The purpose of this essay is to review family ethics and child rearing reflected in WonBuddism and to suggest hypothetical model of family ethics and child rearing appropriate to modern society. WonBuddist family ethics hasits roots in the concept of "Grace" specifically, the essence of all relationships in the world as characterized by "Grace". WonBuddist family ethics based on this world view emphasizes mutual support, harmony and service for the public. The purpose of WonBuddist child rearing is to bring up children who recognize the world order mention above while, at the same time, developing the capacity to support oneself, ultimately resulting in individuals who are balanced both morally and practically. A WonBuddist model of family ethics and child rearing appropriate to modern society includes: (1) the concept of "Grace as a principle" for the restoration of essential humanity, (2) the principle of "mutual support" and "essential humanity" for the restoration of the feeling of family community (i.e., the cohesion of the family), and (3) the moral principle, "capacity for self support and public service" as a way of moderating the family oriented value system.

Earth's gravity field recovery was improved after the pre-processing upgrade of the Gravity Recovery And Climate Experiments (GRACE) satellite's star trackers. The star tracker measurements were filtered with a tighter low-pass filtering of 0.025Hz cutoff frequency, instead of a nominal filtering of 0.1Hz cutoff frequency. In addition, a jump removal algorithm was applied to remove discontinuities, due to direct Sun and/or Moon interventions, in the star tracker measurements. During the K-Band Ranging (KBR) calibration maneuvers, large attitude variations could be detected concurrently by both of the star trackers and the accelerometer. The misalignment angles of star trackers between the true frame and the normal frame could be determined by comparing measurements from these sensors. In this paper, new Earth' gravity field maps were obtained using above improvement. Based on comparisons to nominal Earth's gravity field maps, the new Earth's gravity field maps were found better than the nominal ones. Among the applied methods, the misalignment calibration of the star trackers had a major impact on the improvement of the new Earth's gravity field maps.

Mammary implants marketed by Poly Implant Proth$\grave{e}$se (PIP) were found to contain industrial grade silicone and this caused heightened anxiety and extensive publicity regarding their safety in humans. These implants were used in a large number of patients worldwide for augmentation or breast reconstruction. We reviewed articles identified by searches of Medline, PubMed, Embase, and Google Scholar databases up to May 2014 using the terms: "PIP", "Poly Implant Proth$\grave{e}$se", "breast implants" and "augmentation mammoplasty" "siloxanes" or "silicone". In addition the websites of regulating bodies in Europe, USA, and Australia were searched for reports related to PIP mammary implants. PIP mammary implants are more likely to rupture than other implants and can cause adverse effects in the short to the medium term related to the symptoms of rupture such as pain, lumps in the breast and axilla and anxiety. Based on peer-reviewed published studies we have calculated an overall rupture rate of 14.5% (383/2,635) for PIP implants. However, there is no evidence that PIP implant rupture causes long-term adverse health effects in humans so far. Silicone lymphadenopathy represents a foreign body reaction and should be treated conservatively. The long-term adverse effects usually arise from inappropriate extensive surgery, such as axillary lymph node dissection or extensive resection of breast tissue due to silicone leakage.

스칸디나비아의 디자인은 디자인 역사에서 독특한 위치를 차지하고 있다. 특히 스웨덴은 스칸디나비아 국가들 중 가장 먼저 그들만의 고유한 20세기 디자인운동과 양식을 발전시킨 나라였다. '스웨디쉬 모던(Swedigh Modern)', '스웨디쉬 그레이스(Swedish Grace)'등의 개념으로 특징지어지는 스웨덴의 디자인은 20세기 초 독립에서 시작된 기능주의 운동을 받아들여 보다 우아하고 따뜻한 인간미 넘치는 디자인 양식을 만들어 내었다. 휴머니즘과 함께 단순성, 아름다움, 민주주의 적 이상이 조화된 이 양식은 국제적으로도 큰 성공을 거두어 유럽뿐 아니라 미국의 디자인 발전에도 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구에서는 스웨덴 디자인이 발전되어온 과정과 스웨덴의 디자인 교육, 기업체에서의 디자인 등을 통해 스웨덴 디자인의 특성이 과연 무엇이고 그것은 또 어디에서 비롯되는 것인지에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the 20th century＇s makeup according to aesthetic categories. On the basis of aesthetic theories, four category pairs were determined as inter-confronting aesthetic categories: beauty of utility vs. beauty of social aptness : beauty of decoration vs. beauty of construction : sublime vs. grace : classical beauty vs. romantic beauty. 20th century＇s makeup was analyzed at the interval of 10 years referring to the images of actresses in the films produced in Hollywood and European countries. It was identified that 20th century＇s makeup had changed from decorative and dramatic makeup to natural makeup as the century proceeded. Consequently, beauty of social aptness, beauty of decoration. sublime, and romantic beauty were emphasized in the early 1900s while beauty of utility. beauty of construction, grace, classical beauty were emphasized in the later 1900s. In the whole 20th century, grace is the most dominant beauty among eight aesthetic categories due to it connote femininity. As the variety of fashion increases. the makeup patterns has become more diversified in recent years.

We first review some history of the Global Geodynamics Project (GGP), particularly in the progress of ground-satellite gravity comparisons. The GGP Satellite Project has involved the measurement of ground-based superconducting gravimeters (SGs) in Europe for several years and we make quantitative comparisons with the latest satellite GRACE data and hydrological models. The primary goal is to recover information about seasonal hydrology cycles, and we find a good correlation at the microgal level between the data and modeling. One interesting feature of the data is low soil moisture resulting from the European heat wave in 2003. An issue with the ground-based stations is the possibility of mass variations in the soil above a station, and particularly for underground stations these have to be modeled precisely. Based on this work with a regional array, we estimate the effectiveness of future SG arrays to measure co-seismic deformation and silent-slip events. Finally we consider gravity surveys in volcanic areas, and predict the accuracy in modeling subsurface density variations over time periods from months to years.

The exemption clause of recurring shipments refers to the insurer's exemption in Short-term Export Credit Insurance for the additional shipment which was shipped on board while any foregoing shipment was unpaid beyond its due date over 30 days. The recurring shipments are constituted with two factors: the due date of the foregoing shipment and the shipment date of the additional export. The exemption clause of recurring shipments has been eased by extending the grace period for payment up to 60 days from 30 days for the transactions between exporters and importers having the history of payments which were made customarily in delay. This research argues that the current grace period is for the buyers who customarily delay their payments, and that the insurer introduce a grace period for shipment in favor of exporters for the additional shipment which was delayed in on-boarding due to reasons beyond the control of exporters. In consideration of the waiting time and the on-boarding time at ports for container freight, shipments are frequently delayed, which entails those shipments to be indemnified by the exemption clause of recurring shipments. Roll-overs and Blank Sailings also cause the container freight to be delayed in on-boarding. This research is expected to contribute to further development of Short-term Export Credit Insurance in K-SURE.

이 연구에서는 Noah 3.3 지면모형을 이용하여 표층과 근역층(root-zone)의 토양함수비를 추정하고, 이를 위성기반 및 재분석 토양수분자료와 비교·검증하였다. 먼저, Noah 3.3 지면모형으로부터 추정한 4개 토양층 중 지면에 가까운 3개층(즉, 표층으로부터 1 m 깊이까지) 토양함수비를 이용하여 3개층의 깊이 가중평균값을 근역층 토양 함수비로 정의하였다. 이렇게 Noah 3.3 지면모형으로 추정한 토양함수비를 위성기반 표층 토양 함수비(European Space Agency Climate Change Initiatives Soil Moisture Product v04.4, ESA CCI SM v04.4)와 ERA-interim 재분석 표층 및 근역층 토양함수비와 비교·검증하였다. 또한, 전지구의 주요 5개 유역(Yangtze, Mekong, Mississippi, Murray-Darling, Amazon)에 대해 Gravity Recovery and Climate Experiment (GRACE) 관측 Total Water Storage Anomaly (TWSA) 와 TWS Change (TWSC)를 이용하여 비교·검증하였다. Noah 3.3 지면모형으로 산정한 토양수분 자료는 동아시아 지역과 남아시아 지역, 호주, 북미와 남미 등 대부분의 아시아·태평양지역에서 높은 아노말리 상관관계를 보였으며, 5개 유역에서 호주의 머레이-달링(Murray-Darling)유역에서 다소 낮은 상관관계를 보였으나, 나머지 4개 유역에서는 대체로 높은 상관성을 보였다. Noah 3.3 지면모형은 준실시간 토양수분 모의가 가능하기 때문에 이에 기반한 가뭄감시가 가능하며, 선제적 가뭄 대응 대책 마련에 활용성이 클 것으로 기대된다.

The major continental blocks in NE-Asia are the North China Block and the South China Blo, which have collided, starting from the Korean peninsula. The suture zone in NE China between two blocks is well defined from the QinIing-Dabie-Orogenic Belt to the Jiaodong (Sulu) Belt by the geological and geophysical interpretation. The discovery of high pressure metamorphic rocks in the Hongsung area of the Korean peninsula can be used to estimate the suture zone. This indicates that the suture zone in the Jiaodong Belt might be extended to Hongsung area. However, due to the lack of geological and geophysical data over the Yellow sea, the extension of the suture zone to the Korean peninsula across the Yellow Sea is obscure. To find out the tectonic relationship between NE China and the Korean peninsula it is necessary to complete U-ie homogeneous geophysical dataset of NE Asia, which can be provided by satellite observations. The CHAMP lithospheric magnetic field (MF3) and CHAMP-GRACE gravity field, combined with surface measured data, allow a much more accurate in-ference of tectonic structures than previously available. The CHAMP magnetic anomaly map reveals significant magnetic lows in the Yellow Sea near Nanjing and Hongsung, where are characterized by gravity highs on U-ie CHAMP-GRACE gravity anomaly map. To evaluate the depth and location of poten-tial field anomaly causative bodies, the Euler Deconvolution method is implemented. After comparing the two potential field solutions with the simplified geological map containing tectonic lines and the distribution of earthquakes epicenters, it is found that the derived structure boundaries of both are well coincident with the seismic activities as well as with the tectonic lineaments. The interpretation of the CHAMP satellite magnetic and GRACE satellite gravity datasets reveal two tectonic boundaries in U-ie Yellow Sea and the Korean peninsula, indicating U-ie norttiern and southern margins of the suture zone between the North China Block and the South China Block. The former is extended from the Jiaodong Belt in East China to the Imjingang Belt on the Korean peninsula, the later from Nanjing, East China, to Hongsung, the Korean peninsula. The tectonic movement in or near the suture zone might be responsible for the seismic activities in the western region of the Korean Peninsula and the development of the Yellow Sea sedimentary basin.

편대 비행하는 저궤도위성에는 비슷한 크기의 비중력 섭동이 일정한 시간 차이를 두고 가해진다. 이러한 시간상관관계를 이용하면 한 개 위성의 가속도계에서 측정된 가속도 값으로 다른 편대비행 저궤도위성의 비중력가속도를 추정할 수 있다. 편대비행 저궤도위성인 GRACE 및 GRACE-FO 위성에서 한 개 위성의 가속도계 데이터를 사용할 수 없는 기간이 존재하는데, 앞서 기술된 시간 이식 기법이 JPL (Jet Propulsion Laboratory)에서 공식적으로 가속도계 데이터 복원 시 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 시간 이식 기법의 가속도계 추정 정확도를 개선하기 위하여 신경망 (neural network; NN) 모델 기반 편대비행 저궤도위성 가속도계 데이터 추정 방법을 제안하였다. 시간 이식 기법은 위성의 위치 및 우주환경요소 등을 반영할 수 없지만, NN 모델은 이를 모델 입력으로 사용할 수 있으므로 예측 정확도를 높일 수 있다. 1개월간 NN 모델을 사용하여 가속도계 예측 시험을 수행하고 시간 이식 기법과 예측 정확도를 비교하였다. 그 결과 along-track 및 radial 방향에서 NN모델의 가속도계 데이터의 예측 오차는 시간 이식 기법에 비해 각각 55.0%, 40.1% 감소하였다.
