골반골의 악성종양 (Malignant Tumor of the Pelvic Bone)

  • Malignant tumor of the pelvic bone has nonspecific symptom and it is not easily detected by physical examination or by radiologic study in early stage, because of its anatomical characteristics. Associated with their variety of disease entity, the treatment of malignant pelvic bone tumor is a problematic point. We have analysed 36 cases of malignant pelvic bone tumors diagnosed at the Severance hospital from 1968 to 1993 to provide a reference for diagnosis and treatment of the malignant pelvic bone tumors. We found that the chondrosarcoma(27.8%) and the osteogenic sarcoma(27.8%) were the most common type of pelvic bone malignancy, and then, in the order of incidence, there were Ewing's sarcoma(16.7%), malignant fibrous histiocytoma(11.1%). There were differences of the age distribution among each diseases and the average age was Ewing's sarcoma 20.5, osteogenic sarcoma 27.2, chondrosarcoma 40.0, malignant fibrous histiocytoma 64.8, respectively. Three of the 5 patients with low grade tumors survived(60%), whereas 3 of the 17 patients with high grade tumors survived(18%). The survival rate of the low grade malignant group was 60%, the high grade was 18%.

  • 대학의 학업성취도를 나타내는 평점평균은 많은 요인의 영향을 받는 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 논문은 형행입시제도하에서 획득 가능한 요인과 평점평균과의 관련성을 일반 화선형모형(GLM)을 이용하여 통계적으로 분석·평가하고자 한다. 여기서 얻어진 경과는 요즈음 변화가 모색되고 있는 입시제도나 대학교육제도의 개선에 적으나마 도움이 되는 기초자료를 제공할 수 있으리라 믿어진다. 분석자료는 1996, 97학년도 인제대학교에 입학한 학생들의 입시자료와 96,97학년도의 평점평균, 기숙사입사 여부 등을 대상으로 삼았다.

중추청각처리장애 선별도구로서의 Fisher's 청각행동문제 체크리스트(FAPC)와 청각행동특성척도(SAB)의 비교 연구 (Comparison of Fisher's Auditory Problems Checklist (FAPC) and Scale of Auditory Behaviors (SAB) in Screening Central Auditory Processing Disorders)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 국외에서 중추청각처리장애의 선별도구로 널리 사용되고 있는 Fisher's 청각행동문제 체크리스트(Fisher's auditory problems checklist, FAPC)와 청각행동특성척도(Scale of Auditory Behaviors, SAB)를 한국어로 번역하여 학령기 아동을 대상으로 실시하므로 국내의 학령기 아동의 청각행동특성을 파악하고, 두 검사 간의 특성을 비교하므로 국내에서 중추청각처리장애 선별을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 있다. 한국어로 번역된 FAPC와 SAB 검사도구를 1~6학년 223명의 학생의 부모나 양육자에게 실시한 결과, FAPC와 SAB 검사 도구는 모두 학년별로 유의미한 점수 차이를 보이지 않았고, 학년 증감에 따른 수행 점수 간에 특정 유형이 관찰되지 않았으므로 본 설문지들은 학년에 상관없이 사용하여도 무방하다고 여겨진다. 그러나 두 검사의 유의미한 상관관계에도 불구하고 공통위험군 범위의 아동 수가 적어 서로 다른 특성을 포함하고 있으므로 선별검사 및 청각행동특성을 기초로 한 진단검사의 선정 및 재활 계획 수립시 서로 보완적으로 사용하는 것이 바람직하다고 여겨진다. 더하여 두 검사의 중추청각처리장애와의 관련성 검증과 표본 집단을 확대한 규준 제시를 통한 후속 표준화 연구가 요구된다.

병원급식 조리종사자들의 위생관리 수행도 및 위생지식에 대한 분석 (Sanitary Management Performance and Knowledge of Employees in Hospital Food Service)

  • Sanitary management performance and knowledge of employees in hospital food service was evaluated by survey questionnaire to improve their sanitary management performance, analyse the weak points of sanitary management, and determine more practical and efficient alternatives of sanitation education. For this study, we selected 6 dieticians and 250 employees working in the six general hospitals larger than 400 beds in Gyeonggi and Incheon area. The questionnaire consisted of three parts: general subjects in the nutrition division of hospitals, sanitation education of dieticians, and sanitary management performance and knowledge of employees. The average ratio of HACCP related equipment and facilities of the target hospitals was relatively high at $86.5\%$. The number of sanitation education was 1.99 times/month by regular schedule and 6.47 times/month by occasional schedule. The average dietician's inspection time of cooking was 178.77 minutes/day. The average point of sanitary management performance was 4.62/5.0, showing a relatively high grade. In each region of sanitary management performance, food treatment sanitation was marked with the highest point, at 4.85, fellowed by cleaning and sterilizing sanitation at 4.65, personnel sanitation at 4.61 point and device and utensil sanitation was ranked with the lowest point at 4.53. Sanitary management performance was affected by the number of occasional education which was highest at 6-10times/month. The mean score of sanitary knowledge was 11.17/15.0. The assigned position, type of employment, status, working career and number of occasional education affected the mean score of sanitary knowledge of employees significantly. Sanitary knowledge of employees was highest in the case that occasional education was peformed at 6-10 times/month. There was no correlation between the sanitary management performance and sanitary knowledge of employees. In contrast, there were correlations between sanitary management performance and dietician's inspection time of cooking and number of employees.

여대생의 사회적 지지 및 자기 효능감이 진로결정 수준에 미치는 영향 (The Impacts of Social Support and Self-Efficacy on Career Decision Level among Female University Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of social support and self-efficacy on career decision level among female university students. Data was collected by questionnaires from 380 students at 3 universities in Jeonnam province and Gwangju city, Korea. The results were as follows. First, the average levels of social support, self-efficacy and career decision were over middle point(2.5point). The best of them was self-efficacy. Second, the lowest level of them by grade was commonly freshman female students. But there were no significant differences by major except for soczzzzzial support. Third, the effective sub-variables of social support which have influenced on career decision level were self-esteem support and evaluated support. Forth, the impactive sub-variables of self-efficacy which have influenced on career decision level showed general self-efficacy. Fifth, the significant sub-variables of social support which have influenced on self-efficacy were self-esteem support and material support. This study suggested that the high levels of self esteem social support and general self-efficacy led students to improve in career decision level. Here showed that the effect by grade or group on study was more clear than that by major.

응급구조과 학생의 환자안전에 대한 지식 및 태도가 환자안전관리 자신감에 미치는 영향 (Knowledge, attitude and confidence on patient safety management among emergency medical technician students)

  • Purpose: This study evaluated the effects of knowledge and attitude on confidence about patient safety management among emergency medical technician (EMT) students. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 174 EMT students in two cities from May to June 2016. Data were analyzed using PASW WIN 20.0 for descriptive statistics, t-test, one way analysis of variance, and hierarchical multiple regression. Results: The students' confidence about patient safety management was 3.33 (on a 5-point scale). Confidence varied according to average academic grade (p=.015), experience in patient safety education, and experience in writing medical error reports. After adjusting for sex, average academic grade, and experience in patient safety education, knowledge and attitudes about patient safety increased a student's confidence in patient safety management by 19%. Conclusion: Patient safety education should be included in programs on health promotion and be provided as basic information in intervention programs for EMTs.

누리사업단 대학졸업자의 취업결정요인 분석 - 부산지역대학의 사례 - (An Analysis on the Employment Determinants of University Graduates in NURI Project Teams -the Case of the Universities in Busan Region-)

  • 본 논문은 부산지역 대학의 누리사업단 졸업자를 대상으로 개인의 취업실태 결정요인을 분석하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 본인 학력, 가구소득, 평균 평점, 자격증이 미취업기간 결정에 가장 유의한 변수로 나타났다. 둘째, 부모 학력, 가구소득, 사업단 규모, 기업 규모가 부산지역 취업에 유의한 영향을 주었다. 기업 규모가 클수록 부산에 취업할 확률이 낮아지고, 수도권 진출은 자발적 진출과 비자발적 진출의 양면이 존재하였다. 셋째, 성별, 본인 학력, 계열, 평점, 사업단 규모 등이 평균 임금수준에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있다.

입학사정관 전형 입학생의 학업성취도에 관한 연구: K대학교 사례 (A study on academic achievements of college students admitted by admissions officer selection: K university case)

  • 본 연구에서는 2011학년과 2012학년도 K대학교 입학생 중 입학사정관 전형으로 입학한 학생들과 일반 전형으로 입학한 학생들의 평균평점과 상대하위순위 (relative ascending rank)에 기초한 학업성취도를 분석하고자 한다. 이 분석을 통해 입학사정관전형의 실효성과 상호관련성을 분석하여 우수한 학생들을 선발하는데 필요한 기초자료를 마련하고자 한다. 분석결과에 의하면, 입학사정관 전형과 일반 전형의 학업성취도 차이를 분석한 결과 일반 전형의 학업성취도가 입학사정관 전형의 학업성취도보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 입학사정관, 수시 일반, 정시 일반 모집별로 학업성취도의 차이를 분석한 결과 입학사정관제 학생들이 일반 전형학생들에 비해서 거의 모든 학기에서 학업성취도가 낮은 것을 확인할 수 있었고, 일반 전형 중에서는 수시일반 학생들에 비해 정시 일반 학생들의 학업성취도가 거의 모든 학기에서 높은 것을 알 수 있었다.

여중생의 남녀공학 여부와 성역할 정체감 유형에 따른 공격성 (Aggression of Middle School Girls according to Types of School and Gender Role Identity)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to examine aggression of middle school girls with type of school and gender role identity. Method : The subjects of this study were 526 second-year middle school girls (265 girls in the coeducational middle schools, 261 girls in the girls' middle schools) in Busan. This study was conducted from 14th to 29th of December, 2008 using Korean Sex Role Inventory(KSRI) and Aggression Inventory. Results : 1. There was statistically significant difference in gender role identity types according school types ($x^2$=8.813, p=.032). 2. The whole aggression grade point average was 1.58${\pm}$.40 points(highest score: 4), and reactive-overt aggression was highest in the aggression types(2.06${\pm}$.63). 3. There was not statistically significant difference in aggression of middle school girls according to type of school (t=.188, p=.664). 4. There was statistically significant difference in degrees of aggression according to gender role identity types. The degrees of aggression in masculinity type was highest [grade point average was 1.70${\pm}$.44 points(highest score: 4)]. 5. There was not interactive effect in aggression between type of school and type of gender role identity. Conclusions : The findings of this study contribute to providing basic data for development of education programs or activities for middle school girls to relieve aggression according to gender role identity types.

공학교육인증 졸업생과 비인증 졸업생의 취업률 비교 분석: 서울시립대학교 사례 (A Comparative Analysis of Employment Rate between Certified Graduates and Non-certified Graduates by the Engineering Education Accreditation at the University of Seoul)

  • This study investigated the effect of engineering education accreditation on employment rate at the University of Seoul. The graduates who had been educated in the accredited program showed higher grade point average (GPA) and higher employment rate (89.0%) than the graduates who had been educated in the program without the accreditation (70.9%). The employment rate of all graduates increased with increasing GPA, the mathematics-science-computer (MSC) credit acquired, design credit acquired, and the number of interviews with supervising professors. Theses results showed that the MSC and design subjects and the counselling are at least beneficial in getting a job for students at the University of Seoul. When GPA, design credit acquired, and the number of counselling are the same, graduates with the engineering education accreditation showed much higher employment rate than the graduates without the accreditation. These preliminary results suggest that the engineering education programs with accreditation at the University of Seoul are beneficial for students in getting a gob through motivating them to acquire more credits in design subjects, doing greater number of counselling with supervising professors, and making better academic achievement. In addition, the engineering education accreditation at the University of Seoul helped students developing their personal skills such as team workability, communication skills, and creativity via carrying out design subjects, which may affect the employment rate indirectly.
