주/$m^2$이었다. 1990년대말에 조성한 용적률 269%인 한보구암아파트와 용적률 376%인 동아3차아파트는 녹지면적비율 23.47~25.53%, 녹지폭 2~6m, 녹지량1.06~2.12㎥/$m^2$, 교목층 식재밀도 0.25주/$m^2$, 관목층 식재밀도 0.22~0.37주/$m^2$이었다. 용적률변화에 따른 녹지구조 분석결과 녹지면적은 용적률이 높을수록 넓었으나, 녹지량과 식재밀도는 용적률의 변화와 상관없이 전체적으로 낮은 상태이었고 식재구조는 외래종위주의 단층구조이었다.

일본 고베시(神戶市) 포트아일랜드 가로녹지 구조 유형 연구 (A Study on the Structure Style of Street Green Spaces on Port Island, Kobe, Japan)

  • 본 연구는 일본 고베시(神戶市) 해안 매립도시인 포트아일랜드 가로녹지의 지형구조별 도로 유형, 주변 토지이용, 식재구조를 조사 분석하여 녹지량이 풍부한 가로녹지 식재기법 사례를 제공하고자 수행하였다. 포트아일랜드(총면적 826ha)는 일본 내에서도 최초의 인공섬으로 항만시설과 본격적인 도시기능시설을 겸비한 해상문화도시이다. 연구대상지내 $55{\sim}285m^2$ 면적의 조사구 11개소를 설정하여 조사 한 결과, 가로녹지의 지형구조는 마운딩형, 사면형, 사면+평지형, 평지형의 4개 유형으로 구분되었고, 인접한 도로의 폭에 따라 지형구조가 변화하였다. 인접한 도로의 차선이 많아서 소음, 공해물질 등 영향을 많이 받는 지역은 마운딩형, 사면형, 사면+평지형 등의 지형구조와 광폭의 다층구조 녹지대를 조성하였고, 도로차선이 적은 지역인 경우, 평지형의 지형구조와 화관목 위주의 관목을 식재하여 가로띠녹지를 조성하였다. 인접한 토지이용은 공공기관, 공동주택지, 주상복합지, 상업업무지 등이었고, 식재개념은 중로(4차선)의 경우 완충+경관기능, 소로(2차선)의 경우 경관기능이었다. 식재종은 대만풍나무, 녹나무, 조구나무, 참죽나무, 담팔수, 은행나무, 벚나무, 느티나무, 종가시나무, 향나무, 목련, 철쭉류, 동백나무, 꽃댕강나무 등 다양하게 나타났다. 식재밀도는 교목층 0.02~0.08(0.04)주/$m^2$, 아교목층 0.02~0.08(0.04)주/$m^2$이었고, 녹피율은 교목층 40.0~173.7(93.0)%, 아교목층 2.1~79.8(34.9)%, 관목층 17.9~64.2(4.13)%이었다. 녹지용적계수는 교목층 $1.43{\sim}6.67(4.13)m^3/m^2$, 아교목층 $0.02{\sim}2.01(0.85)m^3/m^2$, 관목층 $0.14{\sim}0.58(0.26)m^3/m^2$이었다. 포트아일랜드 가로녹지의 녹피율은 서울시 주요 가로녹지에 비해 높은 수준이었고, 특히 관목층 녹피율과 녹지용적계수는 우리나라 주요 가로녹지와 비교하였을 때 많은 차이가 있었다. 본 연구 결과는 현재 우리나라에 조성되고 있는 해안 매립기반 도시의 가로녹지 조성 시 지형구조, 식재구조, 식재기능 등을 고려하여 다양한 기능을 수행하는 가로녹지 조성기법 사례지로 응용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

도시 내 십자형 교차로 경관의 개방성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Openness of Landscape in Urban Cross Intersections)

  • An important factor in assessing the beneficial qualities of a city's intersection spaces can be measured by examining a pedestrian's approach to the space and calculating the openness observed in the overall design of adjacent buildings. These spaces are influential, since they offer opportunities for pedestrians to spend time and take in views of the surrounding environment. The intersection of horizontal components in cities such as Bundang-si and Suwon-si can provide a sense of openness or greenness. We believe that there is a need for careful analysis and study of such components, as defined by designations in Bucheon-si research, and that this study can give important insights for future urban planning and design. When assessing the openness of an intersection, a key variable is the reported rate of perforation, which factors into the greenness of a space. Because of the large and varied scope of this research, this rate is highly variable, as there were many differences between each site. In descending order of average ratios: Seongnam-si, 41.79% > Bucheon-si, 35.40% > Suwon-si, 30.42%. The data compared for each city was divided into study sites selected at downtown locations as well as in urban outskirts. Openness and greenness were analyzed at each downtown and outskirt site. A summary of the results shows a decreased openness average of -2.63% in downtown locations versus outskirt. The greenness ratios in urban outskirt areas were 4.86% greater than downtown locations on average. As it relates to the results of this analysis of openness, the comprehensive property zoning for each city was determined as a ratio of residential to commercial designations. This study analyzes view points within urban cross intersections in the downtown landscape. It presents basic data and research directions to promote a better environment with regard to openness, and consists of an analysis of the relationship between a variety of physical components.

GIS를 활용한 생태면적률 산정 모델 개발 (Development of Biotope area ratio Estimation Model using GIS)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 신도시 등의 조성에 있어 지속 가능한 발전을 도모하고 시민들에게 쾌적한 생활환경을 제공하기 위해 도입된 생태면적률을 산정하는 모델을 개발하여 구축의 효율성과 데이터베이스 유지관리의 간편성과 정확성을 확보함에 있다. 특히 생태면적률은 현재 환경영향 평가 뿐만 아니라 친환경 인증기준 중 생태환경기준으로 활용되고 있으나, 생태면적률의 산정도 구축을 위한 지표가 제시되어 있지 않기 때문에 결과자료의 누락, 데이터 수정보완의 어려움과 같은 문제가 있을 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 GIS를 통해 도형 자료를 구축하고 가중치의 속성정보를 통합하여 관리하는 모델을 제시하였다. 생태면적률 산정은 토지이용계획도를 기초로 하여 건폐지의 경우 옥상 및 벽면 녹화, 비건폐지의 경우 수공간, 인공지반, 틈새투수포장, 자연지반 녹지의 공간유형을 대상으로 한다. 가중치가 부여된 공간유형정보는 도형정보와 통합되고 통합된 자료는 향후 토지이용에 따른 분석을 위해 토지이용계획 정보를 블록 별로 부여한다. 한편, 공간유형별 가중치 적용의 경우 도출방법이 각 지자체나 적용 주체의 상황에 따라 특성에 맞게 판단기준의 조절이 가능하다. 따라서 그 수치가 유동적일 수 있으나 본 모델에서 수치변화에 대한 탄력적인 대응이 가능함으로써 간편하고 효율적인 데이터 구축의 모델로 활용될 수 있다.

기술사마당: 공동주택 지하주차장의 열적특성을 고려한 바닥 표면결로방지 방안에 관한 연구 (Professional Engineer Yard: A study on Preventing Floor Surface Condensation in Consideration of Thermal Characteristic of Underground Parking lot in an apartment)

  • For the pleasant dwelling place, the most of apartments are designed with the increased green area ratio in ground space and the underground parking lot. However, the condensation in underground space has occasionally occurred due to the insufficient ventilation and insulation treatment. Despite reinforcement of the insulation treatment and mechanical ventilation for the preventing method of condensation. It seems difficult to expect preventing effects for the condensation without consideration of the thermal characteristic of structures. Furthermore, no fundamental measure has been established because maintenance work for these defects incurs a lot of costs and these defects could be occurred again. This study suggests a new method for preventing floor surface condensation through analyzing the reasons of condensation which occurred in the underground floor.

A Comparative Analysis of the Energy Load due to Window Area Ratio of Domestic Public Buildings

  • In the case of public buildings, fast communication and transparency in the administration and the public, as well as ensuring visibility and lighting performance using a glass curtain wall is symbolically expressed through the transparent glass skin. This study is a simulation in order to derive the basic data for the establishment of the improvement of the heating and cooling load analysis according to the window area ratio changes with respect to the high effectiveness of the government's large public building energy consumption analysis and green building certification system of guidelines was analyzed by a change in the energy load. Glass curtain wall is light and visibility, the symbolic meaning of communication, etc., but is widely used in a variety of characteristics, in terms of energy consumption being disadvantaged sheath plan should have been. Design, including the Atrium, is much less energy than energy consumption by the window area ratio. Thus, while compliance with design guide lines, the atrium and I like the burden of a large space ratio and energy load consists of only glass suggest that require more research on that given in the guidelines.
