미숙 청방울 토마토 피클 제조 조건에 관한 연구 (Properties of Immature Green Cherry Tomato Pickles)

  • This study was carried out to optimize the production of immature green cherry tomato pickles and to produce green cherry tomato pickles of good sensory quality. The composition of immature green cherry tomato pickles was optimized using a central composition design with 3 variables and 3 levels. The overall acceptability score, based on sensory evaluation, was best, when the immature green cherry tomato pickles contained 231 g of vinegar, 52.6 g of salt, 168.3 g of sugar, 204 g of tomatoes, and 231 $m{\ell}$ of water. The statically predicted optimal formulation of immature green cherry tomato pickles on overall acceptability value was 33.54%(w/w) of vinegar, 7.64%(w/w) of salt, 25.28%(w/w) of sucrose, 33.54%(w/w) of water. The optimal conditions for producing immature green cherry tomato pickles should consider the factors of time and temperature of storage.

Qualitative Text Analysis: The Role of the Government to Spread Corporate Green IT

  • Purpose - This study explores the role played by the government in spreading corporate green IT. Indeed, a lot of evidence is emerging that governments acting independently are not in a position of attaining the far end economic and social changes need for the realization of green IT. As much as matters about green IT was initiated by many governments. Research design, Data, and methodology - This study selected the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) as a research design. The PRISMA is recognized for its standard evidence reporting system and can provide adequate systematic review among previous studies. Result - A lot of consensus leads to the acquisition of the value of corporate green IT concerning the effectiveness of the collaboration. This study could obtain six suggestions from the systematic review, such as 'Rebalancing Government and Public Duties', 'Direct Regulation', 'Marketing Tools and Fiscal or Economic Measures', 'VNRP', 'Education for Decision Making', 'Latest Policy Trends within the G8 Nations'. Conclusion - The most challenging aspect when it comes to ensuring corporate green IT is the separation of economic growth from the perspectives regarding life qualities. According to the study (Falcone, 2020), this needs a second policy-oriented wedge concerning re-socialization with the desire of encouraging the development of the culture associated with the corporate green IT.

  • The Green Wall is the highest eco-system among a segmental retaining wall systems. Recently, the demand of high segmental retaining wall (SRW) is increased in domestic. The soil nailing system is applied in order to maintain the high SRW stability for steeper slope. However, the proper design approach that can consider the earth pressure reduction effects in soil nailing system has not been proposed. Hence, the purpose of this study was to provide the design and analysis technique of the segmental retaining wall reinforced by soil nailing. Also, in this study, various parametric studies using numerical method as shear strength reduction (SSR) technique were carried out. In the parametric study, the length ratio and the bond ratio of the soil nailing were changed to identify the earth pressure reduction effect of the retaining wall reinforced by soil nailing.

  • Confronting with series of environmental problems. caused by urbanization and the constantly improving consciousness of the entire society towards environmental protection, it has become an inevitable trend to develop parks and green space planning that guided by the principle of 'respecting nature, preferring ecology' and integrate function, arts and culture of landscape design. Aiming at specific project, humanized design should be laid stress on. With fundamental functional construction serving as the base, the reflection of cultural content and regional landscape as the characters, using various landscape gardening elements reasonably to enrich space design as well as highlighting leisure and sport function and following the concept 'human-centered', parks and green space filled with natural vitality and cultural spirit can be constructed, people, city and the nature could develop together in harmony.

기업 간 장기적 관계지향성이 그린공급사슬관리와 성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Long-Term Relationship Orientation on Green Supply Chain Management and Performance)

  • 최근 환경에 대한 인식이 높아지면서 그린공급사슬관리(GSCM)에 관한 관심이 증가되고 있다. GSCM에 관한 실무적 관심이 증가함에 따라 학계에서도 환경경영에 관한 학술적 연구들이 다양한 관점에서 제시되고 있다. 그런데 대부분의 연구는 주로 대기업인 모기업 중심으로 1차 협력기업과의 관계를 연구대상으로 제시하고 있다. 1차 협력사는 공급사슬채널의 중간에 위치하고 있어 환경경영에 결정적인 역할을 담당하고 있다. 본 연구는 1차 협력사를 중심으로 기업의 기업 간 장기적 관계 지향성이 그린공급사슬관리와 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 대·중소기업 그린 파트너십과 대·중소기업 탄소파트너십 프로그램에 참여하고 있는 1차 협력기업을 대상으로 수집한 설문 조사결과를 구조방정식을 활용하여 연구모형과 가설을 검증하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 기업 간 장기적 관계지향성이 GSCM 실행 요소인 환경정보협력, 그린구매 그리고 그린제품설계를 촉진하는 요인으로 밝혀졌다. 또한 GSCM의 하위변수 간의 상호 관련성을 추가적으로 분석한 결과 환경정보 협력이 그린구매와 그린제품설계에 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, GSCM 실행 요소인 그린구매, 그린제품설계는 환경성과에 긍정적으로 영향을 미치나 환경정보협력은 환경성과에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

옥상녹화하중이 LH 공동주택 및 부대복리시설의 옥상층 슬래브 설계에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Green Roof Load on the Structural Design of Roof Slab of LH Housing and Service Facilities)

  • 본 논문은 옥상녹화하중 세 가지 유형(경량형, 중량형, 혼합형)이 한국토지주택공사(이하 LH)에서 공급하는 공동주택과 부대복리시설의 옥상층 슬래브에 미치는 영향을 구조해석과 설계를 통해 평가하고, 이를 토대로 옥상녹화하중이 작용하는 옥상층 슬래브의 구조설계시 활용가능한 배근 가이드 라인을 제시하였다. 구조해석 및 설계결과, 옥상녹화하중의 종류에 관계없이 LH 공동주택의 옥상층 슬래브는 슬래브 주근을 D10 철근 200~250mm 간격으로 배근할 경우 안전하며, 슬래브 두께도 150mm로 적용가능한 것으로 나타났다. 콘크리트 설계강도가 24, 27, 30MPa로 변화하여도 옥상층 슬래브의 슬래브 주근은 D10 철근을 200~250mm 배근하고 슬래브 두께도 150mm가 적용가능한 것으로 나타났다. 옥상녹화하중이 작용하는 부대복리시설의 2방향 슬래브는 토양 종류와 토심 두께에 관계없이 D10철근을 200mm 간격으로 배근하고 슬래브 두께도 150mm로 적용가능한 것으로 나타났다.

친환경건축물 인증제도 활성화를 위한 정보시스템 개선 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Green Building Certification Information System)

  • This study aims for improvement and rebuilding of the 'Green Building Certification Criteria Information System;GBCCIS'. To achieve this, improved information system has developed self-assessment program available on the web and to provide data about the target of Green Building Certification based on the 2010 revised criteria. The target building of Green Building Certification is Apartment, Office, Mixed-Use Building, School, property for sale, accommodation, and other facilities. Also, the information system about the Green building related technologies and techniques to take advantage of offer a variety of information was built. Green Building Certification Criteria web-site Established in this study has information and each menu and contents are linked to organic and high-utilization. Each menu is organized according to the used frequency and the group. Also this web-site is composed of information guide field, core service field, and other field. These improvement of Green Building Certification Criteria Information System can be a positive incentive measures for the activation of Green Building Certification Criteria easily by taking advantage of relevant information by users. And these will be possible to planning development of Green building technologies by introducing the latest Green building construction techniques applicable building. Also, to assess in advance by using self-assessment program in the design phase of building will lead to Green building design and provide the convenience of the application process and through database construction and share information of building assessment resources certified Green Building Certification Criteria will lead to the containment and fair assessment between cation authorities.

그린프레임의 거푸집 물량산출 알고리즘 기초연구 (A Basic Research for Algorithms of Form Quantity Survey of Green Frame)

  • Green Frame is a building frame system composed of precast concrete columns and beams. For the construction to run smoothly, the quantity of frames should be estimated in the planning phase and a plan on production of members should be established in connection with the overall work plan. The algorithm for calculation of the amount of forms used in Green Frame automatically estimates the quantity of forms using the design structure prepared in the design phase. The number and area of forms are calculated using the member size drawn from the structure design. Based on the quantity calculated, the type and area per form size are estimated to be used in preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantity). Thus, the time required for architectural planning and design can be shortened when the algorithm for calculation of the amount of forms is applied. This study is on the basic research of calculating the quantity of forms using the structure design and of the algorithm for calculation of the amount of forms used for production of composite PC members.

  • The Korean folk house, especially in rural area, has created the comfortable indoor environment with passive control of outdoor climate as environmental architecture. This study aims to identify the peculiar elements of sustainable architecture in folk houses in rural areas of Cheju Island and Ullŭng Island through the field experiments. The elements of environmental control of folk houses in both islands could be developed as the design elements of modern rural architecture. This effort can play major role to find the green design principles and techniques of environmental control of the building which have been neglected in the design of modern architecture.

Fire & Life Safety Challenges in Sustainable Tall Building Design

  • The movement towards sustainable building design can result in unique fire protection challenges and concerns, especially with super tall buildings in relationship to traditional prescriptive code compliance. Different countries haves different code requirements as well as local best practices and may cause conflict with the design features when designing green buildings. These include, but not limited to green roofs, sprinkler water quality and testing, fire department access and areas of refuge with direct or indirect impact by the perspective code compliance. The solutions to these prescriptive code challenges and fire safety concerns can range from simple alternatives to more detailed engineering performance-based design analyses with good solid practice.
