Plantar fibromatosis is a benign fibroproliferative disorder of plantar fascia with rare incidence, but there are locally invasive tendency. There has been no reports of the treatment of recurrent plantar fibromatosis and its complication except only 2 report about the plantar fibromatosis in Korea. Hereby we report three cases of recurrent plantar fibromatosis including treatment and complication.

Foreign body indigestion during dental procedures is uncommon but sometimes associated with severe and life threatening morbidity. The dentist should decide whether multidisciplinary intervention is necessary and how urgently it has to be done. The active removal of foreign bodies depends on the size, shape, type and duration of impaction, along with the location in the gastrointestinal tract. In this report, we presented how to manage gastric foreign body related swallowing during dental procedure and investigated the predictive risk factors, precaution, and prompt management in foreign body ingestion.

For this study, general hospitals with more than 300 beds are investigated. To provide basic data for efficient management of hospitals and to encourage the staff of the accounting dept. Who understand the detailed situation to take part in making decisions concerning management actively, the role of the accounting dept. through the use of the control counting on the detailed tasks and analysis of cost price and the accountants' opinion about it.

In this paper, a new class of general strongly nonlinear variational-like inequalities was introduced and studied. The existence and uniqueness of solutions and a new iterative algorithm for the general strongly nonlinear variational-like inequality are established and suggested, respectively. The convergence criteria of the iterative sequence generated by the iterative algorithm are also given.

One of the most frequently used flaps for coverage of sacral skin and soft-tissue defects is the gluteus maximus musculocutaneous flap. These authors encountered two cases of sacral pressure sore, for which reconstructive surgery was performed, using the hatchet-shaped gluteus maximus musculocutaneous flap - a modified flap type. We report on our experience in treatment of these two cases, with an excellent outcome.

Spinal muscular atrophies are inherited neurodegenerative disorders affecting anterior hem cells. There are various problems, especially weakness of respiratory muscle and abnormal reaction to muscle relaxants during the general anesthesia. And gingival hyperplasia can make the proper airway management difficult. Experience with anesthetic management in a patient with spinal muscular atrophy combined with gingival hyperplasia has been very rare. We report the anesthetic experience of a wheel-chair-bound child, who underwent gingivectomy under general anesthesia. The child was safely managed with fibroscopic nasotracheal intubation under sevoflurane without muscle relaxants. Also, there was no deterioration of her underlying neurologic conditions.

Dental treatment under general anesthesia is considered for behavioral control of disabled patients who have severe anxiety or involuntary movement. However, in case of simple treatment, inhalation or intravenous sedation, which has earlier onset and recovery, is preferred. Conventionally, nitric oxide is used for inhalation sedation, nowadays sevoflurane can also be used due to easily titratable for controllable effect and less complications. In this case report, two patients with mental retardation required simple dental treatment. Deep sedation with inhaled sevoflurane were successfully employed and patients were discharged without any complications.
