요양병원 입원환자의 요양시설 이동의사에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting of Long Term Care Hospital Patient's Intention of Transfer to a Nursing Home)

  • Purpose: To examine factors affecting long-term care hospital patients' intention of transfer to a nursing home. Method: A questionnaire survey was conducted in Aug. 2007 that included 655 patients from 49 long-term care hospitals. The survey aimed to assess the patients' health status, family status, cost and intention of transfer to a nursing home. Institutional characteristics were analyzed from the nationwide database of Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service. The affecting factors were examined by employing chi-square test and logistic regression using SAS 8.2. Result: Of the subjects, 32.4% had intention of transfer to a nursing home. The intention of transfer to a nursing home was affected by moderate or severe pain, living together with the primary carer, high cost uncovered by insurance, and recognition of nursing home. Conclusion; For appropriate service utilization. a higher level of care is needed to satisfy patients at nursing homes and a balanced fee schedule is needed between long term care hospitals and nursing homes. It is desirable to encourage transfer to a nursing home at which nurses support patients and their families by giving information, coordination, and to make efforts to establish a reference system.

전시서비스 속성이 고객만족 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Exhibition Service Attributes on Customer's Satisfaction and Behavior Intention)

  • 본 연구는 전시회를 참관하는 참관객의 전시서비스 속성이 고객만족, 재참관의사, 추천의사에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성항기 위해 2007 서울 모터쇼를 관람하기 위해 KINTEX를 방문한 참관객을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과는 첫째, 정보서비스는 고객만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 편의서비스는 고객만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 홍보서비스는 고객만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 고객만족은 재참관의사, 추천의사에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 전시산업의 마케팅 전략 수립을 하는데 유용한 할 것으로 여겨진다.

Distribution of Brand Love on Customers' Behavioral Intention: Cases of Five-star Hotels

  • Purpose: The study focuses on the distribution of brand love on customers' behavioral intention at five-star hotels in Vietnam. Furthermore, the study also assesses the role of mediating variables and moderating variable involved in the research model. Research design, data and methodology This research surveys 458 customers using the services of five-star hotels in Vietnam through questionnaires on online platforms. Data cleaning and data analysis using SPSS 25.0 software combined with Smart-PLS 3.0 software were used in the research to evaluate the measurement model and structural model. Results: From the results of the structural model evaluation, it shows the positive distribution of brand love on customers' behavioral intentions towards five-star hotels in Vietnam. The mediating roles of brand engagement, brand equity, customer motivation, and the participation of the moderating variable, customer expectations, are determined by this research model. Conclusions: Based on the study results, the distribution of brand love positively affects customers' behavioral intention at five-star hotels in Vietnam, giving recommendations that have a positive impact on customer behavioral intention. In addition, the study shows the role of mediating variables as well as exploring the moderator's (customer expectations) in the distribution of relationships between customer motivation and customer behavioral intention.

SNS 선물하기에서 친교욕구의 형성 및 그 영향력 연구 (A Study on the Formation and Impact of Online Friendship Desire in SNS Gifting)

  • From old times, companies have created profits by developing business models utilizing their friendship with customers, so the relationships can be connected to the activity giving a gift. This activity of giving a gift is developed as the service of giving gifts via social network services (SNS) as the use of SNS and smart phones is recently increased in relation to that, this study set the online friendship desire and the SNS gift convenience as the intrinsic motive and the extrinsic motive of the SNS gift behavior, respectively. This study identified how the interactivity's sub factors influenced on the online friendship desire/SNS gift convenience by reorganizing the interactivity's sub factors in the mobile context. As the results of this study, it was found that the connectedness, the synchronicity and playfulness positively influenced on the online friendship desire for the SNS gift convenience, the only connectedness positively influenced on it. And it was identified that the SNS gift convenience and the online friendship desire positively influenced on the SNS gift intention. This study is academically meaningful in that it conducted an empirical research by focusing on the friendship desire in relation to the SNS gift. Besides, through the results of this study, the online friendship desire and the SNS gift convenience will have to be considered as providing any SNS gift service, and that is expected to create knowledge for SNS business model to companies.

간호사의 병원근무환경과 상사와의 신뢰도가 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Nurses' Working Environment and Reliability with Superiors on Turnover Intention)

  • 본 연구는 간호사의 병원근무환경과 상사와의 신뢰도를 파악하고 그에 따른 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 대상자는 B시에 소재한 5개의 병원에 재직 중인 간호사 122명으로 설문지를 통해 자료를 수집하였고, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램으로 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 병원근무환경과 이직의도(r=.534, p<.001)는 정적인 상관관계가 있었고, 병원근무환경과 상사와의 신뢰도(r=-.232, p=.010) 및 상사와의 신뢰도와 이직의도(r=-.314, p<.001)는 부적인 상관관계가 있었다. 간호사의 이직의도에 영향을 주는 요인은 병원근무환경(${\beta}=.505$, p<.001), 상사와의 신뢰도(${\beta}=-.229$, p=.003), 직위(${\beta}=-.213$, p=.011)로 나타났다. 따라서 간호사의 이직의도를 줄이기 위해서 병원근무환경을 개선하고, 상사와의 신뢰 형성과 향상을 위한 전략적 프로그램 마련이 필요하다.

  • This study address the variables affecting customer satisfaction and purchase intention of discount stores and outlets, based on service quality affecting on customer satisfaction and purchase intention, aiming to help provide a service quality affecting on customer's interest, satisfaction and revisit around discount stores and outlets. Today, consumer needs are diversified, continually changing and differentiated. Under the market conditions of unlimited competition to satisfy those needs, businesses focus on relationship-building with customers, as well as on quality of Services. The present age, an age of knowledge economy, with blessed three changes: 'information', 'globalization', and 'service enablement'. The most noteworthy fact is that along with the development of technology and increase of income, the phenomenon of soft and service enablement of economy giving a great deal of weight on service has been progressively spread throughout the whole process of development, sales, consumption, and employment geared with development of technology and gains in earnings.

Financial Sustainability of Nonprofit Organizations: Determinants of Fundraising Campaigns on Donation Intention

  • Purpose: As nonprofit organizations have made strides in international development, ensuring financial resources has become pivotal to determine what nonprofits strive for and how they perform with the budget generated without efforts for profit-making. The purpose of this research aims to investigate the determinants of donation intention that are affected by television fundraising campaigns in order to improve financial sustainability. This study applied the effects of emotional sympathy, economic value, accountability, relevance, and sustainability on donation intention. Research design, data, and methodology: This study collected data via an online survey by classifying respondents based on donation experiences and applied statistical analyses such as factor analysis, regression, and ANOVA. This study selected television fundraising campaigns aligned with criteria of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Results: The results of this study showed that emotional sympathy was a dominant variable regardless of previous donation experiences, while economic value was significant for inexperienced donors. Conclusions: The results provide implications to nonprofit organizations for fundraising as to what aspects need to be addressed in order to draw donors' motivation for giving behavior. Given efforts for successful implementation of development agenda, it is fundamental to establish financial sustainability of nonprofit organizations and build up public awareness.

예비치매 부양자의 재가서비스 이용에 관한 연구 -치매특별등급(5등급) 중심으로 (A Study on the Intention to Use Community Care Service by Pre-Caregivers Based on Dementia Under the Long-Term Care Insurance System for the Aged -Special dementia rating (5 rates) in the focus)

  • Purpose. The purpose of this study was to provide basic data regarding the intention to use community care service based on special grading for dementia in the South Korean Society. Methods. A survey was conducted using a questionnaire adapted on the basis of literature review regarding the first to fourth grade under the long-term care insurance system for the aged from May 1 to 30, 2015 and a total of 272 questionnaires were statistically processed using SPSS 21.0. Frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, and cross-tabulation analysis were performed. The non-parametric type of test, ${\chi}^2$ test, was used for statistical testing. Results. This study obtained the following results: First, caregivers had greater intention to ask recipients to use daytime and nighttime care service. Second, there were statistically significant differences in caregivers' education, occupation, monthly average income, co-residence status, intimacy, and care-giving burden (emotional, financial, and social) and recipients' activities of daily living, instrumental activities of daily living, mental health status, dementia status, and intention to use community care service based on special grading for dementia. Conclusions. There are very few statistical data and academic materials regarding special grading for dementia, which has recently been established. The results of this study are therefore expected to help make a systematic analysis of the intention to use community care service by caregivers based on special grading for dementia.

여자청소년 자녀를 둔 어머니의 자녀 HPV 백신 접종여부 및 접종의도에 영향을 미치는 요인: HPV 백신 지식, 성 의사소통 정도 중심으로 (Factors Influencing Practice and Intention of HPV Vaccination among Adolescent Daughter's Mothers: Focusing on HPV Knowledge and Sex-related Communication)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that influence the practices and the intentions of human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination among adolescent daughters' mothers. The focus is on the mothers' HPV knowledge and sex-related communication with their daughters. Methods: The participants were 298 mothers with middle or high school student daughters. Participants were conveniently selected from a mothers' association and churches in Seoul, Cheonan and Asan city. Information on their demographics, HPV vaccination-related knowledge, sex-related communication, and intention of receiving HPV vaccination were obtained through questionnaires. The results were analyzed using descriptive statistics, the $x^2$ test and logistic regression with SPSS for Windows 21.0 software. Results: The rate of HPV vaccination, the awareness of the HPV vaccine and the rate of giving correct answers to HPV knowledge questions were 13.1%. 84.6%, and 36.3%, respectively. The factors that influenced HPV vaccination most were their family history of cervical cancer, educational backgrounds and awareness of the HPV vaccine. The intention to receive HPV vaccination was mainly influenced by HPV knowledge. However, sex-related communication did not affect the mothers' intention of obtaining HPV vaccination. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that strategies to educate mothers with adolescent daughters on HPV are necessary. In addition, this study strongly recommends further studies be planned to examine sex-related communication between mothers and daughters.

클라우드 오피스 이용 활성화 : DeLone and McLean 정보시스템 성공모형의 적용 (A Study on the Use Activation of the Cloud Office with Focus on DeLone and McLean IS Success Model)

  • Recently, Most of the companies and government offices are under consideration about the adoption of cloud office service to actualize the smart work policies. Comparing with traditional office software, a cloud office service have the advantage of the method of payment and coming over the physical limitations. Many cloud office service users tend to adopt an official evaluated the service without doubt. However after deciding to adopt cloud office service, many users are faced with a variety of problems and difficulties practically. In this study, researchers carried out interview about those problems and difficulties after adopting a cloud office service. Consequently, there are several problems and difficulties such as compatibility, document security, document lost and maladjusted to the new graphic user interface between traditional office software and a cloud office service. A cloud office service have still several advantages not only a competitive price but also ubiquitous attributes. Thus, researchers need to study about what kinds of reason variables can solve those problems and difficulties. In existing research, DeLone & McLean have suggested information system success model. They use three independent variables which are system quality, information quality, service quality. Parameters are user satisfaction, intention to use and use. Lastly, dependent variables are net benefits. However in this study, we need to change the scope of measurement. In other words, we have to replace parameters with dependent variables. Simply, user satisfaction, intention to use and use is going to be dependent variables. There are several reasons why we need changing variables. First, we aim at giving a some suggestions to a cloud service providers which independent variables do not work to satisfy for the users. Second, we need to find out how to maximize cloud office service user's satisfaction and intention to use. Third, we should firstly know that relationship between independent variables and dependent variables. Finally, those research results give for the cloud office service provider to solve the cloud office service adopting problems and difficulties.
