모델 스틸하우스 방문자의 주거가치관 분석 (A Study on Housing Value Orientation of Model Steel House Visitors)

  • This study was designed to find tendencies of housing value orientation of the model steel house visitors. Questionnaires were collected in June, 1997, 1,550 in total, 508 cases from Seoul, 456 cases from Pohang, and 486 cases from Kwangyang. Data were analyzed in terms of housing value orientation, using statistical methods including frequencies, mean, percentages, chi-square test and multiple regression. The major findings are as follows; 1. The subjects were highly educated(64% of them were college graduates) with the monthly income over 2,000,000won(approximately $1,540). The average monthy income of the subjects in Seoul, about 4,000,000won($3,070), was much higher than that of other areas. Most of the subjects were condominium owners(72%), who preferred single detatched houses or town houses located in suburban areas. 2. Differences in general tendencies among the three regional groups were statistically significant. Most significantly, subjects living in Pohang regarded the reputation of the building construction company most importnat. Subjects of all three regional areas, especially in Pohang, emphasized investment value. The price of the steel house was regarded as very important by all the groups tested. The housing value orientation was analyzed in 3 aspects; (1) Facility.Plumbing.Structure(FPS), (2) Interior space formation.Design(ID) and (3) Developmental complex.Near Environment(DN). Interior environment level, stability of house structure, and finighing state of interiors were identified as the important factors in the area of FPS(p<.05). The Interior plan organization was the most important factor among ID. As for DN, rated importantly were educational facilities, green areas, convenience of commercial facilities within the developmental complex were rated importantly.

2중 단동비닐하우스의 태양열 축열이용 효과 (Solar Energy Storage Effectiveness on Double Layered Single Span Plastic Greenhouse)

  • This study was carried out in order to reduce the amount of underground water which is used in the double layered single span plastic greenhouse for retaining heat. For this research, two plastic green houses of the double layered single span plastic greenhouse were installed. There was equipped of internal small tunnel for keeping warm air in the interior of the house. Then the internal small tunnel for keeping warm air was fitted with PVC duct of 50 cm in diameter filled with subsurface water. The surplus solar energy in the greenhouse was stored in the water in the PVC duct. Four FCUs (Fan Coil Unit), which has the capacity of 8,000 kcal per hour, were installed in the middle of the house, and a circulation motor in heat storage water tank was operated from 10:30 a.m. to 16:00 p.m. in order to circulate water between the water tank and the FCUs. Consequently about 5 degrees celsius could be maintained in the interior of the internal small tunnel for keeping warm air with the external temperature of lower than minus 5 degrees celsius. It appeared that the alteration of an internal temperature of the house was flexible depending on the sunlight during daytime. To prevent the water freezing, mixing antifreezing liquid in the water or operating FCU continuously was needed. Also, in order to use the surplus solar thermal energy on plastic green house of water curtain system efficiently, storing the surplus heat during daytime simultaneously finding a method of using water curtain systematic underground water happened to be important. As a result of this research, when the house's interior temperature is below zero the operation of FCU appeared to be impossible. Considering the amount of water used in the house with water-curtain-heating system is 150~200 ton per day, using the system mentioned in this research showed that reducing the underground water more than 80% in order to maintain the internal temperature as the level of 5 degree celsius at the extreme temperature of minus 5 degrees celsius.

EnergyPlus를 이용한 건물 부위별 목질제품 적용에 따른 건축물 에너지 절감 기여도 평가 (Evaluation and Analysis of The Building Energy Saving Performance by Component of Wood Products Using EnergyPlus)

  • 최근, 전 세계적으로 온실 가스 증가에 따른 기후 변화에 대한 문제가 논의되고 있다. 그중, 건축물에서의 에너지 소비량은 전체 에너지 소비량의 40%까지 증가할 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 건축물에서의 에너지 소비량 절감에 대한 노력이 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는, 건물에너지 절감에 효과적으로 기여하는 재료 중 하나인 목재를 이용하여, 목질 제품 구성에 따른 중부지방과 남부지방의 난방에너지 요구량에 대하여 시뮬레이션을 통해 분석하였다. 시뮬레이션 도구는 미국 에너지부(Department of Energy)가 BLAST와 DOE-2의 장점을 결합해 만든 동적 에너지 해석 엔진인 EnergyPlus를 이용하였다. EnergyPlus는 다양한 건물 및 HVAC 시스템 구성요소(Object)에 대한 입력항목(Field)을 가지고 있으며, 특히 건물, 공조시스템, 열원기기 사이의 피드백을 통해 통합된 동시계산을 수행하며, ASHRAE Standard 140-2007 표준에 따라 상용 프로그램 간의 비교를 통해 검증된 프로그램이다. 시뮬레이션을 위한 기상데이터는 EnergyPlus에서 제공하는 IWEC 인천 지역과 광주 지역의 epw 형식 기상데이터를 이용하였다. 대상 모델은 한국농어촌공사에서 제시한 2012년 농 어촌주택 표준설계도면 중 '농림-12-26-가' 유형을 이용하였으며 총 10개의 실로 구성되어 있다. 시뮬레이션 분석 결과, 중부지방과 남부지방 별 목질 제품의 적용 범위를 실내마감재, 실외마감재, 창호, 목구조로 단계적으로 변경해 지역에 따라 각각 16 Case의 시뮬레이션을 수행한 결과 실내외의 마감재로 목재를 사용한 것만으로도 에너지 성능이 향상된 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

기후변화가 기상학적 가뭄과 홍수에 미치는 영향 (Climate Change Impacts on Meteorological Drought and Flood)

  • 최근 온실기체의 증가로 인한 극기상현상의 발생빈도가 증가할 것으로 예상된다. 본 연구에서는 이미 연구된 여러가지 GCM 모의결과와 마코프 연쇄를 이용하여 기후변화를 고려한 수문자료의 모의발생을 실시하였다. 또 적절한 지수를 이용하여 미래시점의 가뭄과 홍수 발생의 변동 가능폭을 예측하였다. 그 결과 시나리오에 따라 극심한 가뭄과 홍수의 발생빈도가 증가할 것으로 예상되어 현재 상태보다 수자원의 계획과 관리에 많은 어려움이 닥칠 것으로 보인다. 향후 수자원 정책에는 기후변화가 수자원에 미치는 영향이 포함되어야 할 것이다.

대구시 도시풍도에 대한 연구 (A Study on the City Wind Trail in Daegu)

  • The population of Daegu, the third biggest city in Korea, is two point six million. Daegu is known as a basin or a city where it is not only too hot in summer but also too cold in winter. Recently with redevelopment apartment house boom, a 40-story or more apartment complexes are under construction near Shin-cheon and Dondaegu-ro, the south-north axis of Daegu. It is necessary to raise several points about blocking a road of the wind by high-rise apartment buildings and apartment complexes. As a kind of the green policy, Daegu enlarge the distance between apartment building by reconstructing low-rise apartment into high-rise and impose a duty of a green space on the ground by making a parking zone into an underground. Through this process, apartment complexes changed from a '一'shape to a '口'shape. It increases heat island phenomenon of a city by blocking a road of the wind that comes from Shin-cheon and Dondaegu-ro. To circulate the polluted air of Daegu basin, we need local wind. There are four effective measures. 1) Throw three greens into one in the center of the road at the north side in the same way of the south side of Dongdaegu-ro, 2) reflect the information of roads of the wind including heights, spaces and directions of buildings, 3) steer clear of a high-rise buildings and development apartment house constructions, and 4)select a city for benchmarking to be the environmental capital.

신 기후체제 협약에 따른 국내 제지산업의 환경경영 방안 모색 (Searching for the environmental management plans of Korea paper industry coping with the new climate regime)

  • The new climate regime for practical reduction in green house gas(GHG) emissions was launched in Paris at Dec. 2015. The Korea government would make various policies and plans in order to achieve the BAU 37 % emission reduction goals by 2030. In this study, the current situation and the possible corresponding methodology to the GHG emission reduction of Korea paper industry were investigated. Although the GHG emission reduction in KOREA paper industry has been successfully conducted compared with other industries until now, the more efforts for controlling GHG emission would be required to meet the new climate regime. The efficiency of various GHG reduction projects conducted by Korea paper companies was evaluated to find efficient way for GHG reduction. The certified methodologies of the external project based offset systems in Korea GHG emission trading scheme were also reviewed for providing the possible way to develope tailored methodology to the Korea paper industry.

국화 재배환경과 품종에 따른 꽃노랑총채벌레의 발생 및 가해양상 (Seasonal Occurrence and Damaged Aspects of Frankliniella occidentalis Pergande (Thysanoptera: Thripidae) by Cultural Environments and Varieties of Chrysanthemum)

  • 국화에서 꽃노랑총채벌레는 4월 상순부터 수확기까지 계속하여 황색끈끈이트랩에 유인되었고, 봄재배에서 4월 하순부터 6월 중순, 가을재배에서는 정식 직후인 8월 중순부터 9월 상순까지 밀도가 높았으며, 봄재배의 피해엽율이 45%수준 가을재배는 35%수준이었다. 이러한 경향은 PVC하우스와 노지 모두 비슷하였으나 꽃당 충수는 노지보다 PVC하우스에서 약간 많았고, 무방제의 경우는 관행방제에 비하여 3배 이상 충의 밀도가 높았다. 꽃노랑총채벌레에 의한 피해엽은 5월 중순부터 관찰되기 시작하여 국화가 생육함에 따라 함께 증가하는 경향으로, 품종에 따라 약간 차이가 있었으나 모두 정의 상관 관계($R^2$ = 0.9200-0.9887$^{**}$ , p>0.01)가 있었다.

수상 태양광발전 시스템의 풍력계수 산정에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Estimation of Wind Force Coefficient of Floating Type Photovoltaic Energy Generation System)

  • In recent years, green house effect related natural disasters occur throughout the world. Carbon dioxide, mainly comes from the fossil fuel burning, is suspected to be the cause of green house effect. To reduce the emission of carbon dioxide, we need to find alternative energy resources such as photovoltaic energy. In this paper, the basic characteristics of wind force coefficient on a PV panel installed on the floating type PV energy generation system are investigated though the two-dimensional wind tunnel tests. Test variables included the angle of PV panel, direction of wind, number of rows of PV panel and attached or not attached frame. Based on the results obtained through the wind tunnel tests, it was found that the wind force coefficient can be used as a preliminary data in the design of the structure.

기내 환경에 따른 거베라 'Beauty' 배양묘 잎의 구조적 특성과 탄수화물 함량의 차이 (Structural Characteristics of Leaves and Carbohydrate Content of Propagules Grown at Different Culture Conditions in Gerbera hybrida 'Beauty')

  • 배양환경을 달리하여 생산한 3가지의 유묘 (타가영양묘, 혼합영양묘, 자가영양묘)를 대상으로 잎의 형태적 특성 및 탄수화물 함량 등을 비교 분석한 결과, 온실묘, 자가영양묘와 혼합영양묘는 하표피층에 왁스의 결정형이 관찰되었으나 타가영양묘에서도 관찰되지 않았다. 기공수와 크기에 있어서는 타가영양묘가 자가영양묘에 비하여 기공이 크고 많았다. 특히, 자가영양묘의 기공형태와 크기는 온실에서 자란 유묘와 거의 유사하였다. 식물체의 탄수화물함량은 자가영양묘가 혼합영양과 타가영양묘에 비하여 많았으며 유리당도 역시 자가영양묘가 가장 많았고 모든 배양묘에서 glucose의 함량이 가장 많았다.

Current Status of Tree Height Estimation from Airborne LiDAR Data

  • Most nations around the world have expressed significant concern in the climate change due to a rapid increase in green-house gases and thus reach an international agreement to control total amount of these gases for the mitigation of global warming. As the most important absorber of carbon dioxide, one of major green-house gases, forest resources should be more tightly managed with a means to measure their total amount, forest biomass, efficiently and accurately. Forest biomass has close relations with forest areas and tree height. Airborne LiDAR data helps extract biophysical properties on forest resources such as tree height more efficiently by providing detailed spatial information about the wide-range ground surface. Many researchers have thus developed various methods to estimate tree height using LiDAR data, which retain different performance and characteristics depending on forest environment and data characteristics. In this study, we attempted to investigate such various techniques to estimate tree height, elaborate their advantages and limitations, and suggest future research directions. We first examined the characteristics of LiDAR data applied to forest studies and then analyzed methods on filtering, a precedent procedure for tree height estimation. Regarding the methods for tree height estimation, we classified them into two categories: individual tree-based and regression-based method and described the representative methods under each category with a summary of their analysis results. Finally, we reviewed techniques regarding data fusion between LiDAR and other remote sensing data for future work.
