대한민국 국민의 세대별 국내여행 방식 및 만족도 영향요인 (A Comparative Study of Domestic Travel Patterns and Determinant Factors Affecting Satisfaction by Generations)

  • 대한민국 국민의 해외여행 비율은 매년 증가 추세인데 반해, 국내여행 비율은 수년간 답보 상태에 있다. 이에, 정부에서는 다양한 국내 관광 활성화 정책을 시행하고 있으나, 이를 통한 국내관광 증진 효과는 제한적이다. 국내관광을 활성화시키기 위해서는, 여행자들별로 선호하는 여행 방식에 차이가 있음을 이해하고, 이에 맞춤화된 여행 서비스를 제공할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 대한민국 국민들의 세대별 여행 방식의 특징을 분석한 후, 각 세대별로 맞춤화된 여행 서비스를 구성하기 위한 시사점을 도출하였다. '세대'란 같은 시대에 살면서, 비슷한 생애주기에 유사한 내/외부의 경험을 하기 때문에(김기연 등, 2003), 다른 세대와는 구별되는, 그 세대만의 관광 방식이 있을 수 있다. 본 연구는 여행상품 구성의 관점에서 세대 간 차이를 살펴보았다. 즉, 여행 상품 구성 및 마케팅에 필요한 요소인, 여행정보 수집 방식 및 출처, 사전 예약 상품의 종류, 패키지 이용 여부, 여행 시기/기간 및 장소, 여행시 주요활동 그리고, 여행만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인 등에 대한 세대 간 차이를 파악하고 시사점을 도출하였다. 본 연구에는 한국 문화체육관광연구원에서 수집한 2017년 국민 여행 실태조사 데이터 16,713건이 활용되었으며, 데이터는 패널들의 세대에 따라서, 밀레니얼(19세~34세), X세대(35세~54세), 베이비부머(55세~64세), 시니어(65세 이상) 등으로 구분하여 사용하였다. 본 연구결과, 전 세대 모두 자연경관이 수려하고, 문화유산이 풍부하며, 숙박 시설이 쾌적할 때, 여행만족도가 유의미하게 향상되었다. 또한, 전체 패키지보다는 숙박, 차량 대여 등 개별 상품을 쉽게 구매할 수 있도록 하고, 맛집 탐방 상품을 제공하는 것도 유효할 수 있을 것이다. 각 세대별로는, 밀레니얼은 여름철 성수기에 인기 방문지를 중심으로 체험 상품을 구성하는 것이 좋으며, 이들을 위한 관광 안내 시설을 잘 마련할 필요가 있겠다. 또한, 포털사이트와 소셜네트워크 서비스를 통한 마케팅도 밀레니얼 세대에게 효과적일 것으로 보인다. X세대는 자가용으로 여행하기 좋은 지역에, 자녀와 함께 할 수 있는 체험형 여행상품이 유효할 것으로 보인다. 이들에게는 교통만족도가 중요하며, 여름철 성수기에 인기 관광지로 여행을 많이 간다는 특징은 밀레니얼 세대와 유사하다. 베이비부머와 시니어 세대의 경우, 자연 감상 및 휴식, 쇼핑 등을 포함한 여행 상품을 구성하는 것이 좋을 것으로 보이며, 인터넷을 통한 마케팅보다는 구전 효과를 이용하는 것이 유효하겠다. 특히 시니어 세대의 경우, 봄가을을 중심으로, 당일 여행 패키지 상품을 구성하는 것도 효과적일 것으로 보인다. 이러한 세대별 여행 특성을 고려하여 맞춤화된 관광상품을 구성한다면, 궁극적으로 국내관광산업을 활성화에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

풍력전단지의 계통 연계 운전에 따른 보호 계전기 설정치 정정에 관한 고찰 (The Study on Correction of Protective Relaying Set Value for the Power Electric Network Paralleled with Wind Farm)

  • Wind farm paralleled with electric power network can supply the power into a power network not only the normal conditions, but also the fault conditions of distribution network. If the fault happened in the power line with wind farm, the fault current level measured in a relaying point might be lower than that of distribution network without wind turbine generator. Consequently, it is difficult to detect the fault happened in the distribution network connected with wind generator. This paper describes the influence of wind turbine generator on the protective relaying system for detecting the fault occurred in a power line network. Simulation results shows that the fault current depends on the fault impedance, location, and the capacity of wind farm and distribution network load.

  • Prosody Generation Based on C-ToBI Representation for Text-to-SpeechSeungwon Kim, Yu Zheng, Gary Geunbae Lee, Byeongchang KimProsody modeling is critical in developing text-to-speech (TTS) systems where speech synthesis is used to automatically generate natural speech. In this paper, we present a prosody generation architecture based on Chinese Tone and Break Index (C-ToBI) representation. ToBI is a multi-tier representation system based on linguistic knowledge to transcribe events in an utterance. The TTS system which adopts ToBI as an intermediate representation is known to exhibit higher flexibility, modularity and domain/task portability compared with the direct prosody generation TTS systems. However, the cost of corpus preparation is very expensive for practical-level performance because the ToBI labeled corpus has been manually constructed by many prosody experts and normally requires a large amount of data for accurate statistical prosody modeling. This paper proposes a new method which transcribes the C-ToBI labels automatically in Chinese speech. We model Chinese prosody generation as a classification problem and apply conditional Maximum Entropy (ME) classification to this problem. We empirically verify the usefulness of various natural language and phonology features to make well-integrated features for ME framework.

A Novel Digital Over Current Relay with Variable Time-Current Characteristics for Protective Coordination

  • An over current relay(OCR), one of the most frequently used protective devices, has time-current characteristics (TCC) to control its trip time according to the current level. It is because an appropriate operating time interval is necessary for coordination with other protective devices. A set of TCC curves of an OCR is, in general, given by the supplier from which a curve is selected by the operator. Therefore, in many cases, it is impossible to consider the operation condition of the given power system exactly. A novel concept of an OCR is suggested in this paper. The proposed OCR has an internal correction module so that it may produce the most adequate TCC curve according to the given protective information for coordination with other devices. With the generated TCC curve, a variety of operation and coordination conditions can be taken into consideration in an effective manner. The suggested OCR is applied to a simple test power system to show very promising results from a coordination point of view.

  • Prepare a lose of 765kV transmission route in power system operation condition, there are some Special Protection Scheme(SPS)s in Korean power system. These SPS can make some preselected generators are tripped to avoid generator overspeed. Because of many of the new large power plants are installed to existing power generation sites due to the siting problem, the number of generator tripped by SPS should be increased. But that can be a cause of system frequency change under the Under Frequency Relay(UFR) 1st pickup level 59.0Hz. Therefore generation constraint should be considered until new transmission lines are installed. In this paper, we propose the ESS application for generation constraint mitigation by frequency damping control of ESS. To analysis an effect of ESS application, we use PSS/E dynamic simulation tool, CBEST model and controller model. The proposed ESS application is applied to the empirical Korean power system.

Real-time Optimal Operation Planning of Isolated Microgrid Considering SOC balance of ESS

  • The operating system for an isolated microgrid, which is completely disconnected from the central power system, aims at preventing blackouts and minimizing power generation costs of diesel generators through efficient operation of the energy storage system (ESS) that stores energy produced by renewable energy generators and diesel generators. In this paper, we predict the amount of renewable energy generation using the weather forecast and build an optimal diesel power generation plan using a genetic algorithm. In order to avoid inefficiency due to inaccurate prediction of renewable energy generation, our search algorithm imposes penalty on candidate diesel power generation plans that fail to maintain the SOC (state of charge) of ESS at an appropriate level. Simulation experiments show that our optimization method for maintaining an appropriate SOC balance can prevent the blackout better when compared with the previous method.

Study on the Effects of Ultrasonic Wave for the Effective Hydrogen Generation by Electrical Discharge Plasma Process

  • The research was tried to investigate the hydrogen generation from water by the pulsed power plasma process. Hydrogen was generated by way of the electrical pulse power discharge process with the ultrasonic wave. The yield on the hydrogen generation was also studied with and without operating the ultrasonic generator, in which the applied high voltage was varied from 10 kV to 15 kV. Nitrogen and argon gases were used as working gases. As the results, the generation yield using the pure nitrogen gas is better than argon and mixed gases such as argon and nitrogen. Hydrogen concentration are significantly increased when the ultrasonic generator was operated with the electrical discharge simultaneously. It is increased with increasing the applied ultrasonic level as well.

Choice of Efficient Sampling Rate for GNSS Signal Generation Simulators

  • A signal generation simulator is an economical and useful solution in Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) receiver design and testing. A software-defined radio approach is widely used both in receivers and simulators, and its flexible structure to adopt to new signals is ideally suited to the testing of a receiver and signal processing algorithm in the signal design phase of a new satellite-based navigation system before the deployment of satellites in space. The generation of highly accurate delayed sampled codes is essential for generating signals in the simulator, where its sampling rate should be chosen to satisfy constraints such as Nyquist criteria and integer and non-commensurate properties in order not to cause any distortion of original signals. A high sampling rate increases the accuracy of code delay, but decreases the computational efficiency as well, and vice versa. Therefore, the selected sampling rate should be as low as possible while maintaining a certain level of code delay accuracy. This paper presents the lower limits of the sampling rate for GNSS signal generation simulators. In the simulation, two distinct code generation methods depending on the sampling position are evaluated in terms of accuracy versus computational efficiency to show the lower limit of the sampling rate for several GNSS signals.
