강도다리(Platichthys stellatus) 흑화 발현에 미치는 수조색깔 및 자갈기질의 영향 (Influence of Background Color and Substratum on the Blind-side Hypermelanosis in Starry Flounder Plathchthys stellatus)

  • To study the influence of background color and substratum on hypermelanosis of starry flounder, we compared the daily food intake (DFI), the feed efficiency (FE), the survival, the growth, the ratio of pigmented area on the blind side and the ratio of hypermelanic fish duplicately reared for 180 days in dark-green FRP aquarium (control), white FRP aquarium together with dark-green substratum. The ratio of pigmented area on the blind side was significantly higher at the dark-green group than at the white group. DFI, FE and growth were higher in the dark-green substratum. Pigmented area rate and ratio of hypermelanic fish were significantly higher at the dark green group than at the high dark-green substratum. The results suggest that bright tank color and substratum bottom could inhibit the hypermelanosis.

우리나라 수도권 신도시 주거단지의 생태면적률 분석 (Analysis about Biotope Area Ratio of New Town Housing Complex in the Metropolitan Area of Korea)

  • Biotope Area Ratio ($BFF; BiotopFl{\"{a}}chenFaktor$) was developed in Berlin, Germany in 1990s and introduced to Korea in 1999. It is the ratio of the uncovered soil areas which have the natural circulating capability compared to whole development areas. This study seeks for alternative ways to increase Biotope Area Ratio of residential areas in the metropolitan areas of Korea by investigation on new housing developments. The study investigates four new towns including Seoul Eunpyung new town, Yongin Kusung district, Goyang Pungdong and Juyeopdong districts and Hwasung Dongtan district. The Biotope Area Ratio of study sites is between 23.51 % and 40.69%. This result is not relevant to land use conditions, such as the building-ta-land ratio, natural ground green area ratio. This ratio satisfies the minimum requirements of City of Seoul, except 2 sites. Considering that the study sites are relatively low density land use areas compared to Seoul's average, thus, a higher standards is necessary for new town housing complexes. Because Biotope Area Ratio includes artificial ground green area ratio, Biotope Area Ratio is possible can be increased with decreased natural ground green area ratio. And so, when Biotope Area Ratio is applied to new town development, it must go side by side with a definite natural ground green area ratio.

합성곱 신경망을 이용한 구글 어스에서의 녹지 비율 측정 (Measurements of Green Space Ratio in Google Earth using Convolutional Neural Network)

  • 녹지 영역의 확충을 위한 사전 조사에는 많은 비용과 시간이 필요하다는 문제가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 구글 어스를 이용한 합성곱 신경망 기반의 녹지 분류를 통해 특정 지역의 녹지 비율을 측정함으로써 문제를 해결한다. 먼저 제안하는 방법은 구글 어스에서 여러 지역 영상을 수집하고 합성곱 신경망을 이용하여 학습한다. 제안하는 방법은 특정 지역의 녹지 비율을 측정하기 위해서 영상을 재귀적으로 분할하고 학습된 모델을 이용하여 녹지 여부를 판단한 뒤, 녹지로 판단된 영역 면적을 이용하여 녹지 비율을 계산한다. 실험 결과 제안하는 방법은 다양한 지역의 녹지 비율 측정에 높은 성능을 보여주는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

섬유보강 다공성 옥상녹화 황토콘크리트의 물리·역학적 및 온도변화 특성 평가 (Physical·Mechanical and Temperature Properties of Fiber Reinforced Porous Green Roof Hwang-toh Concrete)

  • The physical, mechanical, water purification and temperature properties of fiber reinforced porous hwang-toh green roof concrete have been evaluated in this study. The effect of the depending on replacement ratio of blast furnace slag to cement was investigated such that the replacement ratio is varied to 0 % and 30 %. Also, the replacement ratios of hwang-toh were 0, 20 and 30 %. The polyvinyl alcohol fiber was used for the reinforcing fiber. A series of pH test, unit weight, void ratio, compressive strength, after purification and variation of temperature test have been performed to evaluate the performance, water purification effect and temperature properties of the fiber reinforced porous hwang-toh green roof concrete. The test results indicate that the physical and mechanical properties of fiber reinforced porous hwang-toh green roof concrete is affected by the replacement ratio of the blast furnace slag and hwang-toh contents. Results of purifying water showed that the water purification effect of porous hwang-toh green roof concrete is about 40 %. Also, the temperature properties test results indicate the green roof blocks using fiber reinforced porous hwang-toh green roof concrete have insulation and temperature reduction effect.

Effect of mixed sowing treatment of green manure crops on the change of soil nitrogen amount and yield production of corn

  • This study was conducted to find optimum mixed sowing ratio of green manure crops to reduce the use of chemical fertilizer as well as to increase the crop yield potential which will foster the utilization of green manure crops in the upland field in view of environment friendly agriculture. According to the study, the mixed ratio, 50:50, of hairy vetch and green barley showed highest nitrogen production yield in the soil due to the relatively higher organic nitrogen supply from the hairy vetch plant as well as nitrogen fixation from the air rather than other mixed ratio. In the 50:50 mixed ratio of hairy vetch and green barely total nitrogen amount in the soil showed 17.2kg per 10a, but in the other treatment ratio such as 75:25, 25:75. total nitrogen fixation amount were 16.7, 16.9 respectively. We also conducted the experiment to compare the effect of the mixed sowing treatment of green manure crops on the production of corn cultivated as a succeeding plant of hairy vetch. According to the result, the mixed ratio, 50:50, of hairy vetch and green barley treatment showed highest yield potential of corn as 153kg per 10a in seed weight which is due to the relatively higher organic nitrogen supply from the hairy vetch plant as well as nitrogen fixation from the air rather than other mixed ratio. In the mixed sowing treatment of hairy vetch 100 and barley 0 ratio, the corn production showed 148kg per 10a which is 5kg lower than that of hairy vetch 50 and barley 50 ratio, but showed statistically no difference between those two treatment. Otherwise, different treatments, such as hairy vetch 75 and barley 25, 25 and 75, 0 and 100 showed statistically different each other. Therefore, it was concluded that green manure crops, such as hairy vetch, green barley and rye were very effective crops to increase the soil fertility and gave the positive effect to the crops to give vegetative and propagative growth condition and, in turn, increased the yield potential. We have to make policy to enhance the utility of green manure crops in the upland crops as well as faddy field for the soil fertility and crop yield production which will guarantee prominent quality of environment friendly agriculture products.

녹차가루를 이용한 식빵의 특성 연구 (Study on the Characteristics of Bread with Green Tea Powder)

  • This study was designed to investigate the effective ratio of healthy bread wish green tea powder. The weight. volume, and colon difference of bread with various contents of green tea powder were measured. And the picture of bread and the panel test were taken. To avoid the decrease of volume, the experiment was taken with active gluten. The weight to bread was increased and the volume was decreased significantly according to increase of green tea powder ratio. But, the volume of the group with active gluten(3%+ and 4%+) was higher than that of the group with green tea powder 2%. That is which the correction of the volute was taken by active gluten in green tea powder bread. In the result of panel test and volume measurement. addition of 3% green tea powder was appropriate, and the addition of active gluten corrected the decrease of volume. Therefore. using the green tea powder, the diversity of bread by functionality, nutritional composition. taste, color. flavor of green tea powder can be developed. This result will support the background the development of green tea bread of good quality.

유·무인 항공영상을 이용한 심층학습 기반 녹피율 산정 (Derivation of Green Coverage Ratio Based on Deep Learning Using MAV and UAV Aerial Images)

  • 녹피율은 행정구역면적 대비 녹지가 피복된 면적의 비율로, 실질적인 도시녹화 지표로 활용되고 있다. 현재 녹피율은 토지피복지도를 기반하여 산출되는데, 토지피복지도의 낮은 공간해상도와 일정하지 않은 제작시기는 정확한 녹피율 산출과 정밀한 녹피분석을 어렵게 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 새로운 녹피율 산출방안으로 항공영상과 심층학습을 활용한 방안을 제안한다. 항공영상은 높은 해상도와 비교적 일정한 주기로 정밀한 분석을 가능하게 하며 심층 학습은 항공영상 내 녹지를 자동으로 탐지할 수 있다. 지자체는 매년 다양한 목적을 위해 유인항공영상을 취득하여 이를 활용해 신속하게 녹피율을 산출한다. 하지만 미리 취득된 유인항공영상은 취득 시기와 해상도, 센서와 같은 세부사항을 선택할 수 없어 정밀한 분석이 어려울 수 있다. 이러한 한계점은 다양한 센서의 탑재가 가능하고 낮은 고도의 비행으로 인해 고해상도 영상을 취득할 수 있는 무인항공기를 활용하여 보완될 수 있다. 이에 두 가지 항공영상으로부터 녹피율을 산출하였고 그 결과, 모든 녹지 유형으로 부터 높은 정확도로 녹피율을 산출할 수 있었다. 하지만 유인항공영상으로부터 산출된 녹피율은 복잡한 환경에서 한계가 있었다. 이를 보완하고자 활용한 무인항공영상은 복잡한 환경에서도 높은 정확도의 녹피율을 산출할 수 있었고 추가밴드 영상을 통해 더 정밀한 녹지 영역 탐지가 가능했다. 추후 기존 유인항공영상에 새로 취득한 무인항공영상을 보완적으로 사용해 녹피율을 효과적으로 산출할 수 있을 것이라 기대된다.

Zirconia성형체의 미세구조와 콜로이드/계면변수와의 상관관계에 대한 분석 (Correlation of the Green Microstructure of ZrO2 with the Colloid/Interface Variables)

  • The green microstructure and sintering behavior of ZrO2 were analyzed in terms of kinetic stability (measured by the stability ratio ; W) and interfacial characteristics of colloidal suspension. Green density and the most frequent pore radius(MFPR) of green body were directly correlated with the stability ratio. These observations were explained using a concept of the critical stability ratio(Wc) and the potential energy of two interacting particles in colloidal suspension. Analysis of the data also indicates that the potential energy barrier between two interacting colloid particles should be higher than its critical value for a fabrication of ZrO2 green body with dense and uniform microstructure. Besides, we have successfully applied a concept of the donoracceptor interaction to increase the kinetic stability of ZrO2 slip and density of green body.

녹색전문기업의 녹색기술 특허가 기업의 재무성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Green Technology Patent on the Financial Performance of Specialized Green Enterprises)

  • 본 연구는 중소벤처 녹색전문기업의 녹색기술 특허가 재무성과에 반영되는가를 살펴보았다. 중소벤처 녹색전문기업이 녹색기술로 취득한 녹색기술 특허의 특허출원 1년 전과 1년 후 및 2년 후에 대해 매출액, 영업이익, 순이익, 매출액영업이익률, 매출액순이익률을 선정하여 평균차이 분석을 수행하였다. 실증분석결과 중소벤처 녹색전문기업의 1,2년 후의 매출액과 1년 후의 영업이익과 매출액순이익률 및 2년 후의 매출액영업이익률만 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과에 따라 정부는 중소벤처 녹색전문기업을 향후 녹색성장 시대의 국가경제의 핵심역할을 할 수 있도록 육성하기 위해서 녹색소비 시장의 활성화, 녹색금융정책의 강화, 자금조달 창구 개선 및 마련, 대중소기업 공정거래 및 상생협력 수준을 강화시킬 필요가 있다.

국내 친환경 아파트의 채광창 면적비에 관한 연구 (A Study on Glazing Ratio of Certified Green Building Apartment)

  • Buildings receive solar radiation through windows and the solar radiation helps to save heating energy in winter. Therefore the bigger the glazing ratio is, the larger the amount of solar radiation we can receive. In this study we analysed the glazing ratio of Certified Green Building Apartments. And we verified whether the glazing ratio reflects energy saving through accepting solar radiation with correlation analysis. For glazing ratio analysis, we selected 116 apartment buildings of 19 apartment complexes that certified in 2008-2009 and took pictures of outside windows of the buildings. After that, we analysed the building's glazing ratio with 4 azimuth and checked distinction of the glazing ratio between 6 coupled azimuths. And we analysed the correlation between importance order of azimuth for energy saving and the glazing ratio change with the azimuth. The analysis showed that the glazing ratio does not reflect energy saving through accepting solar radiation.
