  • 이 논문은 GeoSemantic Web을 위한 공간정보 태깅 및 검색 프레임워크를 제안한다. 웹상의 문서들은 다양한 공간정보를 포함하고 있으며, 이러한 텍스트 공간정보를 실제 공간정보로 변환하여 태깅함으로서 공간정보시스템을 웹의 영역까지 확장할 수 있다. 즉, 기존의 GIS와 결합하여 자신과 가까운 문서의 정보를 검색 또는 관심주제의 문서내 위치 등을 확인하는데 사용할 수 있으며, 이 공간정보를 이용하여 Semantic Web의 지식 링크와 연결하기 위한 기본 시스템으로 이용될 수 있다.

Application of GeoJSON to Geo-spatial Web Service (지공간정보 웹 서비스에서 GeoJSON 적용)

  • Web on Web 2.0 paradigm is regarded as a kind of platform. Accordingly, users on web can use almost same applications like using certain applications on personal computer, to given purposes. For Web as platform, it needs web-based or web-recognizable file format to communicate or to exchange various information contents and data among applied applications. Text-based JSON is a practical format directly linked Javascript on Web, so that XML-typed data, being previously built, can be possible for tagging process containing JSON format. However, GeoJSON handling geo-spatial data sets is now fledgling stage in standards. Thus, it is not on the practical applicability level, and there are a few tools or open sources for this format. To adopt GeoJSON for the future Geo-web application, users implement GeoJSON parser or apply the server-based open source GIS for their purpose. In this study, a preliminary work for GeoJSON application in Geo-web service carried out using Google Maps API and openlayers library API.

  • In recent years, In recent years, research on geo-tagged image contents has defined a view frustum based on filming location and direction data and has studied indexes and various query search techniques for efficient search. The existing view frustum model has a limit of using the static visible distance and provides a simple service that displays the huge image contents on the digital map. We show a method to acquire filming location and attitude data and propose a view frustum model that can change the visible distance using geospatial object data. In addition, we describe the augmented reality service that combines the image matching technique so that it can be mapped in the scene where the image contents are captured.

SmartRetweet : A Study on Method of the Efficient Propagation of Location-Based News Feed (스마트 리트윗 : 위치기반 관심정보의 효율적인 전파방법에 대한 연구)

  • It is prevalent to gather the location information from GPS, WiFi and etc, and therefore LBSNS (Location-Based SNS) has increased rapidly (such as location-augmented Twitter services). The message created from LBSNS include the specific area of interests which the message is created in or mentions. It is easy to propagate the location-based information of LBSNS by adapting the retweet function which is efficient way to propagate the message in tweeter. In this paper, we have defined the smart retweet as a automatic retweet function for efficient propagating the messages which is geo-tagging the location of interests. We have designed the smart retweet system based on the tweeter system. The user could specify the area of interests and build the social networking among the users which have interested in common area. The smart retweet system have been implemented by mesh-up services based on Open-API of trweeter and google map. It is expected that the smart retweet service proposed in this paper makes easy sharing of the location-based interesting information.

UAV-based Image Acquisition, Pre-processing, Transmission System Using Mobile Communication Networks (이동통신망을 활용한 무인비행장치 기반 이미지 획득, 전처리, 전송 시스템)

  • This paper relates to a system for pre-processing high-definition images acquired through a camera mounted on an unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) and transmitting them to a server through a mobile communication network. In the case of the existing UAV system for image acquisition service, the acquired image was stored in the external storage device of the camera mounted on the UAV, and the image was checked by directly moving the storage device after the flight was completed. In the case of this method, there is a limitation in that it is impossible to check whether image acquisition or pre-processing is properly performed before directly checking image data through an external storage device. In addition, since the data is stored only in an external storage device, there is a disadvantage that data sharing is cumbersome. In this paper, to solve the above problems, we propose a system that can remotely check images in real time. Furthermore, we propose a system and method capable of performing pre-processing such as geo-tagging and transmission through a mobile communication network in addition to image acquisition through shooting in an UAV.
