  • Through this study, some considerations to be taken into account in order to construct the user model for the user friendly system which can provide each individuals user armed with varied intellectual level with the relevant information, can be summarized as follows : (1) The user' ability to use the system and users' subject knowledge, the distribution of the users' level knowledge should be considered for the decision of the typed of interaction between the users and the system. (2) the knowledge of the user models should include the following kinds of knowledge inharmony with one another, 1. Standard user knowledge which represents a general characteristic of user group, 2. individual user knowledge which represents an individual's unique characteristic, 3. Long-term user knowledge which represents the education level and subject background of users, 4. short-term user knowledge which represents the purpose of information science and information need by users (3) As knowledge generation technique, both the implicit method and explicit method should be a n.0, pplied, observation of the system during the interaction, and explicit method generates the knowledge by the user's answering the questions already made by the system. (4) The frame technique as the knowledge representation for the user-modelling in which user-knowledge is represented in a limited situation and in a qualitative aspects, can be recommended. The frame is adequated for the explanation of structured situation, and for the processing the present situation by inferring the previous experiences.

  • Portable electronic devices secondary batteries can cause fire and explosion due to micro-current change in addition to the situation of short-circuit inrush current, safety can not be secured with a general operation limited current fuse. Therefore, in secondary battery, it is necessary for the protector to satisfy both the limit current type operation in the open-short-circuit inrush current and the current detection operation characteristic in the micro current change situation and for this operation, a fuse for the current detection type secondary battery protection circuit can be applied. The purpose of this study is to design a protection device that operates stably in the hazardous situation of small capacity secondary battery for portable electronic devices through the design of low melting fuse elements alloy of sensing type fuse and secures stability in abnormal current state. As a result of the experiment, I-T and V-T operation characteristics are satisfied in a the design of the alloy of the current sensing type self-contained low melting point fuse and the resistance of the heating resistor. It is confirmed that it can prevent accidents of short circuit over-current and micro current change of secondary battery.

  • It is a enforcement system to prevent collisions caused by unmanageable parking that may occur in parking lots. There are handicapped people who can get up in parking lots, general vehicles parked in electric vehicle parking areas, and vehicles parked in two lanes. The vehicle above is detected and notified through the deep learning object recognition function. By using a picture or video of an unmanageable parking situation as learning data, the learning data is produced so that the situation can be recognized, and the situation is recognized to determine the presence or absence of unmanageable parking. The purpose is to reduce collisions between parking lot users by making the environment of the parking lot more comfortable.

  • In Korea, Resource-Based Relative Value Scale(RBRVS) is suggesting to the alternative of Korean Medical Fee Schedule. This study developed to methodology of RBRVS applicable to Korean situation and applied to services of internal medicine and general surgery. Our methodology of RBRVS is basically same to Hsiao's. But there are some differences between our method and H냐매's because Korean medical situation differs to American. The first difference is method of measurement of work. The Unit of work in our study is total work including intra-servic work and pre-/post-service work. Secondly, in extrapolation, we use primary data gathered to small group of physician. Tertially, in measurement of practice cost, we directly survey to budget data of hosptials and analyse practice costs by service. Some results are presented in a companion article.

  • Consider the situation that informations necessary to solve a certain problem are distributed among processors on a network. It is called a distributed algorithm that in this situation each processor exchanges the message with adjacent processors to solve the problems. This paper proposes a distributed algorithm to solve the problem that constructs the weighted shortest path tree in an asynchronous network system. In general, a distributed algorithm is estimated by the number of messages(message complexity of the distributed algorithm proposed in this paper are O(n53) and O(nln) respectively. where n is the number of processors on the network.

  • The transport a administration in Korea is meeting demands of developing international multimodal transport system. In the past, as Korea transport policy has been emphasizing on the passenger traffic, the physical distribution sector is far behind international trend. Regarding the urging necessities of reducting costs in transport in order to upgrade the competitive edge of industries, Korea has to develop the most efficient transport system so called international multimodal transport system. The existing transport system is inefficient because each transport mode is separate, so this system is aiming at reducing cost and time and developing freight transport. The scope and scheme of this thesis should be as following. Chapter 2. Systems Approach of International multimodal transport 1. general systems theory 2. definition of International multimodal transport system 3. MTO (multimodal transport operator) Chapter 3. Current Situation and Problems of this System. 1. international law and practice 2.current situation A. Europe B. U.S. C. Japan D. Korea Chapter 4. • We examine spectrum sensing in a situation of uncertain channel model. In particular, we assume that, besides additive noise, the observed signal contains an interference term whose probability distribution is unknown, and only its range and maximum power are known. We discuss the evaluation of the detector performance and its design in this situation. Although this paper specifically deals with the design of spectrum sensors, its scope is wider, as the applicability of its results extends to a general class of problems that may arise in the design of receivers whenever there is uncertainty about how to model the environment in which one is expected to operate. The theory expounded here allows one to determine the performance of a receiver, by combining the available (objective) probabilistic information with (subjective) information describing the designer's attitude.

  • The purpose of this article is to present the acoustic parameters (VOT, jitter, shimmer, vF0, vAm, NHR, SPI, VTI, DVB, DSH) for consonants (/pipi/, /$p^{h}ip^{h}i$/, /p'ip'i/) and sustained vowels (/a/, /e/, /i/) produced by normal subjects and dysphonia patients at two vocal effort(normal, high) by Lombard effect using 60dB white noise. Lombard effect indicates the vocal effort increase in noisy situation. At normal vocal effort, in general the acoustic parameter values of patients are greater than normal. And in noisy situation, significant decrease of acoustic values is seen in normal compared with in dysphonia patients. The clinical implication of this finding, the vocal quality in dysphonia is not compensated by vocal effort as well as normal subjects because of the inefficiency caused by abnormal vocal fold appearance and function. And with this result, we can counsel that the voice quality can not be improved as well as the patient expect.

  • In the analysis of changepoint model the situation where single observation is taken at each time point has been considered. In an effort to extend this to the general situation, we may consider the changepoint model with more than one observation at each time point. These tests are developed without assuming any particular form for the underlying distribution, we propose the one-sided and two-sided nonparametric tests by extending the tests that have been considered in the changepoint model with single observation at each time point and obtain their asymptotic null distributions. We compare the empirical powers among the extended changepoint tests under one-sided or two-sided alternatives. We also compare the powers of the extended changepoint tests with those of the original test via the Monte Carlo simulation.

  • This research aims to derive the general emotion and preference of the 25 sounds by using the questionnaire method to provide the contents for the soundscape design fit to the characteristics of the given situation. The results can be summarized as follows : Nature sounds except dog barking and locust crying showed highest preference, and the traffic sounds, baby crying and footstep of upper floor showed the lowest. Hereby, the sound recognition can be different each other according to quality of tone and situation even they are the same sounds. The most impressive, wanted to be conserved and retrospective sound was the nature sound, and the most wanted to be removed sound was the machinery sound. And the social sound was shown as the most korean and fit to the art theme street.
