Veterinary education is the foundation of veterinary services in the country. Starting from the service sector in the army, veterinary education and practice in Thailand have been standardized and progressed toward international veterinary standards. The 6-year Doctor of Veterinary Medicine core curriculum is deployed to develop the curriculum for each Veterinary Education Establishment (VEE). The challenges for veterinary education and practices reflect the country's expectations of veterinary services. With regional and global collaboration, the VEEs have been developing tools and learning platforms for delivering qualified veterinary graduates that fit fast-growing society needs.

Currently, Korean real estate market has experienced cooling down of the business because of the global economic crisis which resulted from the subprime mortgage lending practice. In response, the Korean government has enforced various policies at the base of deregulating real estate speculation, such as increasing Loan to value ratio (LTV) in order to stimulate housing demand and supply. However, these policies seemed to result in deep confusion in the Korean housing market. Furthermore, analysis for housing market forecasting, especially international financial crisis on Korean real estate market, has been partial and fragmentary, therefore comprehensive solution and systematical approach is required to analyze the real estate and real estate financial market including causal nexus between market determining factors. In an integrated point of view, applying the system dynamics modeling, the paper aims at proposing Korean Real Estate and Mortgage market dynamics models based on fundamental principles of housing market determined by supply and demand. We also find the impact of deregulation policies focusing on mortgage loan which is the main factors of policies.

Art grows with the development of human civilization. Many art forms exist to connect the past and the future. Oil painting, a form of western painting, has flourished in China since its entry into China. In the continuous exploration of artistic language, Chinese artists have formed art forms with Chinese characteristics, permeated Chinese painting ideas and techniques, and formed specialized painting language. Through the oil painting works, the Chinese oriental aesthetic, national spirit, local customs and other times of humanistic features. As one of the many practitioners of oil painting in China, the author starts from the ego and continuously explores and studies in the practice of art. This paper mainly discusses the embodiment of Chinese oil painting modernity in the oriental art context and analyzes the spiritual temperament and painting materials, so as to expand the creative thinking of Chinese oil painting modernity in the oriental art context.

In 2021, a new chapter on the general management of glomerulonephritis (GN) was added to the Kidney Disease: Improving Global Outcomes (KDIGO). It emphasizes the importance of early general management of GN for improving long-term kidney outcomes and prognosis. The chapter introduces the management of glomerular diseases in 18 subchapters. Here, kidney biopsy for the diagnosis and evaluation of kidney function and the management of complications, such as hypertension, infection, and thrombosis, are presented. Moreover, the adverse effects of glucocorticoids and immunosuppressive therapy, which are commonly used drugs for glomerular disease, are mentioned, and a guideline for drug selection is presented. Each subtheme focused on items reflecting the interpretation of the "practice points" of the expert working group are introduced. In this review of the general treatment for GN in the KDIGO guidelines, excluding pregnancy and reproductive health, we focused on and compared various references pertaining to pediatric GN management.

It is of great practical significance to guide the development direction of rural characteristic industry, strengthen the value connotation of rural characteristic industry and stimulate the endogenous power of rural characteristic industry. At the same time, it is of great significance to promote the development of aesthetic education and broaden the path of aesthetic education.

Product-service systems (PSS), integrating physical products and services, currently play a crucial role in sustainable economies. In addition to the highly competitive global economy, the emergence of new digital paradigms is supporting the shift toward servitization. Although the great potential of such paradigms is recognized by both practice and research, their implications for PSS are not yet clear. In particular, features of Internet of Things (IoT), such as total connectedness and ubiquity of smart sensors and actuators, provide various new opportunities for PSS. This study explores such opportunities by conducting structured literature review and 13 interviews. We organize the findings in two folds: First, we introduce four degrees of IoT involvement in PSS business models and elaborate the opportunities that they create for different types of PSS. Second, we present the key technologies and approaches that IoT provides concerning PSS lifecycle management.

Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is associated with a higher incidence of biliary/vasculobiliary injuries than open cholecystectomy. Anatomical misperception is the most common underlying mechanism of such injuries. Although a number of strategies have been described to prevent these injuries, critical view of safety method of structural identification seems to be the most effective preventive measure. The critical view of safety can be achieved in the majority of cases during laparoscopic cholecystectomy. It is highly recommended by various guidelines. However, its poor understanding and low adoption rates among practicing surgeons have been global problems. Educational intervention and increasing awareness about the critical view of safety can increase its penetration in routine surgical practice. In this article, a technique of achieving critical view of safety during laparoscopic cholecystectomy is described with the aim to enhance its understanding among general surgery trainees and practicing general surgeons.

이 연구의 목적은 글로벌 해운항만물류에 있어 창조형 서비스산업으로서 금융특화와 금융지원을 통한 해양금융의 허브화와 해양물류 클러스터를 구축하여 국제경쟁력강화를 통한 국가경제발전에 이바지함에 있다. 효과적인 목적달성을 위해 이 연구는 통합적 접근법을 채택하여 효율적인 정책이행에 적용하였으며, 정책수행의 도구로서 창조형 해양금융발전 단계를 수립하여 정책이행시기의 가이드라인을 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 제1단계(조성과 성장정책): 2013~2016(창조형 해양금융산업집적지구축), 제2단계(육성/활성화정책): 2017~2019(창조형 해양금융산업클러스터구축), 제3단계(지속적 발전정책): 2020년 이후 장기과제(창조형 해양금융혁신클러스터구축). 세계해양금융의 경쟁력 열위에 있는 우리나라는 해양금융의 유동성확보를 위한 전략적 접근이 절실한 바, 근래 글로벌 금융위기 이후 실물거래를 수반하는 금융 거래의 새로운 대안으로 이슬람금융이 급부상하고 있다. 아울러 본 연구에서는 해양금융의 실무상 우리나라의 잠재형 슬랙을 창출하기 위해 이슬람금융권과의 컨소시엄의 구성을 초기단계에서의 보다 용이한 정책이행의 단초로 제안하고 있다.

20세기에 세계도시 개념이 전지구적으로 확산되었다면 21세기는 창조도시로 패러다임이 변하고 있다. 이에 각 도시들은 경쟁력을 갖추기 위해 경제 중심에서 경제와 문화가 결합된 창조적인 콘텐츠를 개발하기 위해 노력하고 있는 추세이다. 본 논문은 이러한 시대적 흐름에 부응한 남양주시의 책자 발간 사업을 크게 세 가지 관점에서 고찰하였다. 논의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 남양주시의 책자 발간 사업은 1단계로 시민의 참가를 유도하는 '향토 인문학 강좌'와 '문예공모전'을 추진하였다. 그러나 창조계층의 인프라가 협소하고 홍보가 부족하여 기대한 결과를 얻지 못하였다. 둘째, 시민의 참획을 유도하기 위해 2단계로 취재원 교육을 실시하였다. 시민은 책자 발간의 주역이기 때문에 취재와 관한 이론과 연습은 필수 요소이기 때문이다. 셋째, 기획위원회는 3단계로 시민 발간 위원회를 조직하여 분과별로 활동하게 하였다. 그 결과 시민들은 창조도시를 만들기 위한 인프라를 구축하였으며 남양주시의 명인 명품 명소 책자 발간을 주도할 수 있었다. 앞으로의 과제는 관과 시민이 협력하여 문화콘텐츠 사업을 실천하는 것이다.

본 연구는 대학교육의 책무를 지닌 교원들의 교수역량도구를 개발하고 변화 필요도를 분석한 것이다. 대학 환경 변화에 따른 대학 교원의 책무 수행과 대학내외 공동체 활동에 필요한 역량을 강화하기 위한 교수역량을 도출하였고, 24명의 교수학습 전문가로부터 내용타당도를 검토받아 교수역량도구를 개발하였다. 개발된 도구는 충청남도에 소재한 K대학의 교원 83명을 대상으로 진단을 실시하고, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석을 통해 기초역량, 교육실천역량, 공동체역량을 도출하였다. 기초역량에는 '대학교육의 이해', '교육철학과 자세', '교수자 태도', 교육실천역량에는 '분석설계', '수업실행', '지도관리', '평가환류', 공동체역량에는 '창조적 학문융합', '공감학습문화', '글로벌 공유'로 분류하였다. K대학 교원들의 교수역량을 진단한 후, 대응표본 t-검정과 Borich 계수 분석을 통한 변화필요도를 살펴본 결과 기초역량에서는 대학교육의 이해(4순위), 교육실천역량에서는 분석설계(5순위), 수업실행(2순위), 공동체역량에서는 공감학습문화(1순위), 글로벌 공유(3순위)로 나타났다. 대학 교원의 역량은 잘 가르치기 위한 교육실천의 역량뿐 아니라 대학교육에 대한 이해와 대학내외 공동체 구성원과의 공감과 공유의 역량이 필요하다. 대학에서는 앞으로 교수들의 역량 강화를 위한 지속적인 지원 프로그램을 적극적으로 개발, 제공해야 할 것이다.
