빅데이터 분석은 데이터의 양, 처리속도, 다양성 측면에서 데이터 마이닝과 달리 문제해결과 의사결정을 위해서는 새로운 도구를 필요로 한다. 많은 글로벌 IT기업들은 사용하기 쉽고 기능성이 우수한 모델링 능력을 가진 다양한 빅데이터 제품을 출시하고 있다. 빅데이터 패키지는 분석도구, 인프라, 플랫폼 형태로 하드웨어와 소프트웨어를 포함한 솔루션이다. 빅데이터의 수집, 저장, 분석, 시각화가 가능한 제품이다. 빅데이터 패키지는 업체별로 제품 종류가 많고 복잡한 기능을 가질 뿐만 아니라 선정에 있어서 전문 지식을 필요로 하며 일반적인 소프트웨어 패키지보다 그 중요성이 높기 때문에 의사결정 방법의 개발이 요구된다. 본 연구는 빅데이터 패키지 도입을 위한 의사결정지원방법을 제안하는 것이 목표이다. 문헌적 고찰을 통하여 빅데이터 패키지의 특징과 기능을 비교하고, 선정기준을 제안한다. 패키지 도입 타당성을 평가하기 위하여 비용과 혜택 각각을 목표노드로 하는 AHP 모델 및 선정기준을 목표노드로 하는 AHP 모델을 제안하고 이들을 결합하여 최적의 패키지를 선정하는 과정을 보인다.

Since Chrysler Motor Co. had experienced the digital development system in the beginning of 1990's, most of leading automobile companies are trying to apply a digital information system for their own business process reengineering based upon concurrent engineering system from product planning phase. This is called as virtual DMU(Digital Mock-Up) system instead of the traditional PMU(Physical Mock-Up) system. By using the virtual prototype, all of the design requirements and system specifications can be checked, changed and optimized more quickly and more efficiently. This paper consists of five chapters for the DMU information system. In the 1$^{st}$ chapter, the principle of digital design system is suggested by using four basic modules such as product design module, process design module, manufacturing system design module and central control module. The basic scheme of DMU is introduced with the benefits of application in the chapter 2. In the chapter 3, a digital design process of new car development is explained with the detailed DMU design and design review processes. In the chapter 4, the practical DMU manufacturing techniques and applications are introduced as CAD/CAM analyses, DPA(Digital Pre-Assembly)reviews for development, production, operation and maintenance phases, digital tolerance analyses and digital factory analyses for assembling line simulation, automated robot welding processes, production jig ＆ fixtures and painting process simulation. Finally, the activities of digital design support; CAS-styling, CAE-engineering and CAT-testing are summarized for design optimization in the chapter 5. As today's automobile manufactures and related business organizations are struggling to compete in the global marketplace, they are concentrating on efficient use of DMU information system to reduce the new car development cost, to have shorten the delivery schedule and to improve product design quality. To meet the demand of those automobile industries on digital information systems, the CALS(Computer aided Acquisition and Logistics Support) and EC(Electronic Commerce)initiative has been focused as a dominant philosophy in defense ＆ commercial industries, specially automobile industries.s.

선박의 대형화와 더불어 증가하는 컨테이너 물동량을 처리하기 위해 부산항은 글로벌 인프라를 조성, 신설 부두 추진, 항만의 개발 등 다양한 시각으로 노력하고 있다. 부산항이 향후 대형 선박 접안에 대비하여 인프라를 갖출 수 있다면 20,000TEU 이상 선박의 작업도 가능할 것이며, Megamax 시대의 중심 항만으로 성장할 수 있을 것이다. 하지만, 대형 선박 접안시 많은 선석과 장비, 작업시간이 필요하기 때문에 선박의 체선문제가 발생할 수 밖에 없다. 이에 따라, 본 연구에서는 시뮬레이션을 통해 대형선박 접안이 컨테이너 터미널 체선에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다.

글로벌 물류에 있어 핵심 중의 하나인 화물 컨테이너의 위치와 봉인 여부 등의 상태 정보를 항만, 야적장, 선박 등의 적치 환경에서 실시간으로 전달하기 위해서는 우선 Ad-Hoc 네트워크 통신 기술이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 금속 재질로 된 음영 환경 등의 제약사향을 가지고 컨테이너의 잦은 이동이 이루어지는 항만이나 야적장에 적합한 컨테이너 네트워크의 라우팅 프로토콜을 제안한다. 각각의 정보가 싱크 노드로 신뢰성 있게 전달되면서도 잦은 가입/이탈에 대응할 수 있는 간단한 메시 네트워크 알고리즘을 적용하였다. 경유노드가 문제가 생기자마자 대체 경로를 제공하고 주변 노드에게 알림으로써 즉각적인 최적경로를 유지한다 대체 경로 제공 기능을 가진 대표적 무선 Ad-Hoc 라우팅 프로토콜인 AODV와 시뮬레이션을 통한 성능을 비교하였다. 비교 결과, 제안한 라우팅 프로토콜이 가입/이탈이 빈번하고 링크 품질이 자주 변하는 환경에서 더 나은 성능을 가졌음을 확인하였다.

기후온난화 현상이 전 세계적으로 이슈화 되고 있으며 이에 관한 협정 및 비준이 행하여지고 있다. 우리 나라의 경우 포스트 교토의정서가 발효되는 2013년부터 의무감축 대상국에 포함될 것으로 확실시 되고 있다. 이에 따라 산업 전반에 걸친 기후변화협약 종합대책을 마련해야 하고 산업별로 대응방안 및 전략을 수립하여야 한다. 특히 항만, 해운 및 항공에 대한 부분에 $CO_2$ 저감이 이슈화되고 있으며 각국들은 대응정책을 수립하였다. 하지만 우리나라에서는 이런 부분에 대한 대응정책이 수립되지 않고 있다. 또한 국내에서의 화물 운송에 따른 $CO_2$ 배출 통계도 구축되어 있지 않다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 항만에서 목적지까지 이동하는 화물의 이송경로 및 이송 장비에 따른 $CO_2$ 배출량을 추정하고자 한다.

Purpose - Although remittance payment in international trade settlements has played a bigger role in recent years, scant research is being done. This study is to zero in on analyzing determinants of international trade payments focused on remittance by constructing a payment prediction model. Design/methodology - This study categorizes the types of trade payments into advance remittance, post remittance, linked remittance, letter of credit, and mixed payment, and analyzes these after constructing a logit model. For empirical analysis, 147 survey data were collected for export manufacturers in Korea, and binominal logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the type of payment method the exporter chooses for trade transactions. Findings - The likelihood of choosing advance remittance increased as the exporters had non-recovery experiences with payments, and decreased as the market power of importers increased. The possibility of post remittance increased when the export amount was large and the character of the buyer was reliable. In the case of linked remittance, it was highly likely to be selected when payment efficiency was important in trade settlement. In addition, when competition among companies in the global market is intense and market uncertainty is high, the possibility of using a letter of credit decreases. It was also found that the greater the export amount, the greater the possibility of choosing advance remittance, and even if the transaction period was longer, exporters using a letter of credit continued to use it. Originality/value - Despite the high proportion of remittances in international trade settlements, it has been hard to find studies that reflect the practical characteristics of remittances. This study classified the types of remittance into advance remittance, post remittance, and linked remittance, and built a trade payment prediction model by adding a letter of credit and mixed payment. In addition, the originality of this study is recognized in that a logistic model was constructed and meaningful results were derived.

2008년 금융위기 이후 국내 조선기자재 기업은 국내 조선3사의 수주량 급감에 따른 물량 확보가 어려워지면서 기업의 생존에 직면하게 되었고, 이에 기자재 기업에서는 제품 다각화와 해외 시장 진출이 중요한 목표가 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 전문가 델파이 조사 및 SWOT 분석을 바탕으로 기자재 기업의 성장 단계별 해외 진출 중요 요소를 분석하고 이를 이용하여 체계적이고 효율적인 온.오프 라인 해외 마케팅 전략을 제시하고자 한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 기자재 기업의 전통적인 오프라인 마테팅 전략인 수출상담회/전시회 활용과 온라인을 활용한 마케팅을 함께 제시함으로써 체계적이고 효율적인 해외 시장 진출이 가능하며, 아울러 온.오프 라인 통합 플랫폼 구축이 필요함을 시사하고 있다.

9.11 테러 이후 미국을 비롯한 선진국들의 해운물류 안전 보안체계가 크게 강화되었다. 해운물류의 검색에는 강력한 방사선을 투과하여 컨테이너의 내부를 확인하는 컨테이너 검색기 시스템을 주로 사용하는데, 국내에서는 전량 도입품을 적용하여 운용 중이며 국산화 개발에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 컨테이너 검색기 시스템의 핵심 구성요소인 X-Ray 어레이 검출 모듈 신호처리 시스템을 개발하여 제안한다. 아날로그 및 디지털 신호처리부를 통합형 하드웨어로 제작하였으며, X-선 데이터의 실시간 수집과 분석을 위해 FPGA 로직과 소프트웨어를 구현하여 시험하였다. 구현된 시스템은 기존 항만에서 사용되는 도입품 대비 해상도와 소비전력 면에서 우세하다.

In March 2020, the National Assembly revised the Framework Act on Cooperatives, allowing a federation of heterogeneous cooperatives, and in October 2020, the Daegu Gyeongbuk Federation of Local Food Cooperatives was launched as the first federation of heterogeneous cooperatives in the country. The local food movement, which has been promoted upward in the local community as an alternative to the existing global food system, seems to be being activated by the government's food plan policy, but critics say that the government's policy goals are not fully achieved due to the top-down policy promotion and lack of communication. In response, this study first examines the role and significance of the local food federation of heterogeneous cooperatives in solving the problems raised in the process of establishing a food plan. In addition, the current status of the federation was investigated for the successful settlement and development of the Daegu Gyeongbuk Federation of Local Food Cooperatives. A survey of affiliated cooperatives, focus group interviews with managers and experts and related literature surveys were conducted. Based on this, the direction of activities was presented, such as the role of an intermediary in Daegu and Gyeongbuk and the role of an intermediary in the public and private sectors etc. In addition, six joint project tasks were specifically presented, including an integrated information sharing system & a logistics network, a planned production system & a joint processing center, an online sales system & a co-marketing promotion, a joint education system, a management of direct stores & restaurants, a sustainable public-private cooperation system etc.

항공 테러는 역사적으로 다양한 형태의 공격 방법으로 민간항공의 취약한 부분을 공격해왔다. 최근 테러 수법은 승객과 별개의 전용 통로 사용, 개인물품 운반, 민감한 정보 접근 등의 권한을 가진 항공업계 종사자로 인한 것으로 보안 위협이 높아지고 있다. 또한, 전 세계적으로 인터넷과 소셜 미디어 등을 통한 급진화 현상으로 인한 내부자 위협은 더욱 고조되고 있는 실정이다. 대한민국 정부는 해외에서 발생한 내부자 보안 사례와 국제민간항공기구 및 미국, 영국 등에서 수립, 권고한 지침 등을 참고하여 항공보안의 불법방해행위에 직간접적으로 악용될 수 있는 내부자 위협에 대해 보안 규정을 사전에 수립하여 대처하여야 한다.
