When Open Source Projects are processed by multiple developers, the Version Control Systems, which control the different versions of the same file being used, is a very useful tool. On the other hand, because most of conventional VCS(SVN, Git, etc.) mainly control the history of the modifications of the source codes or documents, there is an inconvenience that each developer should modify the development environment whenever the development environment is modified. To overcome this inconvenience, this paper suggests a scheme of VC for OSP. The basic concept of the suggested scheme is that an image, including the development environment and controls, is created as a new version using the Docker, virtualization tool of the container method. To review the functional appropriateness of the suggested scheme, after establishing the Docker on the hosts that use the different OS( Ubuntu12.0.4, CentOS7), this study tested a VC that could control the different versions including the history of modifications of the development environment and evaluated them by a comparison with the conventional VCS. The results show that the suggested scheme is a convenient scheme of VC for the OSP.

Background: The celiac plexus and splanchnic nerves are targets for neurolytic blocks for pain relief from pain caused by upper gastrointestinal tumors. Therefore, we investigated the analgesic effect of a celiac plexus block versus a splanchnic nerve block and the effects of these blocks on the quality of life six months post-intervention for patients with upper GIT tumors. Methods: Seventy-nine patients with inoperable upper GIT tumors and with severe uncontrolled visceral pain were randomized into two groups. These were Group I, for whom a celiac plexus block was used with a bilateral needle retrocrural technique, and Group II, for whom a splanchnic nerve block with a bilateral needle technique was used. The visual analogue scale for pain (0 to 100), the quality of life via the QLQ-C30 questionnaire, and survival rates were assessed. Results: Pain scores were comparable in both groups in the first week after the block. Significantly more patients retained good analgesia with tramadol in the splanchnic group from 16 weeks onwards (P = 0.005, 0.001, 0.005, 0.001, 0.01). Social and cognitive scales improved significantly from the second week onwards in the splanchnic group. Survival of both groups was comparable. Conclusions: The results of this study demonstrate that the efficacy of the splanchnic nerve block technique appears to be clinically comparable to a celiac block. All statistically significant differences are of little clinical value.

Meltdown and Spectre are vulnerabilities that exploit out-of-order execution and speculative execution techniques to read memory regions that are not accessible with user privileges. OS patches were released to prevent this attack, but older systems without appropriate patches are still vulnerable. Currently, there are some research to detect Meltdown and Spectre attacks, but most of them proposed dynamic analysis methods. Therefore, this paper proposes a binary signature that can be used to detect Meltdown and Spectre malware without executing them. For this, we collected 13 malicious codes from GitHub and performed binary pattern analysis. Based on this, we proposed a static detection method for Meltdown and Spectre malware. Our results showed that the method identified all the 19 attack files with 0.94% false positive rate when applied to 2,317 normal files.
This study used a virtual wearing system equipped with body shape data with a 3D scanner, based on a female basic bodice, to develop a modified Hanbok Jeogori with high fitness capabilities to provide basic data for the development of the modified Hanbok Jeogori pattern for the academic and industrial fields. In this study, the representative modified Hanbok design which most frequently appeared in broadcasting ads and on line was selected. The wearing test was conducted by six professionals, and three times wearing tests were implemented based on 17 evaluation items. The data for this study was processed statistically using SAS 9.0. We conducted, the F-test for significance verification, the Duncan-test for a post test, and a correlation analysis of Cronbach's alpha coefficient for a reliability test of dressing test results were implemented for each of the three tests. The pattern of the developed modified Hanbok Jeogori overcame the defects of the short length of the conventional modified hanbok, and could fix the length issue. The developed Hanbok pattern solved the overlapping problem of the shoulder, back neck point-sleeve length(Whajang), and armhole, displayed in a straight line from the Godae point of the previous modified Hanbok; it suggested the position of the Seop and neck line in the basic bodice. Based on this, the Seop width, Git form, Goreum and the width, length, and position of the string whose dimensions can differ in accordance with the trend can be applied in various forms.

Postoperative ileus (POI), a symptom that occurs after abdominal surgery, reduces gastrointestinal motility. Although its mechanism is unclear, POI symptoms are known to be caused by inflammation 6 to 72 h after surgery. As proton pump inhibitors exhibit protective effect against acute inflammation, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ilaprazole on a POI rat model. POI was induced in rats by abdominal surgery. Rats were divided into six groups: control: normal rat + 0.5% CMC-Na, vehicle: POI rat + 0.5% CMC-Na, mosapride: POI rat + mosapride 2 mg/kg, ilaprazole 1 mg/kg: POI rat + ilaprazole 1 mg/kg, ilaprazole 3 mg/kg: POI rat + ilaprazole 3 mg/kg, and ilaprazole 10 mg/kg: POI rat + ilaprazole 10 mg/kg. Gastrointestinal motility was confirmed by measuring gastric emptying (GE) and gastrointestinal transit (GIT). In the small intestine, inflammation was confirmed by measuring TNF-α and IL-1β; oxidative stress was confirmed by SOD, GSH, and MDA levels; and histological changes were observed by H&E staining. Based on the findings, GE and GIT were decreased in the vehicle group and improved in the ilaprazole 10 mg/kg group. In the ilaprazole 10 mg/kg group, TNF-α and IL-1β levels were decreased, SOD and GSH levels were increased, and MDA levels were decreased. Histological damage was also reduced in the ilaprazole-treated groups. These findings suggest that ilaprazole prevents the decrease in gastrointestinal motility, a major symptom of postoperative ileus, and reduces inflammation and oxidative stress.
In this study, we aimed to develop a Python-based outer-ring galaxy analysis algorithm according to the data science process. We assumed that the potential users are citizen scientists, including students and teachers. In the actual classification studies using real data of galaxies, a specialized software called IRAF is used, thereby limiting the general public's access to the software. Therefore, an image analysis algorithm was developed for the outer-ring galaxies as targets, which were compared with those of the previous research. The results of this study were compared with those of studies conducted using IRAF to verify the performance of the newly developed image analysis algorithm. Among the 69 outer-ring galaxies in the first test, 50 cases (72.5%) showed high agreement with the previous research. The remaining 19 cases (27.5%) showed differences that were caused by the presence of bright stars overlapped in the line of sight or weak brightness in the inner galaxy. To increase the usability of the finished product that has undergone a supplementary process, all used data, algorithms, Python code files, and user manuals were loaded in GitHub and made available as shared educational materials.

This paper analyzes the attack method of pastejacking and proposes a clip toaster that can effectively defend it. When programming, developers often copy and paste code from GitHub, Stack Overflow, or blogs. Pastejacking is an attack that injects malicious data into the clipboard when a user copies code posted on the web, resulting in security threats by executing malicious commands that the user does not intend or by inserting dangerous code snippets into the software. In this paper, we propose clip toaster to visualize and alertusers of threats to defend pastejacking that threatens the security of the developer's terminal and program code. Clip Toaster can visualize security threat notifications and effectively detect and respond to attacks without interfering with user actions.

Recently, the abnormal weather events and crop damages occurred frequently likely due to climate change. The importance of meteorological data in agricultural research is increasing. Researchers can download weather observation data by accessing the websites provided by the KMA (Korea Meteorological Administration) and the RDA (Rural Development Administration). However, there is a disadvantage that multiple inquiry work is required when a large amount of meteorological data needs to be received. It is inefficient for each researcher to store and manage the data needed for research on an independent local computer in order to avoid this work. In addition, even if all the data were downloaded, additional work is required to find and open several files for research. In this study, data collected by the KMA and RDA were uploaded to GitHub, a remote storage service, and a package was created that allows easy access to weather data using Python. Through this, we propose a method to increase the accessibility and usability of meteorological data for agricultural personnel by adopting a method that allows anyone to take data without an additional authentication process.

[Purpose] In this study, we examined the in vitro antioxidant activities and laxative effects of taurine-xylose (T-X), a synthetic taurine-carbohydrate derivative, in a rat model of constipation induced by loperamide. [Methods] The animals were divided into four treatment groups: normal untreated rats (NOR group), loperamide-treated control rats (CON group), loperamide and taurine-xylose (15 mg/kg)-treated rats (T-X group), and loperamide and commercial Dulcolax S (5.5 mg/kg)-treated rats (DS group). [Results] In the present study, T-X exhibited potent reducing power and free radical scavenging activities for DPPH (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl) and ABTS+ (2,2'-azino-bis (3-ethylbenzothiazoline 6-sulfonic acid ammonium salt) radicals. The laxative effects of T-X were dependent on food, body weight, fecal properties, gastrointestinal transit (GIT) ratio, and serum metabolic parameters. In the T-X group, the number, wet weight, and water content of fecal pellets were noticeably increased compared to those in the loperamide-induced group. T-X treatment significantly increased the activities of hepatic antioxidant enzymes, including those of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), superoxide dismutase (SOD), and catalase (CAT), relative to those in loperamide-induced constipated rats. Furthermore, the GIT ratio and loperamide-induced metabolic parameters in serum, including gastrin (GAS), motilin (MTL), and somatostatin (SS) levels, were significantly improved by T-X treatment. [Conclusion] These results suggest that taurine-xylose exerts antioxidant activities and laxative effects on loperamide-induced constipation by promoting gastrointestinal motility.

Since the World Health Organization (WHO) has declared COVID-19 as pandemic, many researchers have started working on developing vaccine and developing AI systems to detect COVID-19 patient using Chest X-ray images. The purpose of this work is to improve the performance of pre-trained Deep convolution neural nets (DCNNs) on Chest X-ray images dataset specially COVID-19 which is developed by collecting from different sources such as GitHub, Kaggle. To improve the performance of Deep CNNs, data augmentation is used in this study. The COVID-19 dataset collected from GitHub was containing 257 images while the other two classes normal and pneumonia were having more than 500 images each class. There were two issues whike training DCNN model on this dataset, one is unbalanced and second is the data is very less. In order to handle these both issues, we performed data augmentation such as rotation, flipping to increase and balance the dataset. After data augmentation each class contains 510 images. Results show that augmentation on Chest X-ray images helps in improving accuracy. The accuracy before and after augmentation produced by our proposed architecture is 96.8% and 98.4% respectively.
