This study predicts the amount of wind power generation for rational operation plan of wind power generation and capacity calculation of ESS. For forecasting, we present a method of predicting wind power generation by combining a physical approach and a statistical approach. The factors of wind power generation are analyzed and variables are selected. By collecting historical data of the selected variables, the amount of wind power generation is predicted using deep learning. The model used is a hybrid model that combines a bidirectional long short term memory (LSTM) and a convolution neural network (CNN) algorithm. To compare the prediction performance, this model is compared with the model and the error which consist of the MLP(:Multi Layer Perceptron) algorithm, The results is presented to evaluate the prediction performance.
When analyzing default predictions in real estate companies, the number of non-defaulted cases always greatly exceeds the defaulted ones, which creates the two-class imbalance problem. This lowers the ability of prediction models to distinguish the default sample. In order to avoid this sample selection bias and to improve the prediction model, this paper applies a minority sample generation approach to create new minority samples. The logistic regression, support vector machine (SVM) classification, and neural network (NN) classification use an imbalanced dataset. They were used as benchmarks with a single prediction model that used a balanced dataset corrected by the minority samples generation approach. Instead of using prediction-oriented tests and the overall accuracy, the true positive rate (TPR), the true negative rate (TNR), G-mean, and F-score are used to measure the performance of default prediction models for imbalanced dataset. In this paper, we describe an empirical experiment that used a sampling of 14 default and 315 non-default listed real estate companies in China and report that most results using single prediction models with a balanced dataset generated better results than an imbalanced dataset.
This study predicts solar radiation, solar radiation, and solar power generation using hourly weather data such as temperature, precipitation, wind direction, wind speed, humidity, cloudiness, sunshine and solar radiation. I/O pattern in supervised learning is the most important factor in prediction, but it must be determined by repeated experiments because humans have to decide. This study proposed four input and output patterns for solar and sunrise prediction. In addition, we predicted solar power generation using the predicted solar and solar radiation data and power generation data of Youngam solar power plant in Jeollanamdo. As a experiment result, the model 4 showed the best prediction results in the sunshine and solar radiation prediction, and the RMSE of sunshine was 1.5 times and the sunshine RMSE was 3 times less than that of model 1. As a experiment result of solar power generation prediction, the best prediction result was obtained for model 4 as well as sunshine and solar radiation, and the RMSE was reduced by 2.7 times less than that of model 1.

In order to integrate large amounts of variable generation resources such as wind and solar reliably into power grids, accurate renewable energy forecasting is necessary. Since renewable energy generation output is heavily influenced by environmental variables, accurate forecasting of power generation requires meteorological data at the point where the plant is located. Therefore, a spatial approach is required to predict the meteorological variables at the interesting points. In this paper, we propose the meteorological variable prediction model for enhancing renewable generation output forecasting model. The proposed model is implemented by three geostatistical techniques: Ordinary kriging, Universal kriging and Co-kriging.
Recently, solar energy is expanding to combination of computing in real time by tracking the position of the sun to estimate the angle of inclination and make up freshly correcting a part of the solar radiation. Solar power is need that reliably linked technology to power generation system renewable energy in order to efficient power production that is difficult to output predict based on the position of the sun rise. In this paper, we analysis of prediction model for solar power generation to estimate the predictive value of solar power generation in the development of real-time weather data. Photovoltaic power generation input the correction factor such as temperature, module characteristics by the solar generator module and the location of the local angle of inclination to analyze the predictive power generation algorithm for the prediction calculation to predict the final generation. In addition, the proposed model in real-time national weather service forecast for medium-term and real-time observations used as input data to perform the short-term prediction models.

This paper is a study to derive the predicted value of power generation based on the photovoltaic power generation data measured in Jeollanam-do, South Korea. Multivariate variables such as direct current, alternating current, and environmental data were measured in the inverter to measure the amount of power generation, and pre-processing was performed to ensure the stability and reliability of the measured values. Correlation analysis used only data with high correlation with power generation in time series data for prediction using partial autocorrelation function (PACF). Deep learning models were used to measure the amount of power generation to predict the amount of photovoltaic power generation, and the results of correlation analysis of each multivariate variable were used to increase the prediction accuracy. Learning using refined data was more stable than when existing data were used as it was, and the solar power generation prediction algorithm was improved by using only highly correlated variables among multivariate variables by reflecting the correlation analysis results.

Fossil fuel is used all over the world and it produces greenhouse gases due to fossil fuel use. Therefore, it cause global warming and is serious environmental pollution. In order to decrease the environmental pollution, we should use renewable energy which is clean energy. Among several renewable energy, wind energy is the most promising one. Wind power generation is does not produce environmental pollution and could not be exhausted. However, due to wind power generation has irregular power output, it is important to predict generated electrical energy accurately for smoothing wind energy supply. There, we consider use ramp characteristic to forecast accurate wind power output. The ramp increase and decrease rapidly wind power generation during in a short time. Therefore, it can cause problem of unbalanced power supply and demand and get damaged wind turbine. In this paper, we make prediction models using power ramp rate as well as wind speed and wind direction to increase prediction accuracy. Prediction model construction algorithm used multilayer neural network. We built four prediction models with PRR, wind speed, and wind direction and then evaluated performance of prediction models. The predicted values, which is prediction model with all of attribute, is nearly to the observed values. Therefore, if we use PRR attribute, we can increase prediction accuracy of wind power generation.
Existing Photovoltaic(PV) monitoring system monitors the current, past power generation, all values of environmental sensors. It is necessary to predict solar power generation for efficient operation and maintenance on the power plant. We propose a method for estimating the generation of PV data based PV monitoring system with data accumulation. Through this, we intend to find the failure prediction of the photovoltaic power plant in proportion to the predicted power generation. As a result, the administrator can predict the failure of the system it will be prepared in advance.

Quantity of the solar power generation is heavily influenced by weather. In other words, due to difference in insolation, different quantity may be generated. However, it does not mean all areas with identical insolation produces same quantity because of various environmental aspects. Additionally, geographic factors such as altitude, height of plant may have an impact on the quantity. Hence, through this research, we designed a system to predict efficiency of the solar power generation system by applying insolation, weather factor such as duration of sunshine, cloudiness parameter and location. By applying insolation, weather data that are collected from various places, we established a system that fits with our nation. Apart from, we produced a geographic model equation through utilizing generated data installed nationwide. To design a prediction model that integrates two factors, we apply fuzzy algorithm, and validate the performance of system by establishing simulation system.
Recently, wind energy is expanding to combination of computing to forecast of wind power generation as well as intelligent of wind powerturbine. Wind power is rise and fall depending on weather conditions and difficult to predict the output for efficient power production. Wind power is need to reliably linked technology in order to efficient power generation. In this paper, distributed power generation forecasts to enhance the predicted and actual power generation in order to minimize the difference between the power of distributed power short-term prediction model is designed. The proposed model for prediction of short-term combining the physical models and statistical models were produced in a physical model of the predicted value predicted by the lattice points within the branch prediction to extract the value of a physical model by applying the estimated value of a statistical model for estimating power generation final gas phase produces a predicted value. Also, the proposed model in real-time National Weather Service forecast for medium-term and real-time observations used as input data to perform the short-term prediction models.
