  • In this research, our goal is to realize Korean Distribute TTS system with server/client function in wireless network. The speech databases and some routines of TTS system is stuck with the server which has strong functions and we made Korean speech databases and accomplished research about DB which is suitable for distributed TTS. We designed a terminal has the minimum setting which operate this TTS and designed proper protocol so we will check action of Distributed TTS.

  • The research develops measurement processes for estimating and evaluating the gauge R&R(Reproducibility & Repeatability) using ANOVA(Analysis of Variance) of experimental design tools. The ten-step processes developed include experimental goal setting, the selection of characteristics(factors, levels), data model, ANOVA, EMS(Expected Mean Square), estimation of gauge precisions, and evaluation indexes. The three-factor combined measurement models are presented to show the processes developed in this paper.

기존 건축물의 에너지소비량 절감목표 산정 방법 - 에너지소비량 실적 데이터 기반 - (A Method for Setting Energy Saving Goals of Existing Buildings - Based Energy Consumption Results Data -)

  • 온실가스 배출 감소 및 에너지소비량을 감소시키기 위하여 많은 정책들이 수립되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 정책은 건축물의 에너지 소비 특성을 고려하지 않고 건축물에 대하여 일괄적인 에너지 절감률을 적용하고 있다. 일괄적인 에너지소비량 절감율을 일괄적으로 적용할 경우, 에너지소비량이 적은 건축물은 이를 달성 할 수 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 건축물의 에너지소비특성에 따른 건축물 분류와 건축물의 에너지소비량에 따른 개별적인 에너지소비량 절감률 산정 방법에 대하여 연구하였다. 에너지소비량 특성 분석결과 건축물의 용도에 따라 에너지소비량 차이가 있음이 나타났다. 또한 이를 바탕으로 건축물을 분류하였다. 또한 기존의 건축물 에너지절감과 관련한 제도들을 분석하여 건축물의 에너지소비량 절감 목표 및 대상 등을 선정하였고. 이을 바탕으로 에너지소비량에 따른 에너지 소비량 절감률 공식을 제안하였다. 또한 서울시 공공건축물 중 제1종 근린생활시설에 본 연구에서 제안한 공식을 적용할 경우 국가 온실가스 배출로드맵에서 목표로 하고 있는 절감률 26%를 달성할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 건축물의 개별적인 목표 에너지절감률을 산정할 수 있지만, 건축물 목표 에너지 절감률을 실제건축물에 반영하기 위해서는 건축물의 에너지소비량과 에너지소요량의 관계 및 건축물에서 절감 가능한 에너지소비량에 대한 연구가 필요하다.

프랜차이즈 유통경로상의 갈등에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 : 슈퍼바이저의 상거래태도와 업무전문성의 조절효과를 중심으로 (A Study on the Factors Influencing on the Conflicts Perceived by Franchise)

  • Purpose - Recently actively growing franchise systems distribution channel system in which franchise headquarter compared with franchise occupies an important place in distribution channel. Due to this, franchise and franchise headquarter are interdependent on task and in this situation the goal they go after, motivation and objective are probably inconsistent. If so, possibility to participate goal setting process or operating activity of opposite side is becoming bigger and in the end conflict may generate. The purpose of this study is to examine the role of the supervisor's attitude and expertise as moderating factors in the relationship between goal-incongruity/coercive power/role-incongruity and the conflict perceived by franchisee. Research design, data and methodology - This study was intended to verify how the supervisor's attitude and expertise as moderating factors in the relationship between goal-incongruity/coercive power/role-incongruity and the conflict perceived by franchisee. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, some study models and hypotheses have been established through theoretical examinations. Then, using these scales, the researcher completed the questionnaire survey. To test our hypotheses, the survey was conducted from March 9, 2016 for 20 days by random sampling, The study was implemented through a descriptive survey method using a self-administered questionnaire. A survey of 124 restaurant franchisee across Seoul and Gyeonggi Province was performed. A total of 124 completed responses were analyzed. In this study, I used SPSS 22.0 to analyze data and did frequency analysis to see demographic, and general features of the respondents; also did exploratory factor analysis to examine the validity of the items of measurement. Factor analysis was first calculated at a minimum, the number of factors, principal component analysis used when variables are committed to maximising the information with (principle component analysis) and the rotation of factors were angry about the great variable factors than 1.0 by applying Varimax rotation. In addition, I used the value of Cronbach's (Alpha) to examine the reliance of questionnaire items, final analysis the reliability factor can be found both high reliability hayeoteumeuro exceeds over 0.6 and did Multiple regression analysis to test hypothesis and also did hierarchical regression analysis to examine moderating effect. Results - To analyze the proposed model, according to the analysis result, it was found that the influence of goal-incongruity, coercive power, and role-incongruity on the perceived conflict of franchisee is moderated by the supervisor's attitude and expertise. That is, the more the supervisor's attitude and expertise were positive, the more the conflicts of the goal-incongruity, coercive power, and role-incongruity were decreased. It also confirmed previous research's finding that goal-incongruity, coercive power, and role-incongruity positively influence on the conflict. Conclusions - According to the results of this research which reduces the conflict of franchise from the in consistent goal; coercive power, and inconsistent role of superiors, it provides very important implications for franchise headquarter which has franchise system and also give them some suggestion about how to recruit superiors and what kind of training may be fit for the superiors.

치위생과 학생들의 성취목표지향성과 자기효능감이 전공적응 및 만족에 미치는 영향 (The effects of dental-hygiene students' goal achievement orientation on their self-efficacy and major adaptation and satisfaction)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this research is to examine the effects of the goal achievement orientation of the students in dental-hygiene practice classes on their self-efficacy and on their adaptation to and satisfaction with their major. Methods : A survey was conducted among the dental-hygiene students in schools located in the Daegu region on October 24-31, 2011. A total of 212 accomplished questionnaires were gathered as sources of final analytical data. Statistical analysis was conducted on the collected data, using the SPSS 19.0 program. Results : 1. The students who had good personal relationships(p=.000) and who chose their major and school based on their aptitude(p=.029) were found to have a higher degree of satisfaction than those who did not have good personal relationships and who did not choose their major and school based on their aptitude. 2. Self-confidence(p=.004), self-control efficacy(p=.000), mastery approach(p=.000), and performance approach(p=.003) were found to have positive correlations with major adaptation while task difficulty preference(p=.000) was found to have a negative correlation with the same. 3. Self-confidence(p=.004), self-control efficacy(p=.000), mastery approach(p=.000), and performance approach(p=.045) were also found to have a positive correlation with major satisfaction while task difficulty preference(p=.000) was found to have a negative correlation with the same. 4. Mastery approach(p=.000) in goal achievement orientation was found to have a positive effect on self-efficacy while mastery avoidance(p=.001) was found to have a negative effect on the same. Mastery avoidance showed the greatest effect on self-confidence(p=.000) while mastery approach showed the greatest effect on self-control efficacy(p=.000) and task difficulty preference(p=.000). 5. In goal achievement orientation, mastery approach(p=.000) was found to have a positive effect on major adaptation while mastery avoidance was found to have a negative effect on the same. Meanwhile, with regard to self-efficacy, self-control efficacy(p=.037) and task difficulty preference(p=.008) were found to have positive effects on major adaptation. 6. In the case of major satisfaction, mastery approach(p=.000) in goal achievement orientation was found to have a positive effect on it, and in self-efficacy, self-control efficacy(p=.038) and task difficulty preference(p=.002) were found to have positive effects on it. Conclusions : Accordingly, to raise the level of the dental-hygiene students' adaptation to and satisfaction with their major, the students should be given appropriate tasks so that they can raise their mastery goal, and they should be encouraged to raise their approach goal rather than their avoidance goal. In addition, the students should be provided assistance in setting self-expectations and in developing confidence in their capabilities.

프로세스 성숙도가 기업 R&D 프로젝트의 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Effect of Process Maturity on the Performance of Industrial R&D Projects)

  • The major objective of this paper is to empirically examine the effect of process maturity on the performance of industrial R&D projects. Process maturity, a fundamental concept of the Capability Maturity Model developed by Software Engineering Institute, represents the essential of Total Quality Management (TQM). Based on literature, our research model constructs process maturity in terms of structured process, goal setting and controlling, metrics, and process learning; and links it to the R&D performance that consists of technical, commercial and managerial successes. The model also includes firm size as a moderator of different effects that process maturity may have across firms. Measures for process maturity are based on the best practices identified in literature. Data are obtained from 77 successful R&D projects carried out by Korean manufacturing firms. Multiple regression and t-test are used to test proposed hypotheses. Findings are as follows. (1) In the R&D process, process maturity partially contributes to the performance of R&D projects. More specifically, goal setting and controlling-related practices drive both technical and commercial successes, while process learning-related practices drive commercial success. In contrast, traditionally emphasized elements such as structured process or metrics are found not to be significant. (2) The degree of process maturity is significantly higher in large firms. (3) Process maturity impacts on commercial success in the case of large firms, whereas it does on technical success in the case of small firms. The results imply that the TQM principles are partially associated with R&D performance, and the nature of benefit from high maturity could vary according to firm size.

일부 치위생과 학생들의 셀프리더십이 스트레스 대처방식에 미치는 영향 (Effect of self-leadership on stress coping in dental hygiene students)

  • Objectives : This study examined the stress-coping methods used by Dental Hygiene students according to their degree of self-leadership to provide basic data for students' self-leadership training programs. Methods : Dental Hygiene students in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do were surveyed to measure their self-leadership in six categories-self-expectation, rehearsal, goal-setting, self-compensation, self-criticism, and constructive thinking-sand, in four categories-sproblem-centered coping, social support coping, emotional coping, and wishful thinking coping-son a scale of 1 through 5. Results : The findings of the study were as follows: The overall average score of self-leadership was 3.34 and the scores for each subfactor were 3.82 for self-compensation, 3.57 for self-expectation, 3.44 for rehearsal, 3.42 for goal-setting, 3.30 for self-criticism, and 3.12 for constructive thinking. The overall average score of stress-coping was 3.29 out of 5 and the scores for active coping were 3.14 for problem-centered coping and 3.38 for social support coping and for passive coping were 3.69 for wishful thinking coping and 2.95 for emotional coping. Self-leadership showed significant difference in terms of satisfaction with major and motivation for application. The six sub-factors of self-leadership and problem-centered coping and wishful thinking coping, the sub-factors of stress-coping, had significant correlations. Self-compensation and constructive thinking were significant factors of self-leadership that affect stress-coping. Conclusions : Based on the above findings, it was found that Dental Hygiene students' self-leadership is related to the use of efficient stress-coping. Therefore, it would be necessary to develop and apply educational approaches to improve their self-leadership so they can efficiently cope with various stressors that they will face after finding jobs.

여대생의 취업을 향상시키기 위한 자기개발역량과 취업준비도의 구조적 분석 (Structural Analysis of Self-Development Competency and Employment Readiness to improve the Job Achievement of Women's University Students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 여대생의 취업준비와 밀접한 관련이 있는 자기개발역량과 취업준비도를 구조적으로 분석하여 그 영향관계를 파악하고, 취업준비도 향상을 위해 집중해야할 요인을 파악하여 궁극적으로 여대생의 취업이 잘 되도록 하는 것이다. 연구절차와 방법에서 자기개발역량과 취업준비도에 대한 변수를 상세화하고 연구모형을 생성하였으며, 변수간의 영향관계를 구조적으로 분석하는 과정에서 연구모형을 개선하였다. 본 연구의 결과로 취업준비도 향상에 가장 중요한 변수는 경력개발능력으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 기여도는 자아인식능력과 자기관리능력이 경력개발능력의 매개효과에 의해 취업준비도에 긍정적 영향을 가진다는 것을 밝혀낸 것이며, 특히 경력개발능력이 여대생의 취업준비도 향상에 결정적인 변수라는 것을 밝힌 것이다. 자기개발능력의 향상을 위한 새로운 교육정책의 입안은 여대생의 취업에 도움이 될 것으로 기대하며, 향후 연구에서 구체적인 교육 방안과 실행에 대한 사례분석이 본 연구를 기반으로 더욱 발전되어 나타나기를 기대한다.

민간 어린이집 교사가 지각하는 셀프리더십과 원장 리더십이 교사효능감에 미치는 영향 (The Influences of Teachers' Self-leadership and Principals' Leadership on Teachers' Efficacy)

  • 본 연구에서는 어린이집 교사효능감을 종속변인으로 하여 민간 어린이집 교사의 셀프리더십과 원장 리더십의 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 임의 선정한 민간 어린이집 36개소 보육교사 217명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 교사들은 원장 리더십에 대해 과업중심, 인화중심 리더십을 모두 높은 수준으로 지각하고 있는 것으로 나타났고 둘째, 원장리더십을 군집분석한 결과 인화형이 가장 많았고, 다음으로 과업형, 리더형, 부족형 순이었다. 교사의 셀프리더십 유형은 리더형이 가장 많았고 다음으로 제한형, 보상형, 과업형 순이었다. 셋째, 교사의 효능감에 교사 셀프리더십 그리고 원장 리더십이 미치는 영향을 알아본 결과 교사효능감중 일반적 효능감에는 원장 과업중심 리더십, 원장 인화중심 리더십이, 교사 셀프리더십은 자기비판, 자기설정목표, 자기관찰, 그리고 자기존중이 유의미하게 영향을 주었고, 개인적 효능감과 관련해서는 원장 인화중심 리더십, 교사셀프리더십 중 자기비판, 자기설정목표가 유의미하게 영향을 주었다.

The Effects of Social Support Perceived by Career-interrupted Women On Career Preparation Behavior: Focus on Mediating Effects of Career Decision Self-efficacy

  • 본 연구는 경력단절여성들의 인식을 바탕으로 진로에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 사회적 지지와 진로결정자기효능감이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향과 진로결정자기효능감의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 여성취업지원기관에서 직업훈련에 참여하고 있거나 구직등록을 한 경력단절여성 227명을 대상으로 자기보고식 설문조사법을 이용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경력단절여성들이 인식한 사회적 지지는 진로결정자기효능감과 진로준비행동에 유의미한 상관관계로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적 지지의 하위요인 중 정서적 지지가 진로준비행동에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 진로결정자기효능감의 하위요인 중 목표설정과 직업정보는 진로준비행동에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 사회적 지지와 진로준비행동의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감의 부분매개효과가 확인되었다. 본 연구결과는 경력단절여성들을 대상으로 진로지도 시 기술적인 측면보다 심리적 측면을 더 중요하게 다루어야 함을 시사해 준다.
