중소기업 경영자의 기업가정신과 조직구성원의 목표지향성이 조직효능감에 미치는 영향: 구조방정식 모형 접근 (Effects of CEO's Entrepreneurship in Small and Medium Enterprises and Goal Orientation of Employees on Collective Efficacy: Approaching Structural Equation Model)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라의 중소기업을 대상으로 경영자의 기업가 정신(혁신 진취성, 위험감수성), 조직구성원의 집단목표지향성(학습목표지향성, 성과목표지향성), 조직효능감의 최적구조모형을 규명할 목적으로 수행되었다. 최적구조모형의 검증결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경영자의 기업가의 혁신 진취성은 조직구성원의 집단학습목표지향성과 집단성과목표지향성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 위험감수성은 영향을 미치지 않고 있다. 둘째, 조직구성원의 집단학습목표지향성과 집단성과목표지향성은 조직효능감에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있다. 셋째, 경영자의 혁신 진취성은 조직구성원의 집단목표지향성(학습목표, 성과목표지향성)을 매개로 조직효능감에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있다. 연구표본은 서울/경기/제주 소재의 중소기업 경영자 162명과 종업원 486명을 대상으로 하였으며, 종업원 응답의 처리는 각각의 기업별로 3개 부서에서 측정한 평균값을 162개 기업에 적용하였다. 연구방법은 설문지법을 활용하였으며, 연구모형의 검증을 위해 공분산구조분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과에 따른 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 리더십 범주에 머물렀던 목표지향성의 선행변수를 기업가 정신으로 확장하여 실무적용 가능성을 높였다. 둘째, 그동안 개인목표지향성과 조직효능감에 머물렀던 연구 범주를 집단목표지향성으로 확대하였다. 셋째, 기업가정신과 조직효능감 사이에 또 다른 심리적 메커니즘의 작용 가능성을 제시하였다.

  • Fractal manufacturing system (FrMS) distinguishes itself from other manufacturing systems by the fact that there is a fractal repeated at every scale. A fractal is a volatile organization which consists of goal-oriented agents referred to as AIR-units (autonomous and intelligent resource units). AIR-units unrestrictedly reconfigure fractals in accordance with their own goals. Their goals can be dynamically changed along with the environmental status. Since goals of AIR-units are represented as fuzzy models, an AIR-unit itself is a fuzzy logic controller. This paper presents a goal regulation mechanism in the FrMS. In particular, a reinforcement learning method is adopted as a regulating mechanism of the fuzzy goal model, which uses only weak reinforcement signal. Goal regulation is achieved by building a feedforward neural network to estimate compatibility level of current goals, which can then adaptively improve compatibility by using the gradient descent method. Goal-oriented features of AIR-units are also presented.

  • 인공적인 슬릿을 형성한 모르타르와 노치를 형성한 화강암 시편이 이 연구를 위해 사용되었다. 전위이론을 토대로 방사형식에 의한 미소균열의 파괴 메커니즘이 변환기에 탐지된 종파의 초동, 모니터링을 위한 변환기의 위치와 최소자승법 적용에 의해 결정된 파괴원 위치 사이의 공간적인 분포에 의해 평가되었다. 해석결과 전위면의 방위는 육안으로 관찰된 시편의 균열방향과 비교적 잘 일치하였다. 이 연구의 궁극적인 목적은 암석재료내 미소균열의 파괴 메커니즘에 관한 기본적인 정보를 제공하는데 있다.

인간의 자세조절 메커니즘에 대한 연구 (A Review on the Mechanism of Human Postural Control)

  • Stance is defined as any state in which the total mass of the body is supported by the feet. In order to maintain stance, the sum of gravito-inertial forces acting on the body must be registered by equal and opposite forces at the region of contact between the organism and the support surface. Balance is controlled by applying forces to the surface of support so as to maintain the body's center of mass vertically above the feet. for a muIti-segment organism, there can be a variety of ways in which balance can be controlled, since movements of different body segments can have similar effects on the control of balance. In general, the organism tends to have a body configuration that is aligned with gravito-inertial force when there are no external forces acting on it. If any segments of the body are not aligned with gravito-inertial force vector, a torque on that segment would tend to move the body's center of mass. The maintenance of postural stability is accomplished in humans by a complex neural control system. This requires organizing integrating and acting upon visual, vestibular, and somatosensory input, providing orientation information to the postural control system. The information necessary to control and coordinate movement is provided by the visual sense of eye position with respect to the surrounding surface layout, the vestibular sense of head orientation in the gravito-inertial space, and the somatic sense of body segment position relative to one another and to the support surface. In this study, perception and action capability was examined from various points of view. The underlying assumption of the study was that the change of postural configuration could be effected by organism, environment and task goal.

APPLICATION OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT: LEAN TECHNOLOGIES AND SAVING MANUFACTURING (ASPECTS OF MANAGEMENT AND PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION)

  • Successfully adapting to digital and customer-oriented transformation, the concept of lean manufacturing professes the philosophy of creating greater benefit while minimizing losses. These losses are operations that do not add value in the production process to ensure the efficiency, flexibility, and profitability of projects. In the context of broad automation and digitalization of all sectors of the economy, mechanisms for combining automation technologies and lean production are becoming available. Moreover, when it comes to the efficient use of financial, human, or material resources, it is clear that the use of Industry 4.0 technologies can be an effective tool for achieving the goals of lean production, as many of them pursue the same goal. In this context, this article aims to study the effectiveness of the implementation of project management concepts at the global level and identify the main factors influencing its effectiveness to ensure the achievement of lean production through LEAN technologies and Industry 4.0 technologies. To achieve this goal, several statistical indicators were selected and several statistical methods of analysis were used: pairwise correlation, regression analysis, methods of comparison, synthesis, and generalization. Statistical analysis was conducted according to a survey conducted by the Project Management Institute (PMI) in 2020. An economic-mathematical model of dependence of project effectiveness in different regions of the world on the level of implementation of project management approaches is built, which shows that the increase in project effectiveness by 85% is due to financial losses, technical training, and consumer orientation. These results allow project managers to develop appropriate strategies to improve project management approaches at all levels. It is established that LEAN technologies and technologies of Industry 4.0 have several tools that have a positive effect on minimizing losses following the concept of lean production. Besides, given that the technology of Industry 4.0 is focused on the automation of Lean Production technology, a mechanism for the introduction of lean production using these technologies and methods.
