This paper deals with the development of computer programs that can be used for fuse and relay coordination in power station and also with the characteristics of these protective devices. The coordination of protective devices is determined by caculation from the lowest voltage level back to the power source. The minimum time difference between two different characteristics on the time- current curves is determined by the Golden Section searching routine.

Pearl gowns(Jeanju-eui)' of Princess Jekukdaejang which were imported from Yuan to Goryeo in 13'th century, but correct shape and detail were unkown. Princess Jekukdaejang was a queen of Goryeo and a daughter of Kublai Khan of early Yuan period, and pearls were the most precious jewel in Mongolia of medieval time. It is possible that the shapes of Jeanju-eui were nomadic mogolian women's costume or very new style yet in early Yuan just like sleeveless long vest. In the period of Yuan, pearls were beaded on the stiff thin fabric for summer or ornaments of ladies. Big pearls were made use of point spot of pattern or line of pattern, and small pearls were usually used to fill up devided parts or to bind outline. The shapes of deducted pearl gown are five kinds of women's deel and four kinds of long vest, and deducted parts for pearl decoration are golden band from shoulder to wrist and on the knees of gown, cloud shape collar, patches on the breast and on the back, slant collar, and patterns of fabric. Red color(the favorite color of Yuan ladies), artifical pearls, ramie, and golden brocade with the gloss of satin are selected as stuffs for sample of pearl gown, but 'reproducting old fabrics' was the most important problem in making correct pearl gowns. Suggested is a cooperation with fabric makers to develop alternate fabircs with patterns just like Yuan's.

This paper presents a dual-algorithm search method (GWO-GSO) combining grey wolf optimization (GWO) and golden-section optimization (GSO) to realize maximum power point tracking (MPPT) for photovoltaic (PV) systems. First, a modified grey wolf optimization (MGWO) is activated for the global search. In conventional GWO, wolf leaders possess the same impact on decision-making. In this paper, the decision weights of wolf leaders are automatically adjusted with hunting progression, which is conducive to accelerating hunting. At the later stage, the algorithm is switched to GSO for the local search, which play a critical role in avoiding unnecessary search and reducing the tracking time. Additionally, a novel restart judgment based on the quasi-slope of the power-voltage curve is introduced to enhance the reliability of MPPT systems. Simulation and experiment results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can track the global maximum power point (MPP) swiftly and reliably with higher accuracy under various conditions.

Total pectin content of Korean apple varieties at optimum harvest time was deter-mined by carbazole reaction method and pectin fraction content in each variety was also determined. Properties of pectin extracted ty 2a Sodium hexa metaphesphate were compared with commercial pectin. Among apple varieties, pectin contents varied in the range of 0.26-0.48％ on fresh basis and 1.76-4. 0% on dry basis. Ball's was the highest and then high in order of Spur early blaze, Golden delicious, Fuji. , Jonathan. In each pectin fraction, soluble pectin fractions in Rall's was the lowest and in both Spur early blaze and Golden Delicious were highest but insoluble fractions in the latter were lowest. Thub the changes in poetic substances in Spur early blaze and Golden delicious seem to he occurred: during early ripening. In the analysis of properties of isolated pectin, ash, anhydrogalacturonic arid7(AUA) content and methoxyl content were different among apple varieties. Ash and methoxyl content in all isolated pectin were higher and AUA content lower than in commercial pectin. Degree of esterification (DE) in all apple varieties were above 70％.

For normally consolidated clay, several researchers have developed a number of theoretical time factors to determine the coefficient of consolidation However, depending on the assumptions and analytical techniques, it could considerably vary even for a specific degree of consolidation. In this paper, a method is proposed to determine a consistent coefficient of consolidation over all ranges of degree of consolidation by applying the concept of the Optimum Design Technique. The initial excess pore pressure distribution is assumed to be obtainable by the successive spherical cavity expansion theory. The dissipation of pore pressure is simulated by means of two dimensional linear-uncoupled axisymmetric consolidation analysis. The minimization of the differences between the measured and the predicted excess pore pressures was carried by BFGS unconstrained optimum design algorithm with one dimensional golden section search technique. By analyzing numerical and real field examples, it can be found that the adopted optimum technique gives a consistent and convergent results.

The importance of "Golden time", the early hours for saving lives in case of an accident, is being increasingly recognized day by day. Especially for marine accidents, it may take several hours for a rescue team to arrive, depending on location. Therefore, captains should always be prepared to handle situations independently. In this paper, in order to make better use of Golden Time in an emergency, we determined what the first consideration should be when selecting a ship evacuation route from perspective of the ship operator. To achieve this, we used maritime accident judgments and ship emergency response manual to identify ship evacuation priorities. AHP analysis (decision-making hierarchy analysis) was conducted for ship operators to determine consideration priorities. As a result, it was found that ship operator consider the safety of people about 6 times more important than that of the actual ship. In order to select an evacuation route, the location of coast guard ships, port of refuge, emergency anchorage, surrounding vessels, drifting and beaching factor are taken into consideration. By using these priority considerations, the decision-making processes of ship operators in emergency situations can be improved.

The purpose of this article is to study the design and construction of Anap pond with a comparative study of ancient palace ponds in Korea, China and Japan. Anap pond was excavated in 1975-6 and is the oldest orignal pond to be found among Koran garden sites. Anap pond was made just before Shilla drove out Tang, after Shilla ruined Paekjae and Koguryo with the Tang army. This was a time Shilla enjoyed a multi-cultural situation due to interaction with Paekjae and Koguryo refugees, as well as information provided by the ambassadors sent to Tang who were well aquainted with Tang culture. Anap pond shows the influence of not only the indigenous mountain-god myth, but also the theoretical background common among Korea, China and Japan. But it also depicts the special form of space inbued with the exquisite aesthetic taste of Shilla people, which started with Anap pond hardened in Gaen temple, and which bloomed in Sukgulam. Scenery structure analysis gives a supposition of the center building on the western coatland, and sequential analysis gives the feeling of being at sea, analysised by root square shape analysis, equal ratio square shape and golden section, sow we can see the planned space organization by speculated planning. Thus, Anap pond is a garden of Shilla in which the cultural exchange has been inculturated and made our own, and the special aesthetic taste embodied.

Tri-n-butyl phosphate (TBP) was used as carrier for the transport of Golden yellow and Cibacron LSG dyes through a hexane bulk liquid membrane. The transport efficiency of dyes by TBP was investigated under various experimental conditions such as pH of the feed phase (dyes solution), concentration of the receiving phase (NaOH solution), concentration of TBP in membrane, rate of stirring, effect of transport time, type of solvent, dye concentration in feed phase, effect of temperature.. The maximum transport dyes occurs at ratio of 1:1 TBP-hexane At pH 3.0 0.1 (feed phase) the transport dyes decreased. At high stirring speed (300 rpm) the dyes transport from the feed phase to the strip phase was completed within 60 minutes at $27^{\circ}C$. Under optimum conditions: Feed phase 100 mg/L dyes solution at pH 1.0 0.1, receiving phase 0.1 mol/L NaOH solution, membrane phase 1:1 TBP-hexane , Stirring speed 300 rpm and temperature $27^{\circ}C$, the proposed liquid membrane was applied to recover the textile effluent.

The 1920s and 1930s ushered in "the golden age" of Chinese comics when the comics flourished. Satirical cartoons in modern Chinese comics were popular due to emotional instability and war caused by foreign powers. Among many popular comics, this paper analyzes in the 1920s and in the 1930s which were made into films and dramas. Chapter Two shows that China in the Republican era of China expanded its consumer culture into some sectors like films, novels, magazines and fashion in the 1920s and 1930s. However, more than any other things, this chapter considers from the historical perspective "the golden age" of comics including comic magazine in the 1930s and a history of comic magazines that gained popularity with conventional and common story. Chapter Three explains that social satire cartoons were in vogue since the May Fourth Movement and anti-imperialistic and semi-feudalistic stories in the 1920s were realized in life. It also says that comics that describes the negative sides of its society were popular. Ye QianYu, a cartoonist, portrayed many facets of Shanghai through : the daily life of the middle and lower classes, bureaucratic corruption and sympathy for the working class. drawn by Zhang LePing describes the unfair social system between the bourgeoisie and the proletariat and the gap between the rich and poor through the main character, the powerless and poor orphan. and lampooned the reality of its time in an objective, witty and humorous way in terms of ethics and economy respectively. The researcher chooses to study and which are very familiar to us, because good cartoons, animations and movies stimulate the feelings about our surroundings.

교통사고나 안전사고로 인한 중증 피해자를 사망으로부터 지켜내기 위해서는 앰뷸런스가 병원으로까지 환자를 이송하는 "골든타임(Golden time)"이 중요하다. 본 연구는 사람들에게 미리 "라이프 라인(Life Line)"을 시각적으로 알려줌으로써, 복잡한 도로에서 응급상황이 왔을 때 자연스럽게 앰뷸런스의 길을 터 주어 빠른 시간 안에 환자를 병원까지 이송하도록 하는 응급도로 표시를 연구하였다. 현재 설치되어 있는 도로 노면표시 중 기존차량에 관한 노면표시를 살펴보고 응급차량 관련 새로운 노면표시 디자인의 가이드 라인을 제시하였다.
